Abstract

Rekonstruksi perumahan masyarakat korban bencana gempa bumi 6.5 skala richter di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya mengalami keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh risiko ketidakpastian selama konstruksi berlangsung. Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi menghadapi berbagai dampak dari sejumlah bentuk resiko terkait dengan biaya, mutu, dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek, salah satunya yaitu risiko eksternal. Risiko eksternal merupakan risiko yang bersumber dari luar proyek dan berada diluar kendali pelaksana proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi risiko eksternal yang terdapat selama masa rekonstruksi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 10 responden yang terkualifikasi sebagai tenaga ahli. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa 39 variabel risiko teridentifikasi yang dibagi menjadi 5 faktor risiko, yaitu: faktor kebijakan pemerintah, visibilitas politik, faktor regulasi, dan force majeure dengan jumlah risiko sebanyak 13 variabel, faktor kontrak dengan jumlah risiko sebanyak 14 variabel, faktor sosial dengan jumlah risiko 7 variabel, faktor alam dengan jumlah risiko 3 variabel, dan faktor lingkungan dengan jumlah risiko 2 variabel. Sedangkan dari hasil wawancara diperoleh risiko tambahan dari responden yaitu terhadap faktor alam dengan jumlah 1 variabel dan tambahan 1 variabel risiko dari faktor tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Proyek jalan lingkungan merupakan proyek jalan umum yang dioperasikan untuk penyediaan layanan lalu lintas angkutan lingkungan. Sumber daya adalah fase penting dalam pelaksanaan dan faktor penentu pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran proyek. Oleh karenanya, perencanaan sumber daya proyek haruslah baik, tepat dan terorganisir demi memperoleh sasaran proyek. Baik buruk kinerja pekerjaan ditentukan oleh biaya, waktu dan mutu yang dicapai.Untuk memperoleh tujuan tersebut diperlukannya manajemen proyek. Namun pada waktu pelaksanaan proyek sering mengalami risiko dan oleh karena itu manajemen risiko perlu dilakukan guna meminimalisir risiko yang muncul. Hal lain juga menunjang munculnya risiko ialah adanya penyebaran pandemi virus Covid-19 yang meningkat pada tahun 2021 dan mempengaruhi waktu, biaya dan mutu proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui faktor risiko sumber daya dan risk frequency yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan proyek jalan lingkungan pada 4 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Aceh. Data sekunder penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil studi literatur, sedangkan data primer diperoleh dari jawaban responden pada kuesioner. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan uji data validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian dilakukan anaisis data deskriptif dan analisis Frequency Index. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 34 variabel risiko yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan proyek dan variabel risiko kenaikan harga material adalahvariabel yang paling tertinggi dengan nilai FI diperoleh 0,730.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh mitra ibu PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) di Kelurahan Pangkalan Sesai Kota Dumai yaitu kesulitan dalam mencari alternatif usaha untuk diversifikasi produk olahan pangan. Akses informasi dan perkembangan teknologi masih terbatas, perlu informasi penting mengenai teknologi tepat guna yang sederhana dan diterapkan pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan tentang pembuatan nugget ikan nila salin (Oreochromis niloticus). Tujuan kegiatan yaitu meningkatkan diversifikasi produk olahan ikan nila salin berupa nugget pada mitra ibu PKK. Manfaat kegiatan yaitu untuk memperoleh keterampilan dan menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan, turut mengsukseskan program pemerintah yaitu Gemar Makan Ikan. Mitra ibu PKK telah menerima pelatihan dan praktek pembuatan nugget ikan nila salin yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13-15 Juli 2022. Sasaran dalam kegiatan pelatihan yaitu mitra ibu PKK yang berjumlah 20 orang Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan memberikan teori atau teknik dan praktek pembuatan nugget ikan nila salin melalui ceramah dan diskusi kelompok secara terarah. Kegiatan pelatihan dapat terlaksana dengan baik, mitra ibu PKK sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan dan mempunyai motivasi untuk mempraktekkan pembuatan nugget ikan secara mandiri. Hasil penghitungan analisis biaya produk nugget ikan nila salin selama 1 bulan, yaitu Rp. 1.257.360. Pembuatan nugget ikan nila salin dapat memberikan nilai tambah pendapatan melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Pangkalan Sesai.

Abstract

Peningkatan tumpukan sampah plastik terus terjadi seiring dengan perubahan pola komsumsi masyarakat yang tidak bisa lepas dari penggunaan barang berbahan plastik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya kantong plastik. Plastik banyak digunakan dikarenakan mudah dalam penggunaannya, ringan, dan memiliki daya tahan yang lama. Hal ini juga terjadi penumpukan sampah plastik di Kawasan mangrove di Pangkalan Sesai Dumai dikarenakan masyarakat masih sering membuang sampah plastik ke kawasan perairan yang masuk saat pasang dan berdampak terhadap flora dan fauna di ekosistem mangrove. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah untuk memformulasikan pembentukan kelompok pengelolaan Bank Sampah di Kelurahan Pangkalan Sesai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan dan merancang penyusun pengelola Bank Sampah di Pangkalan Sesai. Hasil evaluasi terhadap 25 orang peserta penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta belum paham tentang bagaimana tentang pengeloaan bank Sampah dan 10% faham sebatas kegiatannya saja. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan ini terjadi peningkatan 70% pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara mengelola Bank Sampah. hal ini terlihat dari antusias peserta dalam tanya jawab dengan pemateri dan tingginya keinginan peserta untuk membentuk Bank Sampah dengan terbentuknya formatur kepengurusan yang terdiri Pengawas, Ketua Sekretaris. Bendahara, Devisi teknis, dan Operasional.

Abstract

This study was conducted from November 2017 in Rupat Strait, Riau Province. The analysis of model was done in Laboratorium of Physical Oceanography, Departement of Marine Science, Faculty of Fisheries and  Marine, University of Riau. The research aims to understand the wave and tidal current on high tide (spring tide condition) in Rupat Strait. The significant wave height is about 0.12-0.90 m/s. The current speed is about 0.18-0.78 m/s. The result of the study indicate that at spring tide condition, the tidal current from Malaka Strait flows up to Rupat Strait by northern and eastern part of Rupat Strait. This condition influences distribution of sediments in Rupat Strait the cause of the changes coastline.

Abstract

Riau Province has many lakes and reservoirs, one of which is the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir, Sustainability of the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir Unstable water continuity, drought during the dry season and flooding during the rainy season have caused this power plant to be not optimal, one of the ways that can done to overcome complications in certain areas. Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir Water is that by using the analysis of the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir we can arrange steps in managing the maintenance of the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir. Sustainability analysis conducted using the RAP-catchment area application on three dimensions, namely ecology, economics and social, the results of the analysis that have been carried out on the ecological dimension address an index of 52.31 which is classified as quite sustainable in the social dimension category 41.98 which is classified as less sustainable. To improve the index of sustainability in the management of water areas, several management directives are needed, namely reforestation or greening of open land related to rivers and conducting training in environmentally friendly agriculture to provide and support the protection of farming communities and communitiesrelated to fire, develop the potential of natural resources such as tourist attractions as alternative livelihoods to increase community income and increase socialization and encourage people in need in hydropower reservoir catchment areas.

Abstract

This research was conducted in February 2021 at the mouth of the Dumai River, Rupat Strait. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sediment supply from land on changes in bathymetry in the waters of the Rupat Strait based on the analysis of suspended sediment (SSC) and suspended solids (TSS) divided by the area of the study. The method used is a survey method. The results showed that as much as 26,94 tons/year of sediment entered the Rupat Strait and was distributed in the research area. Each part of the research area has a different bathymetric change value. This is presumably due to oceanographic factors in the waters of the Rupat Strait such as strong and weak river currents when entering the sea, the distance between the research area and the sediment supply source, human activities in each part of the study area, erosion along the river and abrasion at the river mouth. the presence of mangrove forests, dominant sediment types, sloping water topography, the cross-sectional width of the river as a sediment supplier, and suspended solids

Abstract

This research was conducted from February to March 2023 in Setan island, West Sumatra. This study aimed to determine the sediment accumulation rate and coral cover, as well as the correlation between sediment accumulation rate and coral cover. The survey method was used in this research. The sediment accumulation rate was measured using a sediment trap. At the same time, the coral cover was observed using the underwater photo transect (UPT) method with a transect length of 50 m. The total suspended solid was analyzed using the Gravimetric method. Observations were made at four sampling points at depths of 3 and 6 m. The sediment accumulation rate at a depth of 3 m ranged from 0.946315 to 1.534992 mg/cm²/day, while at a depth of 6 meters, it ranged from 1.357756 to 1.607786 mg/cm²/day. The percentage of live coral cover at a depth of 3 meters ranged from 3.40% to 31.36%, and at a depth of 6 m, it ranged from 0.33% to 30.50%. The total suspended solids values ranged from 23 to 96 mg/L. Regression analysis showed that the sediment accumulation rate negatively influenced the percentage of live coral cover.

Abstract

This research was carried out in December 2021-January 2022 in Dumai City District, Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the rate of sea level rise based on analysis of tide data from 2001-2021 and to predict inundation areas in the next 20 years. This research method is a descriptive survey using remote sensing as an additional tool to show the results. Acquisition needs are in the form of primary data (land use and tide data) and secondary (slope data, elevation, land use, and tide data). These parameters are processed and analysed to describe the extent of the inundation by displaying a map of the City of Dumai. The results showed that the waters of Dumai City have a Formzhal number of 0.5, which means that the water area is classified as a mixed tide, semi-diurnal prevalence, with a sea level rise of 2.003 cm/year. Then, the numbers used to predict the height of sea level rise in the next 20 years are 0.973 m each. Furthermore, sea level height was analyzed to obtain the inundation area for the next 20 years, it turns out that the inundation area each year is 11.89 ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment and category of vulnerability level and calculate the parameters that affect coastal vulnerability. The method used is a survey method with direct observation, while the analysis method used is the calculation of CVI, the root of the multiplication of each variable weight. The data required includes primary data by direct observation, and secondary data with data from remote sensing satellites, primary data including coastal geomorphology, land use, tides, and secondary data including DEM (Digital Elevation Mode), coastal slope, shoreline changes, relative water level rise, significant wave height. The results of this study at the observation location obtained 3 categories of vulnerability namely low, high, and very high vulnerability levels found on the Dumai coast. The category of vulnerability in the low class is located in Dumai Barat District in Purnama Village with a value of 4.33-5.00, and the category of vulnerability in the high class is located in Dumai Timur District in Purnama Village grid A2 and A4 at Tanjung Palas grid A12,-A14 with a value of 8.66-10.61, and the category of vulnerability in the very high class is located in Dumai Barat District grid A5-A8, Dumai City District grid A9-A10, and Dumai Timur District in Tanjung Palas Village grid A15 with a value of 12.99-20.00.
