Abstract

In the Qur'an, knowledge is seen as something special that makes humans superior to other creatures. The importance of instilling religious and spiritual values ​​in general learning is to increase faith and piety to God Almighty in respecting the universe. The research aims to see how the integration of the Qur'an is implemented in the teaching and learning process, in which the Qur'an is science based on revelation, the hadith of the prophet, and the ijtihad of the scholars, while general science is based on human reasoning based on empirical data, through research. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological research type. In this study, the sampling technique used was snowball and purposive. The procedures and techniques used in collecting data in this study are qualitative: observation, FGD, and documentation. The stages of this study presented three stages, namely 1) the pre-field stage, 2) the fieldwork stage, and 3) the data analysis stage. The result of the research is that integrating the Al-Qur'an in the teaching and learning process can be applied well, with efforts to provide training related to the integration of the Al-Qur'an. Implementing Al-Qur'an integration is carried out by internalizing Al-Qur'an values ​​through studies in learning that can be carried out with curriculum integration, learning integration, and integration of Islamization of science.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan beban kerja terhadap intention to stay yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan berjumlah 103 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berupa google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan program statistik SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan beban kerja positif dalam mempengaruhi intention to stay. Kepuasan kerja positif dalam mempengaruhi intention to stay dan memediasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan beban kerja dengan hasil yang positif terhadap intention to stay. This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership style and workload on intention to stay which is mediated by job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Majestic Lasting. The population in the study were all company employees totaling 103 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of google form. This study uses the SmartPLS statistical program. The results showed that transformational leadership style and workload positively influenced intention to stay. Job satisfaction is positive in influencing intention to stay and mediating transformational leadership style and workload with positive outcomes towards intention to stay.

Abstract

The enforcement of terrorism cases in Indonesia still has several problems, including the inability to implement Government Regulation Number 77 of 2019 concerning the Prevention of Criminal Acts of Terrorism, and Protection of Investigators, Public Prosecutors, Judges, and Correctional Officers, and the centralized handling of Terrorism cases in Jakarta. In all entities, the enforcement of criminal acts of terrorism is part of the legal structure according to Lawrence M Friedmen's theory which is often used as legal system theory. In this research, the method used is normative juridical research, besides that the research is carried out with a statutory approach, and a case approach. The results showed that Government Regulation Number 77 of 2019 concerning the Prevention of Criminal Acts of Terrorism and the Protection of Investigators, Public Prosecutors, Judges, and Correctional Officers, is still difficult to implement. This is because the guidelines in protecting investigators, public prosecutors, judges, and correctional officers and their families in the case of criminal acts of terrorism who must be given protection by the state from possible threats that endanger themselves, their lives, and/or their property both before, during, and after the case examination process, have not been institutionalized in a regulation or policy by the government to the fullest, based on research, this takes time, not only synergy between stakeholders, such as the budget policy of the finance ministry to the ministry of home affairs and other institutions to sit together to overcome the problems of government regulation number 77 of 2019. On the other hand, the centralized handling of terrorism cases in Jakarta is a priority consideration for the government so that the security factor of the central government in the capital is maximized.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji Disiplin Kerja Pribadi dalam Memediasi Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian adalah karyawan PT Monokem Suya Karawang. Data penelitian berasal dari kuesioner. Analisis model struktural diolah menggunakan SMART-PLS 3.0. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 174 orang karyawan dengan sampel pria sebanyak 170 orang dan wanita sebanyak 4 orang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Pribadi dapat memediasi Motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Serta Disiplin Pribadi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.The purpose of this research is to test the research model which states that personal work discipline mediates motivation and the work environment on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with the research sample being employees of PT Monokem Suya Karawang using direct distribution of questionnaires. The research model processed analized by SMART-PLS 3.0. The population in this study were 174 employees with 170 male samples and 4 female samples. This research shows that Personal Discipline can mediate Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. And Personal Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in driving regional economic growth, creating employment opportunities, and improving community welfare. In Indonesia, the majority of MSME actors are women (womenpreneurs) who are actively involved in various local economic sectors. However, many of these womenpreneurs still face challenges in formulating systematic business plans and fulfilling business legality requirements.This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of female MSME actors—particularly members of the Persaudaraan Muslimah (Salimah) organization in Pangkalpinang City—in designing business models using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and to increase awareness of the importance of business legality, such as obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB). The activity was carried out through training, outreach, interactive discussions, and simulations of BMC formulation and legality registration via the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.To assess the effectiveness of the training, pre-tests and post-tests were conducted with the participants. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of the BMC concept and business legality, as well as a positive change in their attitudes and readiness to apply both to their businesses. Therefore, this activity has proven effective in encouraging womenpreneurs to develop their businesses in a more structured, formal, and sustainable manner through proper business planning and compliance with business regulations.
