Abstract

This study aims at analyzing financial performance of cosmetics company registered at Indonesia stock exchange during Covid-19 pandemic. In analyzing the financial performance of the cosmetics company, financial ratios including liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio, and profitability ratio were applied. This study analyzes 3 giant cosmetics companies namely PT. AWI, PT. KNI, and PT. UNI (all names are pseudonymized). This study finds that (1) PT. AWI and PT. KNI have good performance in terms of liquidity ratio analysis; (2) PT. AWI and PT. KNI show good performance in terms of solvency ratio; (3) PT. UNI outperforms the other two cosmetics companies in terms of activity ratio analysis; (4) PT. AWI and PT. UNI outperform another cosmetics company in terms of analysis of profitability ratios; and (5) PT. UNI outperforms the other two cosmetics company in terms of the return on assets and the return on equity. This study draws findings and valuable conclusion which descriptively describes the actual phenomenon which are expected to be beneficial for further researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Quality of Work Life on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and associative research designs. The research sample consisted of 60 employees of PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. The results of the research after the data were processed using SPSS software showed that the Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. The simple regression equation used is Y = 27,905 + 0,292, and the relationship is significant with a p-value of 0.000, which is less than the specified level of significance (0.05). In addition, the t-count value of 2.080 is also greater than the t-table value of 2.000. Furthermore, the R Square value of 0.069 indicates that the Quality of Work Life variable contributes an influence of 6.9%, while the remaining 93.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study uses qualitative research, analysis of the author's point of view, and relevant literature citations, expert opinions, and previous findings to support their arguments. This article explains how marketing strategies are practiced in Indonesia's global or international market. As we already know that global promotion is an act of demonstrating global marketing that a company has with a global advertising strategy, global business sectors, global items and global standards in various locations. Another challenge for companies using promotional strategies is globalization. companies have to compete with companies that have a lot of money and high-quality goods as a result of globalization. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of human resource quality, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on regional financial management performance. Research method. The population of this study were employees of the Regional Revenue Office (Dispenda) of Mataram City, totaling 85 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of human resources, organizational commitment, and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Mataram City Expenditure Department. In general, efforts are still needed to optimize the components of employee quality, organizational commitment, and organizational culture in order to have a domino effect on employee performance at the Mataram City Dispenda.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dari sisi Likuiditas (Current Ratio), Solvabilitas (DER), dan Profitabilitas (ROI) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sub Sektor Rokok yang Terdaftar di BEI. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan masing-masing perusahaan sub sektor rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2022 yang diperoleh dari website IDX melalui situs resmi www.idx.co.id dan perusahaan masing-masing. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Temuan daam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Investment terhadap Nilai perusahaan (Tobin’S Q) pada periode 2012-2022 adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Uji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Yang berarti bahwa apabila terjadi penurunan pada nilai Current Ratio maka diikuti dengan peningkatan Nilai Perusahaan. 2) Uji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt to Equity Ratio juga memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Yang berarti bahwa apabila terjadi penurunan pada nilai Debt to Equity Ratio akan diikuti dengan eningkatan Nilai Perusahaan. 3) Uji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Investment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Yang berarti bahwa apabila terjadi peningkatan pada nilai Return On Investment maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan pada Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT Gudang Garam Tbk periode 2018-2022, jika ditinjau dari rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas, dan Pasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang terdiri dari neraca dan laporan laba rugi, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Gudang Garam Tbk selama lima tahun, yaitu periode 2018 hingga 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan ditinjau dari Rasio Likuiditas PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang di ukur dengan Current Ratio dari tahun 2018-2022 secara rata-rata, yaitu sebesar 220,53% menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang baik karena berada di bawah standar industri yaitu 278,62%, kinerja keuangan ditinjau dari Rasio Likuiditas PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang di ukur dengan Quick Ratio dari tahun 2018-2022 secara rata-rata adalah sebesar 38,48% menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang baik karena berada di bawah standar industri yaitu 119,39%. Rasio Solvabilitas PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang di ukur dengan Debt to Asset Ratio dari tahun 2018-2022 secara rata-rata yaitu sebesar 32,77% menunjukkan kondisi yang baik karena berada di bawah standar industri yaitu 34,49%, kinerja keuangan ditinjau dari Rasio Solvabilitas PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang di ukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio dari tahun 2018-2022 secara rata-rata adalah sebesar 49,19% menunjukkan kondisi yang baik karena berada di bawah standar industri yaitu 56,42%. Rasio profitabilitas PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang di ukur dengan Return on Asset dari tahun 2018-2022 secara rata-rata yaitu sebesar 8,85% menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang baik karena berada di bawah standar industri yaitu 10,84%, kinerja keuangan ditinjau dari Rasio Profitabilitas PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang di ukur dengan Return on Equity dari tahun 2018-2022 secara rata-rata adalah sebesar 13,19% menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang baik karena berada di bawah standar industri yaitu 16,96%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the office of PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch, and to determine which job satisfaction factors have a greater influence on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the job satisfaction factor which consists of the work itself, colleagues, rewards, and supervision, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample in this study were 31 respondents. This research is a quantitative study and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the data processing tool IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that 1) The job satisfaction factor which consists of the work variable itself does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the other three factors which consist of co-worker variables, rewards and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Reward is a factor of job satisfaction that has a greater influence on employee performance at the PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch office. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Nusantara Plantation XIV Makassar City. The population in this study were all permanent employess, totaling 109 employess. The number of samples us was 53 people using random sampling theory. Data collection techniques are used by using questionnaire description and dissemination methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using stastical product and service solution 25 (SPSS). The results of this study show that the two independent variabeles, namely work discipline (X1) have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) and work motivation(X2) have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) while work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a simultaneous positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether the work environment variables have an influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Punagaya. The independent variable in this study is the work environment while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research was conducted using a survey method, in which data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 57 respondents. The population in this study are employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Punagaya in Jeneponto Regency, the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The collected data were analyzed using a simple linear regression equation. From the results of the simple linear regression analysis test, the following formula can be obtained Y = 29.006 + 0.129X while the coefficient of determination R2/R Square = 0.077 means that the work environment variable has an effect of 77% on employee performance. While the rest is influenced by other factors. Partial test results for X obtained Tcount > Ttabel (2.142 > 0.67906) with a significance of 0.000, then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the work environment is a very important thing to pay attention to the management of PT. PNL (Persero) Puangaya UPK in Jenepont district, the better the work environment that is implemented, the better the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Punagaya in Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Polewali Mandar Sub-Branch Office. The type of this research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 30 employees. The method applied to collect research data is the questionnaire method. The techniques applied to analyze the research data are validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test and F test. This research shows positive results between work discipline variables (X1) and workload (X2) on employee performance (Y) which is shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14,229 + 0.401 + 0.358. In the t test with the work discipline variable (X1) it shows a t count of 2.091 and a t table of 2.051 and a sig. 0.046 <0.05. Workload (X2) has a t count of 2,832 and a sig value of 2,051 t table. 0.009 <0.05. The f test shows f count 6.662 and f table 3.3340 and sig. 0.004 <0.05. Based on the description, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has an effective effect which is very significant on employee performance, partially workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline and workload have a simultaneous and significant influence on employee performance.
