Abstract

The digital transformation has changed various aspects of human life, including in the legal and land administration sectors. In 2023, the government issued Ministerial Regulation Number 3 of 2023 which regulates the issuance of electronic documents in land registration activities, including electronic certificates as a form of land ownership rights. However, the implementation and use of these electronic certificates have raised various questions and debates regarding legal protection for landowners. This research aims to analyze the legal protection provided by electronic certificates to landowners in the digital transformation era based on Ministerial Regulation Number 3 of 2023. The research method used is normative analysis by examining relevant legislation and current literature. The results show that electronic certificates as a form of land ownership rights provide several advantages, such as administrative efficiency, data accessibility, and protection against physical loss risks. However, there are challenges related to data security and integrity, as well as the legal awareness of the community regarding the use of electronic certificates. The use of blockchain technology and data encryption can be solutions to address some of these challenges. Additionally, it is found that legal protection for landowners needs to be enhanced by regulating critical aspects such as the authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation of electronic certificates. The establishment of strong legal mechanisms in handling dispute resolution is also important to increase public trust in electronic certificates.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies of lecturer’s competency development at STAI al-Azhary Cianjur, as well as to identify the challenges and solutions encountered in this development process. The issues addressed include budget limitations, time constraints, and monitoring systems that affect the effectiveness of the lecturer’s competency development programs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case study, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document studies. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to provide an in-depth overview of the situation faced. The findings indicate that STAI al-Azhary has implemented various competency development programs, such as training, seminars, and research support, which have significantly enhanced the pedagogical and professional abilities of its faculty members. However, challenges regarding budget and time management remain obstacles that need to be addressed. This research also emphasizes the importance of strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented, allowing administrators to make necessary adjustments. These findings offer insights for higher education administrators to formulate more effective strategies for lecturer’s competency development, aimed at achieving better quality education in the future.

Abstract

Kesalahan nilai pada pembacaan sensor tekanan dalam sistem ekskavator merupakan masalah yang sangat krusial dalam operasional alat berat. Kesalahan pembacaan tersebut akan berdampak terhadap nilai input pada sistem lainnya seperti pada sistem kontrol hidraulik dan menurunnya efisiensi operasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab, dampak, dan solusi pemulihan terhadap malfungsi sensor pada alat berat Komatsu PC130 milik PT. Rimba Prima Mas. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan analisis berbasis wiring diagram maka penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kerusakan konektor wiring harness akibat faktor eksternal sehingga dampak yang ditimbulkan mencakup distribusi tekanan hidraulik yang tidak stabil dan penurunan performa alat berat. Solusi yang diterapkan yaitu dilakukan penyambungan sementara (temporary) untuk mendukung operasional mendesak dan terbukti efektif dalam memulihkan fungsi sensor dan sistem kontrol. Temuan ini juga menekankan pentingnya pemeliharaan preventif, perlindungan wiring harness, serta peningkatan kesadaran operator untuk mengurangi risiko kerusakan serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Minyak jelantah merupakan minyak bekas pakai yang sudah tidak bisa dipakai kembali. Minyak ini dapat menyebabkan beberapa dampak lingkungan jika tidak didaur ulang dengan baik. Pelatihan memiliki tujuan supaya kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya penggunaan minyak jelantah meningkat, mengajarkan teknik daur ulang minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomi, dan meminimalisir pencemaran lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi praktek, dan evaluasi keberhasilan peserta dalam membuat lilin aromaterapi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil membuat 50 buah lilin aromaterapi dengan berbagai warna dan aroma yang menarik. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai dampak negatif limbah minyak jelantah dan cara mengolahnya menjadi produk yang lebih bermanfaat.

Abstract

Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bangkalan Nomor 5 Tahun 2012 bertujuan untuk mengatur pengelolaan sampah di wilayah tersebut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi peraturan tersebut dalam mengelola sampah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun peraturan tersebut telah memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas untuk pengelolaan sampah, masih ada tantangan dalam implementasinya. Faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya sumber daya, kesadaran masyarakat, dan koordinasi antarinstansi menjadi hambatan utama. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, alokasi sumber daya yang lebih baik, dan peningkatan koordinasi antarinstansi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas peraturan tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah secara efektif.

Abstract

This article investigates how the narrative of heroism in Hikayat Perang Sabil is digitally reproduced on TikTok by Aceh’s younger generation. The shift from ancient manuscripts to short-form video content creates a new landscape for transmitting historical values. Employing a digital ethnographic approach, the study observes over 100 TikTok videos tagged #PerangSabil across six months, complemented by in-depth interviews with content creators and young users, and semiotic analysis of visual, audio, and symbolic elements. Findings reveal that themes of jihad and struggle are repackaged using popular visual language and viral strategies, such as traditional music remixes, cinematic dramatization, and emotionally charged texts. TikTok serves as a cultural negotiation space between traditional values and contemporary digital expression. While there is appreciation for the preservation of collective memory, criticisms arise concerning the oversimplification of historical meanings. The study concludes that digital platforms, despite their limitations, hold significant potential for shaping a dynamic and inclusive historical consciousness, but require historical literacy and ethical collaborations between historians and content creators.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the empirical evidence about influence perception personal tax payer to bring about self assesment system. Self assesment system is system of tax collection that give to tax payer o calculate, to report, to Tx Servanter Office, and the deposite by him/hisself him/his taxses to Cash of State. This research was to examine whether are there influence perceptions between personal tax payer to bring about selt assesment system. The analysis is based on the answer from respondent where its data are gathered trough questionaires in which ita distribution at Magelang. The sample of this research are personality, who take from employee and official from governmental office. The respondents of this research are 40 respondents. Convenience sampling have used in this research. The method of analysis data are descriptive statistic, validity and reability, and regression, and partial t-test. Result showed that, the data in this research is valid and reliable. The results showed taht perception personal tax payer are influence to bring about self assesment system. The analysis perception personal tax payer to bring about self assesment system have influence with t-test 7.069 and p=0.000, p<0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of teacher phubbing the act of ignoring social interactions due to smartphone use on students’ academic motivation in Indonesian urban middle schools. Employing a quantitative correlational design, the study surveyed 150 junior and senior high school students across five schools in Jakarta and Bandung, supplemented by unobtrusive classroom observations of 20 teachers. Instruments included an adapted version of the Generic Scale of Phubbing for educational settings, the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS-C 28), and a teacher phubbing behavior checklist. The findings reveal a significant negative correlation between teacher phubbing frequency and students' intrinsic motivation (r = -0.42, p < 0.01). Three main mechanisms were identified: (1) student perception of teacher disinterest, (2) disruption of pedagogical attachment, and (3) decreased classroom engagement. The study contributes theoretically by expanding the construct of digital distraction within educational psychology, and practically by advocating for mindful teaching and digital awareness training for educators. These findings highlight the necessity of embedding digital ethics into 21st-century teaching professionalism to sustain meaningful teacher-student interactions in tech-saturated classrooms.

Abstract

This study examines Rumah Makan Tiga Putri, a culinary business located near Universitas Riau that offers Minang dishes at affordable prices. Despite its strategic location and a market potential dominated by students, the business faces challenges in optimizing its marketing strategy, especially in visual media promotion. The promotional banner, which is unattractive and lacks clear information, reduces the effectiveness of visibility in attracting and engaging consumers. This study explains the implementation of the design thinking process in redesigning the promotional banner for Rumah Makan Tiga Putri. The purpose of this study is to describe the stages of design thinking in optimizing visual communication effectiveness to increase consumer reach and visibility. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by applying the stages of design thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with owners and consumers, comparisons with academic colleagues, and questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure perceptions of the banner's visual aspects. The findings show that the implementation of design elements related to imagery, color, typography, information clarity, and the integration of visual elements with Minang cultural characteristics can improve visual communication effectiveness and strengthen brand identity. The proposed solution is a redesigned banner that is informative, aesthetically pleasing, and culturally representative of Minang identity. Positive responses from participants indicate that applying design thinking is effective in optimizing banner design as visual promotional media, improving visibility and accessibility of business information for potential consumers around the Universitas Riau area.
