Abstract

Project Based Learning research is an innovative learning model that emphasizes students in solving a problem by producing a product, making decisions, conducting investigative activities so that creativity and motivation of students increase. The teacher as a facilitator gives students assignments to develop their potential. The stages in Islamic Religious Education learning using the project-based learning model are as follows. 1) Determining basic questions, 2) Making product design plans. 3) Preparing a product manufacturing schedule. 4) Monitoring student performance and project progress. 5) Assessment of results. 6) Evaluation of learning experiences. The implementation of this project-based learning model can be used in Islamic Religious Education materials including Akidah Akhlak, SKI, Fiqh and Qurdits. The purpose of this learning is for students to be able to conclude the material from their direct experience. However, in the implementation process, of course, there are still some obstacles. So that teachers are expected to be mentors and facilitators during the learning process. There are many learning methods that can be used during learning, one of which is PjBL. This study aims to determine the benefits of implementing PjBL for Islamic Religious Education subjects during learning. The data collection method used is a literature study through books, journals, and field research results conducted by previous researchers that are relevant to this study. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PjBL model can significantly increase students' creativity in conveying ideas and creating original learning products. In addition, student collaboration has also increased, as seen from their ability to work together in groups, divide tasks, and support each other in the process of completing projects. Thus, the Project Based Learning model has proven effective in increasing student creativity and collaboration in Islamic Religious Education learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the exploration of the Hannafin and Peck model as an alternative innovative learning approach in PAI subjects. The Hannafin and Peck model is a learning design model that consists of three phases. 1) requirements analysis phase, 2) design phase, 3) development and implementation phase. This model is product-oriented, usually learning mesdia such as learning videos, learning multimedia, or modules. This research uses a qualitative approach with a 4D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) aimed at producing or perfecting certain products, and testing the effectiveness of these products. The result obtained show that this model is considered good and effective if implemented as an alternative innovative learning approach, because it is an update to existing learning models. However, the expected results have not yet reached a perfect level because of the various challenges and phase that must be passed. The products produced are in the form of modules (printed teaching materials), learning videos, and students making the Palestinian flag as a form of empathy and sympathy for Muslim countries. Apart from that, the strategy used is picture and picture as a learning model for prayer movement teaching materials. Keywords: Learning Model; Hannfin and Peck; Innovative Learning

Abstract

Law Number 20 of 2003 emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of learning to develop students' potential. Effective learning involves cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and is supported by components such as objectives, materials, strategies and learning evaluation. Teaching materials play an important role in this process. This research evaluates the effectiveness of visual teaching materials on the cognitive outcomes of Fiqh lessons at MTs YASMU using a quasi-experimental method. Two classes, the control class (conventional method) and the experimental class (visual teaching materials), were compared through a post-test. Statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney U Test revealed significant differences in cognitive outcomes between the two groups. Students who study with visual teaching materials show better results compared to students who study with conventional methods. These findings indicate that the use of visual teaching materials can improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. The application of interactive teaching materials in the curriculum is recommended to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Education is a process of maturing a person, including the method of education that must be considered, especially during the elementary school years, as students tend to imitate. The purpose of this study was to determine the integration of Bandura's theory with the concept of Islamic education. The method employed was a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative) involving a quasi-experimental design and interviews. The findings revealed a strong convergence between Bandura's social cognitive learning theory and the concept of Islamic moral education. Data from 15 case studies showed that 78% of schools that systematically implemented teacher role modeling experienced significant improvements in student behavior.
