Many female students complain when they feel menstrual pain, so they don't go to college. Management of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) can be done through pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures. Efforts to treat menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) with stretching exercises and drinking water therapy are effective for non-pharmacological measures in reducing pain or menstrual pain. Another non-pharmacological action using herbal plants is sour turmeric drink. This study determined the influence of the habit of drinking turmeric acid and yoga in overcoming dysmenorrhea. Quasi-experimental research method, one group measuring pain level with a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for dysmenorrhea using pretest and posttest questionnaires. The only sample who drank turmeric acid and had not done yoga were 30 young women. The results of young women had a significant effect on the treatment of dysmenorrhea before and before taking turmeric acid and doing yoga with p value < 001.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal certification on slaughterhouses is a building or complex of buildings specifically designed to meet certain technical and hygienic requirements and is also used for slaughtering animals using descriptive qualitative research methods. Halal certification is a process where halal certification is obtained through several inspection steps to prove that the raw materials, production process and halal product guarantee system of the Company have met the established standards. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 13 paragraph (1) number 2 of 2010, in terms of Ruminant Slaughterhouses and Meat, a Slaughterhouse, hereinafter abbreviated as RPH, is a building or complex of buildings that are treated as slaughterhouses. . The establishment of a Halal system must meet the criteria of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance system. To accelerate the Halal certification process, the government has taken the Halal Product Guarantee (JPH) policy which is a derivative of the Job Creation Law Number 11 of 2020. Based on PP article 140 no. Article 39 of the Halal Product Guarantee in 2021 states that the determination of halal certification guarantees for food, beverages, slaughter products, and slaughter services will be carried out in stages. Slaughter products are the most important ingredient and slaughterhouses are at the top of the production chain, so slaughterhouses must ensure that the slaughter and processing process is carried out in accordance with Islamic law and established halal rules. If the meat produced in the slaughterhouse is not halal, then the meat products and processed products are also non-halal products. Based on these three standards, abattoirs can produce good products while reducing adverse impacts on the environment. Meat must be slaughtered in a slaughterhouse in such a way that it is halal, safe and healthy. Meat slaughtering consists of several stages: receiving cattle, protection, pre-slaughter inspection, inspection of productive females, slaughtering and inspection

Data for this study were retrieved from the Publish Or Perish application, consisting of 10 articles related to the research. The following are the 10 articles that serve as data sources in this study, and the factors influencing stock prices are Return On Equity, where this variable can have a positive effect on stock prices. Changes in Return On Investment, Cash Flow from Investments, Price to Book Value, and Debt to Asset Ratio have an impact on changes in stock prices. Partially, the variables Return On Investment, Price to Book Value, and Debt to Asset Ratio influence stock values. In essence, stocks are volatile and challenging to predict or estimate whether they will rise or fall. Changes in the return on investment, cash flow from investments, book value to value, and debt-to-asset ratio have an impact on changes in stock values. Generally, the factors of Return On Investment, Price to Book Value, and Debt to Asset Ratio influence stock values.

Abstract

Excessive nausea and vomiting result in a weak body, pale face and the frequency of urination decreases drastically so that body fluids are reduced, blood becomes thick (hemoconcentration) and can slow down blood circulation which means that oxygen consumption and tissue food are also reduced. The first trimester is the period when the fetus is in the early stages of the formation of body organs, if the mother suffers from excessive nausea and vomiting, it will result in the mother's nutrition not being met, this has a bad impact on the developing fetus, including causing slow fetal growth and BBLR. One of the non-pharmacological treatments to reduce nausea and vomiting is acupressure. Acupressure therapy to reduce nausea and vomiting is carried out by manually pressing on the pericardium 6 (PC 6) point in the wrist area.  The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in the first trimester about reducing nausea and vomiting with Pericardium 6 (Pc 6) acupressure. The activity method, carried out from February to August 2023 at PBM Yustati Ambarita, Jambi City, is a form of educational activity for pregnant women in the first trimester. After the education, a posttest was carried out using the same questionnaire with the pretest. The results of the education showed an increase in maternal knowledge after participating in the education. Before the education, 11 mothers had good knowledge and 19 mothers had poor knowledge. After education, all mothers have good knowledge about pericardium acupressure to overcome nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester.

Abstract

This study aims to portray the mechanism of waqf crowdfunding and as to how crowdfunding operator and nazhirs (waqf managers) show their accountability to the public. In doing so, an exploratory study at kitabisa.com, one of the largest donation-based crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia, was conducted. Data was collected through interviews, email correspondences, and web content analysis while data analysis was conducted through thematic analysis. The findings of this study show that there have been some efforts made by both crowdfunding operator and nazhirs to discharge their accountability to the public. Meanwhile, the absence of existing regulation to waqf crowdfunding in Indonesia could be a threat to waqf accountability. This study concludes with recommendations for the improvement of waqf crowdfunding in the future.

Abstract

The endowment of money or cash waqaf has the potential to significantly improve the welfare of the community in the Minangkabau region, both socially and economically. This includes areas such as education, health, and poverty alleviation. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed to achieve maximum effectiveness. The aim of this research is to assess the feasibility of cash waqaf and the challenges it poses through qualitative research. Data collection is conducted through structured interviews with various informants, including BWI (Badan Wakaf Indonesia), nadzir (endowment managers/institutions), wakif (endowment donors), and religious leaders. The expected outcome of this research is to identify strategies and solutions to overcome the challenges faced in developing cash waqaf programs in the Minangkabau region, in accordance with the traditional philosophy of "Adat Basandi, Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah" (Customary law based on Islamic law, and Islamic law based on the Qur'an).

Abstract

Diagnosis of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) diseases often faces obstacles in determining the level of certainty of a disease based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. The main problem in this research is how to compare the level of accuracy between the Certainty Factor and Dempster-Shafer methods in an expert system for diagnosing ENT diseases. As a solution, this research applies both methods and analyzes the results of their calculations on various symptoms entered by the patient. The purpose of this research is to determine which method is more effective in providing certainty of diagnosis. The results show that the Certainty Factor method produces a higher level of certainty than Dempster-Shafer, for example in Tonsillitis disease which reaches 94.68% compared to 0.02% in Dempster-Shafer. Thus, the Certainty Factor method is more recommended for ENT disease diagnosis expert systems. The contribution of this research is to provide insight into the use of artificial intelligence methods in the medical field, especially in improving the accuracy of expert systems to assist health workers in making diagnostic decisions.
