Abstractâ€” Social capital consists of three main pillars, namely trust, norms and networks. Everything will be examined through a description of the informal sector seen from women who work as traders in Karangrejo Village, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency. The research problem that will be answered in this study is knowing social capital in empowering women in the informal sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of social capital in empowering women traders in Karangrejo Village. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach with questionnaire data collection methods and documentation. The participation of women in the informal sector in Kelurahan Karngrejo turns out to provide many functions for womenâ€™s self-development. At first they have not been able to identify the potential that exists in them, now they can recognize their own potential so that women can apply it through the skills they have mastered. Social capital efforts in womenâ€™s empowerment are expected to motivate women to be more advanced, independent and be able to develop their potential. In society so that they can be more empowered and improve their social welfare as well as help the family economy. Keywordsâ€”: social capital; women empowerment and the informal sector.

Abstract. The study is a quasi experiment using the two-way ANAVA test which aims to obtain data on the influence of cooperative learning and learning styles on German writing skills. The experimental method used was a 2x2 factorial design. The sample of the study was 20 students of German Education Study Program batch 2019 of Class A. The results of this study reveal that (1) the results of the two-way ANAVA test obtained the value of fcount (0.049) < ftabel (4.45) at the significant level Î± = 0, 05, so there is an influence of cooperative learning on German writing skills of students of German Language Education Study Program at FBS UNM, (2) the results of the two-way ANAVA test obtained the value of fcount (0.049) < ftable (4.45) at a significant level of Î± = 0.05, so there is an influence of learning style on German writing skills of students of German Language Education Study Program at FBS UNM, and (3) the results of the two-way ANAVA test obtained the value of interaction fcount (I) = 3.95 < ftabel = 4.45 at the significant level Î± = 0.05. Therefore, the conclusion of the study is there is an interaction between cooperative learning and learning styles on German writing skills of students of German Language Education Study Program at FBS UNM

ABSTRACTRealization of Local Revenue (PAD) Anambas Islands Regency fluctuates through years, even tends to decline. The main problems faced in achieving the PAD target are due to (1) exploration of potential sources of regional income which is not optimal; (2) limitation of good quality of government’servant resources; (3) working culture of the servant in carrying out public services which is not optimal yet; (4) inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructures; (5) development of information systems in local financial management which is not optimal. The general objective of this research was to formulate strategies to increase PAD in Anambas Islands Regency. The study was conducted in Anambas Islands District on divisons and agencies which directly related to PAD. Primary data were obtained from direct interview, while secondary data were obtained from reports and documents from various related agencies. Data were analyzed by analysis of effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio and regional independence ratio. The results of this study are (1) the effectiveness of regional income of Anambas Islands Regency during 2011-2015 fluctuated and the efficiency of PAD in Anambas Islands Regency tended to increase, (2) The ratio of regional independence was still low, (3) The main strategy implemented in the Anambas Islands Regency in order to increase PAD was an improvement in the management of regional income by optimizing the potential of PAD.Keyword : Local Revenue (PAD), Effectiveness, Efficiency, Independence, Strategy to Increase ABSTRAKRealisasi PAD Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas dari tahun ke tahun mengalami fluktuasi, bahkan cendrung mengalami penurunan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi dalam mencapai target PAD disebabkan oleh (1) Belum optimalnya penggalian potensi sumber-sumber penerimaan daerah; (2) Masih terbatasnya Sumberdaya Aparatur Pemerintah yang berkualitas; (3) Belum optimalnya budaya kerja aparatur dalam melaksanakan pelayanan publik; (4) Sarana dan Prasarana penunjang yang kurang memadai; (5) Belum optimalnya pengembangan sistem informasi dalam pengelolaaan keuangan daerah. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan PAD di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Tempat kajian dilakukan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas pada Dinas dan instansi yang berkaitan langsung dengan PAD. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan dan dokumen yang didapat dari berbagai instansi terkait. Data dianalisis dengan analisis rasio efekivitas, rasio efisiensi dan rasio kemandirian daerah. Hasil yang didapat dari kajian ini (1) Efektivitas PAD Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas selama tahun 2011-2015 berfluktuasi dan efisiensi PAD Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas cenderung membaik, (2) Rasio kemandirian daerah masih rendah, (3) Strategi prioritas utama yang di terapkan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas untuk meningkatkan PAD adalah peningkatan dalam pengelolaan pendapatan daerah dengan mengoptimalkan potensi PADKata kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Efektivitas, Efisiensi, Kemandirian, Strategi Peningkatan

ABSTRACTThe movement of the development paradigm causes development direction not only focuses on growth but also as an effort in reducing poverty and unemployment level and also in improving the quality of human life. The priorities of the economic development should be directed to the leading sector development which has strong relevance to other sectors, so that the sector development will provide a great multiplier effect on the economy. Food and beverages industry is one of the leading sector that contributes greatly to the GRDP of Central Java. The purposes of this research were to analyze the role of the food and beverages industrial sector for the economy of Central Java by using input and output analysis, and to analyze the impact of the increasing budget allocation through government consumption in this sector by using a system dynamic analysis. The results of this research showed that the food and beverages industrial sector had a forward linkage coefficient of 2.42 and backward linkage coefficient of 2.18, and also forward dan backward linkage indexes above 1 which meant that the sector was the key sector in the economy of Central Java because it had strong linkage with other sectors. Simulations on increasing of the allocation of government consumption in that sector had a positive impact on the increase of GRDP and IPM and in reducing poverty in Central Java, but the increase in budget allocation actually causes open unemployment rate in Central Java to increase. Prioritas pembangunan ekonomi hendaknya diarahkan pada pengembangan sector unggulan yang mempunyai keterkaitan yang besar kepada sektor lainnya, sehingga pengembangan sektor tersebut akan memberikan multiplier effect yang besar terhadap perekonomian. Industri makanan dan minuman merupakan salah satu sektor unggulan yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap PDRB Jawa Tengah, sehingga pengembangan sektor tersebut diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran sektor industri makanan dan minuman bagi perekonomian Jawa Tengah dengan menggunakan analisis input output, serta menganalisis dampak peningkatan alokasi anggaran melalui konsumsi pemerintah pada sektor tersebut dengan menggunakan analisis sistem dinamik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor industri makanan dan minuman memiliki koefisien forward linkage sebesar 2.42 dan koefisien backward linkage sebesar 2.18, serta indeks forward dan backward linkage diatas 1 yang berarti bahwa sektor tersebut merupakan sektor kunci dalam perekonomian Jawa Tengah karena memiliki keterkaitan yang kuat dengan sektor lainnya. Simulasi terhadap peningkatan alokasi konsumsi pemerintah pada sektor tersebut memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap peningkatan PDRB dan IPM serta dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Jawa Tengah, namun peningkatan tersebut menyebabkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka bertambah.Keywords: Alokasi Anggaran, Konsumsi Pemerintah, PDRB, Kemiskinan, Pengangguran

Implementation for fiscal decentralitation, local government that required excavation and development of the area and potential revenue sources to increase regional revenue.The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the potential of advertisement tax revenue, reviewing management organization of advertisement tax is implemented, analyzed the taxpayer perceptions of the advertisement tax and revenue enhancement strategy billboard tax in Bogor regency.The data used are secondary and primary data was analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The analytical method used is a regression method, the calculation of Efficiency and Effectiveness taxes. As for the design of this research program using Analysis IFE, EFE and IE, SWOT Analysis and Analysis QSPM.Results of the discussion, in the realization of the tax revenue target advertisements Bogor regency government always exceed the achievement of the targets, with the exception of 2006, when the realization is not achieved then the effective rate also decreased and the percentage of tax efficiency at the Bogor Regency advertisement in 2000 - 2012 looks good and the smaller the ratio efficiency means that the performance of the Bogor regency government for the better collection of advertisement tax.Based on the partial test table, budget, number of employees, regulatory and tax payers have a significant impact on tax revenue billboard on the real level of 10%. Constraints faced in collecting data on the potential of the advertisement tax is the lack of accurate data due to the limited ability of local government officials, the need for legal certainty in the billboard tax management.The draft strategy are as follows 1) conduct outreach and education on an ongoing basis to increase public awareness, 2) build a system of valid and accurate data; 3) give reward and punishment.Keywords: Strategy, Regional Revenue, Advertising Tax ABSTRAK Wujud otonomi dan desentralisasi fiscal, pemerintah daerah berusaha melakukan penggalian dan pengembangan sumber pendapatan potensial untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah.Tujuan penelitian menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pajak reklame, mengkaji manajemen penyelengaraan pajak reklame, menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap pajak reklame dan menyusun strategi peningkatan pendapatan pajak reklame di Kabupaten Bogor.Data yang digunakan data sekunder dan primer, dianalisis secara deskriftif kuantitatif, kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan Regresi, Efisiensi dan Efektivitas pajak. Perancangan program menggunakan Analisis IFE, EFE dan IE, Analisis SWOT dan Analisis QSPM.Hasil pembahasan, dalam merealisasikan target pendapatan pajak reklame selalu melebihi target yang ditetapkan, dengan pengecualian tahun 2006, ketika realisasi tidak tercapai maka efektivitas mengalami penurunan dan persentase efisiensi pajak reklame di Kabupaten Bogor tahun 2000-2012 terlihat baik dan semakin kecil rasio efisiensi mengandung arti kinerja pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor untuk pemungutan pajak reklame semakin baik.Berdasarkan tabel uji parsial, anggaran, pegawai, peraturan dan wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak reklame pada taraf nyata 10%. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya data yang akurat, keterbatasan kemampuan aparat, masih kurang nya kesadaran masyarakat dan perlunya ada kepastian hukum. Rancangan strategi adalah 1) melakukan sosialisasi penyuluhan secara berkesinambungan 2) membangun sistem data yang valid dan akurat 3) memberikan reward dan punishment sesuai ketentuan.Kata Kunci : Strategi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Pajak Reklame

The pharmaceutical services at a dispensary are prescription dispensing, self-medication and drug information. Patient's satisfaction is an essential factor in improving medicines sale at dispensary. The objective of survey is to know the patient's satisfaction who get the prescription service at Kopkar dispensary. Cross sectional study is conducted by collecting data from 100 adult patients who get the prescription service at Kopkar dispensary on November 2003 by questioner. Respondent are selected by the systematic random sampling. Data were analyzed by comparing between the perception of reality service and the perception of need service using correlation index. The result of this study are: (1) The patients have high satisfaction to the empathy and the cleaning waiting room, (2) The patients have moderate satisfaction to the drug service, the cashier service, the drug information, the drug completed, the drug price, the desk in waiting room, the fan and air conditioning service, and (3) the patients have low satisfaction to the television service.

World Health Organization (WHO) state that breast cancer is second cause of death among other cancer illness. Up to now, what become a major factor that caused the breast cancer has known yet, but it was believed that the relation of some factors can improve the risk of breast cancer. Breast cancer is believed happened because of a complicated interaction between many factors like genetic, environment and hormonal, which one of them is abundant estrogen hormone rate in womenÂ’s body. This research is aim to know the risk level that caused by the use of combination contraception pills, which is combination of estrogen and progesterone with the breast cancer risk. The research use case control method in hospital based with period of September-Desember 2004 at Perjan RS Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. The research results show that the user of combination contraception pills has the risk to have breast cancer 1,864 times bigger compare with them who doesnÂ’t take that pills. However, the combination contraception pills is not the major risk factor but itÂ’s only a light factor to increase the risk of breast cancer.

A research had been performed in order to get general description of the service of an oral complementary drug in the nursing ward of IRNA B of Perjan RS Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo and it evaluated the operation of the oral complementary drug service was, and also found out the correlation of the orderly medication instruction writing of the oral complementary drug, the orderly operation of the process of the oral complementary drug procurement, drug preservation, drug preparation, the hand-over the oral complementary drug to a patient, and Communication, Information and Education (CIE) in the nursing ward of IRNA B relation to the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service procedure. The research used the cross sectional method of survey which was descriptive and analytic in its nature. The research showed that 74,81% of the patients medication instruction writing in prescription did not fit the requirements in administration writing and medication information completely. 67,94% of the patients bought the prescription (76%-100%) form the drug store in RSCM, 42,75% of patients kept the 76%-100% of their drug in the pharmacy depot, 42,75% of patients prepared the 76%-100% of patient prepared the 76%-100% of their drug in unites of doses by the pharmacy depot. 64,12% of the patients were given their drug by nurses directly, and finished to swallow the drug according to its use direction, and there was none of the patients who got CIE service from a pharmacist. The operation of the oral complementary drug service in the nursing ward of IRNA B was evaluated as less appropriate to the procedure. It could be concluded that there is significant correlation between medication instruction writing, the orderly operation of the process of the oral complementary drug preservation, the drug preparation, the hand-over the oral complementary drug to a patient in the nursing ward of IRNA B with the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service procedure; and there is no correlation between the procurement of the oral complementary drug, the orderly operation of CIE in the nursing ward of IRNA B with the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service procedure.

The aim of this research is to reveal the relationship between the physicianÂ’s qualification and the rationality of the prescribing oral cardiovascular drugs to adult patients from drugs interactions point of view. This research is classified into descriptive analitic retrospectif survey. Data was collected from a dispensary located in East Jakarta. The result showed that rate of the rationality of prescribing cardiovascular agents by the physicianÂ’s is 89,86%. From total prescribing, 56,45% among them was prescribed by specialist whereas the rest 43,55% was prescribed by general practitioners. The rate of the irrational prescribing is 10,14%. From total prescribing, 78,57% among them was prescribed by general practitioners whereas the rest 21,43% was prescribed by specialist. Based on Chi square testÂ’s result, there is a relationship between physicianÂ’s qualification and the rationality of the prescribing oral cardiovascular drug. The determination of triprolidine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in anti influenza tablet has been performed using derivative spectrophotometry method. Triprolidine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by measuring the first derivative ratio amplitudes, at 227,6 nm (zero crossing for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride) and at 230,0 nm (zero crossing for triprolidine hydrochloride) respectively. The linear calibration graphs were obtained for 5-50 ppm of triprolidine hydrochloride and for 100-800 ppm of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. The results showed that the method is rapid, simple and can be applied successfully to assay simultaneously of two components in tablet preparation.
