Abstract

The goal of this study is to figure out how compensation affects loyalty by giving people more power. It does this by using a quantitative method called SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 and Amos 24 programmes. The research instrument was put through tests to see if it was valid and if it could be trusted. In this study, 125 people answered a questionnaire. The data was collected using a saturated sampling method, meaning the whole population was used as a sample. Based on the results of this study, we know that the value of cr in H1 is 4.215.2. This means that it has significant results, which means that compensation variables significantly affect loyalty. Since H2 has a cr value of 2.860 2, we know that the empowerment variables have a big effect on loyalty. H3 has a value that says the total effect of pay on loyalty through empowerment is greater than the direct effect. This means that empowerment is an intervening variable that will help make teachers and staff more loyal.

Abstract

Multiliteracy ability is an important ability to be mastered in the Society 5.0 era where the challenges faced by humans are increasingly complex, especially in the world of education and relation to religious life. This ability can be formed and enhanced through meaningful learning activities, one of which is the integrated learning of religion and science that is planned, organized, and evaluated on an ongoing basis as implemented by the Supreme Court Darul Ulum Rejoso Jombang. Because the integration of religion and science is still rarely carried out, several questions arise, namely how to implement integrative learning of religion and science in improving students' multiliteracy skills and what factors influence it. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the type of case study research. Data were collected utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation which were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are: 1) Integrative learning of religion and science at MA Unggulan Darul Ulum is implemented in 3 stages, namely, planning (compilation, and maturation of the syllabus and lesson plans), implementation (discussion, lectures, and demonstrations), and evaluation (daily exams). , PTS, PAS, and TA) and is also accompanied by supporting activities to improve reading, writing, conveying ideas based on religious and scientific critical thinking, and using various technological tools. 2) influencing factors, namely teachers, students, educational policies, facilities infrastructure.

Abstract

The research was conducted at a university in Mojokerto Regency. The selection of this area is because Mojokerto district has a geographical location close to the city of Surabaya, the capital of the province of East Java and Malang, which we know as a student city in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the accreditation of decision-making through promotion. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research design, which means explaining the relationship of each variable in selecting the sample using probability sampling with a random sampling approach. The analytical tool used is to use a validity test and a reliability test where the instrument is declared valid if r count r table, while it is declared reliable if the Cronbach alpha value is 0.60. hypothesis testing using techniques analysis SEM (structural equation modelling) or AMOS (analysis of moment structure). The steps taken in the SEM analysis are by developing a model based on concepts and theories, construct-path chart, Conversion of a path diagram to a structural model, elect matrix input, Solution standard model, and goodness evaluation of fit index and Interpretation and modification. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the three hypotheses have a significant effect, and the promotion variable is able to mediate the study program accreditation variable on decision-making.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), which at that time experienced fluctuations up and down in line with economic and political activity. At that time, fluctuations in joint stock prices were caused by macroeconomic factors, one of which was inflation, increases in interest rates, foreign exchange rates, money supply, and others. These macroeconomic factors greatly influence the performance of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), especially accompanied by the emergence of Covid-19 which has had a very negative impact on the entire Indonesian economy. This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply on the composite stock price index (IHSG) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research data used is secondary data with Indonesian research samples in the 2018-2022 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS 25. From the research results, it can be concluded that partially this research shows that the variables inflation, interest rates, and money supply each have a positive and significant effect on the composite stock price index (IHSG). Meanwhile, the exchange rate variable negatively and significantly affects the composite stock price index (IHSG). Meanwhile, the variables inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply simultaneously positively and significantly influenced the composite stock price index (IHSG) during the 2018-2022 Covid pandemic.

Abstract

This study discusses the utilization of collateral land due to default from an Islamic legal perspective, with a case study in Kertagena Dajah Village. The main problems studied are: (1) how the practice of utilizing collateral land due to default occurs in the village, and (2) how Islamic law reviews the practice. The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the utilization of collateral land due to default with the principles of Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative method with a field study approach, relying on primary data obtained through interviews with parties directly involved in the practice of debt compensation using land as collateral, as well as secondary data from related documents and literature. The results of the study indicate that the practice of utilizing collateral land as a form of default resolution has become a habit in the Kertagena Dajah Village community, although it is carried out without a strong legal basis and without a valid written agreement according to sharia. In an Islamic legal review, this practice is considered invalid because it contains elements of injustice and potential usury. The use of collateral in this case land without a clear ijarah or compensation agreement is contrary to sharia principles, especially in terms of the prohibition of taking advantage of other people's property without legal rights. Therefore, this practice cannot be justified either normatively in Islam or ethically.
