Abstract

Soft skill memainkan peran penting dalam karir dan interaksi sosial di masyarakat. Data tracer yang diperoleh melalui (Universitas Negeri Malang, 2021) memaparkan bahwa, 58,42% lulusan program studi pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga (PKO) menunggu untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan rata-rata 3 bulan. Hal tersebut sebagai landasan pelatihan soft skill guna bekal alumni dalam bekerja dan kehidupan sehari-hari untuk meniti karir. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan personal branding for career development akan menambah wawasan dan keterampilan alumni, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan bekal para pelatih khususnya alumni PKO agar lebih siap bersaing didunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action  Research (PAR). Data primer didapatkan melalui pre-test kepada alumni PKO sebelum pelatihan dan setelah pelatihan diberikan post-test menggunakan platform Quizizz sebagai alat bantu. Adapun data sekunder yang  diperoleh melalui pengamatan secara langsung selama kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu tercapainya keberhasilan target alumni PKO yaitu 30 peserta, ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan yaitu memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman alumni sebesar 25,44% dari yang awalnya (pre-test) 45.16% menjadi 70,6% (post-test), ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan yaitu 12 materi terkait soft skill dalam olahraga, pemahaman alumni dalam menerima materi yang disampaikan dibuktikan melalui hasil post-test peserta. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pada alumni setelah dilaksanakannya pelatihan hybrid soft skill dan diberikan produk berupa video materi soft skill. Video tersebut dapat dipelajari kembali sebagai bekali diri untuk bersaing di dunia kerja.

Abstract

The development of the Stargate Astra Industrial Estate (KISA) in Southeast Sulawesi has garnered significant attention as part of Indonesia's government initiative to strengthen regional economy through a national strategic project. This study aims to critically analyze the implementation of KISA while considering state sovereignty in the context of natural resource management policies and regional development. The research employs a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative analyses to explore the economic, social, and environmental impacts, as well as the implications for community rights in KISA development. Literature review emphasizes the need for balance between economic development and environmental conservation, as well as the importance of social sustainability in industrial area development processes. The analysis findings indicate that KISA development holds substantial potential to enhance local economic growth through job creation and infrastructure improvements. However, the project implementation also presents challenges related to sustainable environmental management and inclusive social integration. Therefore, recommendations include rigorous law enforcement, active community participation in decision-making, and effective risk mitigation strategies. This study aims to provide deep insights to policymakers, developers, and communities on the importance of considering state sovereignty in every step of implementing national strategic projects like KISA. Thus, ensuring sustainable economic growth without compromising environmental sustainability and local community welfare in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the body mass index and VO2 Max endurance of futsal extracurricular students of State Junior High School 68 Jakarta. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the futsal extracurricular students of State Junior High School 68 Jakarta as research subjects, totaling 20 people. The research sample was taken using the total sampling method. The data collection process was taken using measurement and test instruments: 1). Measurement of body weight and height (body mass index) 2). VO2 Max (bleep test). Overall, this study resulted in the average body mass index measurements of futsal extracurricular students of State Junior High School 68 Jakarta being 17.7, which was included in the thin category (Underweight). The average value of the VO2 Max endurance test of futsal extracurricular students of State Junior High School 68 Jakarta was 38.6, included in the Intermediate category. The findings can inform educators and policymakers about integrating fitness assessments into school curricula, fostering a culture of health and fitness among students. Addressing these aspects, the research contributes to the broader goal of promoting a healthier lifestyle and improving athletic outcomes in school sports programs

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who have faith and fear the Almighty God, have a noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become democratic citizens in their social life in society including in educational institutions. SMA Darut Taqwa Kedung Rejoso Kotaanyar Probolinggo. There is a tendency that education has not been fully able to help in improving the morals of students which will shape students' personality development optimally. However, there are some moral deviations (morals) that still occur in educational institutions even though on a small scale, if allowed to continue it will be a domino effect on other students. In this case the teacher has a very important role in the world of education, especially in the field of education as well as guiding students to become human beings who have noble character to God and to others. Abstract

Abstract Studying the philosophy of Islamic education means entering the arena of basic, systematic, logical and comprehensive thinking about education, which is not only motivated by Islamic religious knowledge, but requires us to study other relevant sciences. In carrying out philosophical thinking, in essence, it is an effort to mobilize all human psychological potentials such as thoughts, intelligence, will, feelings, memories, and observations of the five senses about the symptoms of life, especially humans and the natural surroundings as God's creation. The whole thought process is based on theories from various disciplines and with deep and wide experiences about the problems of life and reality in the universe and in itself. Abstract

peningkatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu kewajiban yang selalu menjadi perhatian. Hal itu karena kualitas pendidikan adalah suatu proses yang terintegrasi dengan proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Banyak upaya yang telah dilakukan melalui berbagai usaha pembangunan pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas antara lain melalui perbaikan sarana pendidikan, pengembangan dan pengadaan materi ajar, pelatihan bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya serta pengembangan dan perbaikan mutu kurikulum dan evaluasi sistem. Perbaikan mutu kurikulum lebih untuk upaya memperbaiki mutu kurikulum dan aspek-aspek pembelajaran yang menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan. Abstract

Abstract In the current era of globalization, education is a non-negotiable personal and social obligation. Because basically education is a social process that aims to develop the potential of human life in order to face the demands of the times in the future, along with the developments and changes of the times which are increasingly shifting. Educational management is a science that studies how to organize resources to achieve set goals productively and how to create a good atmosphere for humans who participate in achieving agreed goals. In relation to the development of education, the head of the madrasah has a very important role and task. This is because the head of the madrasa as a leader is one of the factors that encourage the progress of the world of education. This means that madrasa heads are required to have the ability to carry out educational innovations that are no longer relevant to the current situation in order to achieve the development of the nation and state. Meanwhile, the things that must be considered by the madrasah head in carrying out his duties should be that the principal is truly capable and masters both theoretically and practically, in providing guidance to all his subordinates he should be accompanied by real examples so that it can further motivate motivation, innovation should be in MI Nurul Anwar Tenggarang Bondowoso was planned far in advance. whereas for teachers if there are problems in the teaching and learning process they should look for solutions with other teaching staff, they should be able to further enhance their abilities in order to prepare themselves to face the possibilities that will occur. education should seek clarity and direction of the objectives of these programs. Abstract

Machining process will produce a good product / work in accordance with the instructions specified by the finishing process, while still a lot of operator / mechanic machine tools are still faced with determining machining parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate, and the dept of cut.Melalui results of this study expected to contribute a measure of optimal parameters in CNC operations carried out by means of experiments Milling.Penelitian Al Mg Si material 3.6082 DIN 1725 using a CNC Milling. Any specimen that has been done on a CNC Milling with three variations of cutting speed, feed rate, and the dept of cut measured surface roughness (Ra). From the results of further experimental data are analyzed with regression models to obtain mathematical models. Mathematical models that produced a regression equation Y = 0.880-0.001 n- 0.004 f + 0.316 a 69.8% level of eligibility.

Abstract

Proses pengeringan pakaian merupakan kegiatan rutin di rumah tangga. Pengeringan pakaian di sinar matahari tergantung pada cuaca sedangkan pengeringan dengan mesin pengering yang sudah ada  memerlukan energi yang akan menambah biaya.  Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut maka dirancang alat pengering pakaian yang hemat energi. Alat pengering pakaian yang dibuat terdiri dari dua ruangan yaitu ruang pemanas dan ruang tempat pakaian basah. Sumber pemanas alat ini menggunakan udara panas dari buangan AC window 0,75 Hp. berkapasitas sekitar 5  kg pakaian basah. Proses pencucian pakaian secara manual kemudian diperas dan dikibaskan dan selanjutnya dikeringkan dalam alat ini. Dari hasil percobaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa :proses pengeringan 8 baju daster membutuhkan waktu 40 menit, 8 baju kaos membutuhkan waktu 45 menit dan 8 celana panjang butuh waktu 55 menit dan kebersihan pakaian terjamin karena udara panas tidak bersentuhan dengan pakaian.
