Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees at Prima Husada Sengkang Hospital, the subjects in this study were 52 employees working at Prima Husada Hospital. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of -11.576 where <t table (1.67655) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t value of 11.576 < t table (1.67655) and a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. The results of the study show that leadership style has a partial effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 134.003 > 3.10 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Masalah keuangan tersebut adalah ketidakmampuan siswa dalam mengelola uang pribadinya sendiri (uang bulanan dari orang tua), kurangnya kebiasaan perencanaan keuangan, kurangnya kontrol keuangan oleh orang tua. Maka jurnal ini dibuat untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan keuangan diorganisasi sosial (keluarga) terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif kausal, atau hubugan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hal ini terlihat dari besarnya probabilitas (sig.) = 0,009 ttabel = 2,676 > 1,998 dan dari besarnya probabilitas (sig.) = 0,000 ttabel (4,158 > 1,998). Sehingga diketahui Pengaruh keuangan keluarga dan literasi keuangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan juga pengaruh keuangan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa S1 Manajemen Jurusan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to determine the effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan.Design/methodology– The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using saturation sampling. The sample used in this research was 48 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Methods of data collection using the method of questionnaire, using a skala likert. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique used are simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS version 23 application.Findings - The results of the research based on simple linear regression show that workload has a positive effect on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan with the equation Y= -12,370 + 1,260X. The results of the t test hypothesis show that there is a significant effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan. The coefficient of determination value shows that the workload variable affects the high and low level of employee work stress by 31,5%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The Student Activity Unit for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University is one of the organizations within the scope of Makassar State University which is very important to know about its role in developing the soft skills of its members. Data obtained through interviews with 9 informants were divided into 3 types, namely key informants, namely alumni, expert informants, namely demissioners, then additional informants, namely administrators. The aim of this research is to determine the role of student organizations in developing student soft skills in the Student Activity Unit for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University. The results of the research show that the Makassar State University Student Activities Unit for Environmental Lovers in Harmony has a role in developing the soft skills of students who are members of this organization. Activities in the Student Activity Unit organization for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University indirectly develop the soft skills of students who are members of this organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how achievement motivation affects employee performance at Pandora Corp. The population in this study were all 34 Pandora Corp employees, so a saturated sample was used to take the population as a sample. The data collection technique was carried out using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear analysis and correlation coefficient analysis (R) using the IBM Statistical for Product and Service (SPSS) Version 25 program. The results showed that achievement motivation statistically affects employee work performance at Pandora Corp which has been proven by the significance value in the regression test t-count value greater than the t-table value, namely 6,053> 2,037. Therefore HI is accepted and it can be said that there is a strong influence between achievement motivation (X) on work performance (Y) of Pandora Corp employees. When viewed from the statistical results of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.731, it can be interpreted that achievement motivation on work performance has a strong relationship and also the coefficient of determination of 0.534 means that achievement motivation has an influence on work performance by 53%, the remaining 47% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Competence and work discipline are seen as important factors for improving the performance of educational staff in higher education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work competence and discipline on the performance of educational staff at the Main Office of Makassar State University. Data collection using a questionnaire to 132 respondents. At the 0.05 significance level, the results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that competence and work discipline have an effect on the performance of educational staff. These results indicate that competence and work discipline are explanatory factors that can encourage educational staff to achieve the expected performance. The results of this study are expected to provide an understanding of human behavior in organizations, so that it can be useful for self-development and the ability of educational staff to achieve the expected performance.

Abstract

Abstract :This research aims to determine empirically the influence of leadership style and compensation on the performance of BPN employees in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. The sample used was 50 employees who were used as respondents. This research is quantitative research that uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression using statistical product and service solution (SPSS). The results of this study show that the influence of leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance as well as leadership style and compensation. Simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai BPN kota MakasssarSulawesi Selatan. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang pegawai yang  dijadikan responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakana dalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan statistical product andservice solution ( SPSS ).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The population used was employees of the Kopkar Tirta Sejahtera PDAM Makassar City Office. The sample used was 35 employees who were used as respondents. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using statistical product and service solution (SPSS) version 22. The results of this study show that competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and competence and compensation has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Kopkar Tirta Sejahtera PDAM Kota Makassar. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai Kantor Kopkar Tirta Sejahtera PDAM Kota Makassar. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 orang pegawai yang dijadikan responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan statistical product and service solution (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kompensasi berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai serta kompetensi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

Literatur mengindikasikan bahwa usaha kecil, mikro, dan menengah, atau UMKM, beberapa tahun terakhir memiliki banyak saluran distribusi yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka improvisasi manajemen distribusi. Postmodern distribution channel atau saluran distribusi Postmo salah satunya yang banyak diteliti oleh para akademisi memiliki 6 kategori yakni dengan kategori saluran, yakni saluran modern, saluran tradisional, saluran arus bawah, institutional channel, specialties channel, dan virtual channel. Improvisasi terhadap saluran ini kemudian dapat membantu UMKM dalam menetapkan strategi pemasarannya, khususnya pemilihan saluran distribusi yang efektif dan efisien bagi para pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini bersifat exploratory dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yakni studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa saluran arus bawah, atau grass root channel dan saluran virtual memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran UMKM di Makassar. The literature indicates that small, micro, and medium enterprises, or MSMEs, in recent years have many distribution channels that can be used by companies in order to improve distribution management. Postmodern distribution channels, one of which is widely researched by academics, have 6 categories of channels: modern channels, traditional channels, undercurrent channels, institutional channels, specialties channels, and virtual channels. Improvisation of these channels can then help MSMEs in determining their marketing strategies, especially the selection of effective and efficient distribution channels for MSME players. This research is exploratory in nature with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely literature study. The results of this study found that grass root channels and virtual channels have a significant influence on the marketing strategies of MSMEs in Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari stres kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 219 orang pegawai kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 69 responden yaitu keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada kinerja pegawai kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. This research then found that work motivation from employees, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has an important role in improving employee performance, in other words, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion of Polewali Mandar Regency. This research variable consists of job stress and employee performance. This type of research is quantitative associative. The population in this study amounted to 219 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Polewali Mandar Regency. The sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with a sample size of 69 respondents, namely the entire population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques using simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Ministry of Religion office.
