The principal is a school policy maker. During this Covid-19 pandemic, the Principal must think about how the education he leads is so that the teaching and learning process can run properly. This Research aims to find out how the Principal’s policies in implementing online learning for teachers and students during the COVID19 Pandemic. With the hope that students get quality education and can be achieved optimally. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with field studies. The research's object was Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri 3 Padang, and the research subject is the principal and teachers. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results indicated that the principal of Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri 3 Padang had the policy to implement face-to-face learning and the number of students based on the health protocol. Principals, class-teachers, subject-teachers, and guardians of the students work together to make the policy successful.

Permasalahan pengembangan sekolah, pengembangan dan pembinaan guru perlu diselesaikan untuk menghasilkan sekolah yang bermutu. Kecamatan IV Jurai perlu memperhatikan pengembangan sekolah karena Kecamatan IV Jurai merupakan pusat wilayah dari Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yang perlu menjadi daerah percontohan bagi daerah lainnya. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Bentuk kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui workshop dan bimtek. Workshop dilakukan untuk menstransfer ilmu, yaitu pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang supervisi dan manajemen sekolah. Untuk kemudian bimtek dilaksanakan untuk membimbing kepala sekolah untuk membuat program supervisi dan pedoman supervisi.

Children's education cannot be separated from the large contribution of parents, who realize it or not will have a considerable influence on the success of an education. Therefore, in any situation, the role of parents cannot be ignored. One of the things we can observe is the need for parental cooperation in the implementation of existing education in an educational institution, we call it an early childhood education institution. Early childhood education cannot be separated from the cooperation of parents, the low cooperation of parents with early childhood education institutions will affect the success of the program itself. In this study the researchers tried to analyze the things that caused the low work of parents in early childhood education institutions, questionnaires were distributed to 21 who had children who were in early childhood education institutions and distributed randomly. With the results of good job research in terms of orientation to tasks that are considered quite good, (2) Orientation to the process which is considered quite good (3) Orientation to the assessment is quite low. The conclusions we can draw from this research are the need for an approach given to parents, so that parents want to be involved and cooperate in early childhood education institutions.

This research was based on the observation of the author at the Tanah Datar District Education and Culture Office conducted by the leadership, namely the Head of the Division and the Head of the Session which were categorized Good. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study was all employees at the Tanah Datar District Education and Culture Office, which numbered 62 people. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire, which is arranged in the form of a Likert sketch that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using the average formula. The results showed that the performance management of employees at the Tanah Datar District Education and Culture Office showed that 1) employee performance planning was in the Good category with an average score of 3.75, 2) the implementation of employee performance is in the Good category with an average score of 3.73, 3) the assessment of employee performance is in the category of Good Enough with an average score of 3.58, 4) reviewing employee performance in the Good category, with an average score of 3.67, 5) improvement in employee performance in the Good category with an average score namely 3.63, and then general the performance management of the Culture and Education Office of the Tanah Datar District staff has been well managed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant influence of pedagogical competence and school climate influenced by academic supervision to the quality of SMA Negeri 8 in Pekanbaru City. The sample of this research is 80 respondents taken with a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection in this research was done through questionnaire dissemination. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis test using simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using Cronbach's alpha formula. The result of the research shows pedagogic competence (X1) affect the quality of school (Y) equal to 20,3%, school climate (X2) influence school quality (Y) equal to 10,8%, pedagogic competence (X1) moderated academic supervision variable (Z) affecting the quality of school (Y) of 33.3%, school climate (X2) moderated academic supervision variable (Z) affect the quality of school (Y) of 25.4%, pedagogic competence (X1) and school climate (X2) moderated supervision variable academic (Z) affect the quality of school (Y) equal to 28,7%.

This study aims to identify and understand the implementation of constructivism learning theory in science. The method used in this study uses a library method or approach (library research). Data obtained through literature study. The results showed that constructivist teaching is based on the belief that learning occurs as learners are actively involved in a process of meaning and knowledge construction rather than passively receiving information. Teaching methods based on constructivist views are very useful to help students' learning. The following are practices derived from cognitive psychology that can help students understand, recall and apply essential information, concepts and skills. They are used to make lessons relevant, activate students' prior knowledge, help elaborate and organize information, and encourage questioning. Important concepts from this perspective are advanced organizers, analogies, and elaboration. Teaching science from a constructivist perspective aims to give students knowledge of science in such a way that they not only understand the concepts and principles of science, but also the significance of science learning

The aim of the present study is developing English learning model to increase students’ language skills in English subject for VIII graders of SMP N 1 Uram Jaya through Directed-Project Based Learning (DPjBL) implementation. This study is designed in Research and Development (R & D) using ADDIE model development. The researcher collected the data through the test, questionnaire, observation, and interview which were then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The study revealed that Directed-Project Based Learning (DPjBL) implementation is significantly able to be one learning model allowing to increase student’s language skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja di Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Populasi adalah semua karyawan di Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 101 orang dan sampelnya adalah 53 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dirumuskan tentang motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Hasilnya adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja di Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

This reasearch aimed to describe organizational commitment related to the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar, to know the organizational commitment of employees at the Regional Secretariat Tanah Datar and to know the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar. The type of this research is correlational research with quantitative approach, population in research is all employees at Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar which amounts to 104 people. The samples were taken based on Slovin using proportional stratified random sampling technique and obtained 51 samples. The instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire with five choices of answers that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this research is correlation coefficient test and t test with SPSS 16.0. From result of research indicate that there is significant correlation between organizational commitment variable with employee performance. The level of performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar Regency is Quite High. While the organizational commitment variable is in the Quite High

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan iklim organisasi di SMK Negeri 4 Padang yang dilihat dari sudut pandang keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, perasaan positif, kesetaraan (variabel X) dan kebebasan, kehangatan, kepercayaan, tanggung jawab (variabel Y). Seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 4 Padang menjadi populasi di penelitian sebanyak 96 orang guru dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang guru yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik propotionate statified random sampling. Instrument menggunakan kuesioneri skala Likert yang telah dites untuk mengamati validitas dan reliabelitas angket. Kesimpulannya adalah Kaitan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan iklim organisasi di SMK Negeri 4 Padang.
