Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, service, and promotion simultaneously and partially on decision to repurchase the product of water refills of Metro Palu. The population in this research were all customers of the Metro Palu refill water refills station. The number of samples in this research were 123 respondents. This research applied a descriptive causal with data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed through SPSS application. The results show that the variables of price, service and promotion simultaneously have a positive effect on repurchase decisions, the significant value of F is 0.000 < (0.05). Moreover, the partial test result obtains that the price variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05). It can be concluded that the price variable positively and significantly affects on repurchase decision. Furthermore, the service variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05) so it can be concluded that the service variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decision. The results of the partial test show that the promotion variable has a significant value of t = 0.000 < (0.05). Thus, so it can be concluded that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decision. Abstract

This research examines the dynamics of business licensing policy and the adoption of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system as a risk-based solution in public services. This research assesses the legal aspects of the business licensing policy, particularly focusing on OSS in order to be able to evaluate its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. Using a juridical approach, this research conducts a thorough legal analysis of relevant laws, regulations and judicial precedents that emphasise the importance of the OSS system in simplifying licensing procedures and reducing administrative burden. Through a risk-based approach, the OSS promotes transparency, accountability and fairness as well as enhances legal certainty which also minimises the risk of corruption of authorised state officials. The study also identifies many challenges such as data privacy issues, security from cybercrime and potential conflicts in the decision-making process that will be addressed to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the OSS system. This research will contribute to the study of law and public administration providing valuable insights for policy makers and the OSS system. The OSS policy also promotes good governance, facilitates economic growth and improves the quality of public services.

Abstract

Pembahasan pada artikel ini yaitu Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap pegawai dengan efektivitas sebagai variabel moderating pada kantor kementerian agama Kab Sinjai yang di jabarkan dalam rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kementerian agama kab. Sinjai, bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kementrian agama kab. Sinjai,bagimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan efektivitas kerja sebagai variable moderating pada kantor kementerian agama kab. Sinjai, serta bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan efektivitas kerja sebagai variabel moderating pada kantor kementerian agama kab. Sinjai. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan adalah Lingkungan Kerja Dan Kompetensi sebagai variabel independent, Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel dependen dan Efektivitas Kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif atau hubungan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan total sampel sebanyak 88 responden. Fokus penelitian ini menggunakan teori efektivitas kerja oleh Gibson, Invancevich dan Donelly dan teori teori Atribusi atau Expectancy Theori oleh Fritz Heider. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan data SPSS. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Efektivitas Kerja Mampu Memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan Efektivitas Kerja Tidak Mampu Memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and describe the feasibility of Augmented Reality-based learning media as a medium for virus material for 10th grade science students. This research is a development study that adopts the 4D Thiagarajan model which includes Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The subjects of this study were 42 10th grade science students. The object of this study is biology learning media based on Augmented Reality which was validated by 3 validators. The results of material expert validation showed that the learning media scored 84% and was categorized as Very Feasible, while the media assessment by media experts scored 78% and was categorized as Feasible. In addition, the study field teacher’s assessment of the learning media scored 84% and was categorized as Very Feasible, while the student questionnaire results scored 95% with the category of Very Feasible. The results of this study indicate that Augmented Reality-based learning media is Very Feasible to be used to support the learning process.

Abstract

Postpartum depression is a common mental health disorder that often goes untreated, particularly due to limited access to conventional psychological services. Along with the development of technology, digital-based psychological support offers an alternative intervention that is more affordable and flexible. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital-based psychological support in reducing depression levels and improving the psychological well-being of postpartum mothers. The study used a quasi-experimental design with two groups (experimental and control), involving 60 purposively selected participants. The intervention was delivered for eight weeks through a digital platform that integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness modules. Depression levels were measured using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), as well as additional indicators such as anxiety, stress, and the quality of the mother-child relationship. The results of paired t-test and independent t-test analyses showed a significant reduction in EPDS scores and improvement in psychological well-being indicators in the experimental group (p < 0.001), with a large effect size (Cohen's d = 2.37). ANCOVA analysis confirmed the effectiveness of the intervention after controlling for covariate variables. The qualitative component through semi-structured interviews revealed that ease of access, time flexibility, and emotional support were contributing factors to participants' engagement. These findings indicate that digital interventions can be an effective and applicable approach to managing postpartum depression, and should be integrated into the broader maternal health care system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of effective communication, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty in the mining industry, with a case study at PT. Bumi Konawe Minerina. The mining industry faces significant challenges in maintaining employee loyalty, which can be influenced by communication factors, work environment, and job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey approach targeting employees. The analysis results indicate that effective communication, a conducive work environment, and job satisfaction significantly contribute to increased employee loyalty. These findings provide recommendations for companies in designing strategies to enhance employee loyalty through more open communication, a supportive work environment, and better employee welfare policies.

Abstract

Abstract[English]:This article discusses the value of Tawakkal in the Qur'an and is written using the thematic interpretation method. In his analysis, the author first determines the topic, then looks for verses related to the topic and continues by reviewing the collected verses. The Qur'an mentions many verses related to the commandment to believe in Allah and surrender all results after earnest effort. The term tawakkal is mentioned 68 times in the Qur'an in 60 verses and in 20 different suras. From the whole verse, it is revealed that the word tawakkal contains five values, namely the first is piety to Allah after an important decision, the second is steadfastness towards the enemy, the third is tawakkal supports peace, the fourth is trustworthiness, and the fifth is the promise of goodness. God to those who believe in Him.Abstrak[Indonesia]:Artikel ini membahas tentang nilai Tawakkal dalam Al-Qur'an dan ditulis dengan menggunakan metode tafsir tematik. Dalam analisisnya, penulis terlebih dahulu menentukan topik, setelah itu mencari ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan topik dan dilanjutkan dengan mengulas ayat-ayat yang terkumpul. Al-Qur'an menyebutkan banyak ayat yang berkaitan dengan perintah untuk percaya kepada Allah dan menyerahkan semua hasil setelah usaha yang sungguh-sungguh. Istilah tawakal disebutkan 68 kali dalam Alquran dalam 60 ayat dan dalam 20 surah yang berbeda. Dari keseluruhan ayat tersebut terungkap bahwa kata tawakal mengandung lima nilai, yaitu pertama ketakwaan kepada Allah setelah keputusan penting, kedua tawakkal adalah ketabahan terhadap musuh, ketiga tawakkal mendukung perdamaian, keempat amanah, kelima ada janji kebaikan. Allah kepada orang-orang yang percaya kepada-Nya.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the application of picture cards to improve the Arabic vocabulary proficiency of seventh grade students at Noor El Hikma Preparatory School, Tolada, North Malangki. Kimis and McTaggart's working research approach was used to monitor the effectiveness of this method in two educational sessions. The results of the study showed that the application of photo cards was effective in improving students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary. This is proven by significantly increasing the average score and level of completion of vocabulary exercises in each course. In the second cycle, 100% of students achieved a minimum completion score of 70%, demonstrating excellent vocabulary proficiency. Abstract

The research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The subjects of this study are the vice principal of the student affairs section, operators, and students. The validity of the data was checked using extended participation data validation, observation persistence, and triangulation. The results of this study show that 1) The implementation of student administration at SMA Negeri 4 Palopo has been well structured starting from the admission of new students, the formation of committees to the welcoming of new students, the recording of students in the dapodik by the operator who is also responsible for the input of student data and school facilities, strict rules apply to all students including dressing, cleanliness, and the use of school facilities, being able to accept student transfers, arranging organizational activities to fully support activities carried out by the student council at school, to carrying out student graduation activities that have gone well. 2) Supporting factors in the implementation of student administration, namely the implementation of student administration, is supported by a strong commitment from all schools, namely teachers, staff to several students, starting from the admission of new students to the recording of alumni, as well as the availability of necessary facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor is students who do not provide the requested data, thus hindering administrative staff.

Abstract

Pemberian edukasi pajak sejak dini merupakan strategi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak masyarakat di Indonesia. Bagi suatu negara, generasi muda merupakan akar dari bangsa tersebut. Generasi muda menjadi potensi yang sangat besar untuk dibentuk, sehingga di masa depan nanti mereka bisa menjadi perantara yang membawa Indonesia ke puncak kejayaannya. Melalui edukasi pajak sejak dini, secara perlahan mindset positif terkait pajak akan terbentuk pada generasi muda yang nantinya akan menjadi calon wajib pajak. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan pelajar SMA Negeri 13 Makassar akan pentingnya Pajak bagi negara dan masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman dan kesadaran pelajar SMA Negeri 13 Makassar terkait perpajakan yang diterapkan di Indonesia. Berkat adanya ilmu terkait perpajakan sejak dini ini para pelajar mampu memahami tujuan serta fungsi dari pajak.
