Abstract

Removal of Heavy Metals from Liquid Laboratory Waste Using Precipitation and Adsorption Methods. Liquid laboratory waste (such as residue of chemical oxygen demand/COD analysis) contains high concentration of heavy metals (mercury/Hg, silver/Ag and chrome/Cr) and has a high potential to pollute the environment. The liquid waste generated by laboratories is generally in small quantity, but it is extremely toxic. It is urgently in need to find out an appropriate method to reduce the problems according to the liquid waste characteristics. In this research work, precipitation and adsorption methods were evaluated to remove Hg, Ag, and Cr from liquid laboratory waste, covering determination of optimum process conditions, levels of removal and achievable treated waste quality. Results showed that a Cr removal of 97% was obtained by pH 10, and Hg and Ag removals of 97-99% were reached by pH 12. Although heavy metals removals using precipitation was very significant, but the concentration of heavy metals in the treated waste was still high (0.73-2.62 mg/L) and need for further treatment. Applying activated carbon adsorption for further treatment of the effluent reduced dissolved heavy metals to 0-0.05 mg/L, depending on the type of heavy metals as well as the type and dosing of activated carbon.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a process of assistance or assistance provided by counselor (counselor) to the individual (counselee) through face-to-face meetings or mutual relations between the two, so that the counselee has the ability or ability to see and find problems and be able to solve the problem itself. Guidance and counselor / counselor counselor in juridical in the National Education System is stated as one of the qualifications of educators parallel to teachers, lecturers, guardians and tutors as mentioned in Law No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System Article 1 point 6. Based on Government Regulation Number 19 Year 2005 on National Education Standards Article 28 point 3 and Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 Year 2005 regarding teachers and lecturers are presented four competencies of educators as learning agents covering pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence, and social competence . Competence is a set of knowledge, skills and behaviors that must be owned, experienced and mastered by teachers or lecturers in performing professional duties. Professional competence in the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 27 of 2008 includes a teacher of BK who mastered the concept and praxis assessment to understand the condition of needs, and the problem of the counselee; Master theoretical framework and praxis guidance and counseling; Designing guidance and counseling programs; Implement a comprehensive guidance and counseling program; Assessing the process and results of guidance and counseling activities; Have awareness and commitment to professional ethics; Mastering the concepts and praxis of research in counseling and guidance. The successful implementation of counseling and guidance services will be closely related to the implementation competencies of the BK teacher/counselor as the person providing the assistance, including the combination of knowledge, academic, personal qualities, and skills in helping.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anemia adalah suatu keadaan yang mana kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) dalam tubuh dibawah nilai normal sesuai kelompok orang tertentu. Anemia pada ibu hamil disebabkan oleh kekurangan zat besi, kekurangan asam folat, infeksi dan kelainan darah. Anemia dapat berpengaruh buruk terutama saat kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas. Bahya anemia selama kehamilan antara lain terjadi abortus, gangguan tumbuh kembang janin, mola hidatidosa, dan lain-lain termasuk kasus hiperemisis gravidarum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi bayam merah ditambah dengan konsumsi tablet Fe terhadap peningkatan kadar haemoglobin pada ibu hamil dan yang hanya mengonsumsi tablet Fe. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode quasi eksperiment, dengan desain penelitian non randomized pre-test dan post-test dengan control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, di Puskesmas Perawatan Suli Maluku Tengah yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 30 orang. Analisis menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Rank Test dan Mann-Whitney. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Rank Test diperoleh hasil Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,001. Karena nilai hasil Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,001 lebih kecil dari < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kadar Hb antara hasil pre-test dan post-Test pada kelompok eksperimen di Puskesmas Perawatan Suli Maluku Tengah. Uji Mann-Whitney diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.001. Karena nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.001 < 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil post test kadar Hb kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol di Puskesmas Perawatan Suli Maluku Tengah. Terdapat pengaruh dari pemberian bening bayam merah dan Fe terhadap kenaikan Hemoglobin (Hb) pada ibu hamil, di Puskesmas Perawatan Suli, Maluku Tengah. Puskesmas diharapkan dapat menggunakan hasil ini sebagai salah satu bahan penyuluhan untuk menambah pengatahuan dari para ibu hamil yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Agar kedepannya dapat menurunkan tingkat ibu hamil dengan anemia pada wilayah kerja puskesmas.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of varying concentrations of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O (zinc nitrate hexahydrate) on functional groups, particle size, and particle morphology of ZnO nanoparticles using the green synthesis method using Moringa leaves. The materials was used in this study were moringa leaf extract, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with various concentrations of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 M, and NaOH of 0.1 M. Based on the results of characterization using FTIR, it shows that the functional groups in the content of Moringa leaves play a role in the formation of ZnO nanoparticles. Meanwhile, the results of the XRD characterization showed a diffractogram difference with standard ZnO at concentrations of 0.6 M and 0.8 M Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with the appearance of the NaNO3 phase. SEM characterization results show that the morphology of ZnO nanoparticles using the green synthesis method is irregular in shape.

Abstract

Freight can be generally defined that the carriage is a reciprocal agreement between the carrier with the sender, wherein the carrier binds itself to organize the transport of goods and or from one place to a particular destination safely, while the sender binds itself to pay the freight. Courier services and trade relationship of mutual influence. Development of trade is strongly influenced by the birth of a freight forwarder. Courier services also participate in the growth of foreign and domestic trade. Formulation of research objectives are a reflection direction and elaboration of strategies to problems that arise in the writing, while the writing is being implemented not deviated from its original purpose. Then formulated the goal of this paper was to determine the legal protection and implementation of consumer redress against the freight forwarder.The method used in this research is the method of empirical juridical approach. While the research is descriptive specification anaitisyang intended to describe the legislation in force associated with legal theories.Based on research that shows that in this case about liability if anything happens to the item before reaching the destination or delay in delivery or if there are other things, the company is obliged to replace losses caused his company. and in case of loss or serious damage, the company will provide compensation in accordance with the price of goods or conducted negotiations regarding the compensation agreements.

Abstract

The enactment of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and all its requirements has led to new issues, including "Nikah Siri." Nikah Siri refers to a marriage conducted secretly or, in other words, a marriage not registered according to the provisions of the Marriage Law. An exciting provision to examine in Law No. 1 of 1974 is Article 2, paragraph (2): "Every marriage shall be registered according to the applicable laws and regulations." However, this law still leaves room for debate because many married people still need to register their marriages with the Marriage Registrar (PPN) at the Office of Religious Affairs. In the decision 0369/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Bks, the Plaintiff filed for the legalization of Marriage to proceed with a divorce from the Defendant. From the perspective of Islamic Law, this legalization is based on the principle of "mashlahah mursalah," meaning for the common good. Meanwhile, the divorce is considered for the mutual benefit of both parties. This study examines the decision of the Bekasi Religious Court, focusing on the cumulative case of marriage legalization and divorce suit Number 0369/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Bks. In this decision, the Bekasi Religious Court's Panel of Judges granted the request for marriage legalization and divorce suit because the Marriage fulfilled Islamic legal requirements and there were no obstacles to Marriage or divorce according to Law No. 1 of 1974 in conjunction with amended Law No. 16 of 2019. The judges' effort in granting marriage legalization is considered a form of leniency (rukhsah) while granting the divorce is for both parties benefit.

Abstract

Marriage is a sacred ritual that religious and state laws must legalize. Most people want marriage to be a joyous occasion and a way to publicize their status as husband and wife. However, some people keep their marriages secret. In general, Nikah Sirri celebrates a marriage according to Islamic religious rules. However, many things prevent it from being legally recorded by the authorities, in this case, the government, represented by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research aims to investigate providers of marriage guardian services in siri marriages that have developed in the community through social media. One of these providers can be found on the website ustadz.my.id/jasa-nikah-siri-bekasi, which offers various services related to siri marriages. This research uses qualitative methods and is centered on empirical research. This research uses a socio-legal approach, a broad social science methodological approach. as the Wali Nikah in Sirri Nikah Services. This study conducted the data collection method in two stages: observation and documentation. The study found that because there is an element of gharar or uncertainty, the practice of providing a marriage guardian in a sirri marriage through a website whose address is ustadz.my.id/jasa-nikah-siri-bekasi is not justified by Islamic legal review. Thus, this element of gharar hinders the practice of providing marriage guardians in sirri marriages. This is in line with the prohibition of the prophet Muhammad to avoid buying and selling gharar.

Abstract

Salah satu unsur tanaman pisang yang dapat dijadikan bahan makanan adalah jantung pisang. Namun karena kebanyakan orang hanya mengetahui cara memanfaatkan jantung pisang untuk membuat sayuran, maka pemanfaatan jantung pisang untuk keperluan makanan belum maksimal.Banyaknya jantung pisang tidak benar – benar dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, bahkan dibuang begitu saja mendorong untuk mengubah suatu limbah menjadi produk yang dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis dan juga dapat membuka suatu usaha bagi masyarakat setempat. Usaha untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari jantung pisang tersebut adalah dengan menjadikannya suatu produk. Salah satunya yaitu membuat suatu inovasi pangan Nugget Jantung Pisang.Dengan program diversifikasi pangan berbasis sumber daya lokal di Desa Kalipucang dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari masyarakat Desa Kalipucang

Abstract

Writing Javanese script is considered complicated and difficult for people who learn it. The process of transliterating Latin into Javanese script cannot be done directly, because each alphabet is not always represented by one Javanese script. Javanese script is not represented by one or more Latin letters, so if transliteration of Latin letters to Javanese letters is required, a parsing process is required. The rows of Javanese letters form a ligature with certain rules, so parsing is also needed to arrange the rows of Javanese letters correctly. This study aims to design a program to facilitate the transliteration of Latin script to Javanese script.  Finite State Automata (FSA) is used to describe writing rules. This study is limited to lowercase letters only, capital letters will be subtracted first, number symbols are not discussed in this study. The results of the study are in the form of a program design that can transliterate Latin writing into Javanese. Experiments were carried out as many as 4 structures of vowel consonant variations. All syllabic structures that include KV, KKV, KVK, KKVK have been tried. The transliteration results show conformity with a 100% accuracy rate in accordance with the rules of writing Javanese script. This research shows that the application of FSA can handle the transliteration of Latin letters into Javanese.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan branding school dengan pembuatan video content creator ibu – ibu guru TK se-Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan keterampilan video content creator dan branding sekolah bagi ibu guru TK di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Materi meliputi public speaking, perencanaan, produksi konten, serta produksi, editing, dan publikasi video. Guru diajarkan public speaking untuk komunikasi efektif, perencanaan konten menarik, dan produksi serta editing video. Hasilnya, guru-guru mampu menghasilkan konten video informatif, mempublikasikannya melalui media sosial, meningkatkan citra sekolah, dan menarik calon murid. Pendampingan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, produksi konten menarik, serta penguasaan produksi, editing, dan publikasi video. Pendampingan ini memiliki dampak positif dalam menghubungkan guru dengan keterampilan video modern, mendukung branding sekolah, dan memperkaya komunikasi dengan masyarakat. Rekomendasi dari artikel ini adalah bahwa pendekatan serupa bisa diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan lain untuk mendukung branding dan komunikasi yang efektif. Peningkatan ini diharapkan akan memperbaiki citra sekolah dan jumlah pendaftar di masa mendatang. This article is the result of training and mentoring for branding schools by making video content creators for kindergarten teachers throughout Sidoarjo Regency. The aim is to improve the skills of video content creators and school branding for kindergarten teachers in Sidoarjo Regency. Materials include public speaking, planning, content production, as well as video production, editing and publication. Teachers are taught public speaking for effective communication, planning interesting content, and video production and editing. As a result, teachers are able to produce informative video content, publish it through social media, improve the school's image, and attract prospective students. This assistance has succeeded in improving public speaking skills, production of interesting content, as well as mastery of video production, editing and publication. This assistance has had a positive impact in connecting teachers with modern video skills, supporting school branding, and enriching communication with the community. The recommendation from this article is that a similar approach can be applied in other educational institutions to support effective branding and communication.
