Abstract

Capital expenditure has an important role because it has a long-term benefit to provide services to the public. So the central government should provide more activities or programs to the local government so that the program can prosper and advance the local government. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Local Generated Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocation Fund, Financing of Capital Expenditures in Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province in 2013-2015.The sample in this study covers all Regencies / cities in Central Java province during 2013-2015 as many as 105 data. The analysis tools used are normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and model test.The result showed that the Local Generated Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocation Fund and Financing has a significant positive impact on capital expenditure.Keywords: Local Generated Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocation Fund, Financing and Capital Expenditure

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of: Capital Intensity Ratio, Independent Commissioner, debt level, profitability, and the size of the company, using agency theory. Because tax planning will trigger many problems that exist in the company, and therefore it can be minimized by the presence of capital intensity ratio, an independent commissioner, debt level, profitability, and firm size. This research is empirical research consisting of a population of some 108 of the companys banking using purposive sampling technique in penganbilan sample. This sampling is done by multiple regression using SPSS for windows version 20:00. The coefficient of determination obtained by the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.185. This means the ability of Capital Intensity Ratio, Independent Commissioner, debt, return on assets, and the size of the Company in explaining Effective Tax Rate (ETR) of 18.5, while the rest of 81.5% (100% - 18.5%) is explained by other variables outside the research model ini.Karena level of significance <0.05 then the Dependent Variables significant effect along the Effective Tax rate.Keywords: Effective Tax Rate, Capital Intensity Ratio, Independent Commissioner, Debt, ROA, Size

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the realized of revenue, size of local government, number of units under regional (SKPD), the life of the local government, the size of the legislature,and the intergovernmental revenue on the level of disclosure LKPD Regency / City in Central Java province.The study population was District / City of Central Java Province during the years 2014-2016 that have been audited by the BPK. The sample used is 105 local government financial statements are all the population sampled.This research data analysis methods using the multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 19.The results showed that realized of revenue, number of units under regional (SKPD), and the ratio of self-sufficiency have significant effect on the level of disclosure LKPD. Abstract

Earnings management is the decision of the manager to choose a specific accounting policy that is deemed to be able to achieve the desired goals, whether to increase profits or reduce the level of losses reported.This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, audit committee, institutional ownership, board of commissioner, leverage, free cash flow, and firm size to earnings management on manufacturing at BEI during 2013-2015 period. The population in this study are all companies engaged in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique that is choosing the sample with certain criteria according to the desired by the researcher, where according to the predefined criteria there are 43 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Based on the discussion of the results of this study shows that: managerial ownership, audit committee, leverage, free cash flow negatively affect earnings management. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence of human resources, regional financial accounting system, government accounting standards, internal control, the quality of local financial statements at the Regional Work Unit Unit in Semarang City. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire in the Regional Work Unit Unit of Semarang City. Respondents in this research are Echelon III and Echelon IV. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the help of software SPSS version 16. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Financial Performance on Stock Returns on Manufacturing Companies Available In Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in 2013-2015. The sample in this research is taken with Purposive Sampling method. Data were analyzed by using Independent sample ttest. In Return On Asset variable obtained significant value. This means Return On Asset variable. statistically have a significant positive effect on stock Return. In Return On Equity variable obtained significant. This means the Return On Equity variable statistically significant positive effect on stock Return. In Economic Value Added variable obtained significant. This means Economic Value Added variables are statistically significant positive effect on stock Return. In the Debt to Equity Ratio variable obtained significant. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence the institutional ownership, managerial ownership, firm size, company age, profitability to corporate social responsibility in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2016. The population is all companies of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are (a) Banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the year 2014-2016 which has published and published annual report and include the relevant CSR report in 2014-2016. (b) The Company discloses CSR or social responsibility report through its annual report. (c) The Company earns profit period of 2014-2016. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Institutional ownership has no effect on CSR. Managerial ownership positively affects CSR. Company size has no effect on CSR. The age of the company has a positive effect on CSR. Profitability has a positive effect on CSR. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Original Income of General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Profit Sharing Funds for Capital Expenditure in Kalimantan and Sulawesi Provinces/Regions 2012-2015. The type of data used is secondary data from the financial statements years each province. The sampel obtained is 42 data. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Research data were then tested using multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the local revenue is positively significant to the Capital Expenditure. General Allocation Fund has significant negative effect to Capital Expenditure. The Special Allocation Fund has a significant positive effect on Capital Expenditure. Abstract

The study examines the effect Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund on Capital Expenditures. The population in this research is districts or cities government in central java. The population in this study is a districts or cities government in region of central java as 35 districts or cities. The data uses secondary data which has been retrieved of budget realization report in central java 2013 to 2015. This study is a population with a method of data collection is done with the documentary method. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that Revenue, General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund has positive effect on Capital Expenditures. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of ROA, leverage, the composition of independent directors, audit committee and the size of the company against tax avoidance in companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2013-2015. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013- 2015. The sample in this study as many as 166 observation data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Profitability significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Leverage a significant negative effect on tax avoidance.
