Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam praktiknya, banyak ruangan yang tidak memiliki ventilasi cahaya sehingga menggunakan sumber cahaya hingga selama 24 jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang dapat meminimalkan penggunaan listrik untuk penerangan dengan menggunakan sistem solatube. Solatube akan memberikan sinyal pada dimmer yang mengatur kapasitas cahaya lampu sehingga tidak selalu membutuhkan performa penuh. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem solatube dapat menghasilkan nilai intensitas cahaya maksimal yang dapat memenuhi standar untuk ruang baca yaitu lebih dari 350 Lux dengan persentase penerangan menjadi hanya 1% - 79%, terutama selama penggunaan beban siang hari. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penggunaan solatube penggunaan daya untuk penerangan dapat dikurangi, sehingga meningkatkan penghematan energi dan biaya. Kemudian alat ini dilengkapi dengan data logger yang dapat diakses melalui internet untuk memantau penggunaan listrik secara realtime sehingga dapat dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk pengembangan selanjutnya.Kata kunci: Sistem Pencahayaan, Solatube, Penghematan Energi, Data Logger. ABSTRACTIn practice, many rooms do not have light ventilation, so they use light sources for up to 24 hours. This study aims to design a sistem that can minimize the use of electricity for lighting using a solatube sistem. Solatube provide a signal to the dimmer that regulates the light capacity of the lamp thus it does not always require full performance. Based on the test results, the solatube sistem can produce a maximum light intensity value that can meet the standards for the reading room, which is more than 350 Lux with the percentage of light being only 1% - 79%, especially during the use of daytime loads. This shows that with solatube lighting sistem, power consumption for lighting can be reduced, thereby increasing energy and cost savings. Furthermore this tool is equipped with a data logger that can be accessed via the internet to monitor realtime electricity usage thus that it can be monitored and evaluated for further developmentKeywords: lighting sistem, solatube, energy saving, data logger.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemanfaatan teknologi ozon pada berbagai sektor telah menunjukkan kegunaan dan keunggulan dari pemanfaatan ozon.Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan ozon melalui peluahan muatan listrik dengan korona discharge. Metoda perancangan generator ozonmenggunakan pembangkitan tegangan tinggi dari trafo dengan variasi tegangan ±3000V & ±4000V, laju alir oksigen (1 dan 3 liter/menit), dan waktu ozonasi (5; 10; 15; 20; 25 dan 30 menit) dan mengatur jarak antar batang konduktor 0,3 cm. Produk ozon dialirkan pada air bersih dan dihitung konsentrasi sisa ozonnya menggunakan larutan indigo kolorimetri. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin menurunnya laju alir oksigen, konsentrasi ozon meningkat. Peningkatan tegangan output akan menambah besar medan listrik yang dihasilkan, sehingga konsentrasi ozon meningkat. Besar tegangan yang berhasil dibangkitkan sebesar 3370 V dan 4324 V. Konsentrasi maksimum ozon yang terbentuk adalah 0.088 mgO3/liter pada voltase 4324 V dan laju alir oksigen 1 liter/menit. Konsentrasi minimum ozon yang terbentuk adalah 0,012 mgO3/L pada voltase 3370 dan laju alir oksigen 3 liter/menit.Kata Kunci: indigo kolorimetri, korona discharge,medan listrik, ozon, ozon generator ABSTRACTUsing of ozone technology at various sectors have shown excellence and usefulness of ozone. One of the way to produce ozone is by electric discharge with corona discharge. The design method of ozone generator by generating high voltage from the transformer with voltage variation ± 3000 V and ± 4000 V , the oxygen flow rate ( 1 and 3 liters / min ) , and the time of ozonation ( 5 ; 10 ; 15 ; 20 ; 25 and 30 min) and adjust the distance between the conductor rod 0.3 cm.Product ozone water flowed in and calculated the concentration of residual ozon use solution indigocolorimetri. Result indicated that the decreasing of oxygen flowrate leads ozon concentration increase. By increasing of voltage variation, the electric field increasingly large, the more the results of ozone is formed. Large voltage successfully raised at 3370 V and 4324 V. The maximum concentration of ozone is formed is 0.088 mgO3 / liter at 4324 volts voltage and oxygen flow rate of 1 liter / min . Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangkit listrik tenaga hibrida angin dan surya adalah suatu pembangkit listrik yang menggunakan gabungan antara tenaga angin dan tenaga sinar matahari. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode probabilitas distribusi normal terhadap kecepatan angin dan radiasi matahari yaitu terjadinya kecepatan angin lebih dari 3,73 m/s adalah berpeluang sebesar 78,81% dan terjadinya radiasi matahari lebih dari 0,397 kW/m2 berpeluang sebesar 92,79%. Kemudian dirancang dua desain pembangkit listrik tenaga angin dan surya berdasarkan nilai investasi dan keandalan, yaitu desain pertama terdiri dari satu unit turbin angin horizontal berkapasitas 3 kW dengan panel surya berkapasitas 3 kW sedangkan desain kedua terdiri dari satu unit turbin angin horizontal berkapasitas 4 kW dengan panel surya berkapasitas 2 kW, selanjutnya dilakukan beberapa skenario cuaca antara lain saat radiasi matahari 0,439 kW/m2 dengan probabilitas 78,23% dan saat panel surya tidak dapat menghasilkan daya dikarenakan tidak adanya sinar matahari. Desain pembangkit kedua memiliki keandalan dan nilai investasi lebih kecil yaitu Rp 119.591.000 dibandingkan desain pertama.Kata kunci: hibrida, metode probabilitas, investasi, keandalan, skenario cuacaABSTRACTA wind and solar hybrid power plant is a power plant that uses a combination of wind power and solar. The research was done by probability method of normal distribution to wind speed and solar radiation that was wind velocity more than 3.73 m/s as a probability equal to 78.81% and the occurrence of solar radiation more than 0.397 kW/m2 had a chance equal to 92.79%. Further more, design of the two wind and solar power plant based on the investment and reliability, the first design consisted of 3 kW horizontal axis wind turbine unit with 3 kW solar panel while the second design consisted of 4 kW horizontal axis wind turbine unit with the solar panel 2 kW capacity. Further more, it was conducted some weather scenarios when the occurrence of solar radiation more than 0.439 kW/m2 had a chance equal to 78.23% and the solar panel could not produced power because of the absence of sun ray. The second design had reliability and lower investation value that is Rp 119.591.000 compared to the first design.Keywords: hybrid, probability method, investation, reliability, weather scenario

Abstract

ABSTRAKSaat ini, pemanfaatan sumber energi terbarukan menjadi salah satu pilihan dalam menjawab tantangan krisis energi. Sistem pembangkit listrik fotovoltaiktermoelektrik hibrida yang menggabungkan keunggulan konversi energi cahaya dan panas dari matahari perlu dikaji kinerjanya. Penelitian ini membahas peningkatan efisiensi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya hybrid panel-termoelektrik dan hubungannya dengan pengaruh faktor lingkungan. Akuisisi data berdasarkan analisis komputasi menganalisis statistik multivariat, seperti regresi, korelasi, boxplot, dan principal component analysis (PCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan daya masukan MPPT lebih tinggi dibandingkan daya keluaran, dengan efisiensi tipikal sebesar 99,66%. Peningkatan suhu udara membuat tegangan sedikit menurun, dan daya yang dihasilkan meningkat cukup besar seiring dengan naiknya suhu udara. Peda penelitian terlihat bahwa radiasi ultraviolet (UV) meningkat secara signifikan seiring dengan peningkatan suhu lingkungan.Kata kunci: efisiensi, faktor lingkungan, fotovoltaik, analisis statistik, termoelektrik ABSTRACTRecently, using renewable energy sources is one option in answering the challenge of the energy crisis. The hybrid photovoltaic-thermoelectric power generation system is a solution that combines the advantages of converting both light and heat energy from the sun, which needs to be studied. This study discussed the increase in efficiency in a hybrid solar panel-thermoelectric power generation and its relationship to the influence of environmental factors. The data acquisition is based on the computational analyses of multivariate statistics, such as regressions, correlations, boxplots and principal component analysis. It showed the input power of the MPPT was higher than the output power, with a typical efficiency of 99.66%. The rising air temperature decreased the voltages and generated power considerably, increasing as the air temperature rose. Finally, the ultraviolet (UV) radiation increased significantly as the ambient temperature rose.Keywords: efficiency, environmental factor, photovoltaic, statistical analysis, thermoelectric

Abstract

The goal of technology refresh initiatives is to spread awareness of suggested technological advancements, particularly those created by the Maritime and Fisheries Research and Development Agency. However, there is a disparity between the technological needs at the community level and the available technology in different regions. The extent of this disparity varies depending on the region's potential and the carrying capacity of its human resources. A number of inferences can be drawn, including: 1. According to the participants, this activity is very helpful for expanding knowledge, particularly in the area of technology, which serves as the basis for technical advise. With varying degrees of progress, participants' knowledge increased. Naturally, this has to do with the participants' varied educational and professional backgrounds (capture and aquaculture), as well as the potential of the fisheries in their respective regions and the range of information offered.

Abstract

Based on data collected by the Magelang Regency Livestock and Fisheries Service, in 2021 the average consumption of fishery products will reach 25,000 tons and caught fish will reach 300 tons (Tribun Jogja, 2022). This data is inversely related to the level of fish consumption in Magelang Regency. The level of fish consumption needs to be increased because it greatly affects health and nutritional intake, especially for children and the elderly. Based on this data, efforts are needed to increase fish consumption. One of them is that the use of the yard can be optimized to meet daily food needs, or what is often called sustainable food. The application method given in the field is by providing training to the women of Pringtali hamlet Rt 04/Rw 02 and Rt 03/Rw 02. The training consisted of aquaponic cultivation techniques and making cultivated fish samosas. Based on the results of the service, it can be concluded that all participants stated that they liked and were interested in taking part in training activities, being able to make or take part in training on aquaponic cultivation, and making catfish samosas, participants stated that the material presented by the presenting team or presenters was clear. The resulting output was the formation of 5 family groups that implemented aquaponics and catfish cultivation.

Abstract

Betta fish (Betta sp.) is an ornamental fish that is in great demand by ornamental fish lovers. The characteristics and features of male Betta fish have a higher economic value than female Betta fish. One way to increase the number of male Betta fish to meet market demand is by masculinization. Fish masculinization strategies can be carried out by administering synthetic androgen hormones in the form of 17α-methyltestosterone (MT). Masculinization of fish using MT shows success in fish in increasing the number of male individuals compared to without hormone administration. The use of the synthetic hormone 17α-methyltestosterone has been prohibited in aquaculture activities because it is difficult to degrade naturally and has the potential to pollute the environment. Several other ingredients that can be used as alternatives to replace synthetic hormones are honey. This research uses honey from different types of bees with the aim of getting the best results for the percentage of male Betta fish in masculinization efforts. CRD research method (Completely Randomized Design) with 3 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments applied were T1 (Apis cerana), T2 (Apis mellifera), T3 (Trigona sp.). The best treatment was T3 (Trigona sp.) which had an effect and was very significantly different with a male percentage of 82,63 % followed by T2 (Apis mellifera) which had an effect and was not significantly different with a male percentage of 71,06 %, and T1 (Apis cerana) had an effect. and not significantly different from the male percentage of 64,45 %.

Abstract

Manajemen pengelolaan pada workshop dan laboratorium merupakan suatu ilmu pengetahuan yang mempelajari tentang apa, bagaimana, dan mengapa suatu workshop dan laboratorium dikelola untuk mencapai tujuan institusional pendidikan. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan UNS merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan formal guna meningkatkan sumberdaya manusia didunia industri maupun dunia usaha. Sehingga harus diadakan manajemen pengelolaan workshop dan laboratorium yang terstruktur agar tercapai kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa workshop kayu Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan UNS pada beberapa variabel yang meliputi variabel perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih didapati hambatan. Hambatan tersebut berupa alat yang sudah tua, mekanisme pengajuan pengadaan yang sedikit sulit, keterbatasan anggaran, keterlambatan bahan, masih kurangnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia atau laboran dalam workshop kayu PTB UNS untuk dapat merawat dan memperbaiki seluruh mesin kerja alat yang dimiliki, sulit dilakukannya pengawasan saat berlangsungnya praktikum pada workshop kayu PTB UNS dikarenakan kesibukan dosen dan juga didapati keterlambatan datang mahasiswa praktik pada saat akan dimulainya pelaksanaan praktik. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk dapat mengatasi faktor-faktor hambatan tersebut meliputi pengadaan lebih untuk perbaikan sarana dan prasarana dalam workshop kayu PTB UNS, meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia atau laboran agar dapat memelihara keseluruhan laboratorium yang dimiliki program studi PTB, perlu dilakukan pengawasan yang lebih ketat lagi pada saat penggunaan sarana dan prasarana yang ada pada workshop kayu PTB UNS, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat kooperatif pada saat pelaksanaan praktikum yang berlangung.

Abstract

Spiny Eel (Mastacembelidae family) is a freshwater fish that lives in various types of waters. Spiny eel is a potential fish that is still very rarely researched and developed. Continuous fishing has resulted decreasing number on spiny eel in the nature. This study aims to find out how the ecological and biological aspect of spiny eel in the Elo River, Magelang City, Central Java. This study used a random sampling method with minimum sample of 30 spiny eel from the wild. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation and by conducting a review of previous research literatures. The research results showed that the habitat of the spiny eel in the Elo River was suitable for the spiny eel to live in. There were three types of spiny eel obtained, namely Macrognathus circumcinctus, Macrognatus maculatus dan Mastacembelus unicolor with a total number of 36. Spiny eel has a negative allometric length growth pattern. The sex ratio of the spiny eel is 1.4:1. The majority of gonadal maturity level are in second stage. The average of GSI (gonadosomatic index) of male and female were 0.727% and 1.621%. Fecundity of female fish ranged from 2614 – 46233 eggs. Theoritical age is divided into three, Macrognathus circumcinctus, Macrognatus maculatus dan Mastacembelus unicolor have the average of 3.8, 7.27 and 4.67 months. Spiny eel really loved worms and crustaceans (crab and shrimp / prawn) as their main feed (IP 38.83%) and (IP 39.67%) then shrimp / prawn as their complementary feed (IP 14,63%) aquatic microinvertebratae for their additional feed (IP 4.73%) and left with unidentified feed (IP 1.15%).

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia menawarkan alternatif litigasi penyelesaian gagal bayar gadai emas, antara lain melalui diskusi, mediasi, dan arbitrase. Litigasi adalah suatu pilihan jika tiga strategi pertama gagal. Bank Syariah Indonesia mendengarkan perkara perdata, termasuk wanprestasi dalam perjanjian gadai emas. Bank Syariah Indonesia menawarkan kompromi kepada nasabahnya, termasuk pelepasan emas yang dijadikan jaminan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji proses penyelesaian gagal bayar gadai emas yang dilakukan Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Panjang serta alasan-alasan yang mempersulit penyelesaian gagal bayar tersebut. Penelitian ini mengambil pendekatan empiris, yuridis, pengumpulan informasi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan tinjauan literatur yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi deskriptif analitik. Sumber primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk analisis ini. Cedera Janji pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Panjang diperiksa untuk mengetahui proses penyelesaian dan permasalahan yang menghambat penyelesaian.
