Pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadits di kelas VIII MTs Babussalam Besilam menjadi mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik. Hasil ulangan harian rata-rata nilainya di bawah standar ketuntasan dimana dari 23 siswa yang mendapat nilainya diatas KKM 70, karena guru kurang menggunakan metode dan media dalam proses belajar mengajar sehinggga mengakibatkan rendahnya minat hasil belajar siswa dalam membaca Al-Quran. Oleh karena itu guru harus berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa di MTs Babussalam Besilam. Penelitian ini menggunakan media Gadget dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadits, dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan membaca Al-Quran siswa dengan menggunakan Gadget di kelas VIII MTs Babussalam Besilam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa, selanjutnya tes kemampuan membaca Al-Quran.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aktivitas guru pada siklus dikategorikan (baik) yaitu dengan nilai 75,51 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi (baik sekali) dengan nilai 91,66. (2) Adapun aktivitas siswa pada siklus I dikategorikan (baik) yaitu dengan nilai 79,50. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi (baik sekali) dengan nilai 87,07. (3) Hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam membaca Al- Quran mengalami peningkatan dengan penggunaan Gadget, yaitu pada siklus I nilai rata-rata 73,91 dan meningkat pada siklus II yaitu menjadi 91,30.

The Healthy Family Index (IKS) is an index that shows family health status through 12 indicators. <The purpose of the study was to determine the achievement of the Healthy Family Index in the community who do metatah in Rawamangun Village, Sukamaju District, North Luwu Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population is a Hindu community with a sample size of 180 households with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. <The results showed that there were 1 household in the healthy category (0.6%), 33 households in the pre-healthy category (18.3%), and 146 households in the unhealthy category (81.2%). Most of Rawamangun Village is categorized as unhealthy households. Therefore, the researchers suggest that health workers should increase socialization related to health, especially JKN. In addition, researchers also advise local health workers to conduct counseling related to the benefits of using family planning for couples of childbearing age (PUS), as well as the dangers of smoking for health so that IKS in Rawamangun Village can increase. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the Analysis of the Impact of Political Policy on Economic Development in Aceh Post-Conflict. The method of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively describe how the Impact Analysis of Political Policy on Economic Development in Aceh Post-Conflict. In this study, the author optimally uses two types of data sources were used in this study: primary and secondary. This study's findings are that post-conflict political policies in Aceh have had a significant impact on economic development, especially through special autonomy, reintegration programs, infrastructure investment, and natural resource management. Despite progress, challenges such as corruption, inequality, and sustainability still need to be overcome to ensure that Aceh's economic development can survive and provide equitable benefits to the entire community. Aceh's post-conflict economy has shown significant progress, supported by special autonomy policies, post-disaster rehabilitation, and economic diversification efforts. However, challenges such as dependence on natural resources, inequality, and governance issues still need to be overcome to achieve sustainable development. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, analitis, dan kritis. Oleh karena itu, penulis dapat menggambarkan secara komprehensif bagaimana Analisis Dampak Kebijakan Politik terhadap Pembangunan Ekonomi di Aceh Pasca-Konflik. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis secara optimal menggunakan dua jenis sumber data: primer dan sekunder. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan politik pasca-konflik di Aceh telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi, terutama melalui otonomi khusus, program reintegrasi, investasi infrastruktur, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Meskipun ada kemajuan, tantangan seperti korupsi, ketimpangan, dan keberlanjutan masih perlu diatasi untuk memastikan bahwa pembangunan ekonomi Aceh dapat bertahan dan memberikan manfaat yang merata bagi seluruh masyarakat. Ekonomi Aceh pasca-konflik telah menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan, didukung oleh kebijakan otonomi khusus, rehabilitasi pascabencana, dan upaya diversifikasi ekonomi. Namun, tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada sumber daya alam, ketimpangan, dan masalah tata kelola masih perlu diatasi untuk mencapai pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, Aceh memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi provinsi yang makmur dan stabil secara ekonomi di masa depan. Kebijakan politik di Aceh pasca-konflik, terutama yang terkait dengan otonomi khusus, telah menyebabkan perubahan signifikan dalam dinamika sosial, ekonomi, dan politik provinsi tersebut, termasuk perkembangan partai politik lokal, penerapan syariat Islam, dan faktor lainnya.

This research is motivated by the important role of sasirangan cloth artisan in preserving local culture with diverse creativity. The aim of this research is to determine creativity in an effort to increase sales in terms of Islamic economics and the obstacles faced by artisan. This research is field research, with a qualitative approach. The research location is Sasirangan Village, Banjarmasin City. Data was obtained using interviews, with data processing techniques, then analyzed qualitatively and referring to the theoretical basis. The research results obtained are first, the creativity of Sasirangan cloth artisan in Sasirangan Village in an effort to increase sales in terms of Islamic economics is painting their own motifs, adding creations, participating in exhibitions, modifying motifs, using natural materials. Second, the obstacles faced by sasirangan cloth business artisan in Sasirangan Village in carrying out creativity are labor resource constraints, policy constraints regarding time regulations and constraints on raw materials, synthetic and natural dyes used in dyeing sasirangan cloth.

Productivity is an important factor for determining the success of a project, if employee work productivity always experiences a significant increase from time to time, the company will easily achieve the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of labor productivity in the construction project of the culinary center tower and souvenirs in Palopo City. The variables studied include labor productivity as the dependent variable and compensation, knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes, behavior as independent variables. The method used in the analysis process is the Prerequisite Analysis Test and the Multiple Linear Regression Hypothesis Test. Results of this Research. Factors that have a significant positive effect on Workforce Productivity include: Compensation, Skills, Capability, Behavior, While factors that have a not significant positive effect are Knowledge and Attitudes. Of the several factors that have a significant positive effect, there is a variable that has the most influence with a value below 0.05, namely the behavioral factor variable.

The Engineering Test Service Activity management system in the company that is carried out is still not structured and with manual processes it will cause Ticket and Repair data storage systems as well as Preventive Maintenance and Calibration data, as well as data search and manufacture are very time consuming. This of course will be very detrimental to the company because it will have an impact on production output so that it does not satisfy all foreign companies that are customers of PT. Honeywell Aerospace Indonesia, which is a company engaged in the electronics sector for the manufacture of aircraft navigation instruments. This research is intended to build an application program that is most popular and popular to speed up the implementation of a process. The application program used is built with a structured input method and also automatically exists and only prints when needed. The Engineering Test Service (ETS) Activity management application can provide good results in processing the required data. The software used by the author as a tool in this study is the Visual Basic Access Database Program Application. The final result of the research is in the form of an application program that can process data and present data instantly with just a click with the menu form one for all (one for all).

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara induktif deduktif, komperatif, deskriptif dan interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa konsep dasar menurut Al-Mawardi dalam kitab Adab Ad-dunya Wa Ad-din menghendaki kegiatan kependidikan dilakukan untuk melatih pola kerja akal secara terus menerus dalam merespon lingkungan. Bentuk kegiatannya bisa dilakukan dengan mengisi akal dengan pengetahuan kognitif serta memperteguh keimanan. Penekanan pada proses ini adalah bagaimana pendidikan memberikan kebebasan kepada anak didik untuk menjadi mandiri. Pendidikan dalam hal ini lebih ditekankan pada aspek anak didik. Konsep pendidikan Islam Al-Mawardi sangat relevan dengan pendidikan masa kini, hal ini dengan meliat pendidikan saat ini yang mengalami kemerosotan mengenai akhlak, karena hanya berfokus pada kecerdasan dan intelektualnya tanpa diimbangi dengan nilai-nilai akhlak yang mulia, sedangkan konsep pendidikan Islam Al-Mawardi menghendaki proses tersebut dapat menghasilkan output pendidikan yang memiliki kekuatan sepiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kecerdasan serta akhlak mulia.

This article aims to understand the science of Rijal al-Hadith and al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil in an easy-to-understand way, as well as serve as a crucial test tool to assess the quality of the narrator of the hadith in terms of weaknesses (jarh) and excellence (ta'dil). The approach used in this study is a literature study, which involves an in-depth search and analysis of various related literature. The studies found in an effort to understand Rijal al-Hadith and al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil include several important points that are systematic. First, the discussion begins with the basics of the science of Jarh wa Ta'dil, which includes its terminological and etymological definition, its strong theological-rational foundation in maintaining the authenticity of Islamic teachings, and the history of its development from the early days of Islam to become an established discipline. Furthermore, this article also outlines the levels of Jarh wa Ta'dil itself, which are vital in determining the degree of credibility of a hadith narrator. By comprehensively understanding these fundamental aspects, it is hoped that readers will not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also be able to better appreciate the importance of the role of Rijal al-Hadith and al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil in contemporary hadith studies. This understanding will increase awareness of how the process of carefully assessing the narrator of the hadith can directly influence and guarantee the validity and authority of a hadith in the broad and complex Islamic scientific tradition. This confirms the strategic position of the two sciences as guardians of the purity of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

This research is motivated by the mushrooming growth of coffee shops in Banjarmasin at this time, in fact, in almost every corner of the city of Banjarmasin there are many coffee shops standing. Kopi 1815 Banjarmasin is always busy with visitors and has loyal customers, has indoor and outdoor venues as well as an indoor smoking room. This makes the author interested in knowing the effect of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction at the coffee shop 1815 Jalan Mahat Kasan Gatot Subroto Banjarmasin. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence of the Experiential marketing variable on coffee consumer satisfaction at 1815 Jalan Mahat Kasan Gatot Subroto Banjarmasin. From the results of a simple linear regression test, the equation Y= a+ b X or consumer satisfaction= 11.232+ 0.249. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test were 57.9% of customer satisfaction at the 1815 Banjarmasin coffee shop influenced by the Experiential Marketing variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other variables such as Marketing Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, and other variables outside this research.

This study aims to analyze the ability of teachers to prepare test instruments using Quizizz in the formative evaluation of Qur’an Hadith learning at MTs DDI Taqwa, as well as to examine the effectiveness of its implementation and students’ responses toward it. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research was conducted through field observations and in-depth interviews with Islamic Education (PAI) teachers at MTs DDI Taqwa, Parepare City. The qualitative paradigm used seeks to understand comprehensively the teacher’s performance and students’ experiences in applying Quizizz Paper Mode within the formative evaluation process.The findings reveal that teachers demonstrated a good level of competence in preparing test instruments using Quizizz Paper Mode. They were able to design items aligned with the Qur’an Hadith curriculum, considering question difficulty, and integrating cognitive aspects in accordance with learning objectives. The implementation of Quizizz in paper format presents an innovative alternative in assessment, especially in schools with limited access to digital technology. Despite the paper-based format, this method successfully preserves fairness, maintains engagement, and adapts the advantages of digital quizzes into a traditional testing environment. Moreover, students’ responses toward formative evaluations using Quizizz Paper Mode were highly positive. They expressed enthusiasm, found the tests more engaging, and showed greater confidence during evaluations. The use of this method also stimulated active learning, enhanced motivation, and created a more enjoyable and interactive learning atmosphere. Overall, the study concludes that Quizizz Paper Mode serves as a practical and effective solution in formative assessments for Qur’an Hadith learning, bridging innovation with contextual educational needs while fostering both teacher creativity and student participation.
