Abstract

This research aims to develop a learning model based on Learning Management System (LMS) that is integrated with gamification strategies and TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) content to be used in making educational games for students of the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) of Cultural Arts. The main goal of this development is to accelerate students' technological literacy and pedagogy to be able to design and produce educational games that are relevant to the context of art learning. The model was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, but only focused on the initial three stages, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. The analysis stage was carried out to identify learning needs and map the level of digital literacy and pedagogic of students. The design stage includes designing the learning model structure, gamification elements, and TPACK-based content integration. While the development stage involves the creation of a gamified LMS prototype and validation tests by subject matter experts, media experts, and limited users. The results of the development show that t(Prasetyo dkk., 2024)his learning model is feasible to be implemented and received a positive response from PPG Arts and Culture students. The resulting model not only enriches the digital learning experience, but also improves students' ability to design educational games based on art and culture in a contextual and technology-integrated manner.

Abstract

The caudal fin of Zebra fish as a model for studies regeneration both in terms of process and study of molecular analysis. This research is a descriptive exploratory. A sample of zebra fish (Danio rerio) 4-6 months of age as much as 30 individuals. The regeneration caudal fin of zebrafish observed by microscope with cutting vertically. The parameters observed were: 1) the time required for the regeneration process, 2) The regeneration process in details covering and, 3) Type of regeneration. Data in the form of the regeneration process ranging from wound healing to the original length obtained are collected in the form of digital photos. The results showed that the time required to regenerate the caudal fin to recover to normal at a temperature of 22-31° C was 22.25 ± 1.63 days for a model of vertical cuts. The regeneration process begins with the events of wound healing (H1) followed by the formation of blastema and will radius (H2) and continued differentiation characterized by the process of angiogenesis (H2). Regenerative development begins with the formation of the fingers and the growth of the peripheral areas tail fins faster than the medial region (H3-H8). End process regeneration in caudal fin of zebrafish are included in the development is the formation of regenerative segment radius starting from the proximal to the distal portion regenerat regenerat (H9 - ± H21). From the results of this research note that caudal fin of zebrafish to regenerate in epimorphosis.

Abstract

Gatul fish in included in the family Poecilidae which is a small fresh water, male is smaller and more colorfull than female. This fish is easy to be taken care in laboratory and has a short reproduction cycle, thus allowing these fish to be one animal model development in the field of biology. Yet, in Indonesia the biological study upon Gatul fish is very limited. The aim of this study is to understand the process of caudal fin regeneration of Gatul fish are malformation (abnormal growth). Caudal fin of Gatul fish were vertically cut in a half of its length. Observation was done using 400x magnification. Picture with taken by camera with digital zooming. The subject of this study with a body length of 2-3 cm. The result shows that regeneration of Gatul caudal fin is started with wound healing in day-1 (D1= 24 hours after amputation) and blastema formation, then stump regeneration begin to grow in D2. Regenerative outgrowth begin in D3 characterized by the formation Blood island and fin rays. Differentiation begin in D6 and extended up to D18. From this research we can conclude that the process is going step by step through wound healing, stump growth, and tissue differentiation, and respectively

Abstract

One of the core subjects that has been considered for all generations is English. Being able to converse inEnglish is one of the main objectives of the language. Speaking requires the active production of language, making it a productive talent (Baker, 2003). Cadets are taught appropriate speech during English languageinstruction so they can communicate effectively. The cadets' ability to complete the given language activity andunderstand the speaking competency constitutes success in speaking English. As a result, the video conferenceimplementation for the Speaking for Formal Interactions course at Ivet University's third-semester cadets inShip Electrical Engineering has gone off without a hitch. Utilizing different techniques, plans of action, and extra supporting systems like Quizizz, WhatsApp Groups, Zoom Meetings, and others helps withimplementation. Speaking professors and cadets also mostly benefit from video conferences in terms ofefficacy, ease of connection, technology, and cost rather than experiencing any drawbacks In order to collect thedata, a number of approaches, including observation, interviewing, and a questionnaire, were employed tocollect the data. The human instrument, observation sheet, questionnaire, and interview guide were study toolsat the same time. A technique from Miles and Hubberman (1991) was used to analyze the data that had beengathered. Additionally, the current study used methodological triangulation, which is the use of multiple data-collection techniques, including observation, interview, and questionnaire. In addition to using videoconferencing for speaking, the attitudes of the lecturers and the cadets regarding using video conferencing forSpeaking for Formal Interactions were also examined. The 15 items in the questionnaire were divided into fourcategories based on factors including video conferencing efficacy, accessibility, cost, and technology.

Abstract

Integrating writing instruction with local cultural elements is essential for improving literacy outcomes that resonate with students' lived experiences and cultural identities. However, field observations reveal that such integration remains underutilized in many educational contexts, including at SD Negeri Dinoyo 2 Malang, East Java—a school situated in a region known for its ceramic industry. This classroom action research aimed to enhance students' writing skills using the culturally rooted strategy titled "Dinoyo Ceramics and I." Conducted over two cycles with 25 students from Class 5A, the study began by introducing students to Dinoyo ceramic products through physical artifacts and visual media showcasing their historical significance. Students were then encouraged to describe these items in terms of their appeal, function, and value as souvenirs or treasured objects. Based on this exposure, students generated writing ideas under the theme "Dinoyo Ceramics and I," which they first organized into outlines and then developed into full compositions. In the second cycle, imaginative elements were incorporated to enrich the outlines, and students were guided to present each idea in a well-structured paragraph. This approach enabled students to creatively weave personal experiences into compelling narratives that retained Dinoyo ceramics as a central motif. The strategy sparked greater engagement, as students connected deeply with a topic rooted in their cultural environment. The findings highlight the importance of recognizing students’ everyday experiences as meaningful content for writing. Thus, educators should consider incorporating local cultural themes into writing instruction to build more relevant, motivating, and expressive learning experiences.
