Abstract

Forgetting is one of the problems or learning difficulties faced by students, so it must be overcome. Namely, by identifying the factors that cause forgetting early, it could devise solutions to overcome them. In this regard, this study aims to describe the phenomenon of forgetting in the memorization of female students' books at the Thohir Yasin Modern Salaf Islamic Boarding School based on a review of Decay theory and Interference theory, the phenomenon of forgetting in question is the factors that cause forgetting and efforts to overcome it. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon of forgetting. The study results show that two things cause the phenomenon of forgetting among female students. First, forgetting is due to long and not repeated memorization; this follows Decay's theory. Second, forget because there is new memorization every day. This research can be a reflection for teachers and students to overcome the problem of forgetting their memory or memorizing a learning material. Abstract

Study of the development of Islamic Educational Psychology understands how Islamic principles interact with modern educational theory and practice. In terms of the philosophy of science, Islamic Educational Psychology is not only considered a branch of science oriented towards learning behaviour, but also a discipline that has a distinctive ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundation in accordance with Islamic values. This study aims to analyse development of Islamic Educational Psychology from the perspective of the philosophy of science and the history of Islamic education in order to understand how the integration of spiritual values, scientific rationality, and human educational needs is carried out within the framework of Islamic science. The method used is a literature review with a historical-philosophical approach, which examines classical and contemporary sources related to Islamic education and psychology. The results of the study show that Islamic Educational Psychology has undergone significant development from classical to contemporary times, with major contributions from Muslim thinkers such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Sina, and Ibn Khaldun, who emphasised the balance between spiritual and intellectual aspects in the educational process. From a philosophical perspective, Islamic Educational Psychology seeks to develop an integrative scientific paradigm, combining empirical and spiritual dimensions in understanding human behaviour.Keywords – Philosophy, Psychology, Integration, Islamic Education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the persistent challenge of shaping students' authentic religious character, where religious education often results only in ritualistic obedience without a deep internalization of values. This study focuses on analyzing the implications of Lawrence Kohlberg's moral development theory as a strategic foundation for revitalizing the practice of religious character education. Using qualitative methods with a descriptive-analytical literature study approach, this study synthesizes Kohlberg's key works and the psychology of religion literature to build a relevant pedagogical framework. Key findings indicate a significant structural relationship between the level of moral reasoning and the expression of religiosity: the Preconventional stage gives rise to instrumental spirituality based on rewards and punishments, the Conventional stage gives rise to normative obedience to social rules, while the Postconventional stage reflects the autonomous internalization of universal ethical principles. These findings imply the need for an adaptive educational approach, where teaching methods such as moral dilemma discussions are tailored to students' cognitive maturity to foster moral development. It is concluded that Kohlberg's framework serves as a crucial pedagogical roadmap for educators to transform external obedience into a strong and internalized moral-religious commitment, so that the success of character education is highly dependent on the alignment of educational interventions with the stages of students' moral development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan persisten dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa yang autentik, di mana pendidikan agama sering kali hanya menghasilkan kepatuhan ritualistik tanpa internalisasi nilai yang mendalam. Studi ini berfokus pada analisis implikasi teori perkembangan moral Lawrence Kohlberg sebagai landasan strategis untuk merevitalisasi praktik pendidikan karakter religius. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menyintesis karya-karya utama Kohlberg dan literatur psikologi agama untuk membangun kerangka pedagogis yang relevan. Temuan utama menunjukkan adanya hubungan struktural yang signifikan antara tingkat penalaran moral dengan ekspresi religiusitas: tahap Prakonvensional memunculkan spiritualitas instrumental berbasis imbalan dan hukuman, tahap Konvensional melahirkan kepatuhan normatif terhadap aturan sosial, sedangkan tahap Pascakonvensional mencerminkan internalisasi prinsip etika universal secara otonom. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya pendekatan pendidikan yang adaptif, di mana metode pengajaran seperti diskusi dilema moral disesuaikan dengan kematangan kognitif siswa untuk mendorong perkembangan moral. Disimpulkan bahwa kerangka kerja Kohlberg berfungsi sebagai peta jalan pedagogis krusial bagi pendidik untuk mentransformasi ketaatan yang bersifat eksternal menjadi komitmen moral-religius yang kokoh dan terinternalisasi, sehingga keberhasilan pendidikan karakter sangat bergantung pada keselarasan intervensi edukatif dengan tahapan perkembangan moral peserta didik.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of psychological diagnostic evaluation and spiritual domains within Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a foundation for developing students’ holistic character. The research aims to analyze the conceptual meaning and functions of evaluation from the perspective of educational psychology, describe the integration of affective–spiritual assessment in PAI, and identify the application of key evaluation principles, including objectivity, validity, and reliability. This study employs a qualitative literature review design through descriptive–analytical content analysis. Data were obtained from primary documents and secondary sources such as academic books and accredited journals published between 2020–2025. The findings reveal that psychological diagnostic evaluation plays a crucial role in identifying students’ potential, learning barriers, and specific psychological needs. Meanwhile, the spiritual domain—positioned as the highest level of the affective taxonomy—supports the formation of moral consciousness, emotional regulation, and sense of purpose. The study also highlights methodological challenges in assessing non-cognitive domains and emphasizes the use of multiple techniques, such as observation, attitude scales, and reflective journals, to strengthen evaluation validity and objectivity. Overall, the integration of psychological and spiritual evaluation is essential for designing adaptive PAI learning that supports comprehensive character development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi evaluasi psikologis yang bersifat diagnostik dengan penilaian ranah spiritual dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai dasar pengembangan karakter holistik peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis makna dan fungsi evaluasi dari perspektif psikologi pendidikan, menggambarkan integrasi penilaian afektif–spiritual dalam pembelajaran PAI, serta menjelaskan penerapan prinsip objektivitas, validitas, dan reliabilitas dalam evaluasi non-kognitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi literatur melalui analisis isi deskriptif-analitis. Data diperoleh dari dokumen primer dan literatur sekunder berupa buku akademik dan jurnal terakreditasi yang terbit pada rentang 2020–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi diagnostik psikologis berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi potensi, hambatan, dan kebutuhan belajar individu. Sementara itu, ranah spiritual—sebagai tingkat tertinggi ranah afektif—berkontribusi pada pembentukan kesadaran moral, pengelolaan emosi, serta pengembangan tujuan hidup yang bermakna. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa penilaian ranah afektif dan spiritual memiliki tantangan metodologis, sehingga diperlukan teknik non-tes yang beragam, seperti observasi, skala sikap, dan jurnal refleksi, untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan objektivitas. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi evaluasi psikologis dan spiritual menjadi kunci dalam merancang pembelajaran PAI yang adaptif dan berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif peran dan manifestasi psikologi sosial dalam lingkungan pendidikan, berfokus pada dinamika kelas, interaksi guru-siswa, dan efektivitas peer learning (pembelajaran sebaya). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-interpretif melalui studi literatur sistematis dan analisis kasus, temuan menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologi sosial, seperti norma kelompok, identitas sosial, dan persepsi interpersonal, secara signifikan membentuk iklim pembelajaran. Dinamika kelas yang sehat ditandai oleh kohesivitas yang tinggi, sementara interaksi guru-siswa yang efektif didasarkan pada self-efficacy guru dan dukungan sosial emosional yang dirasakan siswa. Selain itu, peer learning optimal terjadi ketika ada kesamaan status dan reciprocity dalam proses kognitif. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya intervensi berbasis psikologi sosial untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan hasil akademik secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) is crucial aspect for Mahasantri at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah who manage dual academic workloads. Preliminary findings indicate suboptimal SRL levels, evicended by low initiative in congregational prayers and a reliance on external supervision. This study emipirically analyzes the simultaneous impact of growth mindset and intrinsic motivation on SRL theoretically the primary psychological drivers of learning independence. Employing a quantitative correlational method with 51 respondents through incidental sampling, data were analyzed using Spearman's rho, Pearson correlation tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, following rigorous validity and reliability testing (Alpha Cronbach 0.933). Result demonstrate that both variables had a significant and strong positive relationship with SRL (Growth Mindset: r = 0.681; Intrinsic Motivation: r = 0.803). Simultaneously, growth mindset and intrinsic motivation contributed 67.6% to the variation in SRL of students (F = 49.976, p < 0.05), with intrinsic motivation being the most dominant predictor (B = 0.527). This finding provides implications for the urgency of strengthening the growth mindset and intrinsic motivation in the design of student development at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah on the basis of self-regulated learning. These finding highlight the urgency of fostering a growth mindset and internalizing motivation within mahasantri development programs to enhance effective self-regulated learning.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability on firm value among companies listed on the Sri-Kehati Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. A descriptive quantitative research design was applied using panel data analysis with EViews 12. The population consisted of firms listed on the Sri-Kehati Index, with purposive sampling selecting 11 companies, resulting in 44 firm-year observations. Secondary data were collected through documentation from the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The results reveal that CSR has a negative and significant effect on firm value, while Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Investment (ROI) do not have a significant effect. These findings suggest that while CSR initiatives significantly shape firm value, profitability indicators such as ROA and ROI may not directly drive market valuation in Sri-Kehati Index firms.

Abstract

Background: Low academic achievement among elementary school students often linked to ineffective classroom management and unfavorable social environments. These factors are frequently examined in isolation, resulting in a fragmented understanding of their combined influence on learning outcomes. Objective: This study aims to synthesize existing literature to examine the integrated role of classroom management and social environment dynamics in shaping students’ academic achievement. Method: This research employed a qualitative literature review method by analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, and scholarly reports related to classroom management, peer interactions, bullying, and academic achievement in elementary education. Data were analyzed to identify recurring concepts and relationships across studies. Results: The findings indicate effective classroom management with structured instruction, positive teacher student relationships, and clear routines enhances academic engagement, while supportive social environments foster emotional well-being and learning motivation. In contrast, negative peer interactions consistently undermine students’ academic outcomes. Conclusion: Classroom management and social environment function as an interconnected system influencing academic achievement, underscoring the importance of integrating instructional and social strategies in elementary education practice and policy. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Rendahnya prestasi akademik pada siswa sekolah dasar sering dikaitkan dengan pengelolaan kelas yang kurang efektif serta lingkungan sosial yang tidak kondusif. Faktor-faktor tersebut kerap dikaji secara terpisah sehingga menghasilkan pemahaman yang terfragmentasi mengenai pengaruh gabungannya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis literatur guna mengkaji peran terpadu pengelolaan kelas dan dinamika lingkungan sosial dalam membentuk prestasi akademik siswa. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka kualitatif dengan menganalisis artikel jurnal bereputasi, buku akademik, dan laporan ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan kelas, interaksi teman sebaya, perundungan, serta prestasi akademik pada pendidikan dasar. Data dianalisis menggunakan sintesis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi konsep dan hubungan yang berulang antar penelitian. Hasil: Temuan menunjukkan pengelolaan kelas yang efektif dengan pembelajaran yang terstruktur, hubungan guru–siswa yang positif, dan rutinitas yang jelas, mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan akademik, serta lingkungan sosial yang suportif mendukung kesejahteraan emosional dan motivasi belajar. Sebaliknya, interaksi negatif antar teman sebaya menurunkan capaian akademik siswa. Kesimpulan: Pengelolaan kelas dan lingkungan sosial memengaruhi prestasi akademik, sehingga menegaskan pentingnya integrasi strategi instruksional dan sosial dalam praktik serta kebijakan pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital travel platforms has intensified competition in the online ticketing industry, requiring companies to understand the key factors influencing consumer satisfaction. However, empirical evidence on how trust and price affect consumer satisfaction through purchase decisions remains limited, particularly in online train ticket purchases. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of trust and price on consumer satisfaction, with purchase decisions as an intervening variable, in purchasing train tickets through the Traveloka application in Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative, survey-based approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased train tickets via Traveloka at least twice in the last six months. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that trust has a positive and significant effect on both purchase decisions and consumer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions but does not significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, purchase decisions significantly influence consumer satisfaction, indicating a mediating role. These findings highlight the importance of trust and purchasing decisions in shaping consumer satisfaction on digital travel platforms.

Abstract

Dampak penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertempat di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fatih Bandung Kp. Tegalame, Desa Ciaro, Kecamatan Nagreg, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Fatih Bandung diidentifikasi sebagai masalah belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu pada 30 siswa kelas VIII sebagai populasi penelitian. Skor tersebut didasarkan pada hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah paradigma pembelajaran kontekstual diterapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat peningkatan yang cukup besar pada nilai siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. Variabel X (penerapan model Pembelajaran Kontekstual) dan variabel Y (hasil belajar akidah akhlak) memiliki korelasi yang “mendekati sempurna” yaitu pada rentang > 0,90. Nilai Sig juga 0,000, sesuai dengan tampilan output Paired Samples Test (T-Test). Karena nilai Sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 (< 0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 disetujui yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi hasil belajar akidah akhlak siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pembelajaran model kontekstual. Dengan kata lain, model pembelajaran yang efektif digunakan di kelas VIII MTs Fatih Bandung untuk mengajarkan akidah akhlak.
