Abstract

Pengaruh letak Indonesia terhadap perubahan musim, perpaduan antara letak astronomis dan letak geografis, bisa menimbulkan kondisi matahari bersinar terus menerus, penguapan tinggi sehingga suhu dan kelembapan juga tinggi, memiliki curah hujan yang relatif tinggi .Angka konsentasi ini dapat diekspresikan dalam kelembapan absolut. Pada saat ini alat untuk mengukur kelembapan menggunakan  higrometer, dan bisa menggunakan  aplikasi yang ada di dalam smartphone. Untuk aplikasi pada android dapat mengukur suhu 0 - 40°C dan  kelembapan 0-100%. Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dibuat dan dirancang alat ukur suhu dan kelembapan.Sehingga dirancang sistem berupa alat ukur data logger yang dapat mendeteksi suhu dan kelembapan serta dapat merekam data hasil pengukurannya secara real time dengan rentang waktu pengambilan data sesuai dengan sensor dan untuk  penyimpanan ke dalam Secure Digital Card (SD Card). Dan alat ini dapat mendeteksi suhu 0°C sampai 50°C dan kelembapan 20%sampai 90%. Dan untuk tingkat keberhasilan dari alat sensor suhu 62.5 % dan sensor kelembapan 48%.

Abstract

Currently wireless technology has grown rapidly. Wireless technology is wireless communication technology, and currently has a lot of growing up and one of the developments is the wireless sensor networks (WSN). WSN is a combination of wireless modules, micro module and the sensor module, the workings of WSN is the sensor response value to the microcontroller module and the response values are transmitted via wireless communication. Based on how the WSN can be used for various purposes with one of them for monitoring natural disasters. WSN is designed for monitoring natural disasters landslides. In general WSN systems have problems such as limited distance. In this system, the authors apply topology tree and spanningtreeprotocol (STP). Tree topology is a collection of star topology are connected into the bus topology as spine or backbone lines, while STP is a network communications protocol that has automatic backup paths if the main line is not active. By implementing this system, the maximum distance of the receiving and sending data of node to node is 100 meters, while by applying tree topology and spanningtreeprotocol within a maximum range on the whole system is 141 meters. With these results it can be concluded that the overall system using a maximum distance of wider scope.

Abstract

some fish farmers has been doing some way of controlling salinity in the water for marine fish farming, the farmers will turn on the water pump when they found the taste of the water used to grow fish is not salty, this indicates that the levels of salinity in the water too low. With this method will certainly lead to the growth of fish disturbed. So monitoring and adjusting the condition of pond water is continuously required to maintain water salinity. In this research we analyze one of the supporting factors for the cultivation of marine fish by adjusting the amount of salinity in the water and maintain it in accordance with the needs of tiger grouper. Using Arduino Uno R3 as a data processor, water level or salinity sensor as measuring salinity and input system, while for the actuator system using DC water pump. Salinity measurements using the water level or salinity sensor has an accuracy rate of 98.99%. Calculation of salinity by using fuzzy method goes well with a 100% success rate in accordance with the fuzzy analysis manually. By using salt water pump system can work well in controlling salinity and maintain between 30-33 ppt salinity.

Abstract

The increasing development of car modification and the lack of understanding on the function of using spoilers or rear wings on vehicles, underlies the research on the aerodynamic forces acting on cars. The influence of this aerodynamic device will produce a compressive force to the bottom of the vehicle or called downforce, where this force is greatly influenced by the CL (lift coefficient) value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in the tapper ratio on the value of downforce and drag force on on single-element type spoilers made using a NACA 6412 airfoil. The research was conducted using the Computational Fluid Dynamic method using ANSYS Fluent software with steady state pressure based solver. In this study five variations of the tapper ratio were used, namely: 1:1; 1:0.5; 1:0.7; 0.5:1; and 0.7:1. The fluid properties used are adjusted to the climate and weather in general air conditions and at air flow speeds of 100 km/h. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the highest lift coefficient value was achieved in the 1:1 tapper ratio variation which was equal to CL = -0.2275 and CD = 0.0195. The highest downforce value is achieved in the 1:1 tapper ratio variation that is equal to L = -107,529 N and the largest drag force value is also achieved in the 1: 1 tapper ratio variation that is equal to D = 9.2269 N. The best CL/CD results are obtained at the 1:05 tapper ratio variation with a value of 12.82.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world 4th largest coffee producer with export potential and higher national consumption concluded in 2017 while the coffee production was relatively stagnant. This was led the producer to not only the production risk but also the price risk which then emphasize the importance of futures markets existence as price risk management. This study is performed to examine the impact of futures price volatility to spot market using ARCH-GARCH toward primary data of coffee futures and spot prices of 1172 trading days starting from January 2014 to June 2018. Analysis result indicates that spot price volatility increase due to the volatility of futures prices and exchange rate volatility is also found influencing the volatility of local spot price. This is confirming that futures market plays dominant role in spot price discovery and exchange rate confirms Indonesia as coffee exporting country. Local futures prices are also found to be significantly influenced by volatility of offshore futures prices which indicates that emerging country futures exchange may actually influenced by develop futures market.

Abstract

The study was conducted on GE 1.5 XLE wind turbine blades with a blade length of 4.32 m. This study uses a numerical simulation method with the help of ANSYS Workbench 19 software. Simulation is carried out at wind speeds of 3 m/s, 5 m/s, and 8 m/s. The DAWT (Difuser Augmented Wind Turbines) research model uses the same wind turbine blade as a conventional wind turbine model which is the same GE 1.5 XLE model. The size of the diffuser added to the construction of the wind turbine is 9 m in addition to flanged on the side of the inlet and outlet diffuser.Based on numerical simulations carried out, for wind speeds of 3 m/s, the highest increase in DAWT performance is 115.6%. For wind speeds of 5 m/s, the highest increase in DAWT performance is 99.2%. For wind speeds of 7 m/s, the highest increase in DAWT performance is 91.8%. Based on the simulation results it can be said that the addition of diffuser in the construction of wind turbines will produce effective performance at wind speeds of 3 m/s. The increase in DAWT performance is relatively small on TSR 1-4, and some even experience a decrease in performance. So that it can be said that DAWT is not suggested to be operated on a low TSR, DAWT is recommended to operate above TSR 5.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSystem Information of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Development (SIMRAL) usually called e-planning, as the medium of digital data analysis, is used in data collection, technical guidance arrangement and evaluating of local government affair management, which refers to the regulation that are accordance to its function in this case is Regulatory Affairs Minister Number 54 Year 2010. According to the analysis of logistic regression equation, it is found that the variable of human resources and variable system information significantly affect the readiness of Bogor City Municipality in implementing e-planning development. The goals of this research in general is to formulate readiness strategy of Bogor Municipality in implementing e-planning development by using SWOT Analysis, it is able to identify internal and external factors that both result in 5 strength factors, 8 weakness factor, 4 opportunity factors and 3 threat factors. After weighting to each factors, alternatives of grand strategy is devided, in which the highest weight strategy is Weakness-Opportunity (WO) strategy, namely to improve human resources quality particularly the operators of e-planning system and to improve commitment of e-planning implementation. The conversion of alternative strategy to strategic action will be done conducted by making operational policies which will be the guidance in deriving programmes and implementating e-planning.Keywords: Readiness, e-planning, Implementation, SWOT. ABSTRAKSistem Informasi Perencanaan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi Pembangunan (SIMRAL) atau yang biasa disebut e-planning sebagai sarana pengolahan data elektronik, melaksanakan pengumpulan bahan dan penyusunan pedoman dan petunjuk teknis serta evaluasi penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan daerah yang mengacu pada peraturan perundang – undangan yang bersesuaian dengan fungsinya yang dalam hal ini adalah Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 54 Tahun 2010. Berdasarkan hasil analisis persamaan Regresi Logistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel sumber daya manusia dan sistem informasi mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan Pemerintah Kota Bogor dalam menerapkan perencanaan pembangunan berbasis e-planning ini. Tujuan kajian ini secara umum adalah merumuskan strategi kesiapan Pemerintah Kota Bogor dalam penerapan perencanaan pembangunan berbasis e-planning. Melalui analisis SWOT dapat diidentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang menghasilkan 5 (lima) faktor kekuatan, 8 (delapan) faktor kelemahan, 4 (empat) faktor peluang, dan 3 (tiga) faktor ancaman. Setelah dilakukan pembobotan pada masing – masing faktor dirumuskanlan alternatif grand strategy, adapun strategi yang menperoleh bobot paling tinggi adalah strategi Weakness-Opportunity (WO) yakni tingkatkan kualitas SDM khususnya para operator e-planning dan tingkatkan kesiapan berbagai faktor untuk menunjukkan komitmen terhadap penerapan e-planning. Penterjemahan alternatif strategi ke dalam tindakan strategik akan dilakukan melalui penyusunan kebijakan operasional yang merupakan acuan dalam bentuk penjabaran melalui program dan kegiatan.Kata Kunci: Kesiapan, e-planning, Implementasi, SWOT.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe application of  financial management system in public service at RSUD-HD cause all the operational activities is funded by the acceptance. Based on this, it is need strategy to improve the acceptance. The purpose of this research is to analize acceptancy potential and evaluate acceptance work to reach the target of acceptance, analize which unit that had reached the target or hadn’t reached the target, and how much the differences the increasing or decreasing from the target that has been determined, identification the cause of the target that has reached and hasn’t reached and to formulate what strategy should be determined in improving acceptancy. The research is done in Hasanuddin Damrah Public Region Hospital in South Bengkulu Regency. The data primary is got from direct interview while the data secondary is got from the report and some documents has been got from competent instance. The data is analyze by the acceptance of potential and worked analizing by using effectively ratio, growth ratio, and  variance analysis. The result of the research are : 1) RSUD-HD has limited of counting acceptancy; 2) Acceptance of work in 2008-2011 inclined to the decrease and in 2012-2016 inclined to the increase; 3) Decreases the target determined is not the solution realization of overlapping the target; 4) Generally in 2012 the acceptance always has overlapped the target; 5) The management of acceptance hasn’t the certain document yet. The main priority of strategy improving acceptance RSUD-HD is development strategy and improving the health service. Keyword   : acceptance working, acceptance potential, strategy improving acceptance.  ABSTRAKPenerapan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah pada RSUD-HD mengakibatkan seluruh kegiatan operasional  dibiayai dari penerimaan. Untuk itulah diperlukan strategi peningkatan penerimaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis potensi penerimaan serta mengevaluasi kinerja penerimaan terhadap pencapaian target penerimaan, menganalisa unit mana yang targetnya tercapai/tidak tercapai dan seberapa besar selisih kenaikan/penurunannya dari target yang ditetapkan, mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya target tidak tercapai dan yang melampaui target serta merumuskan strategi apa yang harus diterapkan dalam rangka peningkatan penerimaan. Tempat kajian dilakukan di Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Hasanuddin Damrah. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan dan dokumen yang didapat dari berbagai instansi terkait. Data dianalisis dengan analisis potensi penerimaan dan analisis kinerja dengan memakai rasio efektifitas, pertumbuhan, dan selisih. Hasil yang didapat dari kajian ini : 1) RSUD-HD mempunyai keterbatasan dalam perhitungan potensi penerimaan, 2) Kinerja penerimaan tahun 2008 sampai dengan 2011 cenderung rendah, tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016, cenderung tinggi, 3) Penurunan target penerimaan bukanlah solusi agar realisasi mampu melampaui target 4) Secara umum sejak tahun 2012 penerimaan selalu melebihi dari target, 4) Manajemen penerimaan belum mempunyai catatan yang begitu mendalam. Strategi prioritas utama peningkatan penerimaan RSUD-HD adalah Strategi Pengembangan dan peningkatkan pelayanan kesehatanKata kunci : kinerja penerimaan, potensi penerimaan, strategi peningkatan  penerimaan

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is a constitutional state so that in 2003 the Constitutional Court was born through Article 24 and Article 24 of the 1945 Constitution C. In its development in Indonesia the Constitutional Court has made many decisions decisions that contain ultra petita or who do not break with ultra petita. The existence of the decision of the Constitutional Court which contains ultra petita is a lot of debate so that the author tries to study and examine through the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah. Keywords: Constitutional Court; Ultra Petita; Verdict.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian   ini adalah mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa tentang kreatifitas dan bentuk-bentuk kreatifitas siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Ogodeide Kecamatan Ogodeide Kabupaten Tolitoli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif   yaitu   analisis   yang   menjawab   masalah   penelitian   dalam   bentuk deskripsi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data yaitu secara deskriptif kualitatif yang mengacu pada Sugiono (2004:43 )2 seperti reduksi data, penyajian data , dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui opservasi, angket dan wawncara. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 1 Ogodeide Kecamatan Ogodeide Kabupaten Tolitoli yang berjumlah 55 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang kreatifitas siswa dan bentuk-bentuk kreatifitas dalam pembelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Ogodeide  Kecamatan  Ogodeide  Kabupaten  Tolitoli  sangat  baik  dilihat  dari kegiatan siswa   di dalam proses pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap sesuatu yang sangat tinggi yang menjadi modal awal bagi siswa untuk berfikir kreatif  dan faktor lingkungan sekitar siswa serta lingkunga sekolah yang juga sangat mendukung, ditambah lagi dengan motivasi yang diberikan oleh guru dan orang tua sehinga kreatifitas siwa di SMP Negeri 1 Ogodeide Kecamatan Ogodeide Kabupan Tolitoli menurut hasil penelitian ini sangat memberikan manfaat  dilihat  dari  keberaniaan  siswa  untuk  bertanya  dan  menyampaikan pendapt.     Kata Kunci: Kreatifitas Siswa, Pembelajaran PKn.
