Abstract

The Engineering Test Service Activity management system in the company that is carried out is still not structured and with manual processes it will cause Ticket and Repair data storage systems as well as Preventive Maintenance and Calibration data, as well as data search and manufacture are very time consuming. This of course will be very detrimental to the company because it will have an impact on production output so that it does not satisfy all foreign companies that are customers of PT. Honeywell Aerospace Indonesia, which is a company engaged in the electronics sector for the manufacture of aircraft navigation instruments. This research is intended to build an application program that is most popular and popular to speed up the implementation of a process. The application program used is built with a structured input method and also automatically exists and only prints when needed. The Engineering Test Service (ETS) Activity management application can provide good results in processing the required data. The software used by the author as a tool in this study is the Visual Basic Access Database Program Application. The final result of the research is in the form of an application program that can process data and present data instantly with just a click with the menu form one for all (one for all).

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara induktif deduktif, komperatif, deskriptif dan interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa konsep dasar menurut Al-Mawardi dalam kitab Adab Ad-dunya Wa Ad-din menghendaki kegiatan kependidikan dilakukan untuk melatih pola kerja akal secara terus menerus dalam merespon lingkungan. Bentuk kegiatannya bisa dilakukan dengan mengisi akal dengan pengetahuan kognitif serta memperteguh keimanan. Penekanan pada proses ini adalah bagaimana pendidikan memberikan kebebasan kepada anak didik untuk menjadi mandiri. Pendidikan dalam hal ini lebih ditekankan pada aspek anak didik. Konsep pendidikan Islam Al-Mawardi sangat relevan dengan pendidikan masa kini, hal ini dengan meliat pendidikan saat ini yang mengalami kemerosotan mengenai akhlak, karena hanya berfokus pada kecerdasan dan intelektualnya tanpa diimbangi dengan nilai-nilai akhlak yang mulia, sedangkan konsep pendidikan Islam Al-Mawardi menghendaki proses tersebut dapat menghasilkan output pendidikan yang memiliki kekuatan sepiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kecerdasan serta akhlak mulia.

Abstract

This study discusses the urgency of reforming the zakat law in Indonesia from a voluntary system to a mandatory system from a maslahat perspective. Using a philosophical approach, this study analyzes the potential for optimizing zakat through three main theories: legal certainty, legal utility, and the theory of maslahat. In the context of legal certainty, the mandatory system will provide a solid foundation for implementing zakat, ensuring that every Muslim fulfills this obligation in an orderly manner. Regarding legal benefits, binding regulations are believed to increase the collection of zakat, which is then used for poverty alleviation and economic empowerment. Meanwhile, within the framework of the theory of maslahat, this change in regulations is considered to be able to realize social justice and common welfare as the primary goal of Islamic law. This study concludes that implementing the mandatory zakat system requires strong legal support, infrastructure readiness, and public education to increase collective awareness. This reform is expected to be a strategic solution to optimize the potential of zakat as an Islamic social financial instrument in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan penggunaan e-wallet di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada faktor kepercayaan, kenyamanan, promosi, dan persaingan antar penyedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, di mana seluruh populasi di lokasi penelitian dijadikan sampel, yakni di supermarket Carrefour Kota Makassar. Metode kuantitatif, seperti regresi linear berganda, digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor keamanan (X1) dan kemudahan (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet (Y). Koefisien regresi untuk faktor keamanan adalah 0.748, mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan keamanan meningkatkan minat penggunaan e-wallet. Koefisien regresi untuk faktor kemudahan adalah 0.289, menunjukkan bahwa semakin mudah proses transaksi, semakin besar kemungkinan individu menggunakan e-wallet. Uji simultan (F) menunjukkan bahwa faktor keamanan dan kemudahan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet. Uji parsial (t) mengindikasikan bahwa secara individu, kedua faktor tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya bagi penyedia layanan e-wallet untuk fokus pada aspek keamanan dan kemudahan dalam mengembangkan dan mempromosikan produk mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor keamanan dan kemudahan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk minat penggunaan e-wallet, dengan kedua faktor saling memengaruhi dan meningkatkan minat pengguna. Keamanan dan kemudahan transaksi menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen, sehingga layanan keuangan digital perlu terus ditingkatkan agar lebih inklusif dan aman bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat di Indonesia

Abstract

This article aims to understand the science of Rijal al-Hadith and al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil in an easy-to-understand way, as well as serve as a crucial test tool to assess the quality of the narrator of the hadith in terms of weaknesses (jarh) and excellence (ta'dil). The approach used in this study is a literature study, which involves an in-depth search and analysis of various related literature. The studies found in an effort to understand Rijal al-Hadith and al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil include several important points that are systematic. First, the discussion begins with the basics of the science of Jarh wa Ta'dil, which includes its terminological and etymological definition, its strong theological-rational foundation in maintaining the authenticity of Islamic teachings, and the history of its development from the early days of Islam to become an established discipline. Furthermore, this article also outlines the levels of Jarh wa Ta'dil itself, which are vital in determining the degree of credibility of a hadith narrator. By comprehensively understanding these fundamental aspects, it is hoped that readers will not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also be able to better appreciate the importance of the role of Rijal al-Hadith and al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil in contemporary hadith studies. This understanding will increase awareness of how the process of carefully assessing the narrator of the hadith can directly influence and guarantee the validity and authority of a hadith in the broad and complex Islamic scientific tradition. This confirms the strategic position of the two sciences as guardians of the purity of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the mushrooming growth of coffee shops in Banjarmasin at this time, in fact, in almost every corner of the city of Banjarmasin there are many coffee shops standing. Kopi 1815 Banjarmasin is always busy with visitors and has loyal customers, has indoor and outdoor venues as well as an indoor smoking room. This makes the author interested in knowing the effect of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction at the coffee shop 1815 Jalan Mahat Kasan Gatot Subroto Banjarmasin. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence of the Experiential marketing variable on coffee consumer satisfaction at 1815 Jalan Mahat Kasan Gatot Subroto Banjarmasin. From the results of a simple linear regression test, the equation Y= a+ b X or consumer satisfaction= 11.232+ 0.249. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test were 57.9% of customer satisfaction at the 1815 Banjarmasin coffee shop influenced by the Experiential Marketing variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other variables such as Marketing Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, and other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ability of teachers to prepare test instruments using Quizizz in the formative evaluation of Qur’an Hadith learning at MTs DDI Taqwa, as well as to examine the effectiveness of its implementation and students’ responses toward it. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research was conducted through field observations and in-depth interviews with Islamic Education (PAI) teachers at MTs DDI Taqwa, Parepare City. The qualitative paradigm used seeks to understand comprehensively the teacher’s performance and students’ experiences in applying Quizizz Paper Mode within the formative evaluation process.The findings reveal that teachers demonstrated a good level of competence in preparing test instruments using Quizizz Paper Mode. They were able to design items aligned with the Qur’an Hadith curriculum, considering question difficulty, and integrating cognitive aspects in accordance with learning objectives. The implementation of Quizizz in paper format presents an innovative alternative in assessment, especially in schools with limited access to digital technology. Despite the paper-based format, this method successfully preserves fairness, maintains engagement, and adapts the advantages of digital quizzes into a traditional testing environment. Moreover, students’ responses toward formative evaluations using Quizizz Paper Mode were highly positive. They expressed enthusiasm, found the tests more engaging, and showed greater confidence during evaluations. The use of this method also stimulated active learning, enhanced motivation, and created a more enjoyable and interactive learning atmosphere. Overall, the study concludes that Quizizz Paper Mode serves as a practical and effective solution in formative assessments for Qur’an Hadith learning, bridging innovation with contextual educational needs while fostering both teacher creativity and student participation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of leadership supervision in efforts to improve the performance quality of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Economic Affairs Section at the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of supervision greatly depends on clear objectives, performance indicators, periodic evaluations, and open communication between leaders and staff. Although there are challenges such as ineffective communication and imbalanced workloads, proposed solutions include improving communication and utilizing technology to enhance supervision and employee performance. Optimal supervision has been shown to play a key role in improving PNS performance, with an emphasis on monitoring, evaluation, and skill development. Despite challenges like limited resources and ineffective communication, solutions such as training, open communication, and technology can improve supervision efficiency. Most PNS show a positive attitude towards management and supervision, although there is still room for improvement in communication and skill development. Going forward, it is expected that supervision will become more structured, technology-based, and communicative to support the achievement of organizational goals more efficiently and enhance public service quality.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to address the communication competency gaps in preaching faced by the administrators of the Center for Muslim Student Studies and Preaching (PUSDAMM) at FBS UNM amidst the currents of pluralism and the development of digital campus communication. The solution offered is training and mentoring. This activity is conducted using a proportional method consisting of Counseling, Exercise, Demonstration, and Simulation (each 25%), followed by Reflection. The results of this Community Service Program (PkM) resulted in the implementation of a Da'wah Communication Model based on Re-linguistic principles, which significantly improved partner competencies, as evidenced by the average score increasing from 62.5 to 88.9 in three aspects: expanded conceptual understanding, the ability to design persuasive and linguistically-based da'wah discourse, and the ability to apply the model in field practice. Overall, this activity successfully strengthened the capacity for polite, contextual, and productive da'wah communication, supporting the development of students' religious character.

Abstract

Ventriloquism-based instructional innovation introduces a performative dialogic medium that merges cognitive, affective, moral, and social dimensions of learning into a unified interactive experience. By positioning the puppet as a “dialogue partner,” the approach facilitates psychologically safe communication spaces, reduces speaking anxiety, and transforms abstract concepts into personified narrative forms. This qualitative case study examined the implementation of ventriloquism in an Indonesian secondary school, focusing not only on engagement and learning outcomes but also on its contribution to Islamic values and character development within Islamic education( PAI). Findings show that the method increased active participation by nearly 50%, reduced emotional absenteeism, and strengthened comprehension, empathy, and social confidence. The puppet mediated sensitive moral discussions, enabling students to express ethical reasoning, practice respectful communication (adab al-hiwār), and develop moral courage in a non-threatening environment. The innovation aligns with constructivist, social learning, multimodal, and embodied cognition theories, while also supporting core PAI values such as honesty, responsibility, respect, and compassion. Classroom observations revealed heightened emotional presence, enthusiasm, and communicative bravery when students interacted with the puppet. For teachers, ventriloquism provided a low-cost creative medium to model Islamic character values through storytelling, dialogic reflection, and positive behavioral exemplars. Despite limited formal training, teachers adopted adaptive strategies peer collaboration, handmade puppets, and performative scaffolding which enabled seamless integration across subjects. This article situates ventriloquism within broader debates on interactive learning, performance pedagogy, and value-based instruction, demonstrating that contextualized creative practices can simultaneously enrich classroom engagement and strengthen ethical and religious character formation. Overall, the study affirms that ventriloquism revives learning experiences by making them joyful, value-oriented, and psychologically safe.
