Abstract

Makalah ini merupakan hasil ekstraksi dari tugas akhir mahasiswa diploma tiga yang bertema Sistem Informasi Rekrutmen dan Monitoring PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia[1]. Sistem Informasi Rekrutmen dan Monitoring digunakan untuk mengelola proses rekrutmen D3&S1 dan monitoringnya di PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. Pada monitoring D3 pengelolaan tahap monitoring meliputi psikotes, interview HR, interview user, medical check up, screening GAD, dan hasil final. Pada monitoring S1 pengelolaan data sama seperti D3 namun terdapat penambahan tahap tes yaitu interview HR panel dan interview direktur. Pengelolaan rekrutmen operator meliputi pengisian hasil final yang dilakukan oleh vendor dan pengelolaan report berupa excel. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman ASP.NET C# 4.0, basis data (DBMS) SQL Server 2008 R2, dan web server Internet Information Service (IIS) 6.0, dan dibuat dengan tahapan Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD). Sistem Informasi Rekutmen dan Monitoring ini memiliki arsitektur client-server. Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini pengolahan data rekrutmen dan monitoring D3&S1 menjadi lebih efisien karena mengurangi 2% sorting lamaran yang salah, dapat menampung history data pelamar D3&S1, mengurangi leadtime proses hiring operator yang semula 4 hari menjadi 1 hari.

Abstract

Healthy and qualified human resources (HR) are key to supporting national defense, as they contribute optimally to the defense sector. The free nutritious meal program launched by the Indonesian government aligns with the 2025 global nutrition targets, aiming to improve the nutrition of schoolchildren and pregnant women, as well as address issues such as stunting, anemia, and wasting. While this program has significant potential to enhance national resilience, challenges such as a lack of trained personnel and ineffective coordination need to be addressed. This study aims to analyze the role of the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) in HR planning to ensure the program's effectiveness and create healthy and productive human resources. The research method used is qualitative. The findings show that there are three main challenges in the implementation of the free nutritious meal program in Indonesia: the shortage of trained personnel, food distribution gaps in remote areas, and ineffective inter-agency coordination. The TNI AL can help address these issues by improving HR planning, providing competency-based training, and utilizing technology for more efficient distribution. Furthermore, enhancing inter-agency coordination through cross-sectoral teams and an integrated information system can strengthen the program's effectiveness and ensure equitable nutrition across Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the archive management policy is implemented at the Jirak Jaya District Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research method used is qualitative. The focus of this research is on the Implementation of Records Management Policy with several elements that must be implemented through 1) Communication, 2) Resources, 3) Disposition 4) Bureaucratic Structure. This research data comes from primary data and secondary data. The data collection procedures for this research are 1) Stages of entering the field (getting in), 2) Stages of being in the field (getting along), 3) Stages of leaving the field (getting out). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in 1) communication there are different sources of information and it is not clear in conveying information that details about static archive management have not been included in the RENSTRA and RENJA and have not been conveyed optimally to interested parties regarding the basic documents that become policies. static archive management; 2) Resources, there has not been a master plan related to the provision of static archive management facilities, instead what has happened is a partial plan which has a tendency to be patchy in meeting the needs of these facilities, and there is no functional archivist who has special archive management capabilities; 3) Disposition, the attitude of data and information management officers towards static records management policies is still not good, because formally static records management policies are still a new category of affairs within the scope of regional government bureaucracy; 4) Bureaucratic structure, there is overlapping division of authority in the Data and Information Management Section of the Jirak Jaya Subdistrict Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in RT 05 RW 02 Punggul Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo on November 25, 2023 for assistance in processing briquettes from biomass materials to be able to manage rice husk waste into more valuable briquettes and can become business products as well as marketing these briquette products digitally. The method used in the implementation of this activity is the preparation stage of the activity, the implementation of the activity, and the evaluation stage. The training activities for making briquettes from rice husk waste start from making dough, molding, drying, testing briquettes, and also digital marketing training, as well as creating social media accounts. The results of the implementation of this activity show the enthusiasm of Punggul villagers who can make briquettes from rice husk waste and have an understanding of marketing briquettes digitally through Instagram. The community is expected to be able to make briquettes independently by utilizing rice husk waste to become raw material for briquettes, and the community in Punggul Village has the skills to market briquettes by utilizing social media to do digital marketing. Abstract

Abstrak: Kartu pos merupakan secarik kertas yang digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi jarak jauh perkembangan teknologi pesan singkat membuat pamor kartu pos terkikis. dalam ruang lingkup terbatas, kartu pos masih digunakan untuk bercerita atau sekadar memberi kabar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan kartu pos sebagai media dalam game user interface untuk meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan pengguna dalam berkomunikasi dalam konteks permainan video gim. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah teori dan data yang tepat. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan berbagai macam metode penelitian. Seperti, studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara, untuk mendapatkan data yang sesuai. Peneliti juga melibatkan partisipan berusia remaja dan anggota Komunitas Postcrossing Indonesia (KPI) yang ada di Bandung sebagai target audiens. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pengaruh penggunaan media kartu pos dalam game user interface terhadap minat dan keterlibatan pengguna dalam berkomunikasi. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan game user interface yang inovatif dan menarik bagi pengguna maupun pembuat, serta memperluas penggunaan kartu pos sebagai media komunikasi dalam era digital yang semakin canggih.Kata kunci: kartu pos, game user interface, nostalgia

Abstract

Abstrak: Adat terdiri dari nilai-nilai seperti kebiasaan, norma, kebudayaan, dan hukum yang umum pada suatu daerah. Di dalam adat Minangkabau, Sumatera Barat terdapat adat etika dalam berbicara yang dikenal dengan Kato nan Ampek. Adat etika ini merupakan pemahaman dasar bagi masyarakat Minangkabau dikarenakan sudah diajarkan ketika masih kecil. Masuknya budaya asing beserta kurangnya media pembelajaran lain mengenai Kato nan Ampek di Kota Padang menyebabkan remaja mengikuti budaya luar yang menyimpang ajaran Kato nan Ampek. Diperlukannya pengenalan kembali tentang Kato nan Ampek untuk remaja agar ajaran-ajaran tersebut dapat memberikan nilai positif untuk lingkungan sekitar. Untuk itu gim bisa menjadi media pembelajaran untuk mengajarkan Kato nan Ampek karena gim dapat berdampak positif pada kinerja dan motivasi remaja. Sebelum merancang gim, terlebih dahulu merancang concept art nya dikarenakan gim dengan concept art yang menarik dapat meningkatkan daya minat remaja untuk bermain gim. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Abstract

Abstrak: Perancangan ini dilatar belakangi oleh kesadaran penulis bahwa kartu pos telah mulai ditinggalkan dan tidak banyak digunakan lagi. Dengan begitu minat menggunakan kartu pos sudah tidak sebaganyak dulu lagi. Karena perkembangan teknologi, orang-orang yang ingin berkomunikasi dengan jarak jauh akan lebih memilik email, dan aplikasi chat yang bisa menjadikan informasi yang disampaikan instan. Padahal kartu pos bisa menyampaikan informasi secara authentic. Gambar yang ada dikartu pos bisa dipilih sesuai dengan perasaan yang ingin disampaikan, lalu tulisan yang dikirim juga bisa disesuaikan dengan hiasan-hiasan. Sejarah kartu pos yang sempat menjadi masa lalu berkomunikasi jarak jauh membuat kartu pos ini penting untuk tetap dilestarikan. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir, serta untuk meningkatkan minat mengenai kartu pos kepada kalangan remaja. Media yang akan dirancang dalam perancangan ini adalah berupa game visual novel. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi perancangan mix method dimana analisa data kualitatif dilakukan untuk mengerti dan menjelaskan hal – hal mengenai kartu pos, sedangkan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisa data – data pengguna game dan untuk memvalidasi bahwa kartu pos masih layak digunakan dan masih banyak penggunanya. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan media visual novel, bisa menyampaikan narasi dan cerita dengan baik sehingga bisa mengenalkan sekaligus menjadi sebuah ajakan.Kata kunci: Kartu pos, Visual Novel, sejarah kartu pos

Abstract

Playing video games is basically an activity where it must have an stimulus energy which is commonly referred to as motivation. Without motivation, player will not be interested in playing a video game with a long duration. The Harvest Moon Back to Nature video game as a video game that was quite successful, which made the video game a legendary video game for the audience's audience as early as 1997. Harvest Moon Back to Nature looks so strong in representating about social life of rural communities, especially one who works as a farmer. It creates interest which in turn encourages researchers to know more about how motivation for human needs is presented by the Harvest Moon Back to Nature video game. This research fundamentally use interpretative analytical descriptive method with narrative approach. Using a view from ERG theory Clayton Alderfer, which according to him motivation is related to basic human needs which consist of existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs. In increasing one's motivation, the three basic human needs must be fulfilled wherever possible. From the results of the research conducted using these instruments, it can be concluded that the power of motivation has been presented in the Harvest Moon Back to Nature video game from the fulfillment of existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs, both in the context events of farming, raising, and in carrying out other events.

Abstract

The Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) has become one of the national mainstay programs (Government and Local Government) to increase rural population access to proper drinking water and sanitation facilities using a community-based approach. This research is based on the background that in the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village) there are problems, namely, in Simpang Empat Village, lack of responsibility from PAMSIMAS Program managers, lack of supervision in managing facilities and infrastructure, while in Rukam Hilir Village, lack of responsibility from PAMSIMAS Program managers, lack of supervision in managing facilities and infrastructure, and lack of management (MSDM). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PAMSIMAS Program and those that influence the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in Amuntai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Utara District (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-qualitative research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation with 14 data sources. Data were analyzed using data collection techniques, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the credibility of the data, namely extending observations, increasing persistence, trigulation, analyzing negative cases, using reference materials, holding member checks. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara District (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village) has not been effective, this can be seen from the indicators: First, the work program has been going well. Second, the objective of the water supply program is good. Third, the evaluation of the program in Simpang Empat Village was quite good and in Rukam Hilir Village it was not so good. Fourth, target accuracy has been successful. Fifth, the output/result has not been effective. Sixth, community satisfaction with services has not been effective. Seventh, community satisfaction with program benefits in Simpang Empat Village has been effective and Rukam Hilir Village has not been effective. Eighth, it has not been effective in Simpang Empat and Rukam Hilir Villages. Ninth, the program's efficiency has been effective. Tenth, achievement of Downstream objectives has not been effective. Eleventh, Improving public health has been successful. In order to increase effectiveness it is suggested to: Heads of Simpang Empat and Rukam Hilir Villages to provide supervision and direction, to Managers to improve their capabilities and integrity, to the people of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village to always increase their participation in technical supervision, provide reports quickly when problems occur and provide criticism and suggestions
