Abstract

Diferences in a political are indeed commonly interpretated. In this research examine the impact of village politics againt the loss of social solidarity which also caused the proccess of the formation of social groups with each other.In this study researchers used field research with an ampirical approach with  data collection methode namely is interview, observation and docuementation with the objectives of research  to determine the social facts of the loss  of social solidarity society the impact of the villages Politicsshoutwest Praya District Cebtral of Lombok. Result and discussion. First, the impact of village politics raises the proccess of forming social groups in society. Second, the loss of social solidarity and community identity. Third, the impact of village politics resluted in a breaktrough or penetration that triggers community religius  patterns that are starting to be deferent and makes limination in  in carrying out their religious acivities with different groups in village politics.Fourth, changes in the pattern of community behavior in caryying out culture activities that are constanly run collectively and harmoniously from a long time and now each of their groups

Abstract

This research analyzes the Effectiveness, Contribution, Efficiency and Elasticity of South Kalimantan Province Tax Revenue on South Kalimantan Province's Original Regional Income (PAD) during 2018 – 2022. This research only focuses on seven types of regional taxes, namely Motor Vehicle Tax, Vehicle Title Transfer Fees Motorbikes, Heavy Equipment Tax, Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax, Surface Water Tax, Cigarette Tax and Opsen Tax on Non-Metal Minerals and Rocks. The method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this research are that the level of regional tax effectiveness only in 2020 was classified as less effective, while in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 it was categorized as effective. Regional tax efficiency during 2018 – 2022 is categorized as efficient. Regional tax contributions varied very well during the observation year. Regional tax elasticity in 2019 and 2021 is inelastic, while in 2018, 2020 and 2022 it is elastic.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of capital expenditure, non-capitalexpenditure, Foreign Investment (PMA), and Domestic Investment (PMDN) on the povertyrate in South Kalimantan Province.This research is quantitative. The data used in this study are secondary data fromSouth Kalimantan Province in 2008-2017. The analysis technique in this study uses multiplelinear regression analyses with time-series data.The results of this study are based on a regression analysis that capital expenditure hasa negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in South Kalimantan, non-capitalspending has a positive and not significant impact on the poverty rate in South Kalimantan,PMA has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in South Kalimantan, andPMDN has a negative and not substantial impact to the poverty rate of South Kalimantan.

Abstract

The aim of research are (1) to know effect partially and simultaneously original local revenues (PAD), revenue sharing funds (DBH), general allocation funds (DAU), special allocation funds (DAK) to regional expenditures (BD) regency/city in South Kalimantan Province, (2) to know occurence flypaper effect phenomenon regency/city in South Kalimantan Province. The object of research are 13 auotonomous region in South Kalimantan Province (11 regencies and 2 cities). The data of research from DJPK Kemenkeu RI and Bakeuda of South Kalimantan Province. Technical analysis used panel data regression and detection flypaper effect with compare coefficient of PAD to DBH, DAU, DAK. The result of research showed by partially and simultaneusly PAD, DBH, DAU, DAK have significant effect to BD regency/city in South Kalimantan Province on 2004-2017 and no occurance flypaper effect because coefficient regression of PAD is greater than coefficent regression of DBH, DAU, DAK.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the financial performance of the local government ofBarito Kuala Regency by using the Financial Ratio Analysis of the Regional Budget andRevenue (APBD) of Barito Kuala Regency in the 2015-2018 Fiscal Year. In this study,the analysis tools used are Regional Financial Performance Analysis and Analysis ofRegional Financial Capabilities. Financial Performance Analysis is measured bycalculating the Independence Ratio, Activity Ratio, Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratio,and Growth Ratio. At the same time, Financial Ability Analysis is measured bycalculating the Routine Ability Index and Fiscal Autonomy Degree Ratio.Based on the results of the calculation of Regional Financial Performance, it canbe concluded that the relationship pattern of regional independence is instructive,meaning that the provincial government is still very dependent on central governmenttransfer funds. Simultaneously, the Activity Ratio level is not balanced, where localgovernments prioritize Indirect Expenditure compared to Direct Expenditure. However,the level of regional effectiveness and efficiency ratio shows a practical and efficientlevel. Based on the average growth ratio shows that growth is fluctuating from year toyear. Change tends to be positive, but Direct Spending shows negative growth. Whilebased on the results of the calculation of Regional Financial Capabilities, it can beconcluded that the results of the analysis of Routine Capacity Index and Fiscal AutonomyDegree Ratio are on a scaling scale, meaning that the financial capacity of Barito Kualadistrict is not yet ideal, because the role of the central government is still very dominant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of village funds in order to improve the welfare of the community in Sungai Batang Villages. In this research using qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in the form of secondary data about the development of effectiveness of the use of Village funds in order to improve the welfare of the community in Sungai Batang Villages. The results of research can be used by local governments to set policies on the use of Village Funds in order to increase the welfare of the community in Sungai Batang Villages. Based ont the results of this study, effectiveness of the use of Village Funds in order to improve the welfare of the community in Sungai Batang Villages is goes according to plan and manages to achieve village targets and development that comes from Village Fund programs in accordance with community expectations also what the community needs according to the results of village development.

Abstract

Mustard greens require an efficient irrigation system to support optimal growth and increase productivity. One irrigation system that can be used is a drip irrigation system. This study designs a smart farming system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Long Range (LoRa) technology to automatically manage drip irrigation in mustard greens. This smart farming system uses a capacitive soil moisture sensor to monitor soil moisture, a soil pH sensor to monitor soil pH, and an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to monitor the water level in the water tank. The microcontroller used in this smart farming system is ESP32 and the communication module used is LoRa SX1278. This smart farming system uses a drip irrigation system that will be displayed on the Blynk application. This system allows remote monitoring of plant conditions and automatic drip irrigation based on soil moisture levels. The results of testing the smart farming system using a drip irrigation system showed the accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor to measure water levels of 96.71%, the soil moisture sensor to measure soil moisture levels of 95.65%, and the soil pH sensor to measure soil pH of 97.46%. Communication using LoRa in areas with minimal interference can reach a distance of up to 321.66 meters. While in areas with a lot of interference it can reach a distance of up to 100 meters. The average LoRa data transmission time is 3.185 seconds

Abstract

The development of AI technology has brought significant innovation to the world of education, simplifying activities and supporting the learning process. However, the adoption of AI in schools is hampered by suboptimal teacher skills, limited technological facilities, funding, human resources, and internet access. As a result, many teachers are less responsive to the use of technology, even though school administration is now shifting to online systems and communication technology contributes significantly to education. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct outreach at SMK Negeri 1 Nisam, North Aceh. The aim of the outreach is to provide understanding and education regarding the use of AI in the learning process in the digital era for participants consisting of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Nisam, North Aceh through outreach activities. In this outreach activity, there is also direct practice in the use of several AI applications so that participants can utilize them in the future learning process. This activity was carried out independently and in collaboration between Lecturers from Esa Unggul University, Lecturers from STAI Ar-Ridho Bagansiapiapi, Lecturers from UIN Sultanah Nahrasiyah Lhokseumawe and students. The outreach included a site survey, problem identification, direct education, and evaluation at SMK Negeri 1 Nisam, North Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam bugar muhammadiyah terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas V SD Negeri Bunut Kota Sukabumi tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest One Grup Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas V SD Negeri Bunut Kota Sukabumi, dengan jumlah sampel yakni 9 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dimana sampel yang diambil memiliki kriteria usia tertentu, yaitu 10-12 tahun. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Program latihan, (2) Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa senam bugar muhammadiyah memberikan pengaruh terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri Bunut Kota Sukabumi. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistika uji T dua sampel berpasanagan, diketahui t hitung 5,547 dan t tabel 1,86. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa t hitung > t tabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa senam bugar muhammadiyah berpengaruh terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas 5 sd negeri bunut kota sukabumi.

Abstract

Abstract:  This study aims to describe the use of Kahoot application in PAI (Islamic Religious Education) learning to improve the understanding of grade 6 students at SDN 105321 Tumpatan Nibung. The research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were PAI teachers and 6th grade students at SDN 105321 Tumpatan Nibung. The results of the study show that: (1) The implementation of the Kahoot application in PAI learning is carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation; (2) The use of the Kahoot application has succeeded in increasing students' understanding of PAI subjects as evidenced by an increase in students' average scores; (3) Supporting factors for the use of Kahoot include the availability of technology facilities and student enthusiasm, while inhibiting factors include limited time and technical ability of teachers. This study concludes that the Kahoot application is effectively used as an interactive learning medium to improve students understanding of PAI learning in grade 6.
