The purpose of this study is to determine how stress and work environment affect employees' job quality at PT. Julia Multimedia Nusantara. This study uses a quantitative approach and has 32 respondents. Before performing a berganda regression analysis on the collected data, a kuesioner is used to ensure validity and trustworthiness. The study's findings indicate that work conditions have a significant impact on employees' work quality; better work conditions consistently raise work quality. In addition, it has been shown that stress at work has a significant and positive impact on work quality, meaning that higher stress levels are associated with higher work quality. Combining a stressful work environment with a high level of stress.

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Mamuju Regional General Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample in this study was 40 nurses as respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression equations and hypothesis verification using the t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R²) using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this research are that workload (X1) has a negative effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regional General Hospital. Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regional General Hospital. Workload (X1) and work environment (X2) significantly influence the performance of Mamuju regional public hospital employees.

This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, work ability, and work environment on employee performance. The number of samples used was 79 employees. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the quality of motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Ability (X2) partially provides a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work environment (X3) partially does not have a significant effect. And simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance..

The method used in this research is a quantitative method and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests were used with the help of SPSS 24. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Work Environment variable has a partial effect on Employee Work Productivity. The statistical calculation results of the T test show that Tcount is 15.211, meanwhile the Ttable value = 2.04, so Tcount > Ttable and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this analysis accept the first hypothesis. This finding also strengthens the respondents' answers which show that every statement related to the work environment was responded to with good answers. PT Biringkassi Raya in carrying out its main tasks and functions always strives to improve its capabilities to achieve its planned goals. The work environment is the entire work facilities and infrastructure around employees who are doing work which can affect the work itself. Basically, the work environment is everything that is around workers and can influence them in carrying out their duties.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh solvabilitas, likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan sektor pertambanngan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Rasio keuangan yang diteliti yaitu Debt to Asset Ratio, Current Asset, dan Return on Assets sebagai variabel independen dan Earning per Share sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022 sebanyak 31 perusahaan, dengan sampel 7 perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kunatitatif yang diuji dengan metode regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS24. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Solvabilitas yang dihitung dengan Debt to Asset Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress, Rasio Likuiditas yang dihitung dengan Current Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress, dan Rasio Profitabilitas yang dihitung dengan Return on Assets berpengarug positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018-2022.

This study aims to determine the potential for bankruptcy experienced by industrial companies in the cigarette sub-sector in 2017-2021. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a population of issuers in the cigarette sub-sector during 2017-2021. Sampling using purposive sampling method to get 4 companies. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using the First Altman Z-Score. The results showed that in the last five years the potential for bankruptcy in cigarette sub-sector companies was low because there was only one company that had the potential to go bankrupt, namely PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. The company is in a vulnerable precautionary zone for bankruptcy during 2018-2019 and there are indications that the company is experiencing financial difficulties in 2020. The company PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, has no potential for bankruptcy.

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This sample was taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which can be accessed via the website (www.idx.co.id), the research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method of 22 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from financial reports that have been audited and published by manufacturing companies listed on the 2019-2021 Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data collection is done by using Documentation technique. In this research, the data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used in this study include: Using Descriptive Statistical Tests and Difference Tests (Paired Sample T-Test) The results of this study indicate that it is concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. NPM, ROA, and ROE underwent significant changes after the pandemic, indicating a decrease or increase in the financial performance of these companies. These results indicate the need for companies to adapt their business strategy and financial management to face the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the continuity and profitability of the company in the future.

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards on the performance of CV Teknika Kreasindo employees in Makassar City. The variables in this research consist of the independent variable, namely Reward, and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The population and sample in this research are all CV employees. Teknika Kreasindo in Makassar City. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 software to prove the hypothesis. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the rewards given by the company on employee performance. These findings indicate that providing appropriate rewards can increase employee motivation and work productivity, so that they can contribute to organizational achievements. It is hoped that this research can provide a reference for companies in designing effective reward systems to improve employee performance.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Komitmen Karyawan Di Kantor Wilayah III Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makasssar. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari kompensasi dan motivasi sebagai variabel independen, komitmen sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dengan jumlah 123 karyawan Di Kantor Wilayah III Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makasssar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah Rumus Slovin dengan error 5% sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 27 Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan pada Komitmen Karyawan Di Kantor Wilayah III Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makasssar..Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, KomitmenAbstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee commitment on Employee Commitment in Region III Office at Regional Water Company Makasssar City Drinking Water Company. This research variable consists of compensation and motivation as the independent variable, performance as the dependent variable. Type of This research is quantitative associative in nature. The population with number of 123 employees in the Region III Office of the City Drinking Water Regional Company Makasssar. The sampling technique used is the Slovin formula with an error of 5% so that the sample size is 94 respondents. 5% so that the sample size was 94 respondents. Data collection technique done by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis technique using multiple regression with the help of software SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Employee Commitment in the Region III Office of the Regional Company. Simultaneously on Employee Commitment in Region III Office at Regional Company Makasssar City Drinking Water Company.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Commitment
