Abstract

The concepts of solidarity and social integration play an important role in creating an effective learning environment. They form the basis of learning, character building and preparing students to play an active role in an increasingly complex society. The purpose of this research is to explain about Solidarity and Social Integration in the Context of Education Management: An Analysis Based on Émile Durkheim's Theory. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Solidarity and Social Integration in the Context of Education Management: An Analysis Based on Émile Durkheim's Theory. The results of this study suggest that an understanding of solidarity and social integration in the context of Durkheimian theory is important. These concepts help guide approaches and practices that promote a balance between uniformity and diversity, respect for shared social norms, and understanding of the unique role of individuals in achieving common goals. Education, as a key tool in shaping society, plays an important role in facilitating social integration and creating solidarity. In education management, curriculum development, student participation, collaboration between stakeholders, inclusive approaches, and an understanding of the role of education in social integration are key in achieving this goal.

Abstract

This study is motivated by issues in the quality of school management at SMK IT Cahaya Peradaban, particularly concerning inefficiencies in the execution of duties by educators and education personnel. The problems stem from a lack of structured documentation, unclear responsibilities, and overlapping tasks, resulting in low work efficiency and difficulty in performance measurement. The aim of this research is to develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that is valid, practical, and effective in improving the quality of task execution within the school environment. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), involving stages such as problem identification, SOP development based on literature and expert input, validation by expert validators, revision, user training, field testing, and dissemination of results. The findings reveal that the developed SOP is highly valid (average score 4.26), highly practical (average score 4.29), and highly effective (effectiveness score 89.63). The SOP provides a clear, structured, and applicable guide for daily task implementation. Its implementation is expected to enhance work efficiency, reduce task overlaps, and improve overall school governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas relevansi pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun, seorang filsuf dan sejarawan Muslim abad ke-14, terhadap interaksi sosial siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Mengacu pada konsep asabiyyah (solidaritas sosial) dan pengaruh lingkungan terhadap perkembangan individu, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana interaksi sosial terbentuk di sekolah dan bagaimana hal ini memengaruhi perkembangan psikologis serta akademik siswa. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis literatur serta observasi interaksi siswa dalam kelompok belajar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konsep solidaritas sosial berperan penting dalam mendukung prestasi akademik serta kesejahteraan sosial siswa.

Abstract

This concept of the Weberian bureaucratic ideal-type has been the basis for many organisations and governments around the world. While it is not always possible to achieve all of these characteristics in practice, these ideals provide a view of how an efficient and effective organisation should operate. The purpose of this research is to explain the Weberian Bureaucratic Ideals in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Idealtype of Weberian Bureaucracy in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness. The results of this study show that the application of the ideal-type concept of Weberian bureaucracy in the education system has significant implications for management efficiency and effectiveness. The principles of Weberian bureaucracy, such as rationality, clear rules, strict hierarchy, specialisation, impersonality and separation of ownership and management, create the basis for more rational decision-making, efficient administration and better achievement of educational goals. In the context of decision-making, the principles of rationality and clear rules ensure that policies and decisions are based on objective criteria and relevant data.

Abstract

Education management plays an important role in making decisions about curriculum content and how education is planned and delivered. Inequality in access to education and curricular issues are two aspects of concern in Marx-inspired analyses of social inequality in education. The purpose of this research is to explain about the Assessment of Karl Marx's Perspective in Education Management: An Analysis of Social Inequality in the Education System. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this research are reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Study of Karl Marx's Perspective in Education Management: An Analysis of Social Inequality in the Education System. The results of this study suggest that addressing social inequalities in the education system, education management should prioritise fairer access for all students, regardless of their social and economic background. This could include providing financial aid, scholarships and support programmes for underprivileged students. In addition, education management needs to focus on improving the quality of education across the region. Improved school facilities, better teacher training and more relevant curriculum development are important steps in creating higher quality education. In this way, all students have the same opportunity to get a quality education.

Abstract

Creating a social justice-orientated education system through resource redistribution will open the door for every individual to get a quality education and develop their full potential. This will help reduce social inequality in education, which in turn can have a positive impact on society and the economy as a whole. The purpose of this research is to explain about Karl Marx's Theory and Redistribution of Educational Resources: Reviewing Social Justice-Oriented Education Management. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Karl Marx Theory and Redistribution of Educational Resources: Reviewing Social Justice-Oriented Education Management. The results of this study show that applying Marx's theory in education management involves a number of concrete steps, including equitable resource allocation, free or affordable education, inclusion, critical education, the role of government, community participation, and quality evaluation. These are measures that aim to transform the education system into a powerful tool for reducing social inequality and ensuring that every individual has an equal opportunity to develop fully. Working towards social justice in education requires the co-operation of various parties, including governments, educational institutions, communities and individuals. Only with concerted efforts can we create an education system that empowers all individuals, without exception, to reach their full potential and build a more just and socially equitable society.

Abstract

This study examines changes in the social piety of female itinerant traders in traditional markets in the Minangkabau matrilineal cultural context in West Sumatra. Village religious traditions, common among non-mobilized women working as farmers, are compared with market religious traditions, which emerge among women working as itinerant traders. The change from the agricultural sector to the market sector influenced women's religious practices, from traditions characterized by mechanical rural norms to an organic and materialistic market orientation. This study uses holistic observation methods in two traditional markets and in-depth interviews with female itinerant traders. Findings suggest that the economic mobility of itinerant women traders creates different dynamics of social piety, with heterogeneous market interactions influencing their understanding and practice of religion. The piety formed reflects social solidarity and adaptation to changing economic conditions, with primary indicators including helping, lending and borrowing capital, almsgiving, and trade integrity. This activity shows that religion plays a role not only as a spiritual guide but also as a motivator and regulator in economic and social life. This study sheds light on how economic dynamics influence women’s religious and social lives in Minangkabau, emphasizing the necessity of understanding cultural and economic changes within a broader social context.

Abstract

Pendidikan sekolah Islam terpadu sangat disukai masyarakat karena memberikan pendidikan karakter kepada siswanya. Pendidikannya mendidikan peserta didiknya berpengetahuan dan berkarakter Islami. Dalam menbentuk pendidikan Berbasis Islam terpadu Guru harus mampu menggali potensi minat dan bakat belajar peserta didik untuk pencapaian pengetahuan,Tahfidz dan pembentukan karakter Islami.Pencapaian pendidikan yang demikian guru sebagai pusat belajar bagi siswanya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat minat dan bakat siswa terhadap program Pendidikan Islam Terpadu di SD IT Haji Djalaluddin. Berdasarkan perspektif Ibnu Khaldun dan Max Weber, keduanya menekankan betapa pentingnya memahami karakter individu dan bagaimana lingkungan sosial memengaruhi pendidikan. Max Weber juga menekankan betapa pentingnya motivasi dan nilai-nilai dalam membentuk minat seseorang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan angket kepada siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, dukungan keluarga, dan penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mendorong minat dan bakat siswa dalam program Pendidikan Islam Terpadu.

Abstract

Pendidikan bukan hanya tentang pembelajaran keilmuwan di dalam kelas, melainkan juga pembentukan karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian pada peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan manajemen yang berbasis sosiologi pendidikan untuk memperkuat karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menggali lebih dalam lagi tentang bagaimana sosiologi pendidikan berperan dalam pembentukan karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik melalui manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah khazanah pengetahuan tentang fungsi sosiologi pendidikan didalam peningkatan karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik melalui manajemen pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosiologi pendidikan yang dibalut didalam manajemen di suatu lembaga pendidikan dapat membentuk karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai tertentu pada peserta didik. Di samping itu, penting pula mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keluhuran budi pekerti di dalam kurikulum yang diterapkan di sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Hal ini dilakukan agar karakter , sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik dapat dibentuk dengan mudah dan terarah.

Abstract

Empowerment of women through savings and loans is a potential to overcome women's poverty, to increase women's income, assistance is provided through savings and loans. Women's savings and loan activities are in line with the development priorities  Sustainable Development Goals , namely overcoming poverty and reducing inequality. The gender analysis used in this article is GAD (Gender And Development).To analyze women's empowerment through savings and loan activities, this article uses qualitative data. Women are a category of society who are economically marginalized, therefore women are considered as individuals. The purpose of this article is to understand the process of empowering women through savings and loans for business capital in Nagari Talang, Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency. Savings and loans for business capital are aimed at women who have businesses, members can develop their own businesses
