Abstract

The purpose of this study is to utilize the Markowitz Model to build an optimal portfolio of stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 to 2023, focusing on stocks in the IDX30 index. Based on information from KSEI, the public premium in capital market speculation continues to increase. On that basis, this study is important to be conducted in order to provide a reference for the public to invest. The IDX30 index was chosen as the subject of the study because it includes stocks with large market capitalization, high liquidity, and stable financial conditions. This study determines the optimal fund allocation for each stock and examines stocks in the IDX30 index from 2019 to 2023 that are worthy of consideration for inclusion in the optimal portfolio. In this test, it produces four stocks that become the optimal portfolio with the most extreme profits, namely ADRO 16.12%, BBCA 65.97%, BBRI 4.13%, and ICBP 13.76% with a return of 1.01% and a risk of 0.22%. In contrast, the minimum risk consists of ADRO of 5.29%, BBCA of 26.14%, CPIN of 13.91%, ICBP of 16.17%, INDF of 8%, KLBF of 0.48%, TLKM of 13.47%, and UNVR of 16.55%, with a risk of 0.1% and an expected portfolio return of 0.11%.

Abstract

The song Asmalibrasi is one of the songs from Soegi Bornean. The song's lyrics use a lot of diction that is rarely used in everyday language. There is an assumption that terminology and the song flow become a sign and carry a particular message, so further study is needed. Among several theories related to symbols and meanings, Roland Barthes' theory of Semiotics which has the concept of connotative meaning and myth, is considered appropriate to be used as an analytical knife in this study. It is because there is a meaning in the second stage that can help reveal a connotative message and its myth. This research looks for the sign system's shape and the myths that appear in the song. Analysis of this study revealed that the music expresses the phenomenon of love and affection that lovers are experiencing. This song is considered revolutionary because some expressions describe the meanings in the form of the value of kindness and happiness in a romantic relationship, represented by beautiful lyrics. Some of the connotative meanings in the data indicate the existence of one myth that influences the song's narrative and becomes the main ideology, namely loyalty.

Abstract

The policy of developing Nusantara Capital City was made by the government to reduce inequality between islands in Indonesia. East Kalimantan, which has tropical rainforests, was chosen as the destination for the development of Nusantara Capital City. The selection of East Kalimantan as the main development destination certainly has an impact on the environmental ecosystem in the forest area in the development area of Nusantara Capital City. This research analyzes the impact and government efforts in dealing with environmental ecosystem problems in the development area of Ibu Kota Nusantara. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method which is expected to help in the process of problem identification. This research sees that the development of Nusantara Capital City can have the potential for deforestation, environmental damage, water pollution to degradation of soil quality. The government provides efforts by issuing Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the development of the Nusantara Capital City which focuses on environmental protection and management by using the Forest City concept, reforesting and restoring ecosystems and conducting Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) to realize the development of the Nusantara Capital City with environmental ecosystem sustainability.

Abstract

Rabies can attack all types of warm-blooded animals and humans. Symptoms of rabies in humans usually begin with fever, headache, difficulty swallowing, fear of water, sensitivity to wind and sound stimuli and end in death. Control of rabies is generally done by vaccination and elimination of stray/wild dogs, in addition to socialization programs and supervision of rabies-transmitting animal traffic (HPR). While in early marriage, it has a negative impact on teenagers and when living in a family, early marriage can be caused by several   factors,   namely,   social   factors,   economic   factors, educational factors. Abstract

The proliferation of network information algorithms (NIAs) in contemporary society has sparked significant ethical concerns regarding their societal impact. This study investigates the influence of NIAs on social interactions, decision-making processes, and the perpetuation of structural biases through a multidisciplinary perspective (Ananny, 2023). The findings reveal that while NIAs enhance operational efficiency across various domains, they also introduce ethical challenges, including privacy infringements, systemic inequities, and algorithmic opacity, which threaten social justice. Employing Ananny’s (2023) conceptual framework—which categorizes NIAs into three dimensions: encounters, observation, and probability/temporality—this research deconstructs the operational mechanisms of these algorithms. The analysis demonstrates that NIAs not only replicate historical biases but also engender new forms of discrimination through ostensibly neutral predictive processes. For example, algorithm-driven recruitment systems may perpetuate gender disparities if their training data reflects prior discriminatory practices (Crawford, 2021). This study underscores the inextricable link between technological ethics and societal context, arguing that an overreliance on algorithmic systems risks undermining human autonomy (Zuboff, 2019). The originality of this research lies in its integration of computational ethics theory with empirical case studies, such as the deployment of NIAs in mass surveillance, where privacy is often compromised in pursuit of perceived security. To ensure academic rigor, the arguments are developed through a critical comparison with prior research (e.g., Mittelstadt et al., 2016), while avoiding redundancy in phrasing or structure. Scholars such as Floridi (2019) emphasize the necessity of algorithmic transparency in regulatory frameworks. However, critics like Noble (2018) argue that technical solutions alone are inadequate; structural reforms in data governance and corporate accountability are essential to mitigate the misuse of NIAs. In response, this study proposes an ethical framework that not only addresses technical risk mitigation but also incorporates civic participation in algorithmic decision-making processes. The ethical implications of NIAs necessitate a holistic approach that integrates principles of data justice, independent algorithmic auditing, and public digital literacy. Future research should explore inclusive models of algorithmic governance, particularly in developing nations where regulatory frameworks often lag behind technological advancements. This study concludes with a reflective inquiry: How can algorithmic accountability be ensured if developers lack transparency regarding data sources and programming logic? By addressing these questions, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical governance of NIAs and their societal implications.
