Abstract

Pada saat ini dunia teknologi mengalami perubahan yang sangat cepat dan pesat serta perubahan siklus ekonomi yang berdampak pada persaingan yang begitu ketat terjadi pada semua pelaku dunia bisnis. Dalam menjalankan bisnis para pelaku bisnis pada umumnya mendirikan sebuah perusahaan. Perusahaan diciptakan pada umumnya memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu memperoleh keuntungan dan mampu bertahan dalam dunia bisnis serta memaksimumkan kemakmuran perusahaan. Perusahaan diupayakan mampu dalam menjaga dan mengelola serta mengatur kestabilan ekonominya yang demikian juga dapat beraptasi dengan situasi jika terjadi perubahan yang berfluktuasi dalam dunia perekonomian.Upaya mencapai tujuan dari sebuah perusahaan, cara untuk mengetahui tujuan tersebut dapat tercapai dengan dilihat dari tata pengelolaan keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan menjadi salah satu hal yang paling utama yang dapat berakibat pada kemajuan dan berkembangnya sebuah perusahaan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether the Reward and Punishment variables have an influence on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar. To find out which variable has the most influence on employee motivation. The research was conducted using a survey method, where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Erafone Artha Retaiindo Makassar, the sampling method used is saturated sample. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study show that there is an influence between rewards on employee motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 7.649 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. And the results of testing the hypothesis partially prove the effect of punishment on Employee Motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 4.836 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence between reward and punishment variables on employee motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and level of education on employee performance at Pt. Jaya Abadi Prospero Showroom Yamaha Bulukumba. This research is a quantitative research, is a population study. The subjects of this research are employees at PT. Jaya Abadi Prospero Showroom Yamaha Bulukumba with 42 people. Data collection using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability with data analysis carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using two methods, namely simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t) using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing assistance. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work ability does not partially affect employee performance based on the partial test results that the work ability variable (X1) on employee performance has a significance value of 0.217 > 0.05 and a t count < t table, namely, 1,255 < 2,023. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the level of education on employee performance as shown in the results of the t test which has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 t arithmetic value > t table, namely, 16.296 > 2.023. 3) There is a significant influence between work ability and level of education which together affect employee performance on the results of the simultaneous test with a calculated F value of 132,997 with a probability value (sig) = 0.000. The calculated F value (132.997) > F table (3.23) and sig is less than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.002 < 0.05. With a large influence of 86.6% and the remaining 13.4% influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Work spirit is an attitude that needs to be possessed by employees, success in the work process to achieve predetermined goals is greatly influenced by the morale of the employee himself. Morale is something that affects the implementation of the work of each employee, so called because morale is closely related to the level of satisfaction and pleasure with each implementation of their work. However, with the pandemic pandemic, several factors have emerged that can affect employee morale and have an impact on their productivity. This study aims to identify factors that affect the enthusiasm of employees in carrying out their work, as well as find a solution to the problem of morale experienced by employees. The search for the work spirit factors of the employees begins with the work environment, workload, and compensation, then identifies the various sources of work spirit of the employees. The results of this study use a qualitative method where data collection is carried out by interviews and observations so as to be able to dig deeper into information about employees. As the object of this study are employees of the regional secretariat office of Central Mamuju Regency, especially in the general section. The results obtained from this study state that the work spirit of the employees is influenced by several aspects such as the work environment, workload, and compensation of employees.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan hutang pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan laporan keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2011- 2019, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian dan laporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lain konsolidasian pada tahun 2011- 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial likuiditas (current ratio) dan profitabilitas (return on asset) berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Secara simultan, likuiditas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Apabila asset mengalami peningkatan, maka akan terjadi perubahan kebijakan hutang, sehingga akan mempengaruhi penggunaan hutang terhadap pembiayaan aset perusahaan. Kata kunci: Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Struktur Aset, Kebijakan HutangAbstrak: This study aims to determine the Effect liquof iditidentity profitability against the policy of debt on a Company’s Manufacturing consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative research is associative. The population in this study is the overall financial statements of the Company Manufacturing consumer Goods Industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 - 2019, while the sample in this study is to report consolidated statements of financial position and statements of income and comprehensive income for the other statements in the years 2011 - 2019. Data collection techniques were carried out with engineering documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that partial liquidity (current ratio) and profitability (return on assets) have significant and negative effects on debt policy. Simultaneously, liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on debt policy. If the asset has increased, then it will be a change in the policy of debt, so that will affect the use of debt to finance the assets of the company.Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Debt Policy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) on Purchasing Decisions at AMDK 3V KPRI UNM. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 100 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 to prove the five hypotheses. The results showed that the t count of the product variable had a significant effect of 3.333 > t table of 1.985. The price variable is not valid but has a significant effect with a t-value of -4.003 < t-table of 1.985. The promotion variable has a significant effect with a t count of 3.371 > t table of 1.985. The place variable has a significant effect with a calculated t value of 3.284 > t table of 1.985. Based on the F test simultaneously on product, price, promotion, and place variables on purchasing decisions on 3V bottled water consumers with F count of 10.832 this shows F count (10.832) > F table (2.467) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the study prove that the product, price, promotion and place variables together have an influence and are significant on the purchasing decision variable (dependent) on AMDK 3V.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal bagi seorang dosen. Kondisi lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dosen, sehingga diharapkan mampu mendukung terwujudnya tujuan pendidikan tinggi, yaitu mengembangkan sivitas akademika yang inovatif, responsif, kreatif, terampil, dan berdaya saing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kepuasan kerja dosen pasca PPKM berakhir. Responden penelitian ini adalah 48 dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode regresi sederhana dan korelasi yang didasarkan pada hasil kuesioner. Pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kepuasan kerja dosen. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik menjadi hal penting bagi seorang dosen dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kondisi saat pasca berakhirnya PPKM sedikit/banyak mempengaruhi lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kepuasan kerja para dosen. Pada masa transisi ini masih banyak dosen yang cocok dan melakukan kegiatan kerjanya seperti saat PPKM diberlakukan. Kondisi perubahan yang dinamis silih berganti tersebut mengharuskan para dosen untuk beradaptasi pada lingkungannya, baik lingkungan fisik maupun lingkungan non fisik di tempat kerjanya, sehingga kepuasan kerja tidak menurun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the work discipline of employees at the Lau Public Health Center, Maros Regency. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, while the dependent variable is work discipline. The population in this study were all employees of the Lau Public Health Center, Maros Regency as many as 57 employees with a sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.00 for windows. Based on the results of the study obtained a simple regression equation Y = 8.475 + 0.785X. The results of the t-test hypothesis obtained that the t-count value of the work environment variable is greater than the t-table value with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The result of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.563, which means that the ability of the work environment variable in explaining work discipline to Lau Health Center employees is 56.3% while the rest is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak. Di era industri global yang sudah memasuki era 5.0 saat ini, persaingan di dalam dunia industri menjadi semakin ketat dan tinggi di mana setiap negara harus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif sebagai syarat mutlak untuk bersaing. Persaingan usaha yang ketat menuntut UMKM untuk mampu melakukan proses manajemen usaha yang produktif dan seefisien mungkin, serta dapat menghasilkan produk atau jasa yang sesuai dengan preferensi pasar dengan standar kualitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada beberapa UMKM sektor kuliner di kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing melalui orientasi pasar. Kata Kunci: Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

The results showed that the overall profile of the study program showed a balanced ratio between lecturers and students. The structure of the study program consists of the head of the study program, the secretary and the head of the laboratory as well as lecturers and students. The overall performance description is in the good category for each standardized average value. Nevertheless there are still some standards whose average values are still in major and minor improvements. The internal quality evaluation that is carried out every year is expected to result in an improvement in the study program accreditation ranking by BAN-PT. The audit findings show that the Dean and Chair of the Study Program have not fully understood and are aware of their duties and obligations in their respective work environments. Of the audited standards are still dominated by standards relating to the first dharma, namely education and teaching while for the research and community service darma is still relatively low. Recapitulation of the achievements of each study program as a whole shows the quality assurance phasing of the improvement of some minor standards such as standards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.7 and major improvements to standards 8, 9 and 10. Nevertheless there are still some standards the average value is still in major and minor improvements. This condition, of course, must be a concern of all parties so that quality culture is a priority.
