Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze teacher competencies in designing personalized learning in the digital era. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA model, this research reviewed 35 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 related to teacher competence, pedagogical design, and personalized learning. Content analysis revealed four major dimensions of teacher competence: pedagogical competence, technological competence, assessment and reflective competence, and socio-emotional and innovative competence. The findings indicate that effective personalized learning requires the integration of understanding students’ learning profiles, the use of adaptive and AI-based technologies, formative and reflective assessment practices, and the creation of empathetic and inclusive learning environments. The study implies that educational management plays a strategic role in developing continuous professional development policies to strengthen teachers’ digital literacy, reflective capacity, and pedagogical innovation. It is recommended that teacher training programs and performance management systems be optimized to support the effective implementation of personalized learning in schools.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal dan wawancara oleh Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas PGRI Semarang dengan kepala sekolah dan beberapa guru ditemukan adanya ketidaksantunan berbahasa oleh siswa dalam interaksi baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan solusi konkret dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesantunan berbahasa di SMPN 34 Semarang, khususnya kepada para siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan luar jaringan (luring) kepada para siswa. Pelatihan kesantunan berbahasa diberikan kepada siswa di kelas yang diidentifikasi memerlukan peningkatan kesantunan berkomunikasi. Penyampaian materi dengan ceramah oleh tim pengabdian, kemudian dilanjutkan berdiskusi (tanya jawab) dengan para siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian yang diikuti 66 siswa menghasilkan sesuatu yang positif. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa setelah pelatihan, para siswa lebih tepat dalam pemilihan kata (diksi), nada, dan sikap yang baik saat berinteraksi dengan sesama siswa maupun dengan para guru (yang lebih tua). Perihal kesantuanan berbahasa siswa tidak sebatas menjadi tanggung jawab pihak sekolah, namun diperlukan keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of academic supervision and work motivation on the long-term development of teacher professionalism in elementary education. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, the study population consisted of elementary school teachers in Purwodadi District, Grobogan, Central Java, Indonesia, with a sample of 220 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation and linear regression to examine the effect of each variable on teacher professionalism. The results show that academic supervision has a positive and significant relationship with teacher professionalism (correlation coefficient of 0.512 and contribution of 26.2%), while work motivation also has a positive and significant relationship (correlation coefficient of 0.407 and contribution of 16.6%). These findings indicate that improving the quality of academic supervision conducted by school principals and strengthening teachers' work motivation play an essential role in enhancing teacher professionalism. This study provides empirical insights that can be used to develop strategies for the sustainable improvement of teacher professionalism. However, the study has limitations related to variables not explored, and further research is suggested to include additional external factors that may affect teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Educational supervision plays an important role in developing professional culture in elementary schools; however, its practice often remains hierarchical and less collaborative. This study examines the contribution of collaborative-based educational supervision to the development of professional culture in an elementary school. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving the principal and teachers through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed through reduction, categorization, and interpretation to identify patterns of collaboration and professional growth. The findings indicate that collaborative supervision fosters open communication, reflective teaching practices, joint problem-solving, and mutual trust among educators, thereby strengthening the school’s professional culture. It is concluded that partnership-based supervision is more effective than control-oriented approaches in enhancing teachers’ professional engagement. Schools are therefore encouraged to institutionalize structured dialogue forums, peer observation, and continuous professional development programs. This study is limited to a single school context; further research involving broader settings is recommended to enhance the generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

Penelitian pada penulisan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia materi teks prosedur di kelas V SD Negeri Peterongan Semarang dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantu media flipchart. Terdapat 24 peserta didik kelas V di SDN Peterongan menjadi subyek penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunnakn metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari prasiklus, siklus 1, dan siklus 2. Pada siklus ini terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan tindakan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan tes hasil belajar. Kriteria ketuntasan kelas minimal 75. Dari hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa peserta didik kelas V SDN Peterongan mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik jika menerapkan model PBL berbantu media flipchart. Pada siklus I, perolehan peresentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 66,67% dengan nilai rata-rata 77,58. Pada siklus II, persentase belajar mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan yaitu sebesar 83,33% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,83. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 19% dan peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebesar 6,0. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL berbantu flipchart dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia materi teks prosedur di kelas V SDN Peterongan.
