Abstract

Abstrak. Intensi wirausaha merupakan indikator penting dalam memulai usaha. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan intensi wirausaha pada mahasiswa memegang peran penting dalam meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha muda. Dengan meningkatnya wirausaha dari kalangan mahasiswa akan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran bahkan menambah jumlah lapangan pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan modal sosial dan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode skala secara online. Skala yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Skala Modal Sosial dan 2) Skala Intensi Berwirausaha. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa UNM sebanyak 120 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Pearson’s Product Moment. Implikasi penting dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menumbuhkan intensi wirausaha mahasiswa melalui pengembangan kewirausahaan di lingkup akademik, dalam hal kebijakan kurikulum pendidikan dan program pelatihan, terutama yang terkait dengan modal sosial pada mahasiswa.  Kata Kunci: modal sosial, intensi wirausaha, mahasiswa

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business entities managed by individuals, families, or small-scale business units, classified based on annual turnover, asset volume, and workforce. Effective human resource management is essential for MSMEs in systematically organizing finances, enabling business owners to understand their financial conditions and business developments. Easy access to information on assets, liabilities, equity, cash flow, and profit fluctuations provides crucial support for MSME entrepreneurs in making strategic business decisions. This activity not only motivates entrepreneurs to maintain business continuity but also guides them towards achieving desired business and economic goals. The drive to engage in entrepreneurship stems from a strong individual desire to realize self-potential through creative and innovative thinking, creating new products that have a social and economic impact on the local community. The courage to explore and implement new ideas is reinforced by strong entrepreneurial motivation, creating a positive cycle between motivation and action that strengthens the character of resilient and high-quality entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa di Desa Bulotalangi Barat (Studi Kasus Dalam Penanganan Konflik Air Bersih di Desa Bulotalangi Barat). Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Deskriptif, dengan pendekatan Kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala desa sebagai fasilitator diperoleh bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala desa dan unsur pemerintah desa lainnya dalam menangani konflik air bersih yaitu dengan di adakan musyawarah untuk menuju mufakat, dalam hal ini kepala desa yang memiliki kedudukan atau status sehingganya kepala desa memediasi apa yang menjadi kebutuhan didalam masyarakat. Disisi lain peran kepala desa sebagai fasilitator cukup membantu masyarakat Bulotalangi Barat hal ini terlihat sesuai realita yang di dapatkan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kepala desa mampu memfasilitasi masyarakat dengan mengadakan kembali sarana air bersih yang merupakan pemicu terjadinya konflik yang ada di masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari oleh masyarakat, sehingga adanya pengadaan kembali sarana air bersih ini, masalah yang di masyarakat bisa dikatakan tidak ada lagi. Dalam penanganan konflik yang terjadi di desa Bulontalangi Barat, kepala desa juga bertindak sebagai motivator, dengan selalu memberikan dorongan kepada masyarakat untuk menyelesaikan masalah secara bersama, dan membuang rasa egosentris masyarakat, karena persoalan air adalah persoalan bersama, dan bukan persoalan individual di masyarakat Bulotalangi Barat. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the program of Bentuk Kegiatan Pembelajaran (BKP) which is an initiation of the policy called Kampus Merdeka from Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This study measured the effectiveness of BKP program which has been implemented by collage students at several institutions around Makassar. The participants in this research were 43 students consisted of 9 males and 34 females. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to participants and then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The result of this study showed that the majority of participants considered that the BKP program was running well, although there were still several lacks, such as activities during BKP which were considered boring, learning methods that were unable to explore students' abilities, and a mismatch between student expectations and the real condition of BKP program. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a consideration for lecturers who guide students in the next program to provide a more detailed understanding to students and partners.

Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi digital khususnya teknologi keuangan (FINTECH) maka masyarakat dan UMKM perlu diberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya pemahaman penggunaan teknologi digital tersebut, salah satu teknologi atau sistem pembayaran digital yang sangat perlu difahami adalah QRIS. Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) atau biasa disingkat QRIS (dibaca KRIS) adalah penyatuan berbagai macam QR dari berbagai Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran (PJSP) menggunakan QR Code. QRIS dikembangkan oleh industri sistem pembayaran bersama dengan Bank Indonesia agar proses transaksi dengan QR Code dapat lebih mudah, cepat, dan terjaga keamanannya. Semua Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran yang akan menggunakan QR Code Pembayaran wajib menerapkan QRIS. Tujuan dari edukasi implementasi QRIS adalah: memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya imlementasi QRIS bagi masyarakat dan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara, dengan mengimplentasikan QRIS memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara. Sedangkan target luaran dari implementasi QRIS ini adalah: masyarakat dan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara memahami pentingnya implementasi QRIS dan meningkatnya keberlanjutan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara, Kecamatan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine organizational commitment and micro culture towards lecturer leadership. Population in this research is all lecturer at State University of Gorontalo, obtained by sampel counted 62 people by using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are, tests, questionnaires and documents. Data analysis technique used is inferential analysis. Test of normality of regression data, test of regression coefficient significance, linearity test of regression equation, and hypothesis test using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is a direct influence of organizational commitment from the calculation of coefficient value of path X1 to Y obtained value = 0.615. Based on the results of the calculation of the significance of the path coefficient obtained tcount = 8.023 and ttable = 2.001 at the level of significance a = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (db) = 59. Because the value of tcount = 8.023> ttable = 2,001 it is concluded that the coefficient of path X1 to Y is significant; (2) there is direct influence of campus micro culture from calculation of coefficient value of path X2 to Y obtained value = 0,363. Based on the results of the calculation of the significance of the path coefficient obtained tcount = 4.759 and ttable = 2.001 at the level of significance a = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (db) = 59. Because the value of tcount = 4.759> ttable = 2,001 it is concluded that the coefficient of path X2 to Y is significant; (3) there is direct influence of organizational commitment to micro culture from result of calculation of coefficient value of path X1 to X2 obtained value = 0,753. Based on the calculation of significance test the path coefficient obtained tcount = 8.852 and ttable = 2,000 at the level of significance a = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (db) = 60. Because the value of tcount = 8.852> ttable = 2,000 it is concluded that the coefficient of path X1 to X2 is significant. Thus, the lecturer's leadership can be improved through organizational commitment and campus micro culture so that lecturers continue to improve their performance. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua dosen Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan sampel sebanyak 62 yang ditentukan secara acak. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui tes, kuesioner, dan dokumen. Abstract

Background: An employee who works at a company may intend to resign from his job for various reasons. Employee Turnover Intention (TI) occurs because it is related to career commitment and the expected utility of the current job in achieving valuable career outcomes. Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of work relationships, workplace welfare, and compensation on TI mediated by work stress.Design/methodology/approach: PT PICID MM Bogor was used as the research object, and as many as 135 factory employees were respondents. The analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is the Structural Equation Model (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS).Findings/Result: The research found that work relationships positively affected work stress, while TI did not. Workplace well-being does not affect work stress, while TI has a positive impact. Compensation has a positive effect on TI and work stress. Job stress directly influences TI and indirectly mediates the influence of employee relations and compensation on TI.Conclusion: Employee relations have a positive impact on work stress. That is, there is a good employee relationship so that employees have positive perceptions or experience stress towards their work. Employee relations do not affect TI. Employee relations do not cause employees to decide to move to another company. Workplace well-being does not affect work stress. Employees feel well-being but do not experience prolonged negative stress. Workplace well-being has a positive impact on TI. The well-being experienced by employees at work causes work stress and has the potential for employees to experience TI.Originality/value (State of the art): This study considers work stress a mediating variable of work relationship factors, workplace well-being, and compensation about turnover intentions. The findings contribute significantly to developing previous empirical literature on human resource management regarding the relationship between work stress and TI. Abstract

The development of the Out-of-School Education sector has a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources. Learning media in alphabet cards is needed to increase students' motivation and learning achievement in reading learning, which are used as a learning resource to develop learning models while playing for students. This research aims to determine and test the effectiveness of implementing the development of the learning process for reading while playing through alphabet card learning media for residents learning literacy in PKBM North Sulawesi Province. This research uses the "Research and Development" method, following the research stages of developing the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) in 4 districts: 1). Bolaang Mongon-dow South, 2). East Bolaang Mongondow, 3). Talaud Islands, and 4). North Minahasa. This research was designed for two years, and in the first year, 2022, it was carried out in 3 stages: 1). Analysis Stage, 2). Design stage, and 3). Development Stage. Meanwhile, two stages were carried out for the second year, namely the Implementation and Evaluation stages. It can be concluded that the learning process is effective because students who were previously literate but forgot the letters have learned them again. There is an increase in students' cognitive abilities, better ability to arrange letters to form meaningful words, and students' learning becoming more involved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability, leverage and sales growth on tax avoidance. This research sample will be obtained from Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2021-2022 period. To find out the relationship between variables, data analysis is carried out. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis where for partial testing using statistical test t and simultaneous testing using the anova statistical test and before this test is carried out first a classical assumption test. This research is classified as TKT 3, which is proof of concept of functions and/or important characteristics analytically and experimentally.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims at ascertaining: (1) correlation between principal’s leadership and teachers’ performance, (2) correlation between principal’s communication capability and teachers’ performance, and (3) principal’s leadership and communication capability with teachers’ performance. Population of this research is 50 teachers. Sample of this research is all of members of population consisting 50 teachers (using total sampling technique). Data collecting is conducted by distributing questionaire to all respondents. Data analysis is done quantitaively by using statistical procedure with regression formula (Product Moment). Correlations Coefficients obtained from the result of testing hypothesis shows that: (1) hypothesis 1 is accepted, meaning that there are positive correlation between principal’s leadership and teachers’ performance, with correlations coefficients rxy = 0,64, categorized into significant correlation; (2) hypothesis 2 is accepted, meaning that there are positive correlation between principal’s communication capability and teachers’ performance, with correlations coefficients rxy = 0,78, categorized into significant correlation; and (3) hypothesis 3 is accepted, meaning that there are simultanously positive correlations among principal’s leadership and principal’s communication capability with teachers’ performance, with correlations coefficients ry.12= 0,86, categorized into very significant correlation.      AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja pendidik, (2) hubungan  kemampuan berkomunikasi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja pendidik, dan (3) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kemampuan berkomunikasi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja pendidik. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 50 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah sejumlah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan uji statistik menggunakan rumus perhitungan regresi linier dan regresi berganda. Correlations Coefficients dari perhitungan statistik menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hipotesis pertama diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja pendidik, dengan hasil koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,64, dengan bentuk hubungan kuat; (2) hipotesis kedua diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan kemampuan berkomunikasi kepala sekolah dan kinerja pendidik, dengan hasil koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,78, dengan bentuk hubungan kuat; dan (3) hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kemampuan berkomunikasi kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja pendidik dengan hasil koefisien korelasi ry.12= 0,86, dengan bentuk hubungan sangat kuat/tinggi.
