Abstract

Dikatakan bahwa orang yang mentalnya sehat, dapat mengarungi kehidupan dengan baik sehingga dapat beradaptasi dengan permasalaan hidup, hal ini pula yang menjadikan perlunya menjaga kesehatan mental. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental terutama bagi para ibu dalam mendidik anak usia dini. Art theraphy yang diberikan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melalui gerak, lagu dan melukis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui 6 tahap yaitu 1). Identifikasi awal, 2). Membangun hubungan kemanusiaan, 3). Penentuan agenda, 4). Tindakan aksi, 5). Refleksi, 6). Meluaskan aksi. Kegiatan ini bertempat di Perumahan Graha Bukit Ciperna Desa Sampiran, Kecamatan Talun Kabupaten Cirebon yang dihadiri oleh ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia dini berjumlah 61 orang. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan kesehatan mental pada ibu dalam mendidik anak ini membawa suasana dan wawasan baru bagi ibu-ibu perumahan Graha Bukit Ciperna. Mereka merasa kegiatan ini sangat baik dan bermanfaat bagi mereka, merasa kegiatan ini juga menyenangkan karena selain sebagai bentuk sosialisasi mereka jadi mendapatkan ilmu baru seperti mengetahui cara mengelola emosi, dan juga kegiatan ini menjadi recharge tersendiri bagi para ibu dalam mendidik anak-anak sehingga tak sedikit dari mereka yang berharap kegiatan ini dapat berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Investment is part of improving welfare in the future to anticipate the inflation that occurs every year. Besides being profitable, investment is also very risky which can occur simultaneously or alone so we must be able to manage it properly. This article aims to find out how to understand the risks and how to manage them wisely. The research method used is descriptive, by collecting secondary data whose data comes from various sources such as scientific literature, articles and so on. Investment risk can come from many factors and that risk cannot be eliminated, so before investing we must understand these risks and have several considerations and strategies. So that the investment that we manage can get a good profit by reducing these risks. Because each risk has a different increase, so that by reducing the risk, the investment we do will be managed wisely and will get maximum profit.

Abstract

The workforce tests the skills students acquire during their studies. This study aims to analyze how the curriculum of the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program aligns with the competencies required in the workforce. In addition, this study evaluates the competitiveness of alumni and the level of satisfaction of the institutions that employ them. This study employs a mixed method, also known as a mixed method, along with a sequential explanatory design. Random sampling techniques selected a total of 45 alumni and 16 alumni users as samples. We collected quantitative data through surveys and obtained qualitative data through structured interviews and focus group discussions. We analyze quantitative data using descriptive statistics and interactively analyze qualitative data. The results showed that 97.78% of courses are relevant to work needs, and 98% of alumni competencies are in accordance with the demands of the workforce. However, the curriculum requires adjustments to face the challenges of the 21st century, such as technology integration, cooperative learning, application of differentiated learning, and a holistic learning approach. Additionally, the curriculum needs to adapt to current trends in early childhood Islamic education, including emotional management, smart device use, artificial intelligence, and STEAM-based learning design.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting is a child's failure to achieve his growth potential due to serious malnutrition and often experiencing illness in his childhood, thus determining his growth and development abilities and mental and will cause long-term damage. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia from the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022, while the World Health Organization (WHO) standard must be below 20%. The problem of stunting is a big problem, because in stunted children, not only their physical growth is disturbed, but it will also affect their brains. In handling stunting, the government involves several parties, one of which is posyandu cadres, but not all posyandu cadres know about stunting prevention. Objective: The purpose of this study is to find out and evaluate the relationship between the knowledge of posyandu cadres and the implementation of stunting prevention in community midwifery practices. Method: The method used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study met the inclusion criteria as many as 21 people. Result: The results of this study show that good posyandu cadres have a high level of knowledge in implementing stunting prevention in community work practices. Conclusion: Based on the research results obtained, there is a relationship between posyandu cadres' knowledge and the implementation of stunting prevention.

Abstract

Introduction: One of the SDGs targets is that by 2030 all countries will strive to reduce the under-five mortality rate by 25/1,000 live births. In addition to the 2030 public nutrition target, all countries are working to end all forms of malnutrition, including achieving the 2025 international target which aims to reduce stunting and wasting in children under five and address the nutritional needs of adolescent girls, pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as elderly. Malnutrition will have a negative impact on physical and mental growth which will then hinder learning achievement. During the toddler years, the growth and development of brain cells is so rapid that they require optimal and optimal nutritional intake and stimulus. Toddlers are vulnerable to nutritional disorders because at this time they need nutrition for their growth and development. Apart from that, toddlers are very passive regarding food intake so that toddlers will depend on their parents. Objective: The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving red bean ice cream on increasing the weight of wasting toddlers. Method: This research is quantitative research, with a pre-experimental design method using a one group pretest posttest design approach. The sample in this study was 15 toddlers who experienced wasting. Result: The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of red bean ice cream on weight gain in wasting toddlers. Conclusion: Based on the research results obtained, there is an effect of giving red bean ice cream on increasing the weight of wasting toddlers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Remaja adalah pengguna media sosial tertinggi, tingginya pengunaan media sosial membuat remaja rentan mengalami Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). Pengabdian dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemahaman FoMO sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat. Jumlah responden 357 siswa dari SMPN 5 Kota Tasikmalaya dan SMPN 1 Cikoneng Ciamis, terdapat sekitar 700 peserta yang yang yang mengikuti kegiatan pengmas. Dilakukan penilaian pemahaman FoMO sebelum dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pemahaman FoMO sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan pada remaja di SMPN 5 Kota Tasikmalaya dan SMPN 1 Cikoneng Ciamis sebagian besar berada pada kategori kurang sebesar 53,8%. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan pemahaman FoMO sebagian besar berada pada kategori baik sebesar 37,8%. penyuluhan yang dilakukan melalui pengabdian Masyarakat terbukti dapat meningkatkan pemahaman FoMO pada remaja. Disarankan untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan pengebdian Masyarakat lanjutan agar dapat mengatasi masalah Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) pada remaja. Kata Kunci: Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), Pemahaman, Remaja  ABSTRACT Teenagers are the highest users of social media, the high use of social media makes teenagers vulnerable to experiencing Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). The service was carried out to find an overview of understanding FoMO before and after community service. The number of respondents was 357 students from SMPN 5 Kota Tasikmalaya and SMPN 1 Cikoneng Ciamis, the participants who took part in community service activities numbered around 700 people. Assessment of understanding of FoMO was carried out before and after the counseling by distributing questionnaires. Understanding of FoMO before counseling was carried out among teenagers at SMPN 5 Kota Tasikmalaya and SMPN 1 Cikoneng Ciamis was mostly in the poor category at 53.8%. After counseling, understanding of FoMO was mostly in the good category at 37.8%. Counseling carried out through community service has been proven to increase understanding of FoMO in adolescents. It is recommended to carry out further community service activities to overcome the problem of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in teenagers.  Keywords: Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), Understanding, Teenagers

Abstract

This research aims to obtain evidence of the influence of e-billing and e-filing on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Bandung Tegallega. This research was conducted on individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Bandung Teggalega. The population in this research is all individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Bandung Tegallega 2024. With a sample size of 100 respondents, the method in this research uses quantitative methods. The questionnaire uses a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire data is first tested for validity and reliability, then the assumptions of the classical test are tested and the examiner finally tests the hypothesis. The results of this study show that e-billing has no significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, while e-filing has a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Microcredit plays a crucial role in supporting agricultural development, particularly for smallholder farmers. This study aims to analyze the influence of socio-economic characteristics on vegetable farmers' access to formal and informal microcredit in Cikidang Village. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis revealed that the majority of farmers accessing formal microcredit (66%) had higher education levels (6% were university graduates), monthly incomes ranging from IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 10,000,000 (51%), and landholdings exceeding 1 hectare (33%). Conversely, informal microcredit (34%) was predominantly accessed by farmers with lower education levels (59% elementary school graduates), incomes below IDR 5,000,000 (76%), and landholdings under 1 hectare (97%). These findings highlight that socio-economic limitations restrict farmers' access to formal credit, necessitating inclusive policies such as simplified procedures, elimination of collateral requirements, and enhanced financial literacy to improve access to formal microcredit and support sustainable farming practices.

Abstract

This study aims to influence tax planning and deferred tax expenses on earnings management in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2018-2022 period. the focus of this research is focused on the factors that influence earnings management, with the variables considered are tax planning and deferred tax expense. The research method used is quantitative and regression analysis, using financial report data from banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Data is analyzed for the last five years period. Abstract

Abstrak Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Disiplin Kerja) dan Variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai disiplin kerja pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan( Biro Adpim) Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat Dan kinerja karyawan pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan( Biro Adpim) Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis untuk membahas identifikasi masalah bagaimana disiplin kerja pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan( Biro Adpim) Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat dan bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan( Biro Adpim) Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Verifikatif analisis untuk membahas untuk membahas identifikasi masalah seberapa besar masalah pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan( Biro Adpim) Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket (kuesioner) dan kepustakaan. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan( Biro Adpim) Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut digunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer IBM SPSS 25. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Kinerja.
