Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of familiy income and learning facilities on learning achievement of students. The population in this research is all of students grade X social and XI social at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru as many as 325 students, and become a sample as many as 76 students. Research data using the question form and documentation. The analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression. The result of research show that family income and learning facilities influences economics learning achievement of students at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru, value of 1,468 and 1,562 with regression analysis Y=8,253+1,468+1,562. The contribution of family income and learning facilities on learning achievement of 39,5%.Keywords: Family income, learning facilities, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: One manifestation of political consciousness is political participation in the election of the mayor. Political participation based on political consciousness will encourage people to exercise their right to vote rationally and in accordance with the aspirations of the people. But in reality, the level of voter participation in the election mayor of Pekanbaru in 2017 is still lacking. Percentage of voters' participation in sub district Tenayan Raya only reached 43.72%, which means there are still many voters who did not participate that reached 56.28%. This study aims to explain the effect of political awareness on political participation. This study uses quantitative descriptive by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents in four urban villages in Tenayan Raya sub district, then the data is analyzed by using logistic regression. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between political awareness on political participation because the value of p value Chi-Square 13,105 > Chi-Square table 3,841. In the Pseudo R Square table of 16.4% political awareness contribution to political participation, in other words 83.6% other factors from outside the model that explain the dependent variable. Based on the analysis of political awareness data of Tenayan Raya sub-district is low down to 68%, while the political participation of Tenayan Raya community in the election of mayor of Pekanbaru is also categorized as low by 94%.Keywords: Political Awareness, Political Participation

Abstract: This research is based on customary basiacuang in kampar regency as a custom which become the culture of kampar residents especially kumantan village. So the writer take title research "Public Perception About Moral Value In There Basiacuang I n Kumantan Village Bangkinang Sub District Kampar Regency". The formulation of the problem in this research is How Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub District Bangkinang Kampar District? The purpose of this study is to Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub-District Bangkinang Kampar District. The population of this study is the community of kumantan village which amounted to 5,119 people and the sample amounted to 50 people. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire consists of 27 questions. The interview consisted of 8 questions. In analyzing the data using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub-District Bangkinang Kampar District seen from the percentage of 50respondents stated 10.07% for the category is not good, 21.93% for the less good category , 55.19% for good category, and 12.81% for very good category.Keywords:Perception, CustomBasiacuang

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims is to see the effect of learning interest and education cost on student learning achievement of economic education study program student FKIP Universitas Riau with quantitative descriptive research methods using multiple regression analysis. The sampling techniques uses random sampling Population of this research was 115 respondent and taking 54 respondent for the sample. Based on the results of research and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis of learning interest (X1), education costs (X2) and learning achievement (Y) obtained the equation Y = 2407+ 0.0151+ 2.840E-82 Where the results of the study show that X1 and X2 are simultaneous effect on Y. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the coefficient of determination (R2) was 42.3%, which means 42.3% of learning achievement was influenced by interest in learning and education costs while the remaining 57.7% was influenced by other independent variables not included in this research. The result of this reseach show that learning interest and education cost has a positive effect on student learning achievement. Thus, the highest learning interest and having a adequate educational cost will make a good learning process for student.Key Words: Learning Interest, Education Cost, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by the low learning activities of PPKn students of class VIII in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14. The formulation of the research problem is "Is there influence on the use of Verbal Soccer learning strategies on the eighth grade students' PPKn learning activities in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14?". This study was to determine the effect of the use of Verbal Soccer learning strategies on the learning activities of PPKn students of class VIII in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14. This research was conducted at Pekanbaru State Middle School 14 in August to September 2018. This research is an experimental quantitative descriptive study, the population in this study is class VIII Pekanbaru State Middle School 14. The sample in this study was taken based on the "Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken as a sample is class VIII 3 (experimental class) given the Verbal Football learning strategy, and class VIII 5 (control class) are students who are given the conventional method. Then the data analysis using the homogeneity test and the "t" test. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence of learning activities between students who use the Verbal Football learning strategy and conventional methods in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14 (t_ (count = 3.11)> t_ (table = 1.99)). Where there is an increase in the average learning activities of the experimental class PPKn from 81.44% to 81.98% and the average learning activity of the control class PPKn from 52.06% to 69.97%. . Thus the hypothesis which states that there is an influence on the use of Verbal Soccer learning strategies on the learning activities of PPKn students of class VIII in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14, is acceptable.Keywords: Verbal Football, Activity

Abstract

Abstract :The background of this research by studying the results of theeconomic subjects achieved by the students of Senior High SchoolCendana Pekanbaru that generally not reached the minimum score criteria(KKM) that is 78. Learning economy in this school is still generallycentered on the teacher (teacher center) and only occasionally engage thelearners. During this time, teachers implemented conventional learning.On the other there are many models of learning that can lead to studentsactive and make learning more meaningful, one of them is model of 5Elearning cycle. The purpose of this study to determine students learningoutcomes using cycle learning model, the difference and how much theinfluence of this model toward learning outcomes.The population in this study were all students of class XI Social inSenior High School Cendana Pekanbaru that consist of 71 students thatincludes three classes. While the sample are a class XI Social 1 and XISocial 3 that consist of 46 students were previously given homogeneitytest. Data analysis techniques used are different test using the formulaindependent sample t-test and to determine how much the influenceof thismodel using the glass (Δ) formula.Posttest data shows the average value of the experimental classwas 85,13 while the average values of the control class is 79,83. Posttestresults was tested using different test with a significance of 0,0009 is lessthan 0,05 (set), it means there is a significant difference between theposttest results of experimental class and control class. The results ofdifferent test show there is an influence of learning cycle model towardstudent learning outcomes of class XI on economic subjects in SeniorHigh School Cendana Pekanbaru. Further, Glass (Δ) testing found themagnitude of the effect then explain the value of 0,8 included into broadcategories. Thus, it can be interpreted that the cycle learning model hasconsiderable influence toward student learning outcomes.Key Word : Model 5E Learning Cycle and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The scientific approach is one of the approaches to scientific learning. Daryanto (2014) revealed that learning with a scientific approach is a learning process designed in such a way that students actively construct concepts, laws or principles through stages of observing, formulating problems, proposing or formulating hypotheses, collecting data and various techniques, analyzing data , draw conclusions and communicate concepts, laws or principles found. Learning outcomes are specific competencies or abilities both cognitive, affective and psychomotor achieved or mastered by students after attending the teaching and learning process (Kunandar, 2013) This study aims to determine the effect of applying the 2013 curriculum scientific approach to student learning outcomes in PPKn learning. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Ujungbatu, Rokan Hulu Regency. The subject of this research was class XI students. The sample in this study was to use a homogeneity test taken at random two classes class XI IPS 1 as a control class and XI IPS 2 as an experimental class. Data collected through observation, tests and documentation. The design used is pre-test and post-test on the Quasi Experimental design. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T test differences it is known that the significance of p = 0,000. These results indicate that 0 <0.01. Means that there are differences in the influence of the scientific approach by using preetest and posttest between the control class and the experimental class. This shows that there is an influence of the application of the scientific approach to student learning outcomes. Coupled with the N-gain test results higher experimental class than the control class (0.57> 0.34). It shows that learning using the 2013 curriculum approach can improve student learning outcomes. Thus the use of a scientific approach has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in PPKn subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Ujungbatu. From observations that researchers take a scientific approach in addition to improving learning outcomes also increases motivation, interest in learning and student activity.Key Words: Influence, Scientific Learning, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract : Basiclly education can take place in three places, namely family, community and school. School is the venue for teaching and learning. Learning and teaching are not only meant as knowledge transfer activities from teacher to student. Various activities such as how to familiarize all citizens of school discipline and adhere to the rules that apply in school, mutual respect, familiarize clean and healthy life and has the spirit of fair competition and the like is a habit that must be grown in the school everyday. The activities related to character education already widely implemented are reflected in the Vision of SMPN 4 Pekanbaru namely a writer doing research. The aim of this study is to investigate to find out influence school culture to the religious character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Population of this research are all students of SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru the school year 2014/2015, amounting to 897 students and the sample was taken as much as 15% of the total population to 135 respondents. The method use disdescriptive quantitative. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire consisting of 13 questions about the influence of school culture (variable X) and 23 questions abou the religious character of the student(Y). Data were analyzed using linear regression. With a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained F count ttabel 3,92 obtained 6.34 and the value of the distribution list F table study with N = 135, at significance level of 5%, thus F count> F table, or 6,34>3.92. So the hypothesis that there is a cultural influence on the formation of the character of a religious school students in SMPN 4 Pekanbaru accepted. Key words : Schoolculture, Religious Character

Abstract: Extracurricular The research based on the observation was done by the researcher at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci. It showed lack of students’ interest on the library conditions it causes the problem by students to increase their knowledge. The formally, the function of the library is aimed to education. The specifically, the function of the library is to increase students’ interes in reading, because of that the library is very important for students. This research was aimed to know the implementation of the library function and the influence on students’ interest at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan kerinci Pelalawan Regency. The sampel of this research was 40 students. The instrument of data collection by using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. This research is a quantitative descriptive analaysis. The implementation of the library functions and the influences on student interest at smp negeri 1 pangkalan kerinci are in good level. There is a significant influence between the implementation of the library function on reading students’ interest at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci are in good level. So the hypothesis is the research was acceptex. The result found that the cooficient of determination (Rsquere) os 0458. Abstract

Abstract:This event will be based on research by the existence of extracurricular activities dance in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Extracurricular dance art is an activity that is implemented outside of school lessons and is associated with beauty and rhythmic body movements followed by a resounding – sounds or music. Extracurricular dance is also a means for the development of creativity against the interest, talent and potential that exist in the student., therefore one establishment of creative character in the scope of the school's extracurricular program is art, especially the art of dance. Hence the formulation of the problem of the research is "How can the influence of extracurricular activities dance Towards the formation of Character  Creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru?", with the aim to find out how the influence of extracurricular activities dance towards the formation of character creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This research is useful for readers to add insight and information on character education.The method of this research is quantitative deksriptif. Data collection instruments used in this study i.e. the now consisting of 20 questions/ statement about influence of extracurricular dance (variable X) and 23 questions/ statement about the creative character of the students (variable Y). The data were analyzed using Linear Regression. With such a hypothesis stating "there are extra-curricular activities influence dance against the formation of creative character sman 4 Pekanbaru received.". This is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between variables X and Y variables, acquired Fhitung and Ftabel values are 12,47 >4, 10 obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftabel with the N39, at significant levels of 5, thus Ftabel, Fhitung or 12,47 >4, 10. So the hypothesis on this research accepted that there was a significant influence on extracurricular  activities    dance towards   the formation of character creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru.
