Abstract

The Role of Bawaslu in Supervising the Neutrality of State Civil Apparatus in the 2024 Pilkada in Pinrang Regency. Supervised by Sapri and Kamaruddin Sellang.This research aims to understand and analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Pinrang Regency in overseeing the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the 2024 Regional Election. The focus of the research includes three main aspects, namely: (1) prevention (preventive) (2) active supervision (3) law enforcement. The research results show that the Pinrang Regency Bawaslu has carried out its functions through preventive efforts by socializing the principle of ASN neutrality both formally and informally. Active supervision is conducted both directly in the field and digitally through social media monitoring. Law enforcement is carried out through coordination with the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) and the GAKUMDU Center. However, supervision still faces challenges such as budget and human resource limitations. Violations of ASN neutrality often occur in symbolic forms in the digital space and through indirect participation in campaign activities, reflecting a lack of understanding of the principle of "impartiality and non-involvement" as explained by Yamin (2013). Thus, strengthening institutional frameworks, enhancing the capacity of supervisors, and providing continuous education to ASN are crucial for achieving more effective oversight and maintaining the integrity of democracy at the local level.

Abstract

Pneumonia is a serious disease and can threaten human life, pneumonia is most serious when it occurs in infants and children. This study was conducted at the Tebat Karai Health Center, Tebat Karai Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency. Given the large number of patients suffering from pneumonia, sometimes the Tebat Karai Health Center has difficulty in handling it. Therefore, an expert system using the Certainty Factor method was designed. With this expert system, it can provide ease of initial consultation if the doctor is not available, although later it will still be consulted directly with the doctor. This expert system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The resulting expert system can provide convenience for users to diagnose early pneumonia online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru PAI dan siswa kelas VIII-3 sebanyak 21 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memiliki peran yang cukup signifikan dalam mendorong kreativitas siswa, antara lain melalui penyampaian pertanyaan terbuka, pembelajaran kontekstual, serta pemberian ruang ekspresi ide. Siswa merespons positif dengan rata-rata skor tinggi pada indikator berfikir kreatif seperti keberanian menyampaikan ide, keterkaitan materi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan pendapat. Namun, masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran dan pemberian tugas kreatif secara menyeluruh. Kesimpulannya, peran guru PAI dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa sudah berjalan baik, namun perlu ditingkatkan dari sisi variasi metode dan fasilitas pembelajaran agar potensi berfikir kreatif siswa dapat berkembang secara optimal.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is a problem that is always faced by every company and becomes a problem that is never resolved—the need for good and proper control so that the company's performance is maintained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and job resources on turnover intention mediated by work engagement in employees who work in state-owned banks. Quantitative research was used with sampling techniques namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 205 state-owned banking employees. The data analysis technique was used the SEM-PLS analysis method. Based on the results it was found that transformational leadership and job resources affect work engagement, but do not affect turnover intention. Work engagement can mediate the impact between transformational leadership and turnover intention. Likewise, work engagement can mediate the impact between job resources and turnover intention.

Abstract

Tingginya produksi kelapa mendorong masyarakat untuk mengolahnya menjadi berbagai produk turunan yang telah dikembangkan salah satunya yaitu kopra putih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis besaran keuntungan dan efisiensi usaha pengolahan kopra putih CV.Amarta. Analisis data yang digunakan biaya produksi, penyusutan, penerimaan, keuntungan dan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan diperoleh sebesar Rp. 131.168,42 per bulan dan nilai efesiensi atau R/C yang diperoleh pada pengolahan kopra putih adalah sebesar 1,14, sedangkan nilai tambah sebesar Rp. 366,30 per kg. Kata Kunci: Kopra Putih, Keuntungan, Efesiensi, Nilai Tambah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Big Book for dealing with dyslexic students is feasible, practical and effective in the learning process. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) research method with a 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate). The instruments used in this research were interview sheets, validation sheets for media experts, material experts, language experts, questionnaires for homeroom teacher responses and student responses as well as tests conducted pretest-posttest to see the effectiveness of the Big Book in overcoming dyslexic students.  The results of this research show that what has been developed received a percentage of 84.16% (media experts), 93.3% (material experts), as well as 100% (homeroom teacher response) and 93% (student response) with very practical criteria. Big Book was also declared effective as seen from the achievement of N-Gain results by getting an N-gain score of 16.44 with an average N-Gain score of 0.782857 with an N-Gain score percentage of 78.28%. Based on the presentation of the results above, it is stated that the Big Book for overcoming dyslexia that has been developed is feasible, practical and effective for use in the learning process. The Big Book developed can help students who have difficulty reading and teachers can use the Big Book as teaching material in the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to explain how the Merdeka Curriculum is implemented in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Harapan Mandiri Middle School in Medan. The research method is qualitative using a critical discourse analysis approach, namely observing facts that actually occurred and comparing them with related documents and testing the level of achievement. The research results obtained are, firstly, the Merdeka curriculum at Harapan Mandiri Middle School in Medan includes three activities, namely diagnostic assessment, P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project), and PMO (Project Management Office). Both PAI teaching processes with the Independent Curriculum at Harapan Mandiri Middle School in Medan have fully adopted the Independent Curriculum approach in planning, implementation and assessment. The three student learning outcomes when the Merdeka Curriculum was applied to Islamic Religion subjects at Harapan Mandiri Middle School in Medan showed a significant increase in the cognitive and psychomotor aspects, but the affective aspect experienced a less significant increase. The four obstacles in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religion subjects at Harapan Mandiri Middle School in Medan involve senior teachers who are less familiar with technology as an internal problem, and parents who do not understand the Merdeka Curriculum as an external problem. The recommended solution to overcome obstacles in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at Harapan Mandiri Middle School in Medan is that teachers must improve their pedagogical competence by reading educational books, writing scientific papers, following the latest news, and taking part in training. Parents of students who do not understand the Merdeka Curriculum are advised to can communicate effectively and provide regular explanations regarding the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Krisis moral yang melanda masyarakat modern menjadi tantangan besar dalam membangun generasi bermoral dan berakhlak mulia. Fenomena seperti meningkatnya budaya hedonisme, individualisme, serta lemahnya etika sosial mencerminkan urgensi akan penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual dan moral. Artikel ini mengulas peran akidah Sifat 20 sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh Muhammad Al-Fudhali dalam kitab Kifayatul Awam sebagai solusi menghadapi tantangan moral yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kajian pustaka, menggunakan literatur relevan untuk menggali konsep Sifat 20 sebagai dasar pembentukan keimanan dan moralitas. Kitab Kifayatul Awam menguraikan sifat-sifat Allah yang wajib sebagai pedoman yang tidak hanya memperkuat akidah tetapi juga membimbing individu dalam berperilaku sesuai ajaran Islam. Nilai-nilai seperti Wujud (keberadaan Allah), Qidam (tidak berawal), dan Baqa' (kekekalan) menanamkan kesadaran akan pengawasan Allah SWT, mendorong kejujuran, tanggung jawab, serta integritas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup pendidikan akidah berbasis Sifat 20 yang dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga sebagai pondasi awal, diperkuat oleh institusi pendidikan, serta didukung oleh lingkungan sosial yang positif. Dengan pendekatan ini, nilai-nilai moral dapat diinternalisasi secara komprehensif sehingga menciptakan individu yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual tetapi juga bermoral mulia. Diharapkan penerapan konsep ini dapat menjadi jawaban atas krisis moral yang kian merajalela, sekaligus membentuk generasi yang berkarakter kuat, mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman, dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Integrasi nilai-nilai Sifat 20 dalam kehidupan sehari-hari menjadi langkah nyata dalam memperbaiki moral umat dan menjaga kemurnian akidah Islam.
