Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Scramble terhadap hasil belajar kognitif IPA Terpadu (Biologi) peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri Luyo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental atau kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain Posttest Only Non-Equivalent Control Group. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif nilai posttest menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas eksperimen adalah 63,6, sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas kontrol adalah 60,3. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki hasil posttest yang lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Tetapi tidak ada perbedaan signifikan hasil posttest kedua kelas. Hasil pengujian hipotesis nilai posttest diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 1,01 sedangkan ilai ttabel untuk taraf signifikan 5% dengan derajat kebebasan 55 adalah 1,674 sehingga diperoleh thitung < ttabel. Ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Scramble terhadap hasil belajar kognitif biologi peserta didik.

Abstract

Metode resitasi atau penugasan dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk lebih menguasai materi kuliah dalam proses pembelajaran, karena hasil belajar mahasiswa selalu dipresentasikan di depan kelas, jadi mahasiswa dituntut untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan fakta di lapangan hasil belajar mahasiswa khususnya pada mata kuliah biologi umum rendah, oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh penggunaan metode resitasi terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah biologi umum pendidikan biologi Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode resitasi terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah biologi umum pendidikan biologi Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif quasi experimental dimana penelitian ini digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh penggunaan metode resitasi terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan biologi. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel tidk secara acak yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes tertulis yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai hasil belajar mahasiswa yang menggunakan metode resitasi. Hasil analisis desktiftip nilai rata-rata dari kelas eksperimen sebesar 75,71 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 59,28. Sedangkan hasil dari uji-t sebesar thitung = 6,34 dan ttabel=1.68, ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh penggunaan metode resitasi terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah biologi umum pendidikan biologi Universitas Sulawesi Barat.

Abstract

The majority of postpartum mothers experienced a decrease in pain after effleurage massage. Effleurage that is done gently and softly can reduce pain, create a sense of comfort and relax tension. This study aims to determine the efforts of message effleurage to reduce pain in postpartum mothers. This research method is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest posttest design approach, namely by involving a group of subjects. The conclusion is that the pain scale before and after treatment in both Postpartum Mothers has changed from severe and moderate pain to moderate and mild pain. The results of the statistical test concluded that there was an effect of the effleurage massage technique on reducing the pain scale in postpartum mothers. The results showed that there was a decrease in the average pain before and after treatment in Postpartum Mothers.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam bidang tertentu guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing. Metode pelaksanaan PKM meliputi empat tahapan utama, yaitu identifikasi masalah, perancangan solusi, implementasi kegiatan, serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan mitra, yang terlihat dari hasil praktik dan umpan balik positif yang diberikan. Evaluasi juga menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan manfaat nyata dan berkelanjutan bagi mitra. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, service, and promotion simultaneously and partially on decision to repurchase the product of water refills of Metro Palu. The population in this research were all customers of the Metro Palu refill water refills station. The number of samples in this research were 123 respondents. This research applied a descriptive causal with data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed through SPSS application. The results show that the variables of price, service and promotion simultaneously have a positive effect on repurchase decisions, the significant value of F is 0.000 < (0.05). Moreover, the partial test result obtains that the price variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05). It can be concluded that the price variable positively and significantly affects on repurchase decision. Furthermore, the service variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05) so it can be concluded that the service variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decision. The results of the partial test show that the promotion variable has a significant value of t = 0.000 < (0.05). Thus, so it can be concluded that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decision. Abstract

This research examines the dynamics of business licensing policy and the adoption of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system as a risk-based solution in public services. This research assesses the legal aspects of the business licensing policy, particularly focusing on OSS in order to be able to evaluate its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. Using a juridical approach, this research conducts a thorough legal analysis of relevant laws, regulations and judicial precedents that emphasise the importance of the OSS system in simplifying licensing procedures and reducing administrative burden. Through a risk-based approach, the OSS promotes transparency, accountability and fairness as well as enhances legal certainty which also minimises the risk of corruption of authorised state officials. The study also identifies many challenges such as data privacy issues, security from cybercrime and potential conflicts in the decision-making process that will be addressed to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the OSS system. This research will contribute to the study of law and public administration providing valuable insights for policy makers and the OSS system. The OSS policy also promotes good governance, facilitates economic growth and improves the quality of public services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of effective communication, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty in the mining industry, with a case study at PT. Bumi Konawe Minerina. The mining industry faces significant challenges in maintaining employee loyalty, which can be influenced by communication factors, work environment, and job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey approach targeting employees. The analysis results indicate that effective communication, a conducive work environment, and job satisfaction significantly contribute to increased employee loyalty. These findings provide recommendations for companies in designing strategies to enhance employee loyalty through more open communication, a supportive work environment, and better employee welfare policies.

Abstract

Abstract[English]:This article discusses the value of Tawakkal in the Qur'an and is written using the thematic interpretation method. In his analysis, the author first determines the topic, then looks for verses related to the topic and continues by reviewing the collected verses. The Qur'an mentions many verses related to the commandment to believe in Allah and surrender all results after earnest effort. The term tawakkal is mentioned 68 times in the Qur'an in 60 verses and in 20 different suras. From the whole verse, it is revealed that the word tawakkal contains five values, namely the first is piety to Allah after an important decision, the second is steadfastness towards the enemy, the third is tawakkal supports peace, the fourth is trustworthiness, and the fifth is the promise of goodness. God to those who believe in Him.Abstrak[Indonesia]:Artikel ini membahas tentang nilai Tawakkal dalam Al-Qur'an dan ditulis dengan menggunakan metode tafsir tematik. Dalam analisisnya, penulis terlebih dahulu menentukan topik, setelah itu mencari ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan topik dan dilanjutkan dengan mengulas ayat-ayat yang terkumpul. Al-Qur'an menyebutkan banyak ayat yang berkaitan dengan perintah untuk percaya kepada Allah dan menyerahkan semua hasil setelah usaha yang sungguh-sungguh. Istilah tawakal disebutkan 68 kali dalam Alquran dalam 60 ayat dan dalam 20 surah yang berbeda. Dari keseluruhan ayat tersebut terungkap bahwa kata tawakal mengandung lima nilai, yaitu pertama ketakwaan kepada Allah setelah keputusan penting, kedua tawakkal adalah ketabahan terhadap musuh, ketiga tawakkal mendukung perdamaian, keempat amanah, kelima ada janji kebaikan. Allah kepada orang-orang yang percaya kepada-Nya.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the application of picture cards to improve the Arabic vocabulary proficiency of seventh grade students at Noor El Hikma Preparatory School, Tolada, North Malangki. Kimis and McTaggart's working research approach was used to monitor the effectiveness of this method in two educational sessions. The results of the study showed that the application of photo cards was effective in improving students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary. This is proven by significantly increasing the average score and level of completion of vocabulary exercises in each course. In the second cycle, 100% of students achieved a minimum completion score of 70%, demonstrating excellent vocabulary proficiency. Abstract

The research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The subjects of this study are the vice principal of the student affairs section, operators, and students. The validity of the data was checked using extended participation data validation, observation persistence, and triangulation. The results of this study show that 1) The implementation of student administration at SMA Negeri 4 Palopo has been well structured starting from the admission of new students, the formation of committees to the welcoming of new students, the recording of students in the dapodik by the operator who is also responsible for the input of student data and school facilities, strict rules apply to all students including dressing, cleanliness, and the use of school facilities, being able to accept student transfers, arranging organizational activities to fully support activities carried out by the student council at school, to carrying out student graduation activities that have gone well. 2) Supporting factors in the implementation of student administration, namely the implementation of student administration, is supported by a strong commitment from all schools, namely teachers, staff to several students, starting from the admission of new students to the recording of alumni, as well as the availability of necessary facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor is students who do not provide the requested data, thus hindering administrative staff.
