Abstract

AbstractThe concept of self is the view or opinion of a person about himself covering everything he has both physical and psychological. How an individual thinks about his own image and all of his abilities. This study aims to (1) describe the social self-concept of Tri Murni Padang Panjang's childcare institutions, (2) describe the emotional self-concept of adolescents in Tri Murni Padang Panjang childcare institutions, (3) describe the moral self-concept of adolescent orphanage children Tri Murni Padang Panjang, (4) describes the cognitive self-concept of adolescents at Tri Murni Padang Panjang social care institutions. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were Tri Murni Padang Panjang children orphanages. The research subjects were limited to only orphanages in middle and high school with a total of 89 people. The research was carried out by administering questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed by percentage analysis. Abstract

Readiness is the condition of a person who makes him ready to respond in a certain way to the situation. This study aims to (1) describe the readiness of classroom teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in primary schools throughout Padang viewed from the aspect of knowledge, (2) describe the readiness of class teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in elementary schools throughout Padang City viewed from aspects skills, (3) describe the readiness of class teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in primary schools throughout the city of Padang viewed from the aspect of attitude. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of the study came from elementary school (SD) teachers throughout the city of Padang totaling 429 teachers in grades 4, 5 and 6. Samples were taken using Cluster random sampling techniques, so that the number of samples was 37 teachers of grades 4, 5, and 6. The research was carried out by administering the questionnaire instrument. Data is analyzed by percentage analysis. The research findings show the results of the readiness of class teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in elementary schools throughout the city of Padang in the good category. Abstract

AbstrakKesiapan adalah kondisi seseorang yang membuatnya siap untuk memberi respon dalam cara tertentu terhadap situasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang dilihat dari aspek pengetahuan, (2) mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang dilihat dari aspek keterampilan, (3) mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang dilihat dari aspek sikap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berasal dari guru kelas sekolah dasar (SD) se-Kota Padang berjumlah 429 orang guru kelas 4, 5 dan 6. Sampel diambil menggunakan tekhnik Cluster random sampling, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang guru kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengadministrasikan insytrumen angket. Data dianalisisi dengan analisis persentase. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang berada pada kategori baik.Kata kunci: Kesiapan guru, Bimbingan dan Konseling di SD

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen and Region V Lhokseumawe City based on the realization of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) collection, Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee (BBN-KB) services. Analysis was carried out using independent two mean test statistics with t-statistics. The research results show that; A). The performance level of Samsat UPTD Region IV Bireuen in terms of the PKB Realization aspect during 2010 - 2021 is on average better than the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. B). The performance level of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen from the aspect of BBN-KB Realization during 2010 - 2021 is also better on average, although not significantly different from the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. C). The diversity of PKB and BBN-KB income at the Samsat IV Bireuen office varies more between years than at Samsat V Lhokseumawe

Abstract

The coal mining industry plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, but also faces major challenges related to environmental and social sustainability. Thus, with increasing awareness of environmental and social issues, mining companies are expected to implement sustainable business strategies and good corporate governance (GCG) practices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of business strategy and good corporate governance on the sustainability performance of coal mining companies. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and annual reports. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that business strategy and good corporate governance have an effect on the corporate sustainability of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program lintas sektor dalam penanganan stunting di Kabupaten Sinjai, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program lintas sektor dalam penanganan stunting di Kabupaten Sinjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program lintas sektor dalam penanganan stunting di Kabupaten Sinjai dapat dilihat dari adanya program pemerintah seperti pemberian makanan tambahan untuk ibu hamil dan balita, penyuluhan dan edukasi, serta pemberian bantuan sosial. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung implementasi Program Lintas Sektor dalam Penanganan Stunting di Kabupaten Sinjai terdiri dari SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) dan anggaran yang tersedia, pembagian tugas antar sektor yang terlibat. Sedangkan faktor penghambat terdiri dari kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, penyaluran bantuan untuk anak stunting yang belum merata, dan penanganan stunting yang belum memadai di masing-masing OPD terkait. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk mencari informasi terkait stunting baik sebelum menikah maupun setelah memiliki anak, ikut serta dan melakukan pemeriksaan rutin ke posyandu atau puskesmas terdekat, diharapkan Dinas Sosial menyalurkan bantuan stunting secara merata karena stunting tidak mengenal perbedaan status sosial. Dan diharapkan pemerintah dalam hal penanganan stunting menambah petugas gizi di setiap wilayah di Kabupaten Sinjai.

Abstract

This paper aimed to examine how the commissioners board and the board of directors impact tax avoidance, while also considering gender diversity as a moderating factor. This study analyzes all coal industry companies listed on the IDX (2020-2022) using purposeful sampling (48 data points). Multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) were employed to examine variable relationships and moderating effects. The t-test results showed a noteworthy impact from both the board of commissioners and the board of directors on tax evasion. The significance value for the board of commissioners' impact was 0.014, which was below the threshold of 0.05. Similarly, the significance value for the board of directors' impact was 0.037, also below the threshold of 0.05. This suggests that both governing bodies had a noteworthy effect on tax avoidance. The F-test indicated that both the board of commissioners and the board of directors had a significant impact on tax avoidance as their significance values were less than 0.05. This suggests that both boards had a combined influence on tax avoidance. Additionally, the MRA test demonstrated that the inclusion of gender diversity in the board of commissioners led to a notable effect on tax avoidance, with a significance level lower than 0.05. Likewise, the presence of various genders in the board of directors had a notable impact on tax evasion, with a significance level lower than 0.05. These findings suggest that gender diversity may influence the dynamics between the board of commissioners, board of directors, and tax avoidance practices.

Abstract

This paper examines how service quality affects satisfaction and trust among its participants of BPJS Employment which is the employment insurance agency of the state in Indonesia. Based on SERVQUAL approach, the study decomposes service quality into its five central dimensions, which include; service tangibles, service reliability, service responsiveness, service assurance, and service empathy, and determines their ability to predict satisfaction among the participants. An explanatory quantitative study with a structured questionnaire given to 370 sampled participants was used in the study; the samples had been stratified randomly. Using regression and mediation tests, it can be found that each dimension of service quality has a significant impact on satisfaction and, among them, empathy (beta= 0.242) and responsiveness (beta= 0.226) are the most notable ones. Trust is also majorly affected by satisfaction (beta = 0.456) and the ability of satisfaction as mediator between service quality and trust is confirmed using a Sobel test (z = 5.75, p < 0.001). The results are convincing of the essential roles of emotionally intelligent and participant-service in administration in social welfare institutions whose interpersonal treatment can be more vital than structural efficiency in establishment institutional legitimacy. In addition to verifying existing theories, the present research will provide theoretical progress in the literature on management as it shows the role of satisfaction as the strategic mediator of the process of building trust, not just as the evaluative final state.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam melakukan pengobatan lupus adalah kebanyakan obat untuk terapi yang diberikan belum mendapat pengesahan sehingga masih termasuk dalam golongan obat off label untuk pengobatan lupus. Penggunaan obat off label dapat membawa potensi kejadian efek samping pada pasien Lupus yang berdampak peningkatan biaya kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran biaya kesehatan pada pasien lupus yang menggunakan obat off label pada terapinya, sebagai evaluasi terpadu dalam mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas hidup dan menjamin perawatan yang tepat pada pasien Lupus. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan menggunakan cara survey untuk melihat kejadian efek samping penggunaan obat-obatan off label pada pasien lupus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian prospektif yang dilakukan dengan mengobservasi pasien lupus untuk mengetahui biaya kesehatan yang dikeluarkan dalam terapi yang menggunakan obat off label. Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden terbanyak berada pada usia dewasa (19 responden atau 47,5%), kemudian responden terbanyak adalah perempuan (37 responden atau 92,5%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dengan jelas bahwa gambaran biaya Kesehatan dalam penggunaan obat off label pengobatan penyakit Lupus yang paling tinggi yaitu 2 kombinasi obat off label Metylprednisolon dan Imuran sebesar Rp.313.285. Kemudian biaya terendah yaitu penggunaan monoterapi metylprednisolon sebesar Rp.5.833.
