Purpose – This study examined the implementation of a hybrid practicum model integrating Trainer Kits and Virtual Laboratories in computer network engineering learning at SMK Telkom Makassar, Indonesia. The study aimed to analyze changes in students’ learning outcomes and examine students’ perceptions of the integrated learning media. Design – A quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed involving 36 vocational students. The intervention was conducted through hybrid practicum sessions in which students performed virtual simulations before implementing configurations using the physical Trainer Kits. Data were collected using cognitive achievement tests and a student perception questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, normalized gain analysis, and paired-sample t-test. Findings – The results showed a notable improvement in learning outcomes, with the mean score increasing from 54.38 in the pretest to 86.25 in the posttest, resulting in an N-Gain of 0.698, indicating a moderate to high level of learning improvement. Students’ perceptions were also highly positive, with an overall acceptance score of 91.6%. Research implications – However, because the study employed a one-group pretest–posttest design without a control group, the findings should be interpreted as preliminary evidence of improvement following the implementation of the hybrid practicum model. Originality – This study examined the implementation of a hybrid practicum model integrating Trainer Kits and Virtual Laboratories in computer network engineering learning and provides evidence of its potential to improve learning outcomes and student perceptions in vocational education contexts.

Purpose – Robotics learning in higher education requires the integration of conceptual understanding and practical skills, yet the availability of learning media that effectively bridges theory and practice remains limited. This study aimed to develop a flying robot–based Trainer Kit learning media for robotics courses and to examine its feasibility through expert validation, practicality evaluation, and a limited trial of student learning outcomes. Design – The study employed a research and development (R&D) approach using the Four-D model, limited to the Define, Design, and Develop stages. A limited trial was conducted using a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 12 students enrolled in a Robotics course. Findings – The validation results showed an average score of 4.20 from media experts and 4.33 from material experts (very valid category). The practicality questionnaire results indicated high usability, with average scores of 4.53 from students and 4.38 from lecturers (very practical category). Student learning outcomes improved from a mean pretest score of 56.58 to a posttest score of 89.25, with an average N-Gain of 0.75 (high category). A paired-samples t-test indicated a statistically significant improvement (p < 0.001) with a very large practical effect (Cohen’s d ≈ 9.23). Research implications – These findings indicate that the developed learning media is valid and practical and showed improved learning outcomes in a limited trial (N=12). However, the results should be interpreted as preliminary evidence due to the one-group design and small sample size. Originality – This study develops and evaluates a flying robot–based Trainer Kit as an innovative learning media to bridge theory and practice in robotics education.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan hasil belajar IPA kelas VI sebelumpenerapan model Quantum Teaching berbantuan media Scrapbook di MIS As’adiyah No. 140 Ongkoe. 2) Mendeskripsikan hasil belajar IPA kelas VI setelah penerapan model Quantum Teaching berbantuan media Scrapbook di MIS As’adiyah No. 140 Ongkoe. 3) Menguji adakah pengaruh positif penerapan model Quantum Teaching berbantuan media Scrapbook Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA pada Materi Sistem Tata Surya Kelas VI di MIS As’adiyah No. 140 Ongkoe. Jenis penelitian adalah Pre-experimental dengan desain One Group Pretest Posttest dengan populasi 26 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes soal dengan instrumen berupa lembar soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 10 soal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPA peserta didik kelas VI MIS As’adiyah No. 140 Ongkoe sebelum penerapan model Quantum Teaching berbantuan media Scrapbook diperoleh pretest nilai minimum 0 dan maximum 60 dengan nilai rata-rata 29,62 termasuk kategori “rendah”, standar deviasi 14,277, dan varians 203,846. Sementara berdasarkan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik setelah penerapan model Quantum Teaching berbantuan media Scrapbook diperoleh posttest nilai tertinggi minimum 80 dan maximum 100 dengan rata-rata 84,23 termasuk kategori ”tinggi”, standar deviasi 6,433, dan varians 41,385. This study aims to 1) determine the service quality of the integrated academic service information system (SIPAKATAU) at IAIN Palopo. 2) Describe the implementation of the education service policy of IAIN Palopo. This research uses mixed methods, with an approach to academic and managerial information system research using explanatory sequential design. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed that: 1) The service quality of the SIPAKATAU was categorized as good by looking at the results of descriptive statistical tests on lecturer responses with an average value of 0.57 and a standard deviation of 0.502, students with an average score of 0.62 and a standard deviation of 0.493 and education staff with an average value of 0.69 and a standard deviation of 0.467 because more than half the number of respondents who chose to agree with the SIPAKATAU. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo through the SIPAKATAU application service greatly facilitate users in all academic aspects, both administratively and in the teaching and learning process, which is currently in the online learning category. In this case, service users are helped by an integrated academic service information system service because the teaching and learning process can occur when students are in their respective areas. Therefore, SIPAKATAU is very useful. It helps users provide services because some of the services can already be done in the SIPAKATAU application so that academic services at IAIN Palopo are better and on target when learning demands increasingly sophisticated technology and technological developments are also increasingly modern. IAIN Palopo's policy challenges implementing educational services, such as the uneven access to the information contained in the SIPAKATAU service to service users in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.Research Implications: 1) IAIN Palopo's educational services should be evaluated every semester by evaluating the performance between students, lecturers, and education staff. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo require developing the SIPAKATA application to refine further the features contained in the application to support the quality of education in the face of the industrial revolution era with increasingly sophisticated educational technology. 3) The SIPAKATAU still requires socialization on services. 4) SIPAKATAU has a vision and mission at the beginning of the manufacturing process so that it is carried out in its development to achieve the goals in its use according to the needs of service users.

This study aims to investigate the effect of applying the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model assisted by handouts on the nahwu learning outcomes of Grade VIII students at SMP IT Al-Ishlah Maros. It also compares the learning outcomes between students who are taught using the STAD cooperative learning model with handout assistance and those who receive direct instruction. The background of this research is based on the low nahwu learning outcomes, which are attributed to less varied teaching methods and limited instructional time. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the posttest-only control group design. The population consisted of all Grade VIII students at SMP IT Al-Ishlah Maros in the current academic year, totaling 112 students. The sample, determined through purposive sampling, comprised 42 students divided into two classes: the experimental class, which used the STAD model with handout assistance, and the control class, which used direct instruction. The research instrument was a learning achievement test in the form of multiple-choice items and sentence construction tasks. The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes between the students taught using the STAD model with handout assistance, who achieved a higher average score of 79.17, and those taught using direct instruction, who obtained a lower average score of 42.17. This finding was confirmed by an independent t-test, which produced a t-value of 10.208 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The implications of this study indicate that the STAD cooperative learning model assisted by handouts can serve as an effective alternative to improve students’ nahwu learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to incorporate this model as part of their instructional strategies.

Transformation of the learning outcome assessment system is an important part of educational innovation efforts, especially in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Raport Digital Madrasah (RDM) at MI Al-Markaz Al-Islami Maros as a step in modernizing the learning outcome assessment system. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis. This study involved teachers, students, and administrative staff as the main subjects. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital report cards can improve the efficiency of the assessment process, data accuracy, and openness of information to parents of students. This system also makes it easier for teachers to manage student academic data systematically. The use of the Raport Digital Mardrasah (RDM) has made a significant contribution to improving the quality of learning outcome assessment at MI Al-Markaz Al-Islami Maros. Technological support and teacher competency development are needed to ensure the sustainability of this innovation.

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Digital Madrasah Report (RDM) and the academic supervision of the madrasah head on the quality of student score reports at SMP-IT As’adiyah Dapoko, Bantaeng Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. Data collection was conducted through closed questionnaires distributed to teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both the use of RDM and the academic supervision of the madrasah head have a positive and significant effect on the quality of student score reports. The use of RDM has proven to improve the efficiency and accuracy of score reporting, while academic supervision by the madrasah head shows a stronger influence in promoting teacher discipline and professionalism. The conclusion of this study affirms that improving the quality of student score reports cannot be achieved solely through digital systems but also requires active academic leadership. The implication of this research highlights the importance of synergy between administrative digitalization and academic guidance in improving the quality of madrasah education.

This study develops an initial prototype of the Religious Ecopedagogy Model for Islamic Religious Education (ER-PAI) to support environmentally responsible character among senior high school students in Muna Regency. The study employed an educational research and development approach focused on preliminary investigation and prototype development. Data were collected from nine purposively selected schools drawn from twenty-four senior high schools between January and May 2025. Participants in the needs analysis comprised school leaders, twenty Islamic Religious Education teachers, and one hundred students; three experts in Islamic Religious Education content, environmental education, and instructional design contributed formative design consultation. Observation, semi-structured interviews, student group discussions, and document analysis were used to identify design requirements. The prototype integrates five components: Qur'anic foundations, participatory learning, spiritual-ecological reflection, concrete ecological action, and ecological character assessment. Its six-stage syntax consists of spiritual orientation, environmental exploration, reflection on Islamic values, spiritual-ecological reflection, ecological action, and continuing evaluation. The model's scientific contribution lies in translating contextual, participatory, reflective, action-oriented, and authentic-assessment principles of ecopedagogy into Islamic Religious Education practices grounded in khalifah fi al-ardh, amanah, mizan, islah, ihsan, and the prohibition of fasad. Formal expert validation, practicality testing, and effectiveness testing have not yet been completed; therefore, the findings are limited to needs-based design characteristics and the prototype's conceptual contribution.

This research discusses the utilization of Google Form integrated with the belajar.id account in the implementation of the End of Semester Summative (SAS) in the Indonesian language subject for grade 8 students at SMP Negeri 37 Sinjai. This research focuses on the importance of assessment in the educational process, especially in measuring students' competency achievement efficiently and integrated with technology. The research method used was qualitative with semi-structured interviews with an Indonesian language teacher who has more than five years of experience. The results showed that Google Form offers a number of advantages, such as ease of use, randomization of questions, and automation of assessment, thus helping to speed up the evaluation process and minimize manual errors. However, technical issues such as unstable internet connection and limited question features were the main challenges. Teachers and students generally responded positively to the use of Google Forms, especially in terms of efficiency and ease of access. The implementation of Google Forms in SAS effectively increases the efficiency of assessment, although it requires better infrastructure support and training for users. Further development in platform features and improvement in digital literacy are needed to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of Google Form use in the future.

The digital era has transformed students’ learning patterns and behavior, requiring Akidah Akhlak teachers to strengthen moral development through exemplary conduct and innovative learning practices that correspond with technological development. This study aims to describe the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers in developing students’ moral character in the digital era, particularly their exemplary role, creativity in developing innovative learning, and its impact on students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects at MTs Darul I’tisham Embo, Jeneponto Regency. This study employed a qualitative approach with phenomenological and pedagogical designs. The data sources consisted of an Akidah Akhlak teacher, the head of the madrasah, eighth and ninth grade homeroom teachers, and eighth and ninth grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings demonstrate that the Akidah Akhlak teacher plays important roles as a role model, innovator, and motivator in students’ moral development. Exemplary conduct is demonstrated through honesty, discipline, responsibility, politeness, religious practices, and wise use of digital technology in accordance with Islamic values. Learning innovation is implemented through digital learning media and varied methods, including instructional videos, discussions, case studies, presentations, and project-based learning. These roles contribute positively to students’ moral development. Although some students are unable to explain the concept of morality theoretically, they demonstrate its application through disciplined, honest, responsible, polite, obedient, and digitally responsible behavior. The study recommends strengthening teacher exemplarity, digital learning innovation, and collaboration among madrasahs, teachers, and parents to sustain students’ moral development in the digital environment.
