Abstract

Jatisari Edupark is an innovative tourism village situated in Jatisari Village, Jatisrono District, Wonogiri Regency. Jatisari Edupark embodies the principles of ecotourism, agricultural education, outdoor activities, and gastronomic experiences. The objective of this initiative is to transform Jatisari Village into a tourism destination—Jatisari Edupark—by enhancing the level of services, infrastructure, and institutions. Since its debut in 2022, this tourism village has faced numerous challenges, including inadequate facilities and infrastructure for visitors. The identified root problems comprise the absence of shade due to a lack of shade-providing vegetation, limited and homogeneous outbound equipment facilities, unattractive photo opportunities, inadequate promotion of the tourist village, and the nonexistence of a Tourism Awareness Group (TAG) institution. The suggested remedies encompass the planting of shade trees, the introduction of outbound equipment, landscaping with flowering plants, the creation of promotional content for social media dissemination, and the enhancement of the institutional structure. The employed strategy involves active participation and engagement from the Jatisari Edupark managers, along with direct involvement in all activities, monitoring, and assessment of outcomes. The outcomes of the activities indicated that shade plants—namely pule and ketapang kencana trees—were planted, with ten specimens of each type. Landscaping involved the planting of diverse ornamental flora, including golden shower, tapak dara, chrysanthemum, sunflower, asoka, and bougainvillea. Outbound equipment has been supplied, comprising safety helmets and rafts for rafting and outbound activities. Furthermore, training on the development of promotional content for social media has been conducted. Consequently, the site has become increasingly shaded, the amenities for outdoor activities are now sufficient, and members of the Tourism Awareness Group have successfully uploaded promotional content on social media. Jatisari Edupark merupakan rintisan desa wisata yang berada di Desa Jatisari, Kecamatan Jatisrono, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Jatisari Edupark mengusung konsep wisata alam, edukasi di bidang pertanian, outbound dan kuliner. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah pengembangan Desa Jatisari menjadi Desa Wisata Jatisari Edupark melalui peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana serta kelembagaan. Berbagai permasalahan dihadapi dalam mengembangkan rintisan desa wisata ini sejak diresmikannya pada tahun 2022, diantaranya minimnya fasilitas sarana prasarana untuk wisatawan. Akar permasalahan yang ditemukan diantaranya kurang teduhnya lokasi karena belum ada tumbuhan peneduh, fasilitas peralatan outbound masih terbatas dan belum variatif, spot foto pemandangan yang kurang menarik, promosi desa wisata belum masif, dan belum adanya kelembagaan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis). Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi penanaman tanaman peneduh, introduksi peralatan outbound, penataan lansekap dengan tanaman bunga, membuat konten promosi dan melakukan promosi di media sosial, dan penguatan kelembagaan Pokdarwis. Metode yang diterapkan adalah partisipatif aktif dari pengelola Jatisari Edupark dan pelibatan langsung di seluruh kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa telah dilakukan penanaman tanaman peneduh yaitu tanaman pule dan ketapang kencana masing-masing sebanyak 10 pohon. Dilakukan penataan lansekap dengan menanam berbagai tanaman hias meliputi bunga jatuh emas, bunga tapak doro, bunga krisan, bunga matahari, bunga asoka dan bunga kertas. Telah dilakukan pemberian peralatan outbond berupa helm pengaman dan ban untuk rafting/outbond. Selain itu juga telah dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan konten promosi untuk diunggah di media sosial. Hasilnya, lokasi menjadi lebih teduh, sarana prasarana untuk outbond memadai, dan anggota kelompok sadar wisata mampu mengunggah konten di media sosial untuk promosi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the costs, receipts, business advantages, and business feasibility of food Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs).  The primary method used in this study is analytical descriptive with survey techniques. This research involved food SMEs entrepreneurs in Sukoharjo Regency with several 50 respondents. The sampling method uses a simple random sampling method. Data is obtained by interview and observation methods. The analytical techniques used are profit analysis, R/C ratio, liquidity analysis, solvency, business rentability, and risk analysis. The results showed that the RoA value was 12.102% so that the Food SMEs in Sukoharjo Regency showed possible outcomes to be developed. SMEs' solvency value represents a figure of 0.016%, based on creditors funding the business of 0.016% of the total assets held.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) adalah bisnis yang dijalankan secara individu, rumah tangga, atau badan usaha ukuran kecil. UMKM berguna dalam menaikkan harga jual bahan baku mentah untuk dipasarkan dalam bentuk produk jadi. Tawangmangu merupakan kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Tawangmangu berada di daerah pegunungan dengan ketinggian rata-rata 1.000 mdpl sehingga cocok untuk ditanami tanaman, baik berupa tanaman pangan, sayuran, maupun buah-buahan. Beberapa tanaman yang sering dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar produk olahan pangan UMKM seperti pisang, ubi jalar, ubi kayu, wortel, jagung, dan lainnya. Tawangmangu yang menjadi daerah wisata diharapkan mampu dijadikan peluang bagi masyarakat khususnya UMKM dalam memasarkan hasil olahannya. Bentuk dukungan yang dapat diberikan adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi UMKM dalam membangun branding produk olahanya sehingga mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor. Berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan, keberadaan UMKM di Tawangmangu cukup banyak namun branding yang dilakukan kurang maksimal. Pelatihan branding produk olahan berguna dalam menarik konsumen dan menjaga keberlanjutan usaha yang nantinya berdampak dalam menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan, serta meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Tawangmangu. Melihat potensi, prospek, dan peluang usaha tersebut maka pelatihan kewirausahaan pada UMKM Tawangmangu Karanganyar perlu dilakukan, karena hal ini dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa kegiatan yaitu penyuluhan mengenai kewirausahaan, branding, dan pengemasan produk olahan UMKM. Dari permasalahan yang ada, perlu kiranya dilakukan pendampingan kepada UMKM Akar Mulya Desa Karanglo, Tawangmangu, khususnya mengenai kegiatan dalam melakukan manajemen usaha, mengembangkan branding dan kemasan produk olahan sehingga mampu mengembangkan UMKM. Dari kegiatan persiapan dan diskusi dengan Kelompok UMKM Akar Mulya di Desa Karanglo Kecamatan Tawangmangu Kabupaten Karanganyar mereka sangat mengharapkan bantuan dan pelatihan untuk kewirausahaan, branding dan pengemasan produk olahan UMKM hasil produksi yang dihasilkan dari Desa Karanglo itu sendiri.

Abstract

Desa Sepanjang merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tawangmangu yang menghasilkan kopi terutama kopi arabika. Hal ini memunculkan industry kreatif dalam pengolahan kopi, salah satunya UKM Kopi Sendang Lawu. Tujuan kegiatan pada UKM Kopi Sendang Lawu mengataasi permasalahan UKM mitra yaitu : 1) Kualitas produk biji roasting tidak seragam, sehingga terjadi selisih harga yang besar dan pendapatan menurun;  2) Pengemasan produk kopi yang roasting maupun bubuk belum marketable, sehingga kurang menarik bagi konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan UKM mitra dilakukan secara partisipatif sehingga UKM merasa memiliki, bertanggungjawab terhadap pelaksanaan dan keberhasilan sekaligus memberdayakan UKM mitra. Metode yang diterapkan kepada UKM mitra : 1) Introduksi mesin grinder otomatis untuk roasting kopi; 2) Introduksi kemasan produk olahan kopi yang marketable yang memenuhi syarat-syarat sebuah kemasan yang menarik baik. Hasil kegiatan ini yang berupa introduksi mesin grinder yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan kualitas bubuk kopi yang seragam, sedang perbaikan kemasan memberikan daya tarik bagi konsumen, yang gilirannya peningkatan kualitas produk dan daya tarik telah meningkatan pemasaran produk kopi Sendang, dan meningkatkan pendapatannya. Panjang Village is one of the villages in Tawangmangu District that produces coffee, especially Arabica coffee. This has given rise to a creative industry in coffee processing, one of which is the Sendang Lawu Coffee UKM. The objectives of the activities at Sendang Lawu Coffee UKM are to overcome the problems of partner UKMs, namely: 1) The quality of roasted bean products is not uniform, resulting in large price differences and decreased income; 2) The packaging of roasted and ground coffee products is not yet marketable, so it is less attractive to consumers. The method used to resolve partner SME problems is carried out in a participatory manner so that SMEs feel ownership, responsibility for implementation and success while empowering partner SMEs. Methods applied to partner SMEs: 1) Introduction of automatic grinder machines for coffee roasting; 2) Introduction of marketable packaging for processed coffee products that meet the requirements for good attractive packaging. The results of this activity, in the form of the introduction of a grinder machine, were able to improve the uniform quality of the coffee powder, while improving the packaging provided an attraction for consumers, which in turn increased product quality and attractiveness, has increased the marketing of Sendang coffee products, and increased income.

Abstract

Bananas are the most widely consumed fruit. Sunpride cavendish bananas are a primary choice for consumers when purchasing bananas. This study examines the influence of brand equity elements, including brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations, and brand loyalty, on the purchasing decisions of Sunpride Cavendish bananas in supermarkets in South Jakarta. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The research location was determined using purposive sampling because South Jakarta residents have a consumptive and modern lifestyle, and their consumption expenditures are among the highest. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results show that brand equity elements collectively influence the purchasing decisions of Sunpride cavendish bananas in South Jakarta. Brand associations were found to be the most dominant element influencing the purchasing decisions of Sunpride cavendish bananas in supermarkets in South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of product defects, production process control limits, leading problems, factors causing the main issues in the production process, and corrective actions on the main problems in Bakpia Wirda's production. The primary research method is quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The research location is Bakpia Wirda, a bakpia business located in Tasikmadu Sub-district, Karanganyar Regency. The data used in this research are primary and secondary. Data analysis used the statistical processing control method with analytical tools in the form of (1) examination sheet or checksheet, (2) P-chart control diagram, (3) Pareto diagram, and (4) cause and effect diagram. The data taken is bakpia production data for September-October 2021. The results showed that the types of defective bakpia found during the production process were charred bakpia, torn skin bakpia, deformed bakpia, and too hard bakpia. There is one point outside the control limit, namely the point on the 3rd day, outside the upper control limit (UCL). The types of product defects of burnt bakpia and torn skin bakpia are the most dominant problems because they contribute 79.84% of the total product defects. Proposed improvements to the burnt bakpia defect are installing a timer during the roasting process, routine maintenance on the internal components of the stove, and adding a layer of the metal plate under the pan. Meanwhile, the proposed improvement for the torn skin bakpia defect is to increase the number of production workers, expand the production site, and add ventilation holes.
