Abstract

This study aims to empower students' academic confidence and creativity through task-centered instruction. The research method used is ADDIE with a pre-experimental design (posttest-only design). The research subjects involved were 26 fourth-grade elementary school students in Blitar City. The instruments used were a questionnaire to measure academic self-efficacy, which had been developed from previous research, and a rubric for assessing student creativity. The data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively and classified into five categories (excellent, good, fair, poor, and very poor). The results of the data analysis showed that the students' academic confidence was, on average, in the good category. Student creativity tended to vary from very good, good, fair, and poor. Classically, student creativity was quite good. This study shows that guidance needs to be provided appropriately to support student learning progress, especially to support confidence, so that students are motivated to learn. The results of this study still need to be followed up by researching a larger sample and using an experimental method by comparing the experimental class and the control class. Then, the relationship between academic self-efficacy and the level of student creativity and how it affects learning outcomes needs to be studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in mathematics learning in primary schools through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) conducted in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. The review process consists of four main stages, namely identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. The data sources were obtained from articles indexed in Scopus published between 2016 and 2025, which used quantitative or mixed-methods approaches and involved primary school students as subjects. Fifteen articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed further. Findings confirmed that AR technology is efficacious in improving students' spatial skills, critical thinking, and drive to learn. In addition, AR improves long-term memory retention and makes geometric concepts, such as rotation and spatial orientation, more tangible. From an affective standpoint, using AR makes learning fun and can help children feel less anxious about mathematics. Overall, the effectiveness of AR is multidimensional, covering the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The limitation of this study lies in the restricted scope of data sources and research types, which may limit the generalizability and contextual depth of the findings. As a recommendation, further research is needed to explore the use of AR in greater depth to strengthen mathematical thinking and reasoning skills.

Abstract

Inventory of fuel is very important in the production process, because the fuel is one factor that ensures smooth production process. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in provision power and steam with the coal. On determining amount of the current inventory of coal in PT XYZ still fluctuating from storage capacity, so it is necessary to study the planning and controlling inventory of coal with consider of storage capacity. This study aims to optimize the amount of the coal fuel, determine reorder point, determine safety stock and determine total cost of inventory using inventory probabilistik Q model backorder storage capacity constrain. Data processing results obtained optimal order for each the coal is as much as 11.000 tons, Reorder point is as much as 607,346 tons, safety stock is as much as 1,292 tons and total cost of inventory is as much as Rp. 16.052.531.575 using inventory probabilistik Q model backorder storage capacity constrain.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country which becomes the third largest producer of rice in the world. However, Indonesia still carries out rice importing and the rice is classified high-priced. One of the factors causing those problems is the lack of efficiency of rice milling process. Pandeglang Regency is a region which has the largest rice field in Banten. As the largest agricultural territory and a qualified rice producer, it must be possible to have rice-milling means. The rice-milling process does not always produce a constant output amounts, it can be increased or decreased, despite the use of a constant input amounts. Thus, efficiency measuring of rice-milling process is needed to find out the output increase or input decrease used in rice-milling process in order to reach an efficient point. Method applied in measuring the efficiency is AHP/DEA method. Based on acquired research results, the efficiency level at the research location was 90.01% in which from 11 rice-milling processes there was one inefficient rice-milling process which was the C rice-milling process.Keyword: AHP/DEA; efficiency; inefficiency; rice milling process.

Abstract

This paper provides a review of the application of blockchain technology in industrial supply chains in general. It aims to investigate how current blockchain technology is and its applications and to look for research loopholes that have not been done before. The theory of several research papers that have been published in journals to date, along with several reports from the grayish literature as a means of streamlining judgments about growing blockchain-based supply chains is included in this review. The research step is to identify papers based on the year of publication so that a theory-based understanding of blockchain technology in the Agro-Industrial Supply Chain ecosystem, between 2007 and 2019. Blockchain technology in the agro-industry supply chain described in the framework in 2018 is 6.57%, while the implication for the case study is 9.11% and identified in the hypothesis with a questionnaire regarding blockchain recognition and exploration so that 4.5% of the blockchain model simulation. Based on the graph, there are 52% of blockchain research articles on the agro-industrial supply chain will be followed up by researchers, thereby increasing the value chain in agro-industry more. Research that discusses the value (value) in the supply chain that occurs from upstream to downstream in the agro-industrial supply chain ecosystem is very little, only around 2%. Excellence blockchain can identify the stakeholders that exist in the supply chain in each ecosystem from upstream to downstream processes so that it can transform a rigid and uncertain supply chain system into an efficient performance supply chain with transparency and trust between stakeholders so that integration, collaboration, and accuracy accurate data information

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning process for students with special needs in Grade I at SDN Sumbersari 1 in Malang City, which functions as an inclusive school. The subjects of this study were Grade I teachers and shadow teachers. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the data analysis components according to Braun and Clarke, which consisted of six stages, including: (1) familiarisation with the data, (2) initial coding, (3) theme construction, (4) theme re-examination, (5) theme definition and naming, and (6) writing a qualitative research report. The results showed that the learning process for students with special needs in Grade I at SDN Sumbersari 1 consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. SDN Sumbersari 1 has an Individual Learning Programme (PPI) and Special Assistant Teachers (GPK). At the planning stage, the identification and assessment of learning modules, learning resources, and media used are the same as for regular students, but the learning process is simplified. The implementation of learning consists of an introduction, core activities, and a conclusion using approaches, methods, and media tailored to the abilities and characteristics of the students. The evaluation was conducted flexibly according to the individual abilities of the students, such as observing behaviour and coordinating intensively with parents regarding learning tasks and activities. The main challenges in inclusive learning lie in the limited time available to classroom teachers to give individual attention and the suboptimal division of roles between classroom teachers and Special Assistant Teachers (GPK) in assisting students with special needs during learning. These findings indicate a gap between the demands of inclusion policies, which are individualistic in nature, and the suboptimal division of tasks between classroom teachers and special education teachers (GPK) in the implementation of learning. The practical implications of this study are the need to strengthen school policies regarding a clear division of tasks between classroom teachers and SPAs, improve teacher training on differentiated learning strategies, and develop a more planned model of collaboration between schools and parents. These recommendations are expected to support the implementation of more effective inclusive education in primary schools.
