Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing the Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO) customer's repurchase intention. This research implements transaction-based and experience-based satisfaction as the independent variables influencing repurchase intention, with brand image as the mediation variable. This research is classified as explanatory research, and the data were collected using an online survey method. The respondents comprised 200 customers who had purchased using VHO's platform of their own accord within the past year. The research data and hypothesis are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The analysis shows that transaction-based satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while experience-based satisfaction has no positive and significant effect. The brand image also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The mediation test results indicated that brand image can play an important role in transaction-based satisfaction influence on repurchase intention, and experience-based satisfaction influence on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peralihan fungsi Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi dari lembaga pendidikan agama tradisional menjadi institusi yang juga menjalankan peran sebagai pelaku usaha ekonomi berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengasuh pesantren, pengelola usaha, santri, serta masyarakat sekitar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, metode, dan pengamat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kegiatan ekonomi di pesantren ini tidak hanya memperkuat kemandirian finansial lembaga, tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah edukatif bagi santri melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Pesantren mampu menjaga keseimbangan antara pendidikan agama dan kegiatan usaha dengan mengedepankan prinsip syariah, menciptakan model pesantren adaptif yang tetap menjaga esensi keagamaan. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penyediaan kerangka pemahaman baru mengenai transformasi kelembagaan pesantren di era modern serta menawarkan model keberlanjutan berbasis Islamic social entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the hydrolysis process of gayam fruit peel waste using the acid method to produce glucose, which serves as a raw material for bioethanol production. Gayam peel waste contains a high amount of cellulose, which can be converted into glucose through acid hydrolysis. The process began with a delignification step using an 8% NaOH solution at 80°C for 60 minutes to reduce the lignin content. This was followed by hydrolysis using hydrochloric acid (HCl) with varying concentrations (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 N) and durations (90, 120, 150, 180, and 210 minutes). Optimization was performed using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) with Minitab 18 software. The RSM results indicated that the highest glucose yield was achieved at a 5 N HCl concentration and 156.67 minutes of hydrolysis time, with a predicted glucose content of 24.37%. Validation using UV-Vis spectrophotometry and the Nelson-Somogyi method showed an actual glucose content of 4.7217% or 47.217 ppm. These findings demonstrate that gayam fruit peel waste can be efficiently converted into reducing sugars and holds significant potential as an environmentally friendly raw material for bioethanol production.

Abstract

Islamic education as a sub system of national education who has a purpose to form the character of student be a human being who believes, devoted to god almighty and have a noble character, as a provision for printing student who have a quality personality, that is to have a balance of morals and knowladge. The are so many poor education carry out and ignore its importance character building in students especially in elementary school age, therefore it is necessary to instill character through the activities of the dhuha prayer habituation, and istighosah for better personal printing. The purpose of this research is to describe implementation of the strategy of the principal by building teacher collaboration, as well as the result of character enhancement in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso. The research method used is with a qualitative approach that result narrative data in the form of natural explanations. Methods of data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. While the method of analysis uses an interactive model analysis method. Meanwhile the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to get the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on research results, then it can be found that strategy of the madrasa principal in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso school namely through teacher cooperation strategies, as well as parets, this collaboration can be through social media, or through the advice of the teacher. As well as character that is implanted in the form of a religious character, honest, and disciplined, because these characters can print student sho have noble character, who has a quality personality, have an awereness of discipline and likes to practice the sunnah of the prophet that is to have a balance of morals and knowledge.

Abstract

This service aims to provide marketing management training to marketing team students at STIT Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang to improve performance in promoting the campus. In the increasingly developing digital era, campus marketing requires the right strategy to reach a wider and more effective audience. This training focuses on increasing students' understanding of basic marketing concepts, the use of social media for promotions, as well as market analysis techniques and effective communication. This training was carried out through a participatory approach involving 20 students as active participants. The method used in this service consists of several stages, namely needs assessment, theoretical training, practicum and simulation, evaluation and feedback. Based on the evaluation results, this training was proven to be able to improve the marketing team's skills in designing and implementing more professional and creative marketing strategies, as well as having a positive impact on achieving campus marketing goals

Abstract

Divorce is an important aspect of marriage law and falls within the realm of civil law, significantly impacting social structure and individuals. This study examines the increase in the number of widows due to divorce and its implications, focusing on the underlying factors contributing to this phenomenon. The research notes that economic factors, such as the inability to provide adequate support, unemployment, and lack of income, account for about 14% of total divorce cases. Additionally, domestic violence also plays a role as a cause of divorce, although its contribution is relatively small (0.6%). Nevertheless, the trend of domestic violence tends to increase and affects household stability. Ongoing disputes and arguments are dominant factors, contributing 36% and 29% of total divorce cases based on data from the Religious Court. Infidelity is also often a significant cause of divorce. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into the social impacts of divorce and inform policies and support for affected individuals.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter di Indonesia menjadi bagian penting dalam kurikulum nasional untuk membentuk generasi yang beretika dan bertanggung jawab. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti kesenjangan pemahaman guru, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan pengaruh negatif media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak kebijakan pendidikan terbaru terhadap implementasi pendidikan karakter di SDN 1 Dasri, Banyuwangi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada upaya integrasi nilai-nilai karakter, hambatan signifikan tetap ada. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pendidik, orang tua, dan masyarakat untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk 1) Mengetahui konsep metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pada pelajaran Fiqih pada siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas di Madrasah Nahdhatul Islamiah, Thailand Selatan, 2) Mengetahui faktor penghambatan dan pendukung dalam kosep metode diskusi dalam pembelajaran Fiqih pada siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas di Madrasah Nahdhatul Islamiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis adalah: Ketekunan Pengamat, dan Trianggulasi. Informan penelitian adalah kepala Madrasah/Sekolah, Guru pembelajaran Fiqih. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Metode diskusi dalam pembelajaran fiqih di Madrasah Nahdhatul Islamiah adalah dengan cara membentuk sistem kelompok, yang mana membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok, peneliti menemukan hal yang meningkatkan motivasi belajar itu dengan menggunakan metode ini sangat didukung oleh siswa karena sebagai besar siswa lebih senang memecahkan materi pembelajaran fiqih yang sulit secara kelompok bersama teman- temanya , serta siswa banyak berinteraksi dengan siswa peserta diskusi lainnya, akan membiasakan siswa untuk dapat memecahkan masalah secara musyawarah yang nantinya akan mendapatkan jawaban yang memuaskan karena mendapat masukan dari teman-teman itu bukan berarti dengan berdiskusi dengan teman-temannya guru tidak meluruskan jawaban-jawaban yang ada, karena walau bagaimana kesimpulan yang diberikan guru terhadap jawaban-jawaban yang ada dapat memberikan keyakinan siswa dalam memahami hasil diskusi yang dilakukan, dan hal itu (membagi kelompok) dapat menjadikan siswa yang mandiri dan kritis. pelaksanaan diskusi ini harus dibimbing serta diawali oleh guru bidang studi yang bersangkutan dengan menerapkan sistem guru sebagai pengawas dan menfasilitasi siswa dalam melaksanakan diskusi kelompok, dalam hal ini guru harus memusatkan perhatian peserta didik pada tujuan dan topik diskusi, memperluas masalah atau urunan pendapat, mengganalisis pandangan peserta didik, berusaha meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik dan menutup diskusi, Tetapi tidak semua mata pembelajaran yang menggunakan metode diskusi karena tidak cocok ataupun tergantung strategi guru dalam pembelajaran ingin menggunakan metode yang cocok dengan mata pembelajarannya.

Abstract

The Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ersyad City of Kediri is one of the madrasas that seeks to create future generations of Muslims who are good and worthy of pride for religion, nation and state, especially in the city of Kediri. MI Al Ersyad is under the auspices of an Islamic foundation with the characteristics of the Ahlussunnah waljamaah (Aswaja) ideology. And make a real contribution in society in the educational aspect by preparing a generation of students who are ready to face the challenges of the times. Against the background of the community's social environment, the foundation has succeeded in supporting the establishment of formal institutions starting at the PIAUD, Elementary and Secondary levels, therefore many strategies are carried out in the student acceptance process (PPDB) in each new school year. The formulation of the problems in this study are, 1) What are the student admission strategies in improving the quality of students at MI Al Ersyad, Kediri City?, 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for student acceptance at MI Al Ersyad, Kediri City?. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results of this study are that the New Student Acceptance Strategy (PPDB) at MI Al Irsyad, Kediri City Islamic Boarding School District is a process that is carried out every new school year. This was done by managing the acceptance of new PPDB students at MI Al Ersyad, Kediri City in improving the quality of students, such as improving the strategic management of the formulation stage which was strengthened by the implementation stage through registration of two batches from 04 January to 31 March 2022, by selecting approximately 115 people. new students, up to the evaluation stages of New Student Admissions by measuring the quantity and quality of new students based on student test scores.

Abstract

The focus of this research is such as (1) The planning of new students’ acceptance in the development of emotional intelligence of students at Kediri MTs. Ma’murotul Husna Middle School, (2) Classification of students in developing emotional intelligence of students at Kediri MTs. Ma’murotul Husna Middle School, (3) Implementation of student coaching in the development emotional intelligence of students at Kediri MTs. Ma’murotul Husna Middle School. This research if viewed from the sources of data, this study used primary and secondary data. While the type of data, the approach used includes qualitative research that produced the descriptive explanation. The technique of data collection in this study used three techniques, namely in-depth interview, participant observation, and study documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in a parent's manner with three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.The result of this research included: (1) Planning for admission of new students in the development of emotional intelligence in MTs. Ma’murotul Husna Middle  School produces  a plan for developing emotional intelligence  of students, namely by having a policy regarding the acceptance of all prospective students who register either normal or children with especiality necessary. (2) The grouping of students in the development of emotional intelligence produced several parts which include class grouping based on the result of test that include children's learning abilitiy such as diagnostic test and IQ test, then there are extracurricular grouping based on talent and interest that exist in each student , and grouping learning to learn the method of Yanbu'a that are tailored to the ability of students. (3) The implementation of coaching there are three categories, namely disciplinary coaching that madethe students have emotional condition such as responsibility, academic coaching and non-academic coaching, each coaching is able to develop emotional students such as activities inside or outside classroom such as motivate themselves and responsible for carrying out these activities. Not only responsibility but also confidence, honesty, have empathy and foster good relations between the teachers and the fellow students..
