Abstract

ABSTRACK Diabetes mellitus patients often experience anxiety disorders so that it can worsen the quality of life of Diabetes Mellitus patients. One of the non-pharmacological actions to reduce anxiety is deep breathing relaxation techniques and dhikr. Knowing the application of deep breathing relaxation and dhikr to reduce anxiety in patients with diabetes mellitus. The design used is descriptive analytic with a case study approach. The sample used in this study amounted to 2 people. The study was conducted in the Ahmad Dahlan room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang on April 18-21, 2022, the instrument used in anxiety was the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Data were collected by means of observation, interviews, examination and study of documentation. Data analysis by comparing theory with data found in patients. The results of the study were obtained before the application of deep breathing relaxation and dhikr in patient I had an anxiety scale of 15 (moderate) and in patient II had an anxiety scale of 13 (mild), and after the application it decreased in patient I with an anxiety scale of 5 (mild) and in patient II with an anxiety scale of 7 (mild). There is an effect of implementing deep breathing relaxation and dhikr on reducing anxiety in diabetes mellitus patients. The application of deep breathing relaxation and dhikr can be used an implementation of nursing with anxiety problems. Keywords: Deep Breathing Relaxation, Dhikr, Anxiety, Diabetes Mellitus  ABSTRAK Pasien diabetes melitus sering mengalami gangguan kecemasan sehingga dapat memperburuk kualitas hidup pasien Diabetes Melitus. Salah satu tindakan non farmakologi untuk mengurangi kecemasan adalah tehnik relaksasi napas dalam dan berdzikir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan relaksasi napas dalam dan berdzikir untuk menurunkan ansietas pada pasien diabetes melitus. Desain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang. Penelitian dilakukan diruang Ahmad Dahlan RS Muhammadiyah Palembang pada tanggal 18- 21 April 2022, Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kecemasan adalah HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, pemeriksaan dan studi dokumentasi. Analisa data dengan membandingkan antara teori dengan data yang ditemukan pada pasien. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebelum dilakukan penerapan relaksasi napas dalam dan berdzikir pada pasien I memiliki skala kecemasan 15 (sedang) dan pada pasien II memiliki skala kecemasan 13 (ringan), dan setelah dilakukan penerapan mengalami penurunan pada pasien I dengan skala kecemasan 5 (ringan) dan pada pasien II dengan skala kecemasan 7 (ringan). Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan relaksasi napas dalam dan berdzikir terhadap penurunan ansietas pada pasien diabetes melitus. Penerapan relaksasi napas dalam dan berdzikir dapat digunakan sebagai implementasi keperawatan dengan masalah ansietas. Kata Kunci: Relaksasi Napas dalam, Dzikir, Ansietas, Diabetes Melitus

Abstract

The method used in writing this thesis is a normative juridical research method. The nature of this research is prescriptive, using data collection techniques, namely library research and interview guides to complete secondary data. The results of the research found that legal certainty regarding the cancellation of a bankruptcy decision which was preceded by a PKPU application caused legal uncertainty because it was in conflict with the Bankruptcy Law and SEMA Number 4 of 2014. The Supreme Court's decision gave rise to legal consequences, namely the resolution of the case took longer because it was not certain when the case would end. , cases are piling up at the Supreme Court, with legal action being filed, the costs of the proceedings will become more expensive

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a chronic disease that requires long-term management through pharmacological treatment and lifestyle modifications. Consistency in taking antihypertensive medication is essential to prevent complications. However, this contrasts with some patients who discontinue medication due to assumptions about experienced side effects. This study aims to examine the relationship between discontinuation of antihypertensive medication and assumptions about side effects among hypertensive patients at Kaliangkrik Public Health Center.Methods: This research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was conducted using accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of respondent characteristics, assumptions about medication side effects, and decisions to continue or stop taking the medication. Univariate analysis was used to describe the data distribution, while bivariate analysis employed the Chi-Square test.Results: The majority of respondents (81%) reported having assumptions of experiencing side effects, with most assuming they experienced headaches (86%). A total of 55 respondents had stopped taking their medication. There was a significant relationship between assumptions about side effects and the decision to stop medication, with a p-value of 0.005 (p < 0.05). The Odds Ratio (OR) value of 4.6 indicates that respondents who assumed they experienced side effects were 4.6 times more likely to stop taking the medication. The Relative Risk (RR) value of 2.3 shows that these respondents had a 2.3 times higher risk of stopping medication compared to those without such assumptions.Conclusion: Negative assumptions about medication side effects influence patients’ decisions to discontinue antihypertensive medication. Education regarding medication use and potential side effects should be provided to hypertensive patients during consultations and at the time of medication dispensing.

Abstract

Purpose - This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the risks associated with investing in sharia fixed income mutual funds and how these risks can affect investment returns.Method - This research adopts a quantitative descriptive research approach that focuses on numerical data. The operational definition of mutual fund risk in this study refers to the concept of risk defined as the variability of returns from the type of securities that will form the portfolio. The securities that are the focus of this research are sharia fixed income mutual funds.Result - The performance of sharia fixed income mutual funds from 2021 to 2022 shows positive and significant developments.Implication - The findings of this research have significant implications for financial policymakers and investors. Furthermore, this research emphasizes the importance of ethical investment choices and compliance with sharia principles, providing investors with financial security and ethical satisfaction.Originality - This research contributes to the field of research by providing a comprehensive analysis of the risk and return characteristics of sharia fixed income mutual funds. Additionally, this research offers a more holistic view of investment performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan prinsip pembuktian sederhana dalam perkara PKPU yang diajukan oleh corporate guarantee terhadap lessee dalam perjanjian sewa guna usaha (leasing). Studi ini berfokus pada Putusan Pengadilan Niaga Nomor: 425/PDT.SUS-PKPU/2020/PN.NIAGA.JKT.PST, di mana PT. Sankyu International Indonesia, sebagai penjamin, mengajukan permohonan PKPU terhadap PT. Pelayaran Payung Samudera. Permohonan ini menimbulkan persoalan hukum karena pemohon tidak memiliki hubungan utang-piutang langsung dengan termohon, serta tidak terbukti adanya lebih dari satu kreditor sebagaimana disyaratkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU. Dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan analisis terhadap dokumen hukum serta doktrin yang relevan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa permohonan tersebut tidak memenuhi unsur pembuktian sederhana secara hukum. Meskipun demikian, pengadilan tetap mengabulkan permohonan, yang berimplikasi pada ketidakpastian hukum dan potensi penyalahgunaan mekanisme PKPU. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penegasan batas legal standing bagi corporate guarantee dalam proses PKPU untuk menjamin kepastian dan keadilan dalam praktik peradilan niaga.

Abstract

Binomo as a trading platform has claimed many victims, this happened with the presence of affiliates who also promoted large amounts of profits obtained in a short time. Indra Kenz as an influencer and affiliate has been named a suspect. It is necessary to study the forms of misleading promotion that cause consumer losses, the mechanism for compensation for losses by affiliates to consumers and the legal responsibility of affiliates who promote products that cause consumer losses. This research is normative research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data uses secondary data sources, consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials collected using library study techniques. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The research found and concluded that forms of misleading promotions that cause consumer losses include misleading promotions with evidence of success and the promise of large profits promised by affiliates. The mechanism for returning losses to victims of Binary Options crimes is by filing a lawsuit for compensation, both civil and UUPK. Legal liability by affiliates who promote products that cause consumer losses can be subject to sanctions as stated in Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45A paragraph (1) of the ITE Law and Article 1365 of the Civil Code. If referring to Article 9 paragraph (1) letter k UUPK, then affiliates can be subject to sanctions in Article 62 paragraph (1) UUPK.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of the application of a variety of decorative wood carvings in the Ndalem Keprieranan through the perspective of functional aesthetic theory. This study aims to identify the connection between aesthetic aspects, functions, and philosophical values contained in wood carving elements in traditional Javanese architecture. The variety of ornaments on the ndalem building acts as a decorative motif that contains symbolic meaning that represents the value system, social structure, and life view of the Javanese people about the relationship between humans, nature, and God. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through visual observation, documentation, and literature studies, with analysis focused on the shape, motif, composition, and symbolic function of carving. The results of the study suggest that the application of functional aesthetics in the variety of decorative wood carvings in the palace displays a harmonious harmony between visual beauty and constructive function. The value of Tata-Titi-Teges is reflected in the regularity of form, the accuracy of proportion, and the firmness of symbolic meaning, while the value of Nata-Niti-Natas shows a reflective and spiritual dimension that directs human consciousness towards the order of the cosmos. Overall, this study emphasizes that traditional Javanese aesthetics are oriented towards the beauty of appearance which is a value system that combines visual, functional, and spiritual principles in an integrated manner, which makes the variety of wood carvings as an expression of harmony between material and immaterial aspects in the life of the Javanese people.

Abstract

Sinar matahari memancarkan radiasi sinar ultraviolet A dan B yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan pada kulit apabila terjadi dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Tabir surya merupakan produk kosmetika yang banyak digunakan untuk menangkal efek buruk dari ultraviolet. Aktivitas tersebut dinyatakan dalam nilai Sun protection Factor (SPF). SPF banyak diintegrasikan dalam berbagai produk perawatan kulit sehari-hari. Anantioksidan dapat menangkal radikal bebas yang menyebabkan efek buruk bagi tubuh, serta dapat membantu mengembalikan kemampuan antioksidan alami kulit. Sediaan antioksidan seringkali memiliki efek ganda sebagai SPF. Kulit melinjo mengandung senyawa-senyawa fitokimia yang berkontribusi terhadap aktivitas penangkal radikal bebas dengan kekuatan yang cukup signifikan. Adanya potensi tersebut perlu dikembangkan dalam produk perawatan kulit, salah satunya dalam bentuk gel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai SPF dan aktivitas antioksidan gel dengan bahan aktif ekstrak etanol kulit melinjo. Simplisia kulit melinjo diekstraksi maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%. Gel dibuat dalam 4 formula dengan berbagai konsentrasi ekstrak, yaitu formula A 0,76 %, B 1,52 %, C 3,04 %, dan D 6,08 %. Uji nilai SPF dilakukan dengan spektrofotometri UV-Vis dan aktivitas antioksidan dengan metode DPPH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gel yang diperoleh homogen, berwarna oranye jernih dan warna semakin pekat seiring dengan penambahan konsentrasi ekstrak. Sediaan gel memiliki nilai SPF yang semakin meningkat dengan peningkatan dosis, namun termasuk dalam kategori proteksi lemah (2-4). Aktivitas antioksidan terkuat ditunjukkan oleh formula B dengan IC50 sebesar 4,86 ppm (sangat kuat). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, gel kulit melinjo mampu memberikan proteksi terhadap radikal bebas namun memberikan proteksi yang lemah terhadap sinar UV.

Abstract

Kegiatan administrasi sekolah merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Namun, berbagai proses administrasi seperti pengolahan data, penyusunan dokumen, dan manajemen informasi sering kali membutuhkan waktu yang panjang dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi sekolah melalui penyelenggaraan workshop penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) bagi tenaga kependidikan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung (hands-on training), pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi kompetensi peserta. Workshop difokuskan pada pemanfaatan aplikasi AI generatif, otomasi dokumen, manajemen data berbasis AI, serta pemanfaatan asisten cerdas untuk tugas-tugas administratif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta peningkatan kemampuan praktik dalam mengotomasi pembuatan laporan, surat-menyurat, dan pengelolaan data sekolah. Selain itu, peserta memberikan respons positif terhadap relevansi materi dan kemudahan penerapan solusi AI dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung transformasi digital di lingkungan sekolah, terutama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, akurasi dokumen, dan kelancaran proses administrasi. Ke depan, program pendampingan lanjutan direkomendasikan untuk memperkuat keterampilan digital tenaga kependidikan dan mendorong integrasi teknologi AI secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kostum Tari Topeng Setyotomo di Gelagahdowo–Tumpang, Malang, dengan fokus pada analisis estetika visual, makna simbolik, dan fungsi sosial budaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan kerangka teori estetika Nusantara, antropologi interpretatif Clifford Geertz, dan fungsionalisme Bronislaw Malinowski. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi visual, serta wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku seni, khususnya Pak Budi Utomo dan Bowo sebagai pembuat serta penafsir makna kostum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kostum Setyotomo tidak hanya menjadi perangkat pertunjukan visual, tetapi merupakan teks budaya yang sarat simbol dan berfungsi sebagai penanda identitas komunitas. Warna, motif, ornamen, dan struktur busana merepresentasikan filosofi kehidupan masyarakat Jawa Timur yang berorientasi pada alam, moralitas, dan hubungan sosial. Selain itu, kostum mengalami transformasi estetika seiring perkembangan zaman, namun tetap mempertahankan pakem tradisi sebagai bentuk kebudayaan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kostum Topeng Setyotomo adalah medium estetika sekaligus perangkat sosial yang memastikan keberlangsungan seni topeng dalam konteks budaya Nusantara.
