Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit kronis yang masih banyak ditemukan di wilayah kerjaPuskesmas Talang Bakung dan dapat menimbulkan komplikasi apabila kadar glukosa darah tidakterkontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi otot progresif terhadappenurunan kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes melitus. Penelitian menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest yang dilaksanakan pada 3-12 Februari 2026 di wilayah kerjaPuskesmas Talang Bakung. Populasi berjumlah 184 pasien dan sampel sebanyak 47 pasien diabetesmelitus tipe 2 rawat jalan dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa terapi relaksasi ototprogresif, sedangkan kadar glukosa darah diukur menggunakan glucometer sebelum dan sesudahintervensi. Data dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon signed-rank. Rata-rata kadar glukosa darah sebelumintervensi adalah 248,45 mg/dL (230-280 mg/dL) dan sesudah intervensi menurun menjadi 200,36mg/dL (185-225 mg/dL). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Terapi relaksasi ototprogresif berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes melitus dandapat dipertimbangkan sebagai intervensi nonfarmakologis pendamping.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk memecah rasa bosan saat pembelajaran. Banyak sekali macam media pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Ada yang berupa media IT dan ada juga yang berupa media visual 2D maupun 3D. Pada tahap pertama yaitu sosialisasi peneliti memberikan satu contoh media popup book. Diharapkan setelah sosialisai tersebut para guru mampu mengaplikasikan media POP-UP pada pembelajaran lainnya, seperti pada semua jenjang kelas. Langkah pelaksanaan pengabdian sebagai berikut; 1)Melakukan Koordinasi Ke Sekolah, 2)Melakukan Sosialisasi Daring/Luring, 3)Mengimplementasikan Penggunaan Media “POPUP”, 4)Pembimbingan Pembuatan Media POPUP untuk Mata Pelajaran Lainnya, Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 1)Respon peserta, media pembelajaran pop-up menjadi media yang media yang fleksibel dan mudah dibuat, sehingga penggunaannya lebih praktis dan dapat memotivasi siswa dalam memberi gambaran secara kongkrit; 2)Para peserta merasa kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka, karena sebagai pendidik mereka merasa perlu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis pop-up book sebagai media penyampai pesan pembelajaran. Media ini dapat membantu pendidik dalam memadukan pembelajaran melalui pengambaran gambar 3D sehingga siswa dapat melihat objek secara lebih jelas. 3)Respon peserta atas kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan menyatakan bahwa, dari kualitas pemateri adalah sangat baik.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a soil-less cultivation technique in which the nutrients absorbed by the plants come from AB Mix fertiliser. AB Mix fertiliser contains both macro and micro nutrients. During storage, macro and micro nutrients cannot be combined whilst still in a concentrated state. Over the past four years, the Agribusiness Workshop has innovated by developing AB Mix nutrients, which have been in use since the inception of hydroponic cultivation. Consequently, commercially available industrial AB Mix nutrients have never been utilised at all. The decline in hydroponic vegetable production at the Agribusiness Workshop has prompted an investigation into whether the nutrients currently in use are a contributing factor to this decline. Consequently, a study was conducted to assess the effectiveness, cost-efficiency and significance of using both the commercially available AB Mix nutrient solution and the university’s innovative AB Mix. The research method involved using two different hydroponic modules, with each module dedicated to one of the nutrient solutions, using the same nutrient application rates and the same vegetable varieties. Cost efficiency was then calculated based on the expenditure incurred for purchasing the industrial AB Mix nutrient solution and the cost of producing the university-developed AB Mix nutrient solution. The results showed that the university-developed AB Mix nutrient solution was 29.63 per cent more cost-efficient than the industrial AB Mix nutrient solution. The t-test results indicated that the industrial AB Mix nutrient solution had a greater impact on crop yield.

Abstract

Pada masa postpartum terjadi perubahan pada payudara sebagai persiapan untuk menyusui. Pada awal menyusui hal yang umum terjadi adalah bendungan ASI. Data Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2019 menyebutkan bahwa terdapat ibu nifas yang mengalami bendungan ASI sebanyak 35.985 orang (15,60%), serta pada tahun 2020 Ibu nifas yang mengalami bendungan ASI sebanyak 77.231 orang (37,12%). Komplikasi yang bisa terjadi akibat bendungan ASI adalah mastitis. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah dapat melakukan Asuhan Kebidanan Postpartum pada Ny. D Usia 33 Tahun P5A0 melahirkan 3 hari yang lalu dengan Bendungan ASI di Puskesmas Cijeruk Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah laporan kasus, dengan pendekatan manajemen asuhan kebidanan menggunakan SOAP. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, obsevasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui pegkajian data subjektif yaitu ibu mengalami bengkak, nyeri, dan terasa penuh pada payudara. Data objektif didapatkan bahwa payudara teraba keras, kemerahan, bengkak, nyeri, payudara terasa panas, ASI tidak keluar dengan lancar dan payudara terasa penuh. Analisa Ny. D usia 33 tahun P5A0 dengan bendungan ASI, penatalaksanaan yang sudah dilakukan Breastcare, kompres hangat dan dingin, konseling teknik menyusui yang baik dan benar kontrasepsi, konseling gizi seimbang,dan konseling sibling rivalry. Kesimpulan pada LTA ini pengkajian data subjektif dan objektif sesuai dengan kondisi bendungan ASI dan asuhan yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan protap serta kewenangan bidan. Saran kepada tenaga kesehatan yang bisa disampaikan supaya ditingkatkan pelayanan asuhan pada kasus bendungan ASI dan dapat dilakukan pencegahan pada kasus bendungan ASI pada ibu nifas. Abstract

Childbirth is a physiological process accompanied by significant pain, which can cause physical and psychological stress in mothers giving birth. The pain experienced by mothers during childbirth not only affects their physical condition, but can also influence their psychological well-being, the progress of labor, and maternal-neonatal outcomes. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be used to reduce labor pain is acupressure, which involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to produce an analgesic effect that reduces pain. The purpose this article to determine the effect of acupressure on reducing labor pain in women in active phase 1 of labor. The search for research articles was conducted using the e-databases PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane, IMR Press, and Google Scholar based on the inclusion criteria of publication within the last 5 years, free full text, research design using RCT and systematic review, in Indonesian or English, resulting in 3 journals that could be reviewed. This study was a case study. The results showed that pregnant women who received acupressure experienced a reduction in pain as measured by the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) from 7 to 3, indicating that acupressure was proven to reduce labor pain in pregnant women. It is hoped that health workers will use acupressure to reduce labor pain in pregnant women.

Abstract

Abstract The development of digital technology has encouraged many business sectors to switch to online platforms, including in the field of trade. Tanjung’s market, as a retail business, still relies on a conventional sales system that limits reach. This study aims to design and build a website-based online shop system to increase revenue and expand Tanjung's market. The analysis was carried out using the PIECES method to evaluate aspects of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service in the existing system, as well as the design stage using UML (Unified Modelling Language). Meanwhile, the system development method applies the AGILE approach which allows the development process to run iteratively and flexibly according to user needs. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. By implementing a website-based online shop system, it is hoped that Toko Tanjung can expand customer reach, as well as increase customer satisfaction through more modern and integrated transaction facilities. Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged businesses to utilize customer data as a strategic asset to improve customer relationship management. However Hani Cake & Bakery still manages customer data manually, making it difficult to analyze zustomer behavior, identify loyal customers, and conduct targeted follow-up information sistem using a Customer Relationsip Management (CRM) approach for a bakery MSME. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The proposed system provides features for customer data management, customer segmentation, customer follow-up through WhatsApp, promotion management, and transaction reporting. The result of this study is a web-based information system design that supports customer relationship management activities and assists store managers in implementing more targeted marketing strategies. The proposed system is expected to improve customer data management and strengthen customer relationship in bakery MSMEs.

Abstract

Bird’s eye chili (Capsicum frutescens) is an agricultural commodity with several advantages, including tolerance to climate variability, relatively high resistance to pests and plant diseases, and high productivity. Nevertheless, this crop requires growing media rich in nutrients, one of which can be provided through the use of enriched organic waste compost. Enriched organic waste compost is produced through the decomposition of plant and animal residues with the assistance of decomposer organisms, including both microorganisms and macroorganisms. This community service activity aimed to enhance the skills of members of the PKK women’s group of RT 20, Pakuan Baru Subdistrict, Jambi City, in cultivating bird’s eye chili to achieve healthy growth and high fruit yield. The outreach activities were conducted in two stages, namely the delivery of educational materials and hands-on practice. Following the implementation of the training, an improvement in participants’ knowledge was observed, and they were able to apply enriched organic waste compost in their cultivation practices.

Abstract

The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) issue has become a major one threatening Indonesia and many countries globally. The number of People Living with HIV receiving Antiretroviral (ARV) therapy in Jambi province is 1015 people. The Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) group is at high risk of contracting HIV due to risky sexual behavior, and the level of knowledge is a crucial factor in prevention. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and HIV/AIDS prevention behavior within the MSM group. The research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 110 people, and the sample for this study was 52 individuals, taken through purposive sampling. The study was conducted from August 7 to August 27, 2025. The data analysis used was Univariate and Bivariate Analysis utilizing the chi-square test. The results show that the majority of respondents have sufficient knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS prevention, totaling 32 people (61.5%), and the majority of respondents have good HIV/AIDS prevention behavior, totaling 29 people (55.8%). It is recommended that the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) continues to enhance and support the HIV/AIDS program by conducting socialization efforts on HIV/AIDS prevention through education, counseling, and guidance focused on MSM.Keywords: Knowledge; Prevention Behavior; HIV/AIDS; Men who have Sex with Men

Abstract

As the time of delivery approaches, mothers tend to feel anxious. If not managed properly, this can worsen labor pain, thereby increasing the risk of complications. To address this, massage can be given during the first stage of labor as an effort to reduce labor pain, thus providing a positive childbirth experience. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of sacral massage and endorphin massage on reducing pain during the first stage of labor. The research design used a case study with an Evidence-Based Case Report (EBCR) approach, by reviewing supporting articles from databases published between 2020 and 2025. The intervention was carried out on a single case, namely Mrs. A, a mother in the first stage of labor, who was given sacral massage during contractions and endorphin massage when not in contraction for 30 minutes. Pain evaluation was conducted using the visual analog scale (VAS). The intervention results showed that Mrs. A, during the labor phase, with sacrum massage and endorphin massage, was able to reduce her pain; however, due to fatigue, she was referred to the hospital. The labor process at the hospital proceeded spontaneously without complications. Thus, efforts to reduce labor pain with sacrum massage and endorphin massage have been proven effective and are recommended as one of the pain relief methods.
