Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) How well students perceived entrepreneurial self-efficacy in marketable skill competence of SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. 2) What is the entrepreneurial motivation of Marketing Competence students at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak, and 3) To what extent did entrepreneurial self-efficacy influence the entrepreneurial motivation of students participating in the Marketing Specialization Program at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. Methods used were quantitative and descriptive methods. A total of 36 populations were randomly sampled. Data analysis used was simple linear regression. The results showed that 1) the students' perceptions of the ability of marketing skills about self-efficacy in entrepreneurship were in the very high category, representing 84.12%; 3) Entrepreneurial self-efficacy perception affects entrepreneurial motivation. The effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial motivation in SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak's marketable skill competence was 35.1% from the SPSS 26 calculated results. A significant value was obtained.0.000 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation of students in the market expertise competence of SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak.

Abstract

This observe targets to determine the effect of price, product best, carrier first-class, and vicinity on buying decisions for Malaysian merchandise in Jagoi Village, Jagoi Babang District. The studies behavior using the explanatory method using a couple of linear regression. The information used is number one statistics obtained through a questionnaire. Abstract

This thesis entitled Quality of Service to Customer Satisfaction Cafe Tugu Limau in Mekar Sekuntum Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. Problem general in this research is How the Quality of Service Against Customer Satisfaction of the Tugu Limau Cafe in Mekar Sekuntum Village, District Tebas, Sambas Regency, with its sub-problem, How is Quality Tangible Services, Reliability, Responsiveness or Concern (Responsiveness), Empathy (Empathy) and Insurance (Assurance). perceived and expected by consumers of the Tugu Limau Cafe in Mekar Village Sekuntum of Tebas District, Sambas Regency? Research approach that used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques used are Interview Techniques, and Documentation. The data collection tools are observation guidelines, guidelines interviews, field notes and cameras. Cafe Tugu Limau informant namely Sisters Sholeha, Nopia, Melin, and Brother Haider. Research Results Show that Service Quality has been realized in terms of Service Quality tangible, namely the availability of public facilities in physical form such as tables, chairs and others, in terms of service quality Reliability (Reliability), visible with availability in directing and assisting consumers, in terms of Responsiveness or Concern (Responsiveness) services provided quickly and appropriate, in terms of Empathy (Empathy) attitude and service behavior that given shows a sense of care and in terms of insurance (assurance) looks visitors feel comfortable when in the Cafe. and has shown it is consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The goals of this research are to determine: 1) the prevalence of entrepreneurial practices in the business centers of class XII students majoring in marketing at SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak; 2) the level of entrepreneurial interest among these students; and 3) the extent to which exposure to entrepreneurial practices influences students' interest in entrepreneurship. The strategy employs a quantitative methodology based on correlation. A representative sample of the entire student body (n=94) was taken. Linear regression is used as the method for analyzing the data. According to the findings, 1) a large majority (74.40%) of class XII marketing majors have a favorable view of entrepreneurial practices. 2) Class XII students who plan to study marketing fall into the "high" category for their level of interest in starting their own businesses, at 72,98 percent. Interest in starting a business is influenced by third-party examples of entrepreneurship. 3) Class XII marketing students at SMK Negeri 8 in Pontianak saw a 27.3% increase in their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship as a direct result of their exposure to entrepreneurial activities. SPSS 25's calculations show a significance of 0.000 0.05, dismissing the null hypothesis (H0), and accepting the alternative (Ha). Thus, it can be concluded that class XII students at SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak who are majoring in marketing are influenced by the entrepreneurial practices of the school business center

Abstract

This study was set out to determine 1) wheter self-efficacy has an impact on Untan FKIP Economics student"™s drive for entrepreneurship. 2) Does social support have an impact on FKIP Untan Economics Education student"™s enthusiasm for entrepreneurship 3) Does the entrepreneurial motivation of FKIP Untan Economics Education students depend on self-efficacy and social support. This research methodology combines a descriptive and quantitative approach. The investigation's population consisted of 76 Regular Economics A students from the 2018"“2020 class, selected using chance sampling. employed various linear regression analysis methods. The result"™s findings indicated that: 1) self-efficacy, with a t-count of 5.488 , impacts the desire to entrepreneurship t-table 1.993 with 0.000 0.05 significance level. 2) The level of significance 0.250 0.05 and a t count of 1.161 t table 1.993, social support had no effect on entrepreneurial motivation. 3) Social support and selfefficacy affect the motivation of entrepreneurs. Self-efficacy and social support have a 49.1% impact on motivation for entrepreneurship. A significance level of 0.000 0.05 was derived from the SPSS calculation results, indicating the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of Ha. It is determined that entrepreneurial motivation of FKIP Untan students studying economics is influenced by social support and self-efficacy.

Abstract

The study aims to determine: how much influence do online customer reviews and online customer ratings have on purchasing decisions through the Shopee marketplace of Economics Education students at FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The population in this study were regular Economics Education students class of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. The sample in this study amounted to 96 students using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The research results showed that: online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions through the Shopee marketplace of Economics Education students at FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura by 53.7% and the remaining 46,3% was influenced by other variables not examined, and also proven by fcount (53.919) ftable (3.09) and a significance level of (0.00) (0.05). The conclusion is that there is an influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions through the Shopee marketplace of Economics Education students at FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura.

Abstract

This research is a behind the construction of a tourist attraction in the Benua Melayu Laut Village. With the existence of waterfront tourism, it can have an impact on the people of the city of Pontianak, especially the people of the subdistrict of the Melayu Laut sub-district. This study aims to determine the feasibility of tourism based on the concept of Sapta Pesona and how the impact of the construction of waterfront tourism on the income of the people of the sub-district of the continent of Malay sea. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of Sapta Pesona in waterfront tourism in its seven elements can be carried out properly but still not entirely optimal, especially in the elements of cleanliness and order. Furthermore, the results related to the impact of waterfront tourism development on people's income with the result that there was a significant increase in income for people who traded at waterfront tourist sites. The average income of the community before selling at tourist sites is Rp. 2,300,000/month, an increase when selling on the waterfront is Rp. 4,000,000/month. From these results, the increase in the difference in income before and after selling on waterfront tourism is Rp. 1700,000/month.

Abstract

Education is a learning experience and the knowledge gained in a school environment lasts throughout life. From the beginning, education plays a role in deciding students' desires to continue to higher education with encouragement and desires from students and the surrounding environment. From this desire arises their interest in continuing their higher education so that they are interested in continuing an education that is higher than their previous education. This research aims to determine the level of parental income regarding students' desire to go to college at Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak. The type and design of this research is quantitative descriptive. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between parents' income on interest in continuing their studies at tertiary level. Parental income in increasing students' interest in continuing their education to college was 10.3% while the remaining 89.7% was influenced by other variables. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between parents' income on the desire to continue their studies at tertiary level.

Abstract

The student learning process can be successful if there is a willingness to learn within students, including in online-based learning media. The learning media used when carrying out online learning at SMA Negeri 11 Pontianak are the Whatsapp, Classroom, and Google Meet applications. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online-based learning media on the economics learning motivation of class XI IPS students during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 11 Pontianak. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach to the survey method. The technique used is indirect communication. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of online-based learning media on students' motivation to study economics. This can be seen from the results of simple linear regression, namely through the t test, the magnitude is 0.05. The tcount value is 3.017 and the significance is 0.004. While the results obtained for the table is 1.944. Thus it is known that the value of tcount ttable (3.017 1.944), and significance 0.05 (0.004 0.05), then Ha is accepted. From the study, it was obtained that the regression coefficient (R2) of the X variable was 0.394 which stated that there was a media effect between online-based learning media on the variable economic learning motivation of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 11. Pontianak by 11.5%

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the learning environment and learning discipline on the economics learning outcomes for class X IPS students at SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. A quantitative methodology approach was used in this investigation. As the sample, 50 students were involved. In this study, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and they were also collected using questionnaires and a simple random sample technique. (1) The significance value of 0.0440.05 and the regression coefficient value of 0.313, which was positive, along with the Tcount Ttable being 2.069 2.011, indicated that learning discipline had a significant impact on the learning outcomes. (2) The regression coefficient value of 0.317, the significance value of 0.042, and the Tcount Ttable of 2.095 2.011 all indicate that the learning environment has a substantial impact on the learning outcomes. (3) With an F value of 10.922 and a significance level of 0.000, there is a simultaneous substantial relationship between the learning environment and the learning discipline on the learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X IPS SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The learning environment and learning discipline's overall effect on class X students at IPS SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak's economics classes is 31.7%.
