Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on hospitality employees in West Bekasi, to analyze the effect of Organizational Identification on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on hospitality employees in West Bekasi, to analyze the effect of Job Embeddnes on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on hospitality employees in West Bekasi, and to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior in hospitality employees in West Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire and literature study. From the results of the study it was found that from the results of the hypothesis testing conducted it was known that the Organizational Identification variable (X_1) had a significance value of 0.002 so that the significance value was less than 0.05, so it could be concluded that H_1 was accepted. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the Job Satisfaction variable (X_2) has a significance value of 0.000 so that the significance value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that H_2 is accepted. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the Job Embeddedness variable (X_3) has a significance value of 0.001 so that the significance value is less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that H_3 is accepted. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the Self Efficacy variable (X_4) has a significance value of 0.000 so that the significance value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that H_4 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the variables work related use, strain, social related use, excessive use of personal social media at work, for job performance at Super Indo Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 200 respondents. The sampling technique used was sample random sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structure Equation Model (Quantitative) method. The results of this study are: (1) Work Related Use has a positive effect to Job Performance, (2) Strain has a positive effect to Job Performance, (3) Social Related Use has a positive effect to Job Performance, and (4) Excessive Use of Personal Social Media at Work has a positive effect to Job Performance.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of Mental Toughness and Competence on Organizational Commitment mediated by Job Satisfaction by conducting studies on Generation Z employees which are still limited. This research was conducted by means of hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing) which was used to test the influence of Mental Toughness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as mediation for Gen Z Employees in Jakarta. The type of relationship between variables used is correlation research because it explains the variables related to the problem. The data used is cross sectional because it will only be conducted once in a certain period and the unit of analysis is individuals, namely Gen Z employees in Jakarta. The research setting used is a non-contrived setting because the research was conducted where work is generally located. The results of descriptive statistics show that Gen Z employees feel Mental Toughness in Gen Z employees in Jakarta. Employees who have Mental Toughness will often receive appreciation for their ability to manage stress more effectively and remain calm when facing difficult situations at work.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Humble leadership and Inclusive Leadership on Innovation Behavior in Mediation, the influence of Humble Leadership, the influence of Inclusive Leadership, and 4. the influence of Humble Leadership on Innovation behavior of employees in Startup companies. This research applies a quantitative descriptive approach and data analysis is carried out through hypothesis testing which is used to assess the correlation between variables to test the influence of Humble Leadership, Inclusive Leadership, mediated by Work Engagement on Innovative Behavior in employees at startup companies in Jakarta.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Entrepreneurial Intentions, Job Insecurity, on Organization Culture which is mediated by Depression in Entrepreneurial Students in Jakarta. This research design was carried out by hypothesis testing. The data used is cross sectional because it will only be conducted once in a certain period and the unit of analysis is individuals, namely students who are entrepreneurs in Jakarta. From the descriptive statistical results of Entrepreneurial Intentions, it shows that respondents feel the existence of Entrepreneurial Intentions when starting an entrepreneur. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant negative influence between Entrepreneurial Intentions and Depression. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is no significant influence between Entrepreneurial Intentions and Organizational Culture. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant positive influence between Job Insecurity and Depression. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is no significant positive influence between Job Insecurity and Organization Culture. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between Depression and Organization Culture. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between Entrepreneurial Intentions on Organization Culture, mediated by Depression. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between Job Insecurity on Organization Culture, mediated by Depression.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence of Perceived Leader Mindfulness, Performance Appraisal Dissatisfaction on Turnover Intention mediated by LMX among Bank Mandiri employees, South Bekasi District. This research design was carried out by hypothesis testing. The data used was cross sectional. From the descriptive statistical results of Perceived Leader Mindfulness, it shows that bank employees quite feel the existence of Perceived Leader Mindfulness at Bank Mandiri, South Bekasi District. The results of hypothesis testing show that Perceived Leader Mindfulness has a positive influence on Turnover Intention. The results of hypothesis testing show that Performance Appraisal Dissatisfaction does not have a positive influence on Turnover Intention. The results of hypothesis testing show that LMX has a positive influence on Turnover Intention. The results of hypothesis testing show that Perceived Leader Mindfulness does not have a positive influence on LMX. The results of hypothesis testing show that Performance Appraisal Dissatisfaction has a positive influence on LMX.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh green human resource management terhadap green self efficacy, (2) green human resource management terhadap green perceived organizational support, (3) green self efficacy terhadap green creativity, dan (4) green perceived organizational support terhadap green creativity karyawan perusahaan logistik multinasional (MNC) Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan kuisioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden. Uji statistic dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasis PLS. Uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha. Dari 4 hipotesis yang diajukan terdapat satu hipotesis yang ditolak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah green perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap green creativity, sedangkan pada green human resource management terhadap green self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan, green human resource management terhadap green perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan, dan green self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green creativity perusahaan logistik multinasional (MNC) Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen, which is a banking company with two different branches. This type of research uses a quantitative method by using the hypothesis testing method on two divisions in a banking company. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire with 92 respondents. Data processing and analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) in the SmartPLS application. The results showed that: Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction, Work environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention, Work environment has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has Negative and significant effect on Turnover intention, Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention through Job satisfaction, Work environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a positive influence on Job satisfaction because the more comfortable a work environment is, the employees will feel safe and comfortable in completing their work and Compensation and Work Environment are proven to be significant and have a negative effect based on the existing beta coefficient value which indicates that both these variables have an influence on Turnover Intention at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana strategi MSDM terkait COVID-19 terhadap performa kerja dengan dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja dan iklim inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling non-probability sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji hipotesis ,analisis regresi linier berganda, yang diolah dengan software SPSS versi 22.0 dan Amos versi 22.0. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah 139 sample pada karyawan perusahaan jasa di Jakarta, Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, implikasi dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan untuk Strategi MSDM Terkait COVID-19 pada perusahaan jasa di Jakarta, pentingnya untuk mengetahui perubahan strategi mana yang cocok disesuaikan saat pandemic karna setiap perubahan strategi sangat memperngaruhi performa kerja karyawan, hal ini perlu untuk memperhatikan motivasi kerja dan iklim inovasi karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dan Iklim Inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap performa kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Protégé Career Optimism, Mentoring Relationship, Self-Efficacy, and Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Commitment. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and survey method by taking samples from employees at several Minimarkets in Jalan South Jakarta. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. Collected a sampel of 229. The results showed that Protégé Career Optimism, Mentoring Relationship, significantly influenced Organizational Commitment. However, Self-Efficacy, and Emotional Intelligence do not significantly affect Organizational Commitment. These findings suggest that employees who have high levels of Protégé Career Optimism, strong Mentoring Relationship, high Self-Efficacy, and good Emotional Intelligence tend to have a higher commitment to the organization where they work. This research provides practical implications for companies in increasing employee commitment. Company management can pay attention to the factors that influence employee commitment. By improving these factors, companies can increase employee commitment and reduce turnover rates. This research also makes a theoretical contribution to the literature on organizations, as it reveals the importance of psychological factors in shaping employee commitment.
