This study aims to determine the potential for bankruptcy experienced by industrial companies in the cigarette sub-sector in 2017-2021. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a population of issuers in the cigarette sub-sector during 2017-2021. Sampling using purposive sampling method to get 4 companies. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using the First Altman Z-Score. The results showed that in the last five years the potential for bankruptcy in cigarette sub-sector companies was low because there was only one company that had the potential to go bankrupt, namely PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. The company is in a vulnerable precautionary zone for bankruptcy during 2018-2019 and there are indications that the company is experiencing financial difficulties in 2020. The company PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, has no potential for bankruptcy.

This study aims to find out how the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Sinjai District Religious Court Office. The population and this study were 40 employees of the Sinjai District Religious Court. Data collection was carried out using the method of interviews, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This sample was taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which can be accessed via the website (www.idx.co.id), the research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method of 22 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from financial reports that have been audited and published by manufacturing companies listed on the 2019-2021 Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data collection is done by using Documentation technique. In this research, the data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used in this study include: Using Descriptive Statistical Tests and Difference Tests (Paired Sample T-Test) The results of this study indicate that it is concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. NPM, ROA, and ROE underwent significant changes after the pandemic, indicating a decrease or increase in the financial performance of these companies. These results indicate the need for companies to adapt their business strategy and financial management to face the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the continuity and profitability of the company in the future.

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards on the performance of CV Teknika Kreasindo employees in Makassar City. The variables in this research consist of the independent variable, namely Reward, and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The population and sample in this research are all CV employees. Teknika Kreasindo in Makassar City. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 software to prove the hypothesis. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the rewards given by the company on employee performance. These findings indicate that providing appropriate rewards can increase employee motivation and work productivity, so that they can contribute to organizational achievements. It is hoped that this research can provide a reference for companies in designing effective reward systems to improve employee performance.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Komitmen Karyawan Di Kantor Wilayah III Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makasssar. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari kompensasi dan motivasi sebagai variabel independen, komitmen sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dengan jumlah 123 karyawan Di Kantor Wilayah III Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makasssar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah Rumus Slovin dengan error 5% sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 27 Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan pada Komitmen Karyawan Di Kantor Wilayah III Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makasssar..Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, KomitmenAbstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee commitment on Employee Commitment in Region III Office at Regional Water Company Makasssar City Drinking Water Company. This research variable consists of compensation and motivation as the independent variable, performance as the dependent variable. Type of This research is quantitative associative in nature. The population with number of 123 employees in the Region III Office of the City Drinking Water Regional Company Makasssar. The sampling technique used is the Slovin formula with an error of 5% so that the sample size is 94 respondents. 5% so that the sample size was 94 respondents. Data collection technique done by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis technique using multiple regression with the help of software SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Employee Commitment in the Region III Office of the Regional Company. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi lingkungan kerja atau kondisi kerja di masa pasca pandemi covid-19 sebagai aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perguruan tinggi karena mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, prestasi kerja dan kinerja dosen. Untuk merespon hal tersebut maka peneliti melakukan penelitian melalui analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen ASN Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor lingkungan kerja fisik yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dosen di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, lingkungan kerja non fisik X secara keseluruhan masuk ke dalam kategori Cukup Baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik pada Fakultas Ekonomi UNM (FE UNM) telah berjalan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan para dosen tetap di FE UNM. Sementara berdasarkan hasil regresi sederhana variabel Faktor Lingkungan Non Fisik (X) terhadap Variabel Kepuasan (Y) Sangat Kuat. pengaruh variabel Faktor Lingkungan Fisik (X) terhadap kepuasan (Y) adalah sebesar 89 %.

The Influence Of Human Resources Competence On Employee Performance At H.M Djafar Harun Kolaka Regional General Hospital Kolaka Utara Supervised by Mr. Agung Widhi Kurniawan and Mr. Uhud Darmawan Natsir. This study aims to determine the effect of HR competence on employee performance at the H.M Djafar Harun Regional General Hospital, North Kolaka. The population in this study were all employees of the H.M Djafar Harun Kolaka Utara 208 Regional General Hospital. Sampling in this study used sample calculations with the Slovin formula where after passing the calculations a total sample of 67 employees was taken with the type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques in this study This study uses observation, questionnaires and documentation with simple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of competence as a whole on employee performance with a presentation of 0.188%. This implies that the bond variable (employee performance) can be interpreted by the HR competency system by 0.188%.

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload on the performance of employees at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Health Center Batu-Batu Soppeng Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample of 35 people. Data analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method with assistance SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The research results show that the workload variable has a significant level of 0.000, which is more smaller than 0.05. The coefficient value is -0.416 which shows the influence given is negative to the dependent variable. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be said that workload has a negative effect and significant to employee performance.

The study aims to determine the financial performance of the cosmetic industry listed in IDX using the analysis of liquidity ratio and profitability ratio. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study is secondary data and the data collection technique in this study is documentation. The population of this study is the cosmetic industry listed in IDX and sampling method using purposive sampling techniques, so the samples on this research are PT Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk with the period from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study show that the analysis of liquidity ratio measured by current ratio and quick ratio at PT Kino Indonesia Tbk period from 2019 to 2021 is superior, it is show that the company is able to meet its current obligations. And analysis of profitability ratios measured by net profit margin and return on assets at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk period from 2019 to 2021 has a superior value, it is show that the company is able to generate high net profit.

This study aims to determine the effect of the human resource information system, competence and work discipline on the performance of the Parumpanai Villange officals.The type of research used is quantitative research,where this research is used to explain correlations and test the proposed hypotheses.The sample in this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 16 respondents.Data collection techniques in this study used observation,questionnaires and documentation with multiple lienar regression analysis techniques.The results showed,that there is a positive and significant influence of human resource information systems,competence and work discipline as awhole on the performance o apparatus with apresentation of 44.7%.This implies that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be interpreted by human resource information systems,competence and work discipline of 44.7%, while 55.3% (100% 44.7%) is explained by causes and other factors that are outside the variables studied.
