Abstract

Diversifikasi pangan lokal adalah strategi penting untuk memperkuat kemandirian pangan sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan pada impor dan satu jenis pangan. Namun, tingginya ketergantungan masyarakat pada beras sebagai pangan pokok membuat ketahanan pangan Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan. Karena nilai gizinya yang tinggi, kemampuannya untuk tumbuh di lahan marginal, dan kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan produk bebas gluten, sorgum (Sorghum bicolor L.) memiliki banyak potensi, tetapi masih sedikit yang dimanfaatkan. Di Desa Batu Layang, Kecamatan Hulu Palik, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, program pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk kelompok tani, PKK, pemuda, dan masyarakat umum.  Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) digunakan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan demonstrasi olahan sorgum, pendampingan hilirisasi produk, evaluasi, dan penguatan strategi pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta meningkat secara signifikan dalam pembuatan sorgum menjadi tepung, roti, kue, camilan, dan minuman sehat. Kemampuan pascapanen yang lebih baik dan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi ditunjukkan dalam evaluasi. Program ini tidak hanya menghasilkan produk olahan yang menguntungkan, tetapi juga meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang diversifikasi pangan dan mendorong pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama di masa depan. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, memperkuat ekonomi desa, dan memastikan kemandirian pangan lokal. Agar hilirisasi sorgum semakin mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional, diperlukan pendampingan pada elemen pengemasan modern, pemasaran digital, dan akses permodalan untuk keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan presensi magang di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual tanpa verifikasi lokasi maupun dokumentasi visual, yang berpotensi menimbulkan manipulasi data kehadiran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah aplikasi presensi berbasis web dengan integrasi fitur lacak lokasi (GPS) dan pengambilan swafoto (selfie) sebagai bukti pendukung kehadiran. Proses pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode prototyping untuk memungkinkan iterasi cepat berdasarkan masukan pengguna. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel, dengan pemanfaatan Leaflet.js untuk visualisasi peta lokasi dan Webcam.js untuk pengambilan foto secara real-time. Evaluasi aplikasi dilakukan berdasarkan standar FURPS+, mencakup aspek functionality, usability, reliability, performance, supportability, portability, dan security. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama berjalan sesuai fungsinya (functionality 100%), aplikasi mudah digunakan (SUS score 90–100), memiliki tingkat keandalan dan keamanan tinggi (rating A melalui SonarQube), performa optimal (PageSpeed score 90–99 pada 11 dari 13 halaman), serta kompatibel di berbagai browser dan perangkat. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam pengelolaan presensi yang lebih akurat dan terpercaya.

Abstract

Pengelolaan logbook magang di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Riau yang sebelumnya berjalan secara konvensional tanpa standar format dan aturan baku mengakibatkan ketidakteraturan pencatatan, rendahnya kedisiplinan peserta, serta kesulitan dalam monitoring dan evaluasi oleh pembimbing. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan aplikasi pengelolaan logbook magang berbasis web. Proses pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode prototyping. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dengan fitur esensial meliputi pengisian logbook digital, notifikasi internal, sistem persetujuan, hingga rekapitulasi dan visualisasi data. Kualitas aplikasi diuji secara komprehensif menggunakan standar FURPS+, yang menunjukkan hasil sangat baik, Functionality mencapai 100% implementasi fitur utama, Usability (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 85–100, Reliability, Supportability, dan Security (SonarQube) mendapatkan rating A, serta Performance (PageSpeed) menunjukkan skor 90–99 (“Good”). Dengan demikian, aplikasi logbook ini terbukti efektif sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan kualitas pengelolaan program magang di BPS Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory application at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Riau Province to overcome the limitations of the existing system. The current inventory system is limited in accessibility, lacks real-time updates, fails to record asset mutation history, and does not provide a dashboard visualization of asset conditions. The research uses a Research and Development (RD) method with a prototype approach. The system is developed using Laravel 11 for backend services and ReactJS 18.2.0 for the frontend interface. Functional testing achieved a 100% success rate, demonstrating that all system features perform as expected. Additionally, the application scored high in compatibility and portability across platforms, with good ratings for reliability, security, and maintainability based on SonarQube assessments. The developed inventory application enhances transparency, accountability, and efficiency in managing organizational assets at BPS Riau Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal dosage and concentration of fish-waste-based liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the growth and yield of mustard greens, as well as to evaluate the interaction between these factors. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with a factorial pattern of 2 factors: concentration (K1: 1 liter POC + 5 liters water, K2: 1 liter POC + 10 liters water, K3: 1 liter POC + 15 liters water) and dosage (D0: control, D1: 100 ml/polybag, D2: 150 ml/polybag, D3: 200 ml/polybag). The results indicated that the D3 dosage (200 ml POC) produced the best outcomes across all growth and yield parameters for mustard greens in both planting periods. Additionally, the K1 concentration (1 liter POC + 5 liters water) also yielded the best results for various growth and yield parameters. A significant interaction between concentration and dosage was observed for plant height during the first period and for various other parameters in the second period

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Offline Sharia Marketing and Online Sharia Marketing on Customer Loyalty in consuming Wardah branded halal products. Offline Sharia Marketing is introducing products indirectly with the media used such as newspapers, pamphlets, slayers and brochure brochures. On the other hand, online marketing uses digital technology to promote products or services that are targeted, iteractive and measurable. The main purpose of internet marketing was to promote products, increase referrals and increase traffic through various online marketing techniques. The data analysis method uses the Classical Assumption Test which is then carried out using SPSS 20. The research results indicate that both offline and online sharia marketing have a significant influence, whether individually or collectively, on Wardah customers' loyalty in consuming branded halal products. Marketing strategies based on sharia principles are considered effective in enhancing customer loyalty by incorporating Islamic values and utilizing relevant media platforms.

Abstract

This research study aims to examine the COVID-19 vaccination policy which is realized nationally in the perspective of the rights and obligations of citizens. This research method uses a normative legal approach, which combines a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The research findings show that health, including the human rights sector, is guaranteed by the constitution and legislation. The health crisis due to the impact of COVID-19 makes the fulfillment of citizens' human rights in the health sector very urgent to implement. Efforts are made to vaccinate in order to stop the spread of the virus and restore all state activities. The realization of the national vaccination program includes the fulfillment of rights and obligations in health facilities guaranteed in Law No. 6/2018 concerning Health Quarantine and Law No. 4 of 1984 regarding the Outbreak of Infectious Diseases. Citizens' rights to health insurance are stipulated in articles 28 and 34 of the 1945 Constitution. The perspective of the obligation in the vaccination program can be seen from Article 28 J paragraph 1 and also 2, the participation of citizens in vaccination is also included in efforts to provide a defense in accordance with Article 27 of the Constitution. 1945. The public may be subject to sanctions if they intentionally or unintentionally obstruct efforts to overcome the epidemic. Vaccination is expected to increase one's own immunity which will encourage the recovery of health, economy and national activities.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the Kosabangsa 2023 program on improving the knowledge of fishermen's fish processing in Serangai Village, Batik Nau Sub-district, North Bengkulu Regency. Using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, we surveyed the group of fishermen who participated in the Kosabangsa 2023 program and conducted statistical data analysis to assess its impact on the knowledge, skills, and practices of processing fishermen's catch for income generation. The survey results showed that most respondents reported an increase in knowledge of fish processing, packaging and marketing after participating in the kosabangsa program. In addition, there was a significant increase in fish processing productivity due to the adoption of new technologies provided in the kosabangsa program for the communities participating in the program. However, challenges such as frequent power outages made the implementation of the program less successful. These findings suggest that the kosabangsa program is effective in improving the quality of human resources in processing captured fish, and that there is a need to increase the sustainability of the program to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of LPMKS fertiliser and phosphate solubilizing fungi on the growth of sweet corn plants and determine the dose of LPMKS solid organic fertiliser and phosphate solubilizing fungi. This study used a two-factor group randomised design, with the first factor being LPMKS fertiliser and the second factor being phosphate solubilizing fungi. The results showed that the treatment of LPMKS fertiliser did not significantly affect the growth and yield of sweet corn, but there was a tendency that the treatment of 100 g LPMKS produced better growth and yield of sweet corn. The treatment of phosphate solubilizing fungi at a dose of 5 g per plant tended to respond to plant growth and yield. There was an interaction between LPMKS fertiliser and phosphate-solubilizing fungi on the number of cobs parameter. The highest interaction was L3 P1 although not significantly different from L3 P1. The combination of all doses of LPMKS with low doses of phosphate-solubilizing fungi can produce the highest number of cobs.

Abstract

Sorghum has the potential to be developed considering that this plant is easy to cultivate in various types of soil and various climatic conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the dose of bovine bone ameliorant on the growth and yield of sorghum in swampland and to determine the interaction of ameliorant and varieties of sorghum cultivated in swampland. This research is expected to provide information about the effect of giving cow bone ameliorant to several varieties of sorghum in swamps. The research was carried out from February to April 2020, in Gunung Alam Village, Arga Makmur District, Bengkulu Utara Regency. The study used a Completely Randomized Block Design with 12 treatments and 6 replications. The treatment used in this study consisted of two factors, namely the first factor was bovine bone ameliorant with 2 levels, namely bovine bone ameliorant treatment and without beef bone ameliorant treatment. The second factor of sorghum varieties, namely Numbu, Super 1, and Super 2. The results showed that the 50 g dose of beef bone ameliorant gave the highest value in this study.
