Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama (BUMDesma) Sari Bumi merupakan badan usaha yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama antar desa dalam usaha ekonomi serta untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa. Kegiatan utama BUMDesma adalah pengolahan rimpang (jahe merah, kunyit, temulawak) menjadi simplisia. Simplisia jahe merah dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kriteria grade (A, B, dan C). Simplisia dengan standar yang memenuhi kualitas grade A dan grade B dipasarkan ke beberapa mitra yang bekerjasama, dan simplisa jahe merah subgrade atau grade C akan dikembalikan ke gudang produksi. Masa simpan simplisia jahe merah di gudang hanya sekitar 1 tahun, sehingga membutuhkan upaya pengelolaan agar tidak rusak. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk melakukan inovasi pengolahan simplisia subgrade menjadi produk minuman jahe merah instan celup. Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan setelah dilakukan pengolahan simplisia subgrade menjadi minuman jahe merah celup adalah 54%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan simplisia subgrade mampu memberikan nilai tambah yang besar.

The problem of children is now growing, such as homeless children and beggars, the cases of smoking toddler, child injuries due to fighting, sexual abuse, exploitation, even to trafficking. Children now spend more time in front of television, computer or gadget, rather than to communicating with parents or play that involves physical activities. Meanwhile, the demands of life are increasingly high, many parents are forgetting its primary role as educators for their children, and they are busy working outside the home to make ends meet.Consequently, the responsibility of parents to form children's character are often overlooked. In addition, parents are now more emphasized that children have to excel academically than build their character. The lack of discussion between parents and children results in a lack of communication and attention, so that some children experience a crisis of morals and Islamic values that are inherent in them. So it is necessary to have an Islamic parenting forum that covers this so that we understand each other. Islamic parenting is a parenting method for children as a solution to educational methods with an approach to the character of morality and the religiosity of the Islamic religion. The principles of parenting related to character development, these principles include self-exemplary, togetherness with children in realizing moral values, democratic attitudes, openness, honesty in children, as well as unity of words and actions that give birth to trust and authority. High trust and authority will bring up children's appreciation of parents, having the impact of the emergence of self-discipline values originating from the child's conscience.

Manajemen strategi global sebagai reputasi sebuah perusahaan membutuhkan pengelolaan dengan beradaptasi perkembangan global dan strategi yang terjadi. Memahami dan mengelola reputasi adalah menggambarkan nilai dari sebuah pemahaman bahwa reputasi merupakan nilai bersama-sama. Peraturan sangat penting dari nilai untuk menciptakan dan melindungi dalam organisasi. Model kerangka kerja nilai adalah sebuah landasan atau dasar di mana sebuah organisasi dan reputasi didirikan atau dibangun. Perusahaan multinasional memiliki reputasi yang lebih kuat dari pada perusahaan domestik atau perusahaan asing. Nilai dari reputasi dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan untuk memenuhi harapan dari pemangku kepentingan yang mempunyai hubungan dengan nilai yang dianggap penting. Reputasi harus didasarkan pada karakter, sejarah, dan hubungan dari pemangku kepentingan. Integritas suatu organisasi berfungsi untuk menstabilkan reputasi masyarakat dan dapat memberikan motivasi kepada pemangku kepentingan yang memperhatikan reputasi sebuah organisasi. Para pemangku kepentingan menciptakan reputasi yang pengembangannya dari kelompok sosial. Itu ditunjukkan oleh perhatian pada organisasi, sementara organisasi juga memberikan perhatian pada pemangku kepentingan.

This service activity was carried out in Mentoro Village, Sokosari District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province on September 5 2023. The method used in this activity was community education and training. This service activity reflects the comprehensive objectives of the community service program which covers nutritional and economic aspects of the Mentoro village community. This includes nutrition education, training in making Moringa vegetable porridge, developing a Moringa vegetable porridge business, impact measurement, and community development. This program can be developed even better by combining socio-cultural elements in its implementation, such as cooking competitions, question-and-answer quizzes about nutrition, and so on.

Implementation is an action or implementation of a plan that has been prepared carefully and in detail, usually carried out after the planning is considered perfect. Islamic Religious Education is a process of transforming knowledge and internalizing Islamic values to develop the basic potential of students to achieve balance in various aspects of life. The goal is to prepare a generation of Muslims with noble morals to build a prosperous, harmonious, and sustainable society according to Allah's law. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which was conducted at Roudlotul Athfal Darul Ulum Mancilan, Pasuruan. This study aims to describe Islamic Religious Education at Roudlotul Athfal Darul Ulum Mancilan, Pasuruan City, and to describe the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning in improving students' emotional intelligence at the institution. The research findings show that interactive and integrative Islamic Religious Education learning has a positive impact on the development of students' emotional intelligence, including their ability to identify, manage, and express emotions adaptively. Parental involvement also plays an important role in strengthening this positive impact. Early childhood education that is implemented well is expected to produce quality individuals, while if ignored, children have the potential to face problems in the future.

Lampung society is known as a society that adheres to tradition in treading the reality of its social life, including the Bediom tradition. Bediom is the culture and customs of the Lampung people, especially the coastal Indigenous people who will move house (moving lamban) either a newly built house or a house that has been standing for a long time and will be occupied by new residents. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Bediom tradition in fostering the value of social care character education and why the Bediom tradition is still carried out today by the Lampung people. This research is a type of qualitative research using a social construction approach. This research was conducted in Turgak village, Belalau sub-district, West Lampung district. Data collection was carried out utilizing observation, document collection, and interviews. Data sources include interviews with traditional leaders, community leaders, and religious leaders. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Bediom tradition in fostering the value of social care character education in the Lampung Saibatin community is very good and has many positive impacts. And can foster the value of social care character education including 1) mutual cooperation, 2) respect, 3) being grateful, and 4) togetherness. There are several reasons why the Bediom tradition is still carried out today by the Lampung Saibatin community including 1) The Bediom tradition is one of the identities of the Lampung Saibatin community, West Lampung Regency, 2) As a form of appreciation and respect for ancestors, 3) To maintain the sacredness of the implementation of the Bediom tradition, 4) The Bediom tradition can keep up with the times.

This study aims to apply clinical supervision as an instrument of change in Islamic education management. The research object of the discussion of Clinical Supervision as an Instrument of Change in Islamic Education Management is Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The design of this study uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach, which aims to explore the phenomenon of clinical supervision as an instrument of change in Islamic education management at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The sources of informants in this study are the principal, teachers, and quality assurance team at Madrasah Aliyah Blokagung Banyuwangi East Java because they have a key role in the implementation of clinical supervision and changes in education management. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documents because these three methods complement each other to provide an in-depth understanding of the implementation of clinical supervision at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Milles and Huberman model including, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this discussion are about clinical supervision as an instrument of change in Islamic education management including strengthening teacher skills, innovation in teaching practice, and changes in management policies.

Putusan verstek diputusakan oleh Hakim apabila tergugat setelah dipanggil secara sah tidak hadir sejak hari pertama di persidangan, atau tidak menyuruh hadir diwakili oleh kuasanya dan tidak ada pemberitahuannya kepada pengadilan, bahwa ia tidak dapat menghadiri sidang karena suatu alasan yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang. Jadi putusan verstek adalah suatu putusan yang diambil diluar hadirnya tergugat Verzet adalah perlawanan terhadap verstek yang telah dijatuhkan oleh Pengadilan tingkat pertama, yang diajukan oleh Tergugat dengan diputus verstek, dalam waktu tertentu dan diajukan ke Pengadilan tingkat pertama yang memutus putusan verstek tergugat. Perlawanan merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisah dengan gugatan semula. Oleh karena itu, perlawanan bukan gugatan atau perkara baru, akan tetapi tiada lain merupakan bantahan yang ditujukan kepada ketidakbenaran dalil gugatan, dengan alasan putusan verstek yang dijatuhkan, keliru dan tidak benar. Sehubungan dengan itu, putusan MA No.307K Sip 1975 memperingatkan, bahwa verzet terhadap verstek tidak boleh diperiksa dan diputus sebagai perkara baru.

Rheumatoid arthritis (AR) is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes symmetrical inflammation of small and large joints and other organs. AR treatment has evolved with the introduction of Biological Disease-Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs (bDMARD) that target specific immunological pathways in AR pathogenesis thereby increasing the effectiveness of therapy. The study aims to review the side effects of bDMARD and its immunological mechanisms. The method used was a literature review by searching for articles from scientific databases related to the side effects and immunological mechanisms of bDMARD in AR. Results suggest that bDMARD are effective in controlling inflammation and preventing joint damage, but have significant side effects, including an increased risk of serious infections such as tuberculosis reactivation and opportunistic infections such as shingles. In addition, there is a risk of malignancy, major cardiovascular events (MACE), gastrointestinal disorders, and hematological disorders such as neutropenia. The immunological mechanism of bDMARD involves inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6, as well as suppression of T cell activation and B cells that play a role in AR inflammation. In conclusion, although bDMARD provide significant therapeutic benefits in AR treatment, monitoring side effects ensures long-term safety.

This study aims to contribute to the social capital theory. This goal is achieved through determine the relationship between social capital and firm performance. It is carried out because SME's have limited access to resources. SME's need other alternatives to sustain their business. Small entrepreneurs feel the need to focus more on their internal resources. The development of the theory of social capital is important. In contrast to most previous studies, this research uses qualitative study research methods. To obtain the data, in-depth interviews with key informants were conducted. The finding shows that social capital consists of reciprocity, trust, network, and norms. This study also provides evidence that social capital plays a pivotal role in SME performance. Small entrepreneurs get various benefits after joining the group. In addition, social capital can help empower ordinary housewives to become small-scale entrepreneurs. In conclusion, strong social capital can improve business performance, thereby encouraging the economy to grow. The results of this research can be used as consideration for business entities to strengthen their business performance. More than that, this research is also used as a guide in determining strategic SME development policies for government. This research also contributes to the development of strategic management theory.
