Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of economic conditions of families on the motivation to continue their education to college in high school class XII students Seri Rama YLPI Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMA Series Rama YLPI Pekanbaru from October to December 2014. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Population of 145 people and a sample of 60 people is the student and the student's family. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire with Likert scale for the dependent variable: Motivation Continuing Education (Y); independent variables: Family Economic Conditions (X). The data analysis technique used is a statistical technique with simple linear regression. From the results, it can be concluded that: (1) family economic conditions affect the motivation to continue their education to college (2) the effect of the economic conditions of families on the motivation to continue their education to college in high school class XII students Seri Rama YLPI Pekanbaru at 44.89%. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by: (1) there is always an increase in BKT every year; (2) the number of students who complained about the incompatibility of the UKT determination with the economic conditions of their families; (3) there is a change in the economic condition of the student's family, such as the presence of a family head who has died, who has been laid off, due to a decline or national economic problems, etc. which have resulted in a decrease in the economic capacity of students; and (4) the number of students who submitted a UKT revision was due to the inadequacy of the UKT previously set. This study aims to: (1) find out the learning outcomes of students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program before the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT); (2) knowing the learning outcomes of the students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program after the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT); and (3) determine the impact of the revised Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program. This research is a quantitative survey method research, because this study aims to test the research hypothesis. This research was conducted on the campus of the University of Riau, where the population in this study were all PPKn students of 2016, 2017 and 2018 who were affected by the UKT revision, while the number of samples in this study was 30 people. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) Student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program before the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) were achieved at an average value of 3.33 or with a quality value of "B" (Good); (2) Student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program after the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are achieved at an average value of 3.56 or with a quality value of "B +" (Good); and (3) There is an impact of the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on the learning outcomes of students in the Riau University PPKn Study Program. It is known from the tcount value which is greater than the ttable value (4.76> 2.00172). Thus, the research hypothesis which reads "It is suspected that the UKT revision has an impact on the learning outcomes of the students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program", can be accepted.Key Words: Impact Analysis, Single Tuition Fee (UKT), Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: According to the UUD 1945 paragraph IV, one of Indonesia’s aim is make this nation getting smarter. In order to reveal that aim, we need to do an effort such as the developing human resource with the improvement of education qualities. This research held in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence due to the interest in learning for students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. With the proporsion random sampling technique, the researcher got 52 students as the sample of this research. The analyses technique use descriptive quantitative analyses with using simple regression linier equation that proceeded with SPSS 16.00 version. Based on the research result, the influence of teacher’s pedagogical competence is significance enough due to the learning interest of the students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Based on the significance experiment result that held with result F count (9,065) ≥ F table (4,03) with Sig (0,0004) ≤ (0,05). It means that is rejectedand is accepted. the result of simple regression linier equation is Y = 31,810 + 0.503X. it is show us that without pedagogical competence, students learning interest is 31,810 and for every 1 improvement of teacher’s pedagogical competence will improve 0.503X students learning interest. On regression analyses calculation the researcher got 0,513 RSquare of contribution to students learning interest. It means that pedagogical competence variable gives contribution to students learning interest in SMA Negeri 6 Mandau 15,3% and rest 84,7 % influenced by other variables. Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research problem was the low students learning achievement in social subject. This study was aim to improve learning outcomes IPS Mechanical Engineering students of class X SMK 1 Tanah Putih Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir with the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and one-time delivery of content meeting the daily tests. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument pengumupulan activity observation sheet data that teachers and students as well as achievement test. Based on the results, it was concluded that; 1) The application of the model type STAD cooperative learning can enhance the learning process. At the first meeting of the first cycle of teacher activity obtained percentage is 58.33% with enough categories, increased in the second meeting of the first cycle to 66.67% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 87.50% with very good categories and increased in the second meeting of the second cycle with 95.83% peresentase very good category. While the activity of the first meeting I cycle students obtained percentage is 58.33% with enough categories, increased in the second meeting of the first cycle to 66.67% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased again from previous meetings to 83.33% with very good categories and increased in the second meeting of the second cycle into 95.83% categorized very well and 2) Application of STAD type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes IPS X class 1 Mechanical Engineering SMK Tanah Putih Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Of the basic score to UH I with an average of 60.75 into 70.00 an increase of 15.22%; from basic score to UH II with an average of 60.75 into 82.50 is also an increase of 35.8 %.Key Words: Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD, Students Learning Achievement2

Abstract: This study was a backdrop of unrest in the process of civic education, more teachers tend to use conventional learning, the teacher is more likely to be less creative in the process of civic education, the process of civic education only contains lectures boring, feeding (spoon feending), not fun but scary, students are not invited to take advantage of its potential, and the methods used often varied. So that student learning outcomes are still many under the KKM, hence the need for a learning method for improving student learning outcomes. His formulation of how the influence of jigsaw cooperative learning model for learning outcomes Civics In SMP PGRI Pekanbaru. The aim of research to determine student learning outcomes after using model-type koopertif jigsaw on the subjects of Civics in SMP PGRI municipality Pekanbaru. The study population of students of class VII SMP PGRI Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru municipality, school year 2015-2016, amounting to 150 students. Samples class VIIA and VIIB SMP PGRI municipality Pekanbaru, divided into the control class numbered 27 students and class totaled 25 students experiment. Data collection techniques were used that observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using student activities, the activities of teachers and learning outcomes. The findings in this study were 1) the activity of the teacher of the whole meeting the average value of the whole meeting 78.89 including a perfect category, 2) student activity overall average of 85.67 meeting very high category. 3) The learning outcomes of student learning outcomes that the value of t at 2.75, then confirmed with t table at a significance level of 5% = 0.05, df = n1 + n2 - 2, the obtained value of t table is 1.68, thitung> ttabel or 2.75> 1.68. In this study, the hypothesis was accepted because thitung greater than ttabel or Ho rejected and Ha accepted.Keywords: TipeJigsaw Cooperative Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract: This research was conducted in the village of Bagan Bhakti Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir. The background of this study is still the presence of children who are not melajutkan secondary education. This can be seen in data from the Village office Bagan Bhakti children who do not continue secondary education numbered 21 people at age 11-15 years. The problem of this research is what are the factors that cause children do not continue secondary education (middle and high school) in the village of Bagan Bhakti districts Balai Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir. This study aims to determine the factors that cause children do not continue secondary education (middle and high school) in the village of Bagan Bhakti districts Balai Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir. As for the population in this study were all children who do not continue secondary education at the age of 11-15 years in the village of Bagan Bhakti Central District of Rokan Hilir districts Balai Jaya totaling 21 people, while the sample in this research is the students complete primary school by 9 people, and as many as 12 students graduated from the junior high school. A sampling technique that uses total sampling technique. The technique of collecting data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature, and documentation. Results of research on Analysis of Causes Children No Continuing Secondary Education In the village of Bagan Bhakti Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir in the can that be a contributing factor is boredom with the percentage of 71.43% and the economic situation of families with the percentage of 80.95%.Keywords: Factors contributing, children don’t go on secondary education

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the use of learning resources and their effects on learning outcomes in FKIP Economics Education students at Riau University. The population in this study were students of the University of Riau's economic education and the sample to be studied was 122 students. In this study using a sample technique Proposional random sampling sample randomly determined all populations have the opportunity to be sampled. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of learning resources used to affect learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study showed that the use of the internet is very often used as a learning source that is equal to 60%, followed by textbooks with frequent categories of 68% and other reading sources with rarely used categories at 60%.Keywords: internet usage, textbooks and other reading, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research is background  by the learning attitude of student in SMP Negeri 2 Batu gajah Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Learning attitude change can be observed in the learning process, objectives, firmness and consistency towards something. This change is one indicator of the success of teachers in implementing the learning process. For that educators must create a lesson plan including the learning experience of students who made the attitudes of learning towards subjects become more positive.The formulation of the problem of this research is "How influence learning  attitudes toward the learning results of PKN VII and VIII class in the SMP 2 Batu Gajah Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu?. This study aims to determine how the influence of students' attitudes toward learning result  PKN class VII and VIII in the SMP 2 Pasir Penyu. This research is useful for the reader to add insight and information about the attitude of learning. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The data collection instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 23 statements about students' attitudes (variable X) and the learning result  of grades (Y). Data were analyzed using linear regression. hypothesis that "there is influence students' attitudes learning result  PKN class VII and VIII in the SMP 2 Pasir Penyu is accepted.". This is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained Fhitung 4,43 and 4,00 Ftabel value obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N = 59, at significance level of 5%, thus F count> F table, or 4.43> 4.00. So the hypothesis in this study is accepted that there is a significant impact learning' attitudes toward learning result  PKN class VII and VIII in the smp 2 Batu Gajah Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to increase the motivation to learn socil subject with the use of media images through multimedia Spectra in class X SMK Tanah Putih 3 with totaling 20 people students. The research was conducted in two cycles in which the data were collected through observation of teacher activity, student activity observation and student motivation during the learning process. The results showed that the use of media images through multimedia spectra can increase learning motivation IPS. It proved the observation of each cycle has increased. The results obtained for the first cycle of teacher activity with a percentage of 65% increase in the second cycle to 85%. Along with the increased activity of teachers in the second cycle, the student activity also increased, in the first cycle of activity students gain a percentage of 56.00% and increased to 85.00%. Students' motivation has also seen rising. This is evident from the percentage of student motivation in the first cycle with the percentage of 50.63%, the percentage increased to 78.13%. Based on these results indicate that by using media images through multimedia spectra increase students' motivation in social studies.Keywords: Media images, Spectra Multimedia and Motivation

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter bertujuan membentuk bangsa yang tangguh, kompetitif, berakhlak mulia, bermoral, bertoleran, bergotong royong, berjiwa patriotik, berkembang dinamis, berorientasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semuanya dijiwai oleh iman dan takwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa berdasarkan Pancasila. Implementasi pendidikan karakter harus didukung oleh semua pihak termasuk lembaga pendidikan SMAN di Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan tentang “Implementasi pengembangan karakter dalam proses pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 SMAN di Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar”, meliputi proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, pengawasan, serta hasil dan kendala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Dalam pemerikasaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik derajat kepercayaan, keralihan, kebergantungan, kepastian. Tenik analisa data mengikuti flow model Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian pada tataran perencanaan adalah perangkat pembelajaran yakni silabus dan RPP. Pada tataran pengorganisasian yakni pembagian jam pelajaran dan tugas tambahan guru. Pada tataran implementasi yakni implementasi RPP yang didalamnya terdapat lima nilai karakter (religius, nasionalisme, mandiri, gotong royong, integritas) pada kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, kegiatan penutup. Pada tataran pengawasan yakni evaluasi sikap, pengetahuan, kerampilan. Pada tataran hasil merujuk pada standar kompetensi lulusan serta pada tataran kendala terdapat berbagai macam kendala yang dijumpai saat kegiatan pembelajaran.
