Abstract

Burnout adalah suatu keadaan emosional ketika seseorang merasa lelah dan jenuh secara fisik maupun mental, akibat dari tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Burnout Perawat RSU Ibunda Serang Banten. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian campuran (Mixed Metode) dengan desain eksplanasi sekuensial (The Explanatory Sequential Design). Populasi kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 perawat di RSU Ibunda, sedangkan penelitian kualitatif diwakili oleh 7 orang informan yaitu perawat dari masing-masing ruangan. Hasil analisis regresi berganda variabel beban kerja p-value 0.333 yang artinya ada pengaruh antara beban kerja dengan kejadian burnout perawat dengan nilai t = 9.280 artinya perawat dengan beban kerja tinggi memiliki peluang mengalami burnout 9.28 kali. Nilai koefisien B yaitu 1.341 bernilai positif, maka semakit tinggi beban kerja perawat maka akan semakin meningkat terjadinya burnout. Implikasi yang dilakukan adalah menyusun kebijakan kerja, dan program Latihan manajemen stress untuk mengatasi burnout. Rekomendasi untuk RSU Ibunda Serang Banten di sarankan untuk membuat program manajemen stress dengan cara mengadakan workshop rutin (pelatihan stress, burnout dan cara mengelolanya), simulasi coping stress (Latihan menghadapi situasi stress tinggi misalnya diruang IGD dan ICU), psikoedukasi (memberikan edukasi tentang tanda awal burnout dan kapan waktu yang tepat untuk mencari bantuan), mengadakan forum pertemuan rutin antara perawat, dokter dan tenaga Kesehatan lain untuk saling mendukung dan memberikan masukan.

Abstract

Minat kunjungan kembali menggambarkan kecenderungan pasien untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang ke suatu tempat dalam jangka waktu tertentu, yang menjadi indikator tingkat kepuasan dan kepercayaan mereka terhadap kualitas layanan yang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, price perception, dan trust terhadap minat kunjungan kembali pasien di Klinik Gigi Smile. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method) dengan desain explanatory sequential, di mana tahap kuantitatif dilakukan terlebih dahulu untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap kualitatif guna memperdalam interpretasi hasil. Populasi penelitian kuantitatif mencakup 100 pasien yang pernah berkunjung ke Klinik Gigi Smile, sedangkan penelitian kualitatif melibatkan 8 informan yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan pengalaman dan keterlibatannya dalam pelayanan klinik. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan kembali (p = 0.000 < 0.05), price perception juga berpengaruh signifikan (p = 0.001 < 0.05), dan trust memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pula (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Selanjutnya, hasil uji ANOVA memperkuat temuan tersebut dengan nilai p = 0.000 (< 0.05), yang menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan kembali pasien. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan citra merek, persepsi harga yang positif, serta kepercayaan pasien merupakan faktor kunci yang mampu mendorong loyalitas dan keinginan pasien untuk kembali berkunjung ke Klinik Gigi Smile.

Abstract

Maintaining views is a huge responsibility for content creators as it is related to reputation. A successful content creator always attempts to maintain views at minimum viral views. This study aims to investigate the communication behavior of content creators in designing content and how to keep views at a minimum viral view of 5,000 views on Snack Video. This study used an ethnographic study of public relations with the IPPAR analysis model (Insight, Strategic Program, Implementation Program, Action, and Reputation) with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that 1. Content creators performed phases in designing content by analyzing a situation, building concepts, creating content, and evaluating content in communication behavior, 2. Content creators acted consistently, have genuine ideas, followed viral content, and interacted with the audience in maintaining views. In designing content and maintaining views is related to the reputation and selling value of content creators, so the impact obtained by content creators is support through followers, messages, likes, views, shares, fanbase, and comments from the audience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi rekam medis elektronik berdasarkan peraturan menteri kesehatan Republik Indoneis No.24 tahun 2022 pada instalasi rawat jalan di rumah sakit Wilujeng Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara terhadap 10 informan yang terdiri dari berbagai profesi di rumah sakit Wilujeng Kediri. Analisis dilakukan terhadap implementasi rekam medis elektronik pada bagian registrasi pasien, pengisian informasi klinis, penyimpanan data rekam medis elektronik dan penjaminan mutu rekam medis elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit Wilujeng Kediri sudah dilakukan dengan baik, registrasi pasien yang terdiri dari data identitas pasien dan data sosial pasien terisi lengkap, pengisian informasi klinis pasien dilakukan secara tepat waktu, penyimpanan data rekam medis berbasis digital yang menjamin keamanan, penjaminan mutu dilakukan oleh pihak rekam medis. Penelitian ini dapat membantu pembuat kebijakan dan manajemen rumah sakit dalam merancang strategi implementasi rekam medis elektronik yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengelolaan biaya rawat inap pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 3 Tahun 2023. Aturan baru ini membawa implikasi signifikan terhadap sistem reimbursement INA-CBG's, menuntut rumah sakit untuk mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam perhitungan biaya. Strategi pengelolaan biaya yang diteliti meliputi peningkatan kualitas coding diagnosis dan prosedur, optimalisasi alur pelayanan klinis, serta pengawasan ketat terhadap penggunaan obat dan alat kesehatan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak manajemen keuangan, tim koder, dokter, perawat, dan staf terkait, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan internal dan data klaim. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit telah menerapkan strategi adaptif, seperti program edukasi coding berkelanjutan, penerapan protokol klinis berbasis bukti, dan penggunaan sistem informasi untuk monitoring biaya. Meskipun demikian, tantangan adaptasi terhadap perubahan regulasi yang cepat, resistensi praktik lama, dan perlunya investasi teknologi tetap menjadi isu krusial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sinergi antara manajemen klinis dan keuangan, serta pengembangan kapasitas SDM untuk mencapai pengelolaan biaya rawat inap JKN yang efektif dan efisien sesuai Permenkes 03/2023.

Abstract

The mental health of health workers is a crucial aspect that affects the quality of service in hospitals. High work pressure, complexity of medical cases, and communication challenges between teams are the main risk factors for psychological disorders among health workers. This study aims to design an integrated leadership and communication development model as a strategic effort to support the mental health of health workers at Jannah Hospital Serang. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving medical personnel, hospital leaders, and support staff. Analyses were conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, needs, and barriers in aspects of leadership and internal hospital communication. The results showed that inclusive and empathic leadership, as well as open and structured communication, contributed significantly to improving the psychological well-being of health workers. Based on these findings, an integrated communication-based leadership development model was formulated that includes transformative leadership training, a two-way communication system, and HR engagement. This model is expected to be a reference in strengthening the hospital's human resource management system oriented towards mental health, as well as improving the work effectiveness and satisfaction of health workers in a sustainable manner

Abstract

Sultan Dental Care faces challenges in increasing visibility and attracting more patients through its newly implemented digital marketing strategy. With intense competition in the private clinic industry, an evaluation and optimization of digital marketing strategies, along with improved service accessibility, are necessary to enhance the clinic’s recognition and appeal to the public. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing and accessibility on the performance of Sultan Dental Care Dental Clinic. The research employs a quantitative method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to patients and clinic employees. The analysis results indicate that digital marketing does not significantly affect performance, whereas accessibility has a significant impact. This study provides insights for Sultan Dental Care Dental Clinic on the importance of improving accessibility to enhance employee performance. These findings can also be applied to other clinics to improve service quality for patients.

Abstract

This research examines the collaboration between Manchester United, Adidas, and The Stone Roses as a sponsorship strategy that integrates football, music, and fashion using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 7 Manchester United fans. The researcher employed a Sport Public Relations approach to analyse the sponsorship collaboration's effect on emotional engagement and club identity. The research findings indicate that although this collaboration does not directly influence the core loyalty of fans, it reinforces pride and emotional connection with the club. Digital media plays a crucial role in expanding the reach of the campaign and enhancing fan interaction. This finding also provides insights for local football clubs to implement similar strategies by adjusting for cultural factors and the purchasing power of their fans. In conclusion, sponsorship in football serves not only as funding but also as a strategic tool in building club identity and enhancing fan engagement. The integration of cultural elements in sponsorship has been shown to increase the club's appeal and create long-term relationships between the club, sponsors, and its fan community.

Abstract

The transformation of public officials’ communication via YouTube has intensified information disintermediation. This study examines the communication practices of Dedi Mulyadi, who conveys public information directly, bypassing conventional media channels. The urgency of this research stems from the critical need for regulatory frameworks governing YouTube usage, as official disintermediation exacerbates the economic strain on local television. The novelty of this study lies in its identification of regulatory lacunae regarding the digital activities of public officials and their subsequent implications for the viability of local broadcasters. Employing a qualitative, descriptive methodology, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders across the media, regulatory bodies, government, and academia. The findings reveal that such disintermediation fosters regulatory asymmetry, positioning YouTube as a ‘pseudo-media’ entity exempt from the social and ethical mandates imposed on local television. Consequently, this research proposes a platform-neutral, impact-based reconstruction of broadcasting regulations. It extends the gatekeeping theory within the digital ecosystem and provides a strategic policy foundation for regulators to integrate public accountability standards into officials’ official YouTube accounts, thereby ensuring a balanced local media landscape.

Abstract

Conflicts within football teams often arise due to performance pressure, unbalanced expectations, and communication gaps between players. This study explores how these conflicts are understood and managed in the context of Indonesian national football, utilising the perspectives of professionals at clubs based in Bandung. Based on Conflict Management Theory and Organisational Communication Theory, this study focused on three main questions: how practitioners interpret tensions between local and foreign players, how they assess the fairness and clarity of PSSI player selection practices, and which approaches they believe are most effective for strengthening team cohesion and public trust. Data were collected and obtained through semi-structured interviews with coaches, former national players, and senior football figures, using a qualitative descriptive design. The research findings highlight that consistent communication, transparent evaluation criteria, and performance-based data integration are essential to prevent conflict escalation. Clear information flow and systematic use of metrics support perceptions of fairness, while structured mediation helps restore harmony when disputes arise. This study makes a theoretical contribution by demonstrating how transparency and evidence-based decision-making strengthen organisational legitimacy and help stabilise group dynamics in professional sports teams.
