Abstract

Abstract: Al-Riyadl Islamic Boarding School is a pure Salafi Islamic boarding school, which only holds yellow book recitations using the sorogan, balagan and wetonan methods. In carrying out its learning, continuing to keep up with the times, Al-Riyadl Islamic Boarding School does not abandon the old tradition, namely pure Salafi. Al-Riyadl Islamic Boarding School responds to technological developments in relation to digital-based curriculum management. The case study in this research was used to determine the planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating and supervising of the Al-Riyadl Islamic Boarding School in response to technological developments in relation to digital-based curriculum management. Qualitative methodology is used in research that focuses on natural conditions in a place or event and uses stages in accordance with the rules or steps required for data collection. Al-Riyadl Islamic Boarding School is located in a community environment that does not have closed borders or fortifications like Islamic boarding schools in general. Combining formal and non-formal education with the aim of maximizing the organization and supervision of students while not eliminating the old tradition of Islamic boarding schools. The digital-based Islamic boarding school curriculum includes several subjects such as inheritance and astronomy lessons using scientific calculators. The use of smartphones and laptops is also carried out during evaluations where the test questions are done digitally and also includes elements of technology in Islamic boarding school management, although not yet optimally, but for the next school year we will make more mature plans in implementing digitalization.Keyword : Boarding School, Curriculum, DigitalizationAbstrak: Pesantren Al-Riyadl merupakan Pesantren Salafi murni, yang  hanya mengadakan pengajian kitab kuning dengan metode sorogan, balagan, dan wetonan. Dalam melaksanakan pembelajarannya, terus mengikuti perkembangan zaman, Pesantren Al-Riyadl tidak meninggalkan tradisi lama yakni salafi murni. Pesantren Al-Riyadl menyikapi perkembangan teknologi dalam hubungannya dengan manajemen kurikulum berbasis digital. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini digunakan  untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkomandoan, pengkoordinasian, dan pengawasan Pesantren Al-Riyadl menyikapi perkembangan teknologi dalam hubungannya dengan manajemen kurikulum berbasis digital. Metodelogi kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian yang mengarah pada kondisi alamiah di suatu tempat atau kejadian dan menggunakan tahapan-tahapan sesuai dengan aturan atau langkah yang diperlukan untuk pengumpulan data. Pesantren Al-Riyadl berlokasi di lingkungan masyarakat yang tidak memiliki batas atau benteng tertutup seperti pada pesantren pada umumnya. Penggabungan pendidikan formal dan nonformal dengan tujuan agar pengorganisasian dan pengawasan kepada para santri lebih maksimal dengan tetap tidak menghilangkan tradisi lama sebagai pondok pesantren. Kurikulum pesantren berbasis digital dimasukan pada  beberapa mata pelajaran seperti pelajaran waris dan falak dengan media kalkulator saintifik. Penggunaan smartphone dan laptop juga dilakukan saat evaluasi dimana soal tes dikerjakan secara digital juga memasukan unsur  teknologi dalam manajemen pesantren, meskipun belum secara maksimal, tetapi untuk tahun ajaran kedepannya akan membuat perencanaan yang lebih matang dalam penerapan digitalisasi. Kata Kunci : Kurikulum, Digital, Pesantren

Abstract

Abstract : The character values that are the basis for organizing standby scouting activities at Puncaklawang State Elementary School, Cidaun subdistrict, Cianjur district are based on the school's Vision and Mission, although other values are still developed in every scouting education activity. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection methods and techniques used are observation, interviews, focus group discussions, literature studies. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis techniques, then the data will be reduced, displayed, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that activities carried out regularly and on a schedule using the creative game method in scouting activities will foster the impact of character values that are born naturally. The impact of Scouting activities in shaping the character values of students at Puncaklawang State Elementary School is very significant and can directly shape values. positive student character and fostering noble character, the value of discipline, responsibility and leadership values will emerge.Key Words: Implementation, Scouting, Student character valuesAbstrak : Nilai-nilai karakter yang menjadi dasar penyelenggaraan kegiatan kepramukaan siaga di SD Negeri Puncaklawang kecamatan Cidaun kabupaten Cianjur didasarkan pada Visi dan Misi sekolah, meskipun nilai-nilai lain tetap dikembangkan dalam setiap kegiatan pendidikan kepramukaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik Observasi ,Wawancara ,Focus Group Discussion ,Studi literatur.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif kemudian data akan direduksi,didisplay, pemgambilan kesimpulan dan perivikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan secara rutin dan terjadwal dengan menggunakan metode permainan yang pareatif dalam kegiatan pramuka akan menumbuhkan dampak nilai karakter yang lahir secara alamiah .Dampak kegiatan Pramuka dalam membentuk nilai karakter siswa di SD Negeri Puncaklawang ini sangat signifikan secara langnsung bisa membentuk nilai karakter siswa yang positif dan menumbuhkan budi pekerti yang luhur, maka akan lahir nilai kedisiplinan, nilai tanggungjawab dan nilai kepemimpinan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Pramuka,Nilai karakter Siswa

Abstract

Abstract: One of the efforts of the Ministry of Education and Culture to support the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum is to carry out a learning transformation process, with one focus being digital transformation. So the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, known as PMM, is an application that is expected to be able to support the development of the competencies of educators and education staff in Indonesia. This research discusses the Principal's efforts to optimize the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at Al-Ma'moen High School as a response to the learning crisis after the Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, school principals must implement appropriate management so that the use of digital transformation, especially in the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, can be optimal. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the principal's management in increasing the optimization of the use of PMM at Al-Ma'moen High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of data analysis show that the school principal's managerial leadership in increasing the optimization of the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has been quite effective. The school principal has carried out these management functions, so that the planned program can run well and achieve the predetermined goals.Keywords: Principal Management, Digital Transformation. Abstrak: Salah satu upaya dari Kemendikbudristek untuk mendukung implementasi kurikulum Merdeka tersebut adalah melakukan proses transformasi pembelajaran, dengan fokus salah satunya adalah transformasi digital. Maka Platform Merdeka Mengajar yang dikenal dengan PMM ini menjadi aplikasi yang diharapkan mampu mendukung pengembangan kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini membahas upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) di SMA Al-Ma'moen sebagai respons terhadap krisis pembelajaran pasca-pandemi Covid-19. Dalam hal ini, kepala sekolah harus menerapkan manajemen yang tepat agar pemanfaatan transformasi digital terutama dalam Platform Merdeka Mengajar ini dapat optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan optimalisasi pemanfaatan PMM di SMA Al-Ma’moen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan optimalisasi pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar telah berjalan cukup efektif. Kepala sekolah sudah melaksanakan fungsi manajemen tersebut, sehingga program yang sudah direncanakan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan.Kata Kunci: manajemen kepala sekolah, transformasi digital.

Abstract

Abstract Extreme climate changes such as drought and attacks by plant pests (OPT) on various commodities have caused decreased production and crop failure. So far, OPT control has used chemical pesticides with high doses and intensities, which endanger consumers and pollute the environment. Indonesia is one of the three largest pesticide users in the world after Brazil and the United States. Pesticide use in Indonesia is recorded at 283 kilograms. 10.0% -12.0% of pesticides circulating in the market are illegal or fake. Indonesian society is now aware that agricultural products containing pesticide residues are very dangerous and require healthier natural agricultural products. Therefore, University Assistance both technologically and socially in Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Cultivation and Plant Protection through an Integrated OPT Control System is very important to implement. Environmentally friendly agriculture is a sustainable agricultural system that aims to increase and maintain high productivity by implementing healthy plant cultivation, paying attention to nutrient supply using organic materials, minimizing dependence on chemical fertilizers and pesticides, improving soil biota, and implementing integrated OPT control. The technological innovation implemented is using the Tri in One_okey biological control agent with the active ingredient of Trichoderma harzianum Rifai. fungus. Which is an antagonistic fungus of plant pathogens, can be used to control several plant diseases caused by phytopathogenic fungi. Because of its nature as a biofungicide, biofertilizer and biodecomposer, Tri in One_Okey can be used to protect plants from several pathogens. Increase production and improve the quality of the harvest and is safe for the environment. This innovation needs to be developed to implement environmentally friendly agriculture because Tri in One_Okey is not toxic to plants and is also a decomposer that can improve soil structure, facilitate plant root growth, retain water, increase the biological activity of beneficial soil microorganisms and is safe for the environment. So that by using Tri in One_Okey can provide benefits both ecologically, economically and socially. Key Word : Eco-Friendly Agriculture, Plant Disturbing Organisms, Tri in One_okey Abstrak Perubahan iklim yang sangat ekstrim seperti kekeringan dan serangan organisme pengganggu tumbuhan (OPT) pada berbagai komoditas menyebabkan penurunan produksi dan gagal panen. Selama ini pengendalian OPT dengan menggunakan pestisida kimiawi dengan dosis dan intensitas yang tinggi, sehingga membahayakan konsumen dan mencemari lingkungan. Indonesia merupakan salah satu dari tiga negara pengguna pestisida terbesar di dunia setelah Brazil, dan Amerika Serikat. Penggunaan pestisida di Indonesia tercatat mencapai 283 kiloton. 10,0 %-12,0% pestisida yang beredar di pasar bersifat ilegal atau palsu. Masyarakat Indonesia kini menyadari bahwa produk pertanian yang mengandung residu pestisida sangat berbahaya dan memerlukan hasil pertanian alami yang lebih sehat. Oleh karena itu Pendampingan Perguruan tinggi baik secara teknologi dan sosial dalam Budidaya Pertanian yang Ramah lingkungan dan Perlindungan Tanaman melalui Sistem Pengendalian OPT secara Terpadu sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan. Pertanian yang ramah lingkungan merupakan sistem pertanian berkelanjutan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahanan produktivitas tinggi dengan melaksanakan budidaya tanaman yang sehat, memperhatikan pasokan hara dengan menggunakan bahan organik, minimalisasi ketergantungan pada pupuk dan pestisida kimia, perbaikan biota tanah, dan melaksnakan pengendalian OPT secara terpadu. Inovasi teknologi yang dilaksanakan yaitu menggunakan Agensia pengendali hayati Tri in One_okey dengan bahan aktif jamur Trichoderma harzianum Rifai. Yang merupakan jamur antagonis dari patogen tanaman, dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan beberapa penyakit tanaman yang disebabkan oleh jamur fitopatogenik. Karena sifatnya sebagai biofungisida, biofertilizer dan biodekomposer, sehingga Tri in One_Okey dapat digunakan untuk melindungi tanaman dari beberapa patogen. Meningkatkan produksi serta meningkatkan kualitas hasil panen dan aman bagi lingkungan. Inovasi ini perlu dikembangkan untuk melaksanakan pertanian yang ramah lingkungan karena Tri in One_Okey tidak toksik terhadap tanaman juga sebagai dekomposer yang dapat memperbaiki struktur tanah, memudahkan pertumbuhan akar tanaman, menahan air, meningkatkan aktivitas biologis mikroorganisme tanah yang menguntungkan dan aman bagi lingkungan. Abstract

The younger generation needs to possess strong character and uphold the values of Pancasila to face the challenges of globalization, social change, and cultural transformation. This study aims to describe and analyze the management of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in enhancing student character at SDN 1 Kepel and SDN 1 Kertaharja, Ciamis Regency. This study employs a descriptive qualitative case study approach. The sample consists of school principals, teachers, and students selected purposively. Data were collected through interviews, observations, document analysis, and literature reviews. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through triangulation. Results show that effective planning involves forming an implementation team, assessing school readiness, and designing project themes aligned with Pancasila values. Organizing emphasizes task delegation, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. Implementation focuses on project-based learning in real-world contexts, such as teamwork and environmental conservation. Evaluation is conducted formatively and summatively through rubrics, reflections, and portfolios. Challenges include resource limitations, stakeholder understanding, and curriculum integration. Solutions include teacher training, resource optimization, and community collaboration. The structured P5 management model strengthens Pancasila-based character education, enabling schools to adopt and adapt it for more effective and sustainable implementation.

Abstract

The principal plays an important role in influencing and directing existing school personnel. This is done so that the plans that have been determined can be carried out by involving all elements (cooperating) in achieving school goals. Teacher performance in the form of carrying out the task of educating students is determined by work motivation. Therefore, effective principal leadership can influence teacher work. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the principal's leadership in managing conflicts that occur in SMPN X Banjar, South Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative paradigm. While the approach is a case study. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that democratic principal leadership (having principal competence) is able to minimize conflicts that occur within the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of project-based learning in strengthening students' character and identify the challenges faced in the context of the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) at SDN 156 Pasirkaliki and SDN Leuwidulang. The research approach used is qualitative with mixed methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data were collected from teachers, students, and parents to thoroughly understand the dynamics of project-based learning implementation in the two primary schools. The results show that project-based learning can strengthen students' character in the aspects of discipline, responsibility, cooperation, independence, and leadership. Students become more active, confident, and show increased critical thinking skills. However, the implementation of project-based learning also faces a number of challenges, including limited teacher training, lack of infrastructure, variations in student readiness, and minimal parental and community involvement. These challenges impacted the effectiveness and consistency of the character project implementation. The discussion highlighted that the project-based learning model is effective as an integrative learning tool between academic and character values. Mentoring strategies and cross-party collaboration are needed to ensure the sustainability and expansion of impact. In conclusion, project-based learning has potential as a strategic pedagogical approach in contextualised and applicable character education in Indonesian primary schools.

Abstract

Extreme climate changes such as drought and attacks by plant pests (OPT) on various commodities have caused decreased production and crop failure. So far, OPT control has used chemical pesticides with high doses and intensities, which endanger consumers and pollute the environment. Indonesia is one of the three largest pesticide users in the world after Brazil and the United States. Pesticide use in Indonesia is recorded at 283 kilograms. 10.0% -12.0% of pesticides circulating in the market are illegal or fake. Indonesian society is now aware that agricultural products containing pesticide residues are very dangerous and require healthier natural agricultural products. Therefore, University Assistance both technologically and socially in Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Cultivation and Plant Protection through an Integrated OPT Control System is very important to implement. Environmentally friendly agriculture is a sustainable agricultural system that aims to increase and maintain high productivity by implementing healthy plant cultivation, paying attention to nutrient supply using organic materials, minimizing dependence on chemical fertilizers and pesticides, improving soil biota, and implementing integrated OPT control. The technological innovation implemented is using the Tri in One_okey biological control agent with the active ingredient of Trichoderma harzianum Rifai. fungus. Which is an antagonistic fungus of plant pathogens, can be used to control several plant diseases caused by phytopathogenic fungi. Because of its nature as a biofungicide, biofertilizer and biodecomposer, Tri in One_Okey can be used to protect plants from several pathogens. Increase production and improve the quality of the harvest and is safe for the environment. This innovation needs to be developed to implement environmentally friendly agriculture because Tri in One_Okey is not toxic to plants and is also a decomposer that can improve soil structure, facilitate plant root growth, retain water, increase the biological activity of beneficial soil microorganisms and is safe for the environment. So that by using Tri in One_Okey can provide benefits both ecologically, economically and socially.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen pemberdayaan komite sekolah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa secara akademik dan non-akademik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian dilaksanakan di MTs YPPA Cipulus Kabupaten Purwakarta dan MTs Al-Barkah Kabupaten Bandung yang telah mengimplementasikan praktik pemberdayaan secara partisipatif dan sistematis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan komite dilakukan melalui empat fungsi manajerial utama: perencanaan program berbasis regulasi, pengorganisasian struktur yang hierarkis, pelaksanaan program kerja terfokus pada kebutuhan siswa, dan evaluasi berkala yang partisipatif. Peran komite tidak lagi sebatas simbolik, melainkan menjadi mitra strategis madrasah dalam pengambilan keputusan pendidikan. Tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan kurangnya pelatihan teknis, diatasi melalui strategi pelatihan peran dan workshop manajemen pendidikan. Seluruh proses ini mencerminkan penerapan fungsi manajemen klasik menurut George R. Terry, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen pemberdayaan komite yang berbasis kolaborasi dan konteks lokal dapat menjadi model efektif dalam menciptakan tata kelola pendidikan yang partisipatif, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan prestasi siswa.
