Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee service on patient satisfaction at the Masalle Health Center. The independent variable in this study is employee service, while the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. The number of patients who were sampled in this study were 40 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis of percentages, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The results showed that: (1) Employee services at the Masalle Health Center, Masalle District, Masalee Regency were in the very satisfactory (very good) category. (2) Patient satisfaction at the Masalle Health Center, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency was also in the very satisfying category. (3) Employee service has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Masalle Health Center with the equation: Y = 20.050 + 0.305X. The results of this study indicate that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that employee service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Masalle Health Center, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik statistik. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini berjumlah 35 responden di PT. Semen Indoneisa (Persero) Tbk. Unit Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik yang digunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statisstical and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengarug positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 38,7%. Selanjutnya variabel kepemimpian (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dan variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Dengan ini kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja pada PT. Semen Indoneisa (Persero) Tbk. Unit Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep sudah baik sehingga kinerja karyawan menunjukkan hal yang positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban kerja dan stress kerja secara pasrial dan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Manakarra Unggul Lestari Sulawesi Barat. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 183 orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda dan pembuktian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2) menggunakan Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini Beban Kerja (X1) karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Manakarra Unggul Lestari Sulawesi Barat. Stress Kerja (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Manakarra Unggul Lestari Sulawesi Barat. Beban Kerja (X1) dan Stress Kerja (X2) Karyawan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Manakarra Unggul Lestari Sulawesi Barat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation at the Pare-pare City Communication and Information Office. This research uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS version 27 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between physical work environment variables on employee work motivation. Meanwhile, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence of non-physical work environment variables on employee work motivation. Simultaneously, the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pare-Pare City Communications and Information Office. From the research results, it was found that the work environment is closely related to employee work motivation, both in terms of the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment, proving that the better the work environment, the higher the employee work motivation. Both have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation. The better the work environment, the better the influence on employee work motivation

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulukumba Branch Office. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is population research. The sample in this research was all employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulukumba Branch Office as many as 44 people. The hypothesis test in this research is a simple linear regression analysis test which produces the following results: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression analysis test, it shows that motivation has a partial effect on performance in PT employees. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bulukumba Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the office of PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch, and to determine which job satisfaction factors have a greater influence on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the job satisfaction factor which consists of the work itself, colleagues, rewards, and supervision, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample in this study were 31 respondents. This research is a quantitative study and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the data processing tool IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that 1) The job satisfaction factor which consists of the work variable itself does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the other three factors which consist of co-worker variables, rewards and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Reward is a factor of job satisfaction that has a greater influence on employee performance at the PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch office.

Abstract

the This research aims to analyze the influence of education and training on improving employee performance. The sample used in this research was 30 employees of the Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. The data collection technique used in this research used observation and questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this research are that employee education (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. Employee training (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency employees. Employee education (X1) and training (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT. Astra International Tbk during the 2017-2021 period by employing the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA) metrics. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research utilizing a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of all the financial report data of PT. Astra International Tbk from 2017 to 2021, while the samples include the statements of financial position and profit/loss statements. The data collection technique employed is documentation. The collected data was analyzed using the EVA and FVA calculations. The findings of this study indicate that PT. Astra International Tbk demonstrated positive results in terms of financial performance when measured using EVA, indicating their ability to generate economic value added. Similarly, when measured using FVA, PT. Astra International Tbk achieved positive results, signifying their ability to generate financial value added. Overall, PT. Astra International's performance can be characterized as commendable.

Abstract

The National Affordable Housing Program (NAHP) implemented by the Ministry of PUPR (Public Works and Public Housing) aims to address housing affordability issues in the province of Bali. As part of the program, program community facilitators play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation and ensuring the program's effectiveness. Therefore, it becomes essential to evaluate the effectiveness of these facilitators in achieving the program's objectives. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of program community facilitators National Affordable Housing Program (NAHP) Ministry of PUPR in the Province of Bali. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive provides a systematic description of cycles, problems, phenomena, services, programs, or information to individuals or groups wishing to study. The findings of this study explain the effectiveness of the role of the program has been achieved. The results of interviews with co-facilitators and beneficiary communities assessed the effectiveness of program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, goal attainment, and real changes from the results of interviews with co-facilitators and beneficiary communities.
