Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy of aren plant products and the condition of palm farmers in Forest Management Units (KPH) Pulau Laut Sebuku. The data sources of this research are secondary data using documentation from the South Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Service and documentation data from Forest Management Units (KPH) Pulau Laut Sebuku. Primary data collection techniques are obtained through interviews with Forest Management Units (KPH) Puau Laut Sebuku with a structured questionnaire. The technique used is descriptive statistical analysis using cross tabulation to see the condition of farmers and SWOT analysis aims to determine the strategy for developing palm oil NTFP products that are more appropriate to the conditions and potential of the existing area. The results showed that the farming conditions of palm sugar still need to be improved in terms of developing NTFP products so that farmers can compete with other commodities. The development strategy is the S-O strategy, which is to use strength to take advantage of opportunities so as to make development policies that are right on target, namely developing public interest in advancing in order to increase the food industry made from palm sugar and increase the potential as a regional superior product with the role of local governments in the development of palm trees.

Abstract

This research was conducted to (1) analyze the effect of Regional OriginalRevenue, General Allocation Funds, Profit Sharing Funds and Fiscal Stress that affectthe level of independence both simultaneously and partially in the Province of SouthKalimantan; (2) to analyze what are the most dominant variables affecting the level ofindependence in the province of South Kalimantan.The data obtained in this study is from the official website of the SouthKalimantan Provincial Government, namely the Central Kalimantan Statistics Agency,which deals with the South Kalimantan Provincial Government Financial Report and the2002-2016 Budget Realization Report, which is available in BPS publication dataentitled South Kalimantan in Figures.The results of the study show that (1) Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds,Profit Sharing Funds, and Fiscal Stress have an effect on the level of independencesimultaneously; (2) Regional Original Income dan Profit Sharing Funds affect the Levelof Independence; (3) General Allocation Funds and Fiscal Stress have no significanteffect on the Level of Independence; and (4) Regional Original Income is the mostdominant variable that affects the Level of Independence.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of fiscal decentralizationand economic growth of South Kalimantan Province on inter-regional inequality. Thedata used in this study is secondary data with 12 years (time series), which ispublished once a year by the Central Statistics Agency of the Province of SouthKalimantan. The data needed is data on total balancing funds, economic growth, andGDP at the current price and population. The data analysis technique used is themultiple linear regression analysis methods.The results showed that simultaneously and partially, the variables of fiscal decentralization and economic growth had a positive and significant effect on inter-regional inequality.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Per capita Income, Poverty Levels, and Unemployment Levels on the Human Development Index (IPM), which will later show whether the contribution of the variable to the dependent variable partially and simultaneously during the period of this research is 2010 to 2020 in Tabalong Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive to answer research questions, namely analyzing the influence between variables. Data collection techniques in this study used secondary data, namely documentation from reports and data that already existed at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Tabalong Regency. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using the EViews 9 statistical test application. The results of this study simultaneously are Per capita Income, Poverty Levels, and Unemployment Rates have a positive and significant impact on the Human Development Index of Tabalong Regency in 2010-2020. Partially, only per capita income positively and significantly impacted the Tabalong Regency Human Development Index in 2010-2020. Per capita income is the dominant variable that affects the Tabalong Regency Human Development Index in 2010-2020.

Abstract

It is prominent to note that supply for money has become the most saturated literature amongst researchers. Therefore, our study is designed to investigate the money supply in Indonesia. We use five variables in our models: real GDP as a proxy of output, 3-month interbank interest rate, exchange rate, and two measures of money supply: narrow money (M1) and broad money (M2). We compile our data from Indonesia's economic and financial statistics, published by Bank Indonesia, and incorporate quarterly data, encompassing the 2011:1 to 2019:4 period of time. The multiple linear regression method is deployed to assess the effect of real GDP, interest rate, and exchange rate on M1 and M2 money supply. The estimation is executed separately following two proxies of the money supply. Our results imply that real GDP and exchange rate positively affect both M1 and M2 Money supply, while interest rate generates a negative effect. These results consider that Keynes's liquidity preferences theory is suitable to examine the money supply behavior of Indonesia, in addition to the exchange rate

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management of the garbage bank in Sungai Miai Sub-district, North Banjarmasin District, and how community empowerment in managing the waste bank in Sungai Miai Sub-district, North Banjarmasin District. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources used are primary and secondary data that help complete research data, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study indicates that the management of the waste bank is quite effective in improving the welfare of the active community and the management of the waste bank. Still, it is less effective for the community or ordinary housewives. Active communities get garbage not only from households but also from businesses they have, so the amount of waste generated is quite large. In community empowerment, the learning process takes place, which is carried out in stages to achieve independence; there are three stages, namely the awareness stage, the transformation stage of the abilities, and the stage of intellectual capacity enhancement through the socialization and training activities carried out by the garbage bank. Some of the obstacles that occur in this study are garbage banks that are less active in limiting researchers in getting information and ordinary informants who provide less information, and informants who are less open. A garbage bank is currently a place for the community to collect garbage that can still be used and provide benefits. It is expected that in the future, the garbage bank program can develop and can accommodate the waste that is disposed of in vain without any economic value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential and effectiveness, barriers, and strategiesin the BPHTB tax collection and the projection of BPHTB tax Banjarmasin City for theupcoming five years. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Thedata types used are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniquesthrough interviews and documentation. The results showed that BPHTB taxBanjarmasin city is a local tax with an acceptable tax condition in raising the city ofBanjarmasin. BPHTB tax effectiveness rate in Banjarmasin City during 2014-2018 hasbeen excellent, with an average percentage of 104%. However, based on interviews,there are still some obstacles in BPHTB's tax due to invalid data, unfaithful taxpayers,lack of experts, and the local government's strategy to mitigate it by adding fieldofficers system and updating data, and tightening supervision. The five-year projectionthat will be growth is always showing positive developments by 24%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and development of the tourism sector to local revenues in Tanah Bumbu Regency as well as the efforts of the Regional Government of Tanah Bumbu Regency in managing and developing the tourism sector to increase Regional Original Revenue. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that strategic location and the support of the government and private parties and the surrounding communities of tourism objects can beutilized for business development and services in Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Misi rumah sakit merupakan membagikan pelayanan kesehatan yang memberikan kepuasan pada pasien serta terjangkau kepada warga dengan tujuan tingkatkan derajat kesehatan segala warga. Misi rumah sakit universal merupakan membagikan pelayanan kesehatan merata kepada orang, terkoordinasi serta terpadu, dengan aksi promotif serta preventif, tercantum penerapan  referensi, dengan penekanan pada fokus utama yaitu pemulihan serta pengobatan.Tujuan: Penelitian iini ibertujuan iuntuk imengetahui ifaktor-faktor iyang mempengaruhi ikepuasan ipasien irawat iinap iRumah iSakit Abdul MoeloekiBandar iLampung.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 66 orang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit, kemudian dianalisis, dan disajikan dalam analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat, menggunakan chi square dan regresi logistic.Hasil: terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan, responsiveness, komunikasi dokter, komunikasi obat, kinerja perawat, intensitas Kembali terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara net promotor score terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan kejadian kepuasan pasien rawat inap neurology di RSUD DR. H Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung adalah responsiveness (OR 11.134). Kesimpulan: Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Dalam data ini berarti responsiveness yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai 11.134.  Kata kunci: kepuasan pasien, Responsiveness,Komunikasi dokter

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SDN 125 Taruna Karya Kota Bandung T.A 2024/2025 dikarenakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada pendidik. Hal ini menjadikan peserta didik hanya sebagai penerima materi dan pembelajaran pasif yang kurang melibatkan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan dan pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media Wordwall terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SDN 125 Taruna Karya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan menggunakan kelompok pembanding. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas III SDN 125 Taruna Karya sebanyak 49 peserta didik. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu III B sebanyak 20 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Wordwall sedangkan kelas III A sebanyak 20 peserta didik dan kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning, diperoleh data bahwa dari pertemuan satu hingga pertemuan ketiga dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata pretest 53,30 posttest 78.80 sedangkan kelas kontrol mendapat  nilai rata-rata pretest 43,20 posttest 61,75. Penelitian selanjutnya bahwa pengaruh model Problem Based Laerning berbantuan media Wordwall terhadap hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas III SDN 125 Taruna Karya dengan materi mengenal sumber energi. Dari perhitungan Uji t Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05, maka sebagaimana dalam pengambilan keputusan uji hipotesis independent sample t Test menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dan pengujian menggunakan Effect Sizes sebesar 1,93 dengan kategori besar. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Wordwall berpengaruh besar terhadapa hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SDN 125 Taruna Karya.
