Abstract

Usury is a practice that has a direct influence on the deterioration of the world. Many philosophers and economic intellectuals prohibit this usury activity. The research aims to describe how Islamic economics views usury which will be described in this paper based on the Qur'an and Hadith. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative method by conducting a literature review of books, journals, the Qur'an and Sunah as the source of information used. The results of the study show that there is a prohibition of usury in economic activities. The many sources in the Qur'an and Hadith that prohibit the practice of usury are used as references for this research. Therefore, it can be concluded that Muslims must adhere to the teachings contained in the Qur'an as a guide to life in accordance with Islamic values. Riba merupakan sebuah praktik yang berpengaruh langsung dalam terjadinya kemerosotan dunia. Banyak sekali para filsuf dan intelektual ekonomi yang melarang kegiatan riba ini. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana ekonomi islam memandang riba yang akan dijabarkan pada makalah ini berdasarkan pada Qur'an dan Hadist. Metode penelitian pada makalah ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan melakukan kajian pustaka dari buku-buku, jurnal, Al Qur’an dan Sunah sebagai sumber informasi yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya larangan riba dalam kegiatan perekonomian. Banyaknya sumber dalam Al Qur’an dan Hadist yang melarang praktik riba digunakan sebagai referensi penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, dapat diambil kesimpulan jika umat Islam harus berpegang pada ajaran yang terdapat dalam Al Qur'an sebagai pedoman hidup sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

The development of digital technologies such as cryptocurrency, fintech, and e-commerce has brought significant changes to the economic sector. However, these developments pose challenges for the application of Islamic economic principles, particularly in Fiqh Muamalah, which must adjust to new phenomena that were not previously present in classical literature. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by Fiqh Muamalah in the digital age and find solutions that align with sharia principles. The results show that Fiqh Muamalah can adapt through adjustments in digital business models, avoidance of riba and gharar, and ijtihad to address digital transactions and cryptocurrency. Therefore, Fiqh Muamalah can support the transformation of the digital economy in a just, transparent manner, in accordance with Islamic law. Perkembangan teknologi digital seperti cryptocurrency, fintech, dan e-commerce telah membawa perubahan signifikan pada sektor perekonomian. Namun perkembangan tersebut menimbulkan tantangan bagi penerapan prinsip ekonomi Islam, khususnya dalam Fiqh Muamalah, yang harus menyesuaikan dengan fenomena baru yang sebelumnya tidak terdapat dalam literatur klasik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi Fiqh Muamalah di era digital dan mencari solusi yang selaras dengan prinsip syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fiqh Muamalah dapat beradaptasi melalui penyesuaian model bisnis digital, penghindaran riba dan gharar, serta ijtihad dalam menyikapi transaksi digital dan cryptocurrency. Oleh karena itu, Fiqh Muamalah dapat mendukung transformasi ekonomi digital secara adil, transparan, dan sesuai syariat Islam.

Abstract

Wakaf produktif adalah inovasi dalam pengelolaan aset wakaf yang bertujuan menghasilkan manfaat ekonomi berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Paradigma ini menawarkan pendekatan modern yang mendukung pembangunan ekonomi syariah melalui pemanfaatan aset wakaf untuk sektor produktif seperti bisnis, pendidikan, dan pemberdayaan usaha mikro. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi besar wakaf di Indonesia yang mencapai triliunan rupiah, namun pemanfaatannya masih jauh dari optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran wakaf produktif dalam pembangunan ekonomi syariah serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang ada. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan, mengacu pada literatur, laporan resmi, dan data terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wakaf produktif dapat memperkuat sistem ekonomi syariah dengan menciptakan sumber pendanaan alternatif, mendukung sektor keuangan mikro, dan mengurangi kesenjangan sosial. Tantangan utama meliputi rendahnya literasi masyarakat dan keterbatasan regulasi, namun peluang besar muncul melalui digitalisasi dan inovasi teknologi seperti platform crowdfunding syariah. Kesimpulannya, wakaf produktif memiliki potensi strategis dalam membangun kesejahteraan umat secara berkelanjutan. Optimalisasi memerlukan literasi yang lebih baik, pengelolaan profesional, dan sinergi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan lembaga keuangan syariah.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis pemberhentian anggota komisi pemilihan umum oleh dewan kehormatan penyelenggara pemilu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif deskriptif. Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan hukum primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan bahan studi kepustakaan Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik telaah . Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan dasar pemberhentian anggota KPU oleh DKPP ,mengulas prosedur serta kewenangan DKPP dalam memutus pelanggaran etik dengan memperhatikan asas hukum administrasi negara. Analisis kewenangan antara DKPP, Keputusan presiden dan Putusan PTUN dalam pemberhentian anggota KPU. Artikel ini relevan untuk memahami dinamika hukum administrasi negara dalam konteks regulasi dan penegakan etika dalam penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum di indonesia

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know the process of making Pop-up book theory Dalhadhamma Jātaka as lesson media for Early Childhood Education Programs. This research used the research and development methods in four-levels. Based on the research and discussion which have been done, the making of pop-up book theory Dalhadhamma Jātaka consists of steps as follows: (a) analysis, in this step observation and interview were done to state that the teacher needed innovative and interactive lesson media basic on three dimensions to reach developmental aspects. (b) design, the steps were done to determine the theory of story, and moral value to be delivered, and the script composing to be understood by early childhood. (c) development, at this step the researcher, made the illustration corresponding to the storyline by using many techniques on making Pop-up. The product resulting from this process was the two-book series contained being thankful and loving animal's moral value, (d) implementation, the researcher conducted limited trials to thirteen kindergarten students and four kindergarten Buddhist teachers in Semarang Regency (e) evaluation, the evaluation of the product was done in the form of suggestion in the sense of quality product improvement so that it can be long-lasting.

Abstract

This research was done for media education purposing alike card which Buddha Gautama life story material. This media was made for easily teaching and learning activity students more easily to understanding the material. This research kind is a research and development method using the ADDIE. With process details: 1) analysis, start from face studying, need analysis, and material analysis; 2) design: i.e decision the kind of card, making card design, and choose the materials; 3) development, i.e: making card component using Corel Draw application, testing the product to the members of material and members of media; 4) implementation, i.e: testing the product with limited access to the students of primary school; and evaluation, i.e: grading the product after testing. The development product had to validate by members of the material and members of the media. The percentage of media experts is 70,83 % which shows that the developing media is feasible to be applied as a learning media. Then the percentage of material experts is 86,11% means that the material on the product is proper for students. Based on this research, the writer gets the conclusion that Historical of the Buddha card from material and media is proper to use as media education

Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of creating a google sites website to produce an online learning media that will help BME learning activities at the junior high school level. This type of research is research and development with the ADDIE approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. Data credibility was assessed by transferability, dependability, confirmability, and logical validity. Data analysis techniques used for qualitative data are reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive percentage theory. The product validation from the material experts obtained a feasibility percentage of 91.1% and from the website, the media expert obtained a feasibility percentage of 71.8%. The results of the user trial, namely the BME teachers and five Buddhist class VIII students also gave good responses to the product developed. The BME teachers conveyed that the learning media products based on the google sites were very effective. Some students also gave positive responses, that this learning media is quite interesting and more interactive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing LKPD in the learning of Buddhist and Moral Education in Class IV Elementary School. The method used in this study is a research and development with an Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) approach. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data credibility is assessed by transferability, dependability, confirmability, and logical validity. The data analysis techniques used for qualitative data are data collection, data reduction, presentation, decision making, and verification. The quantitative data were analyzed by a descriptive percentage theory. Based on the assessments of the three material experts, LKPD obtained a percentage of 93,75% in the good and decent categories. The average percentage gain from the two media experts was 77,5% with good and decent categories. The average percentage of prospective users, namely fourth grade students at SD Negeri Wates 01 was 91,25% in the good category, while the percentage of grade IV students at SD Negeri 01 Kenteng is 88,77% which indicates that it was in the good category. The percentage gain from practitioners who have used LKPD PAB is 91,25 % with good and decent categories. Based on the result of the validation and implementation tests from the experts, and pracititioners, it is shown that the PAB LKPD was feasible to be used as a teaching material.

Abstract

Shopee is an application feature whose function is to provide information on online sales of products. The payment method that is most popular with MarketPalce Shoppe users is the cash on delivery (COD) payment method which is easy and uncomplicated. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of buying and selling using the cash on delivery (COD) method on the Shopee marketplace and to find out what the Islamic jurisprudence perspective is in buying and selling using the cash on delivery (COD) method on the Shopee marketplace. This research method is a literacy method to determine the analysis of the cash on delivery (COD) payment system in online shopping at Shopee according to the muamalah fiqh perspective and uses qualitative research derived from interview scripts and based on in-depth journals with several consumers. The results of the research are that online transactions are in accordance with muamalah fiqh, the use of the contract is the greeting contract. This is because people order by providing the characteristics of an object to be purchased, while the seller has provided a detailed description of the item.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMotor DC banyak digunakan di industri kecil dan besar.Kecepatan motor DC sering tidak stabil akibat gangguan dari luar maupun perubahan parameter dan torsi beban sehingga perlu dilakukan rancangan kontroler.Kontroler yang dirancang menggunakan PID yang terdiri dari tiga jenis cara pengaturan yang dikombinasikan, yaitu kontrol P (Proportional), kontrol I (Integral) dan kontrol D (Derivatif).Kontroler yang dirancang disimulasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak. Hasil simulasi menunjukan kontroler PID untuk kendali kecepatan motor DC ini menghasilkan kondisi robust (kokoh) saat nilai Kp = 1,1, Ti = 0,1, Td = 3,7. Hasil dari parameter kendali yang dirancang memiliki error steady state 0,99 % dan dengan settling time 3,7 detik pada rise time 2,00 detik dan nilai peak terletak pada 0,99. Kecepatan awal yang dihasilkan mendekati set point yang diinginkan pada detik ke 6 dan kecepatannya tidak ada penurunan atau tetap konstan sampai dengan detik ke 100.Kata kunci: Motor DC, PID, Heuristik, Steady State, Rise Time ABSTRACT DC motors are widely used in small and large industries. Their speeds are often unstable due to interference from outside or change the parameters and load torque, so that it was necessary to design a controller. The controller was designed using a PIDconsists of three types of arrangements, which are mutually combined way, namely the control P (Proportional), control I (Integral) and control D (Derivative). The controllers were designed using software for simulation. The simulation results showed the PID controller for DC motor speed control produced robust conditionswhen the value of Kp, Ti and Tdwere 1.1,  0.1 and 3.7 respectively. The results of the control parameters had error steady state 0.99 % and the settling time of 3.7 seconds at 2.0 sec rise time and the peak value was 0,99. The resulted initial velocity was very fast to approach the desired set point in the sixth second and its speed was remain constant until 100thsecond.Keywords: Motor DC, PID, Heuristic, Steady State, Rise Time
